Busy place and in my opinion the staff deserve a medal as they worked through Christmas Day. I think the hotel chain or Expedia should give the staff a reward. Fantastic team at fiesta park, who made all feel welcome.

On a side note, I think you would struggle to find better food in Benidorm. The kitchen staff produced amazing food. And on a large scale.

If anyone’s passing through these comments and is trying to work out a hotel, then honestly give fiesta park a try.

Really nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and all the staff were really nice and friendly. The outside pool was extremely cold but it is the end of October. The pool table was out of order for all our stay but apart from that we loved our stay here.

This property may be good if you want to go drinking with your British pals, but quiet, or even moderately quiet is not on the menu. Our real issue however was from our personal booking where we stayed 3 nights but I accidentally book two first nights and a second night, instead of a first second and third night. When I arrived the first night they told me about the error, but said \"too bad\" we can't do anything about your error to help you, so we keep your money and you can pay again for the third night! I should have insisted on room keys for both rooms when you think about it, but I did not. They felt they were being quite kind to offer a 10 percent discount for the third night. In the end we booked our third night in Benidorm at the Hotel Deloix Aqua Center. The Deloix was so much nicer and the room cost less! The full board restaurant at Deloix was really good, where the Port Fiesta Park Hotel full board was nothing to call home about. Fiesta Park's menu was quite limited and average quality, and their dinning room was so loud you could hardly talk to the person next to you. Skip the Fiesta Park Hotel unless you need to be in that part of town for a specific reason. the rooms are small, the hallways are narrow, and the pool has so many kids in it you are guaranteed to be swimming in something more than just water. the Deloix was more spacious and much cleaner and the food was much higher quality. By the way it also has three pools!

Just had a lovely 6 night break here at Port Fiesta Park have to say brilliant value for money, all inclusive you can't go wrong, perfect location 10min walk to the beach near the old town. Food was great loved it. Had a couple of nights out in the madness of the Benidorm strip area nice walk on the sea front and got a taxi back 8 euro

We stayed in a double room, the smell was terrible and the only plug socket was either the bathroom or high on the wall next to the TV. The rooms are dated, unclean and not nice at all. The food was nice though and we enjoyed the pool area. I would not book again

Hotel was convenient for our weekend stay although a bit dated in some areas, clean and had decent facilities. Our budget room was too small for three people i.e. not enough space to move around really. Nice pool and bar area. Reception mainly helpful depending on who was on shift. Great buffet breakfast with various choices, although no English tea! I would consider staying there again.

Check-in was very easy, took less than 2 minutes.

Room was very clean and a good size, with a balcony overlooking the outside pool.

Indoor pool was very clean, and water was a good temperature.

Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, likewise with the buffet dinner. Dining room staff were helpful and friendly, and food was continually kept topped up.

Evening entertainment was very good, some nights had shows, other nights music to dance to.

Free car park 5 minute walk up the top of the road.

10 minute walk into the Old Town, 5 mins to the beach.

Excellent value for money.

Very nice clean room, check in was easy, great location, brekfast was nothing more than okay, that said it was included in the room price, bar staff were very nice and polite and the entertainment space was nice but the chairs were too low and uncomfortable, very nice hotel at a very reasonable cost, we would definitely stay again!

It was a lovely stay for a couple of nights , beware there are lots of OAPs at this hotel on a cheap all inclusive, although they were friendly enough. Funny smell in the hallway but other than that very clean . Decent breakfast as well, overall happy with the place as it was only cheap.

This hotel is very dated with breakfast more suited to the Spanish clients . The rooms were basic but clean . The reception staff all spoke good English and were very helpful. The hotel is a bit back from the centre but it’s in a good location with plenty of bars and cafes around. Overall a good hotel

Very Good with a few minor grumbles

Well placed hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Beds a bit too hard for our liking. Bathroom/shower one of the best. Unfortunately, it started with an island of hair, but easily removed. Also, there was a daily dance/aerobics across the road in the parc de foietes which was quite loud & made a siesta difficult (not connected to the hotel). We're been here 3 or 4 times over decades. Would still return in the future.

A nice hotel and very clean.Breakfast was good with English cooked and continental.Always plenty of food and never ran out.Maids were very good and friendly.Drinks at the bar reasonably priced for a hotel.We had a room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool .The sun was on the balcony all day,which was ideal in January.The hotel was in the Pontiente beach area and near to the old town.

