I had bed bugs in my room and have multiple bites. The shower only had cold water. The air conditioner didn’t work. When I told staff I had bed bugs in my room they moved me to a different room and were very respectful. The hotel room wasn’t clean but the staff was very nice.

The room had no hot water, so the host suggested we use the common bathroom, which also had no hot water. We spoke with other guests and they were having the same experience. The hot water heater area in our bathroom had tools laying out which made me think that they knew it was an issue and it was not corrected when we arrived. The room itself was great and the location is good.

Very good location and accessible to old town. Instructions for access clear when property and keypad identified from street level. Room was spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom. Aircon unit was important. Photo might help. Communications clear on day. Not so after the local tax paid. Room was 3rd floor stairs only walk. Could be an issue for some?

This place was not worth the price with the condition and extra mile you had to do to get here along with 3 flight of stairs when getting into the building. This place is kinda hard to find if taking public transportation and having to walk because it doesn’t get you all the way there unless of course you used a taxi. The room itself was in okay condition but was dirty. Upon arrival the bed was cover in bugs and dirt and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, there is also an awkward sun roof right in the middle of the bed which being light in the morning as you sleep and you don’t get good rest because of that and the bed it self being complete lopsided other problem was the a/c it did not functional worked well and stop randomly and would not turn back on nor would it stay on. The bathroom is right next to you which is greatly convenient but also loud with the other guest who stay. The communication was good upon arrival. The hallway which was nice had water to drink. This place would be a last resort if you needed to stay here: you don’t get any sleep and itch all night.

This property can only be described as…broken. Everything had something wrong with it - the door handle to the bathroom broke so my travel buddy and I had to have the door wide open at all times, plug sockets hanging out of the walls, toilet doesn’t flush properly etc etc. This just made the whole experience of the room pretty rubbish. We weren’t greeted by anyone which we didn’t really mind but with the state of the room I wasn’t surprised that we never saw the owner to be honest. It’s such a shame too because the room is in such a brilliant location. If you’re looking for somewhere just to sleep and don’t care about a good quality of room then this is fine but I wish I had listened to the previous reviews on this one and rethought my booking.

Nice and convenient!

I ended up having to spend the night in Verona last minute, and I’m glad I chose this place. Check in was quick and easy, staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect. It’s right on the river and it’s just a short walk through town to the train and bus stations. Highly recommended!

I arrived late around 9:00 pm, but Paolo met me and did not take extra payment for it. I am very grateful for that.
The location is the best - everything is within walking distance. At the same time the place is quiet.
I liked that there was a kettle in the room, chamomile tea and cookies were available. In the mornings, Paolo made coffee.
My room was small, but for one the size was quite suitable. There is one bathroom on the floor, sometimes there was a line, but it was not long to wait.

Great location & friendly guy greeting you, BUT...

If you just want to get your head down for the night, this is ok for you. Essentially its like staying in your mates spare bedroom, but he's hidden the games console and DVD player. This 'Superior Double' had a wardrobe consisting of a chair with a couple of hangers on the back, and the private (actually very nice) bathroom that was downstairs off the 'reception'. Making a bit more space in the room (take the couch out and put the tv on the wall), adding a clothes rail,dressing table and a bedside table with a lamp would make this room so much better. Hope he sorts this out as he seemed like a really nice guy who's trying to do the right thing.

The room was nice and cozy. Everything was nicely laid out for my stay. The shared bathroom was also quite clean. Only downside was the street can be quite loud at night, but you can close the window to help muffle the noise. I would stay there again!

The room was clean and the bathroom although shared was conveniently next door to our room. The location is around 10mins to the Arena and 3 mins from Castel Vecchio.

Very clean room and bathroom, quiet and comfortable. The self check-in was clear and easy, the building was also easy to find and close to the touristic center (10-15 minutes walking), bus stops (easy to get from-to the train station), a supermarket & mini market, and restaurants. The rooms are at the top floor with no elevator (3 floors to climb, ~60 steps), but it was manageable.
It was essential to rest after days of sightseeing such a beautiful city!

