The hotel is in a wonderful location - a feeling of space all around, modern and clean. The rooms are a good size, small balcony with glass panels and all have a sea view and can see Poniente Beach and Benidorm Island. A safe can be rented cheaply and has basic key operation. The bathroom is fully equipped with rainfall shower in some rooms, (ordinary in others) and has inadequate lighting. The wifi is excellent, the buffet breakfasts are good but not great. The pool area is beside the busy sea front road. Most of the reception and cleaning staff are wonderful but I encountered a poor attitude from a security official who was called to my floor to investigate issues with neighbouring rooms. He did all he could to resolve the matter but accused me of losing my cool whilst I was trying to explain the problem to him around the language barrier. He was raising his voice to louder than mine..indeed he shouted down the corridor needlessly disturbing other guests! The walls in the building are shockingly thin, on the whole it is the least soundproofed building both I and a fellow traveller have stayed in.

Had a nice long weekend stay here 14/2 - 17/2/25.

Room was nice (wish I'd got a room on a higher floor for the views!).

The hotel was busy with older guests, so not noisy. I spent most of my time out and about, anyway!

Special shout out to Minh on reception for helping me out with my airport transfer issue. The bus transfer advice was very helpful... you're a star!

Lovely hotel in the quieter area of Benidorm but right opposite the beach with an uninterrupted view of the beach from all rooms. Lovely to wake up with the sun on your balcony. Staff were really good and helpful. Only had breakfast but found that they had everything you could want and very tasty. Will definitely use this hotel again.

This is advertised on Expedia as 4* it is actually a 3* and I am surprised it has 3! Very basic facilities a real throw back from the 80’s The swimming pool was grimey and the steps unsafe. No disabled access. The breakfast was quite apalling thank goodness I did not book for dinner. I would say avoid this place unless you have very low standards!

Nice hotel close to the beach, with all rooms having sea view, but much noise from neighbor rooms. The beach area is walkable in both directions to access restaurants and bars. The hotel organize events in first floor each night, many of them with dance.

The hotel had a car park if you are driving however it is not the best, more of a dirt track, & for our 3 day stay of was 15 euro.

Świetne miejsce na krótki jak i dłuższy pobyt

Wszystko było tak jak powinno, bezproblemowy check in, czysty i przestronny pokój z fantastycznym widokiem. Nie wiem jak z obiadem czy kolacją ale śniadania bardzo dobre, duzy wybór, każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. Łóżka duże, bardzo wygodne, duża szafa, ktora pomieści napewno wszystkie bagaże. WiFi daje rade, jak już musze znaleźć coś na minus to bedzie troszke słabe ciśnienie wody w prysznicu, do kąpieli ok ale do wypłukania szamponu z długich włosów troche za słabe.
Jak ktos przyjedzie autem to za hotelem jest dużo darmowych miejsc parkingowych w bocznych uliczkach. Nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z zaparkowaniem.
Ogolnie bardzo polecam. My napewno tu wrócimy.

Lovely break

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, beds were so comfortable. Stayed in a B&B basis, expected a continental breakfast it was a full buffet with eggs, bacon etc as well as continental. Was quite a walk to Tapas alley and Levante beach which we didn’t mind. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

All in all a good place to stay. Staff friendly, food selection good and cleanliness excellent. Spectacular view of the sea.
Just a couple of little niggles, 5 euros a day to park on a rough piece of ground seemed a little steep. Couldnt see any sort of extractor in a bathroom with no windows and was disturbed by the TV next door. Also a long time to wait for one of the 4 lifts, that serviced 17 floors. Though none of these points would stop me coming here again.

Absolutely spotless hotel and staff very friendly a little far outside all the pubs and clubs so taxis are an absolute
On the down side we found the in house entertainment catered more on the older side with a lot of dancing also its very spanish orientated
Walls are paper thin i could hear the people next door snoring but rooms nice very clean and spacious enough

Positives and negatives of hotel

Location of hotel has postives & negatives - good views of the beach, set back from the main road. But building site located directly behind the hotel, jcb dumper trucks running throughout the day - irritating drilling noise etc. Comfortable & clean room, excellent shower pressure. Mixture of friendly helpful staff - did offer to change our room due to overlooking recycling bins & building work noise but only there for two nights - made the most of it. Good value for money - full board included in price of the hotel. Swimming pool - bit chilly but great to relax when sun was out. Entertainment available if you want to join in. On the whole a great weekend location of hotel is on the outskirts of Benidorm but some might think that is a positive !! It needs to be clear that this hotel has a building site directly behind it !!!