The hotel was for one night only, but what we didn't like was very loud bingo making conversation with reception difficult. The bar closed at 23.59 after we had returned from a night out, seems early. The signposting to reception and the car park was poor, there were no exit signs in the car park. Breakfast was excellent

Great area and good service by all staff,,, one complaint and that was that outside the room they gave me was the fans for the hotels air-con system and was noise all night ,,they did offer to change my room after I complained but as t was only there 3 nights I could put up with it but did say they should tell management to improve the doors to the balcony to stop the noise

Night time did not spend time in hotel bar after 1st night after what I seen was out off order not friendly for English visitors
But food was very good and well prepared

Hotel locatjon good. Position of room awful. All i could see was washing hanging on railuings across the road. It was also very noisy with motor cycles.Food was varied and plentiful. Always plenty of sunbeds some of the reception staff need to go on a customer service course bht overall an enjoyable time.

It was ok was disappointed about charges for a lot of things which was lead to believe was in with the hotel stay. Was also disappointed we had to buy soft drinks at dining time. Not even water was offered for free. Moved hotel in the end and paid a little bit extra for a whole lot more

One night in Benidorm

Four people (two children) in one room - four single beds cramped into one small room - barely space to walk. Beds were comfortable and we did sleep well.

Outside of the room, everywhere was so very uncomfortably and unnecessarily hot and sticky. Ticket system to obtain wi-fi access (long).

Dinner was awful apart from the ice cream and jelly. The food is cooked well but extremely bland. I didn't bother with breakfast.

Excellent séjour au Port Fiesta Park Hotel !
La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et située juste à côté de la piscine avec un service VIP, un vrai confort.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié.
Le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné.
Un grand plus : l’hôtel dispose de 4 piscines pour profiter pleinement du séjour.
Je recommande vivement !

El hotel en si calidad precio está muy bien ,el servicio de buffet es muy bueno y muy variado,las habitaciones un poco antiguas pero perfectas para pasar los días ,si es verdad que hace falta una nevera en la habitación y sería perfecta pequeños puntos que se pueden solucionar,sobre la animación es solo para niños y juegos igual si se pusiera algo para adultos estaría muy bien ya que en 10 días solo ha habido infantil hasta los espectáculos porque son de magia ,quitando ayer 22 que hubo espectáculo de flamenco los demás días es solo para entretener a los niños y no me parece justo .Pero por lo demás el hotel lo recomiendo 100/100

Huone ja hotelli olivat siistejä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. All inclusivessa hyvät ruuat ja juomat (koktailit, olut, limut). Lämmitetty allas ja aurinkoterssi hotellin katolla, 5. Kerroksessa.

Kesällä hieno allasbaari käytössä, talvikaudella juomat haettava baarista, mutta se ei ole ongelma.

Sisäänkäynti kadulta pieni sokkelo, rappusia alas ja sitten ylös. Hissejä myös hyvin käytössä.

Maaliskuun lopulla aurinko paistaa altaalle vasta iltapäivällä, mutta tässäkin pelastaa yläkerran aurinkoterassi

Experiencia recomendable, el buffet de desayuno estaba bien tenia casi de todo y el personal muy amable. La limpieza de la habitación de 10 y los baños están muy chulos. Hay muchas hamacas para poder descansar en la piscina y ademas hay horarios de actividades. Las paredes son un poco “finas” ya que escuchabamos la alarma de la persona de la otra habitación pero la verdad es que en la noche y casi todo el dia no se escucha nada, es muy tranquilo. Respecto a accesos.. es lo que peor veo, se puede ir a la playa andando pero son mas de 10 minutos… Lo ultimo a destacar es el aparcamiento, es horrible. Ellos tienen parking pero yo aparque en la calle (todo zona azul).

Fantastisk serviceniveau og central belligenhed

Dejlig central belligenhed og tæt på lækker sandstrand. Utroligt hjælpsomt og serviceminded personale. Vores datter har diabetes, og da der ikke var køleskab på værelset, var de yderst behjælpsomme med at få vores insulin i et \"gæste\"køleskab i restauranten. I poolbaren var de også hurtige til at lære, hvordan ens kaffe skulle være, eller hvilken sodavand man drak.
Der var masser af mad, stor variation og hurtig opfyldning. Speciel afslutning med frisk skåret frugt var fantastisk. Hvis man er til all-inclusive, kan det varmt anbefales.