Der Check-in per Code war unkompliziert und sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation war etwas träge, aber bei einer Buchung etwas über 24 Stunden im Voraus noch absolut im Rahmen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – alles Wichtige war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Es gab keinen Kühlschrank auf der Etage, was gerade im Sommer praktisch gewesen wäre. Außerdem hätten Hinweise zu kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung geholfen – diese Informationen mussten wir uns selbst besorgen. Insgesamt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

No es un hotel es un apartamento con 3 habitaciones y un baño exterior para las 3, no hay baño individual. Por otro lado no tiene parking aunque lo dice la descripción, hay que ir a buscar un parking en la calle y estando en el centro es algo complejo y molesto. La propiedad está en buen estado, pero tal vez la descripción no es adecuada empezando porque debe decir que es una habitación de un apartamento.

Buena ubicación y comunicación con el propietario.

Habitación cuádruple con aire acondicionado y baño privado. Cama grande y dos pequeñas. Hicimos entrada autónoma y la comunicación con el propietario fue genial. A tener en cuenta que está en un tercero sin ascensor aunque para nosotros no fue un problema. Bien ubicado, en 10 minutos a pie llegas a la Arena di Verona.

Excelente ubicación, limpio y ordenado

En lo particular, a mi me pareció una excelente opción de hospedaje por ubicación, a parte el lugar es limpio y ordenado, quedaba relativamente cerca del centro histórico, caminamos poco para llegar a él. Para nosotros no fue problema subir maletas sin elevador, ya q está en el último piso, pero no fue tan complicado. Las instrucciones fueron claras y precisas, pude tener parking gratuito gracias a q tiene espacio techado en un parking, yo lo recomendaría ampliamente.

L'appartement est bien localisé mais en termes de confort ce n'est pas ma meilleure expérience : énormément de lumière le matin et impossible de masquer la fenêtre du haut, isolation phonique inexistante (les voisins semblaient être dans notre chambre) et beaucoup de poussière sous le lit...
Franchement vu le prix nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux...

La stanza presenta varie problematiche, tra cui: lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati, un centimetro di polvere sulla testiera del letto che abbiamo trovato appena entrati, farsi una doccia è un’impresa dato che la porta scorrevole è rotta, dal soffione esce talmente poca acqua che dire poca è un eufemismo, all’arrivo abbiamo contattato la struttura per effettuare il check-in senza ricevere mai risposta, oltretutto in camera c‘erano come minimo 25 gradi, abbiamo provato a contattarli nuovamente per capire se fosse possibile risolvere questo problema senza ricevere ancora una risposta. Sconsigliato fortemente a meno che non siate masochisti e vogliate farvi del male.

Pessimo soggiorno. Struttura mal tenuta,mancava delle cose essenziali quali un appendiabiti anche a vista(ho dovuto sistemare il contenuto dello zaino su una sedia),di comodini ,di un tavolo anche piccolo su cui appoggiare qualcosa.Nessun gancio o appoggio nel bagno.Ma la cosa piu'terribile l'impossibilità di comunicare con i resposabili poiché non rispondeva nessuno ne'al telefono né via wa.Il che e'stato molto grave specie al self-check in,quando non riuscivo a trovare la chiave della camera,poiché non era dove indicato.Ma,,ciliegina sulla torta,ho penato tantissimo per avere una ricevuta,per me indispensabile,avendo pagato in contanti.Ho dovuto fare una denuncia alla finanza per convincerlo a rilasciarmi la ricevuta.Non mi ha risposto per un pomeriggio intero.Solo l'indomani,quando l'ho informato della denuncia, poi ritirata,si è convinto a rispondermi via wa e a mandarmela.Mai vista una gestione così insensibile ai bisogni del cliente.