Benidorm is not the place to go if you want to feel like you went to Spain. The local restuarants including the hotel buffett really cater to the British clientelle. Great place to go if you want fish and chips and pub food galore. The pool never had enough chairs and quite a few that they did have were broken.

Good position clean and friendly

on arrival it was a little daunting the hotel is very tired and dated, but we arrived late and the had a food welcome pack for each of us.
The hotel was extremely clean the beds were memory foam mattresses,view from balcony fab,could not fault selection and quality of the food there was also a comprehensive selection on sugar free and gluten free foods. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This hotel does not have fridges in the room but can be hired at a small cost, towels are very very old thin and scratchey......
On the whole it is a 3 star hotel at a good price for all that it offers.

No free wifi

WiFi 3.50€ per day...time they got into the 21st century. If smaller hotels can offer it free, then why can't this hotel? Hotel was OK if you like big 'mass production' hotels. Excellent location for the beach and rooms have spectacular views over the bay. Plenty of free parking available around the hotel, so no need to pay 7.50€ per day at the open hotel car park. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English.

there are nicer hotels to stay in for this price!

you can wait up till 10 minutes for the elevator

the food/buffet was really poor and simple and tasteless (breakfast was fine though and desserts as well) - make sure you are in time because they already start taking the food out 15 minutes in advance, regardless of how many people still want or need something more!!

very small balcony + that makes you feel like falling off (too high slope wrg raining water) - of course very nice sea views and views on Benidorm from the hall way, that is true

very noisy rooms (no noice insulation AT ALL)

very small (and obscure, outdated) rooms

outside garden/sitting aerea not at all cosy or attractive - we didn't even bother to go there for 1 minute

we were lucky with a flamenco show with 3-4 ladies that evening that was of an excellent quality

there was more than enough completely free parking space a bit higher upon the road (only a little bit slopy though) but that might only be the case in medium/low season; parking of hotel was full (and the staff couldn't care less for that apparently)

elevator unacceptable, buffet lunch/dinner + room + overall experience and atmosphere quality very poor (therefore my overall impression is only 1 and I will never go back there for sure)

=> I advice to everyone to choose another (sea-view) hotel with better marks/service/attractiveness/welcoming atmosphere for the same or an even lesser price, or to at least have lunch and dinner elsewhere!!

Nydelig utsikt over havet fra 7.ende etasje,.men det er et hotel stort sett med bare spanske pensjonister og bare 1 prosent snakker engelsk.Har vært her en gang før (i 2023)men dette var nok siste gangen ja,jeg trives mye bedre på Poseidon Resort hvor jeg har vært mange ganger de siste årene.

The location is good, near the beach and a nice walk to old town. Quite nice activities especially in the pool area. The hotel is very crowded and noisy but still ok standard.

Some of the staff are nice and polite whereas some are rude and not serviceminded at all.

Cleaning of the rooms can also be better, inconsequent- sometimes ok and sometimes for example the trash was left.

Overall ok hotel.

Sterk lukter av røyk/ sigarett i det røykfritt rom

Jeg bestilte røykfritt rom. Men vi fikk et rom som har sterk sigarett/ røyk lukt. Jeg henvendte dette til resepsjon og fikk ikke byttet rom. Røyklukten ble fikset med et kjempe sterk parfymer lukt. Dette fører til at jeg åpnet balkongsdør hele dagen og jeg fikk trøbbel med soving.

Great location at the beach with ok rooms. Gym almost non existent though, the service so so and the breakfast 3/5. Key card stopped working every day so had to get it fixed over and over. Very thin walls, heard the neighbors talk all the time even though they were speaking at a normal volume. Decent stay not more.

After a few small bumps in the road were ironed out everything was fine.
As a single guest, I did not need three beds in the room just taking up space. The fridge did not cool sufficiently. Reception dealt with this and then everything was good.

A FUIR !!!! Aucune isolation phonique on entend tout chez les voisins, matelas usé et oreillers tout autant usés sur une simple planche de bois sur pieds (pas de sommiers) buffet monotone et infecte, lieu vieillissant, piscine sale, personnel de ménage non pro et de surcroît menteur, ascenseur vétuste n’inspirant pas confiance,,,. Le seul intérêt c’est la vue mais le désastre du reste de l’hôtel n’en vaut pas la peine, À FUIR !!!!!