La stanza era punto meno che miserabile. Senza la possibilitá di appendere un pantalone o una cammicia. Bruta. La porta del bagno no si poteva chiudere. Il bagno era basico, semplice e bruto.Faceva un rumore sgradevole. Ho fatto delle fotografie. Il personale, assente. Nessuno ci ha ricevuto, abbiamo aspettato 30 min circa nella strada finche al telefono ci hanno communicato il # della stanza. Poi durante il soggiorno una persona al telefono ci perseguitava per ottenere il pagamento, che finalmente abbiamo lasciato in camera, unica possibilitá. Mai visto a nessuno. La stanza in pesime condizioni. Il parking non era disponibile anche se era vuoto. Non ci tornero mai piú. Credo che Expedia dobreve visitare i posti che annuncia prima che clienti soffrano le conseguenze.

Man får ondt i ryggen af sengen, det var som om at fjederne var på vej op. Der manglede et dørhåndtag på badeværelset, så man kunne lukke døren. Klinkerne på værelse to, indtil badeværelset, var i stykker, og stak op ad..
Der var ikke gjort ordentlig rent, dog var der støvsuget på gulvene hvor der ikke stod noget, men under sengene var der altså ikke. Der var støv og gammel slik.
Det var ikke nemt at komme i kontakt med udlejer.
Vinduerne var utætte og det regnede ind.
Generelt virkede det i virkelig dårlig stand det hele. Vi fik også et andet værelse end det vi egenligt skulle have haft.
Dog var det fint med parkering, som var i en parkeringskælder. Og deres aircon og wifi virkede rigtig godt.

Die Räume und der Stiegenaufgang in der Unterkunft war nicht sauber bzw staubfrei.
Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert.
Der Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Innnenstadt ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

Très bon week-end de 3 jours à Vérone-Venise

Nous étions deux amies venues visiter Vérone et Venise sur 3 jours. L'accueil s'est fait très simplement par le partage des codes d'accès le jour de notre venue.
La chambre etait très bien, simple et confortable.
La salle de bain partagée était propre et fonctionnelle.
Nous n'avons pas rencontré les hôtes mais si un problème se présente ils sont réactifs par mail.

Struttura carina e ben arredata, molto apprezzato il dispenser dell'acqua Tutto sommato pulita anche se il copriletto aveva qualche macchia. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che mancasse un set cortesia (l'unica cosa presente era il sapone per le mani). Inoltre la scocca frontale del condizionatore era attaccata con il nastro adesivo e la mattina è caduto in faccia a mia moglie mentre dormiva. Non si è fatta nulla perché leggera, ma si è presa un brutto spavento. Un ultimo appunto: il bagno era privato ed esterno alla camera (cosa indicata in descrizione), ma mancava esplicita indicazione che il bidet non era presente.

Si paga praticamente solo per la posizione fantastica, vicinissima a piedi da tutti i punti di interesse.
Purtroppo la struttura, per quanto pulita, pecca un po' nel complesso: le pareti delle stanze sono davvero sottili ed è possibile sentire distintamente la gente che parla anche a tono di voce normale nelle stanze confinanti e l'andirivieni degli ospiti verso il bagno, essendo questo in comune.
Nonostante fossi stata informata via mail sulle condizioni di accesso alla struttura e sulle diverse informazioni, non in due giorni non ho incontrato nessuno dello staff, se non un ragazzo in strada, sul marciapiede di fronte al portone che mi ha fatto una sorta di check-in via cellulare e non era nemmeno sicuro di quanto a lungo dovessi stare, onestamente non mi è sembrato un trattamento particolarmente professionale.
Nel complesso se non si hanno pretese particolari e si vuole fare un breve soggiorno è ok, è comunque appunto ben collegata con tutto (l'unico vero punto positivo della struttura), ma non ci tornerei.

In unserem Bett waren Läuse. Leider konnte uns das Hotel kein anderes Zimmer anbieten, weil alle ausgebucht waren. Am Abend, an dem wir den Befall bemerkt haben, war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Aber die Reklamation und der Versuch, das Geld erstattet zu bekommen, ist sehr mühsam.

- Chewing-gum incollata sul pavimento che si incolla sotto le tue scarpe ,

- Non ci sono abbastanza tende da vietare di fare entrare la luce ( perciò se vuoi dormire la luce ti sveglia ),
-non è presente un armadio dove appendere camice o pantaloni ,
- Non c’è la presenza di un frigo nemmeno nel corridoio comune ,
