Inside hotel has been modernised but outside is tired & disjointed, pool almost all day in the shade. Sunbeds were old. Restaurant was very good, food & service was great, they even allowed us wine, soft drinks & water with evening meal even though we were H/B only . Good position for old town ^ beaches.

The hotel is situated right in the centre of the old town. It's up an incline, which can be a bit of an issue if you're not fit (or you're drunk). The room was spotless, basic, although no hot drinks station (you can get one at the bar downstairs) or ironing facilities. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and will do anything they can to help you out. Only one power socket in the room (additional one in the bathroom), so make sure you consider this when booking.

The property itself was very clean and the breakfast was excellent with so much bariety of hot food,fruit,yogurts,pastries,etc.
The hotel staff and cleaners were very friendly and efficient.
The location to old town bars and restaurants was superb.
However there were many reasons i would not come here again:-
The aircon in the room was not very good.
The pool was in the shade 100% of the time.
The rooms overlooking the poolface directly into other hotels rooms/balconies across the busy,sometimes noisy road.
Right next door was a children's school play area and,sitting by the pool, all one could hear were screaming children and occasional LOUD music...every day for hours.
The rooms are a bit on the tiny side.


We had a lovely time in Benidorm but all of the above explain why the hotel room was a bargain price!

Hotel very basic but very clean, the staff was nice and hotel is in a lovely area near the old town but the Room was very disappointing the balcony faced a wall so no view whatever the kitchen was at the bottom so very noisy early morning and all we could hear was staff or the chef coughing and spitting outside the kitchen door which was rotten as we then had to go and eat there. Made us feel ill hearing it. Very Spanish based hotel

Lovely clean hotel, in a good location with very happy, helpful staff. There was alot of choice for breakfast. Pool area was very nice.
The only negative is the hairdryer wasn't very good, so i would take my own next time. We would recommend Port Vista Oro Hotel.

Cheap stay very dated

The hotel was extremely dated not like pictures. The breakfast was cold and provided microwaves to warm up. It's was not the best taste either. The room was very loud during day/morning due to school next door and windows aren't very sound proof.
The pool looks very different in picture to real life. I wouldn't return here but then I like a breakfast I can eat. Even the savoury side wasn't very good. For the price I would probably say you pay what you get but have stayed at Cheaper better hotels. It is a shame as location is actually not bad central to old town.

It's more suited to the older generations of people with there entertainment choices in the night.

Didn't try the lunch or evening meal but the smell was enough to put you off.

Good value 3 star

I liked the hotel. It was very clean,great mattress,nice bathroom. Food was ok. My one complaint is that I asked for a pool view. I understand that the hotel was full and it wasn't possible. However I was given the room with what must have been the worst view in the hotel..a blank with virtually no sky showing.

This is quite a basic Hotel but it is very clean with good facilities such as the swimming pool, which was well maintained. There was a very good selection for breakfast. It is in a great location for the old town with the beach, bars and dining within easy walking distance. The air conditioning was a bit dated and therefore not as efficient as more modern systems. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is a super noisy hotel with kids all over the hallways and poll area. If you get a lower floor room you will suffer from noise (the hotel has its own theater/night club downstairs that blast music until midnight - I felt my floor and walls vibrate). On the positive side it is not too far from the beach. I got the full package meal but I would not recommend it as it all seems like a cheap cruise type buffet experience

great for old town

hotel is opposite the more known cristal park hotel 2 minutes walk from the old town,
its surrounded by small streets where the locals live so lively but not really touristy but 2 minutes and you are in the old town with the 2 main beaches either side.
infant school next door so youll sunbathe to the sounds of happy kids in term time !
hotel is very clean decent size rooms,nice balcony, pool area is good,food nice and varied. probably 75% spanish holiday makers when we stayed in may but no issues with that apart from the entertainment was tilted towards them.
probably more for older couples and families.
no parking at hotel at all, so its a car park or a hunt for a \"white\" zone parking space
we liked it and would certainly go back

God placering lige uden for centrum af nattelivet. God værdi for pengene. Pool meget kold og kun i skygge, hvilket nok er godt i højsæsonen, men ikke i oktober. Der ligger en skole lige ved siden af hotellet, med en del støj til følge, dog skal det siges at der også er en del støj fra vejen. Ca. 2 timers sol på egen terrasse (2 sal). Hjælpsomt personale. Et værelse til tre personer er trængt. God variation i buffeten, kunne dog godt ønske knap så hård tilberedning af kød produkter.

Det var dåligt städat med en del hår på golvet. Färgen på taket hade lossnat och ramlade på golvet. Värst av allt var dagen vi skulle checka ut, de bara knackade kort och kom in redan vid 09.00. Det var det sämsta hotell jag har vistas i och rekommenderar inte stället.

Camas incómodas, WiFi no hay

Las camas son incómodas no puedes descansar porque si te mueves en la cama hace ruido todo, el poner 2 camas individuales es incómodo porque solo se aprovecha 1 si eres 1 persona ya que la división de las 2 camas hace que se mueva todo. El WiFi es malísimo no me sirvió de nada estuve en una 3a planta y no llegaba la señal. La nevera que tienen es de adorno ya que no enfría nada, faltan ascensores en el hotel solo hay 1 y es lento, pequeño y pasa saturado, el precio es demasiado elevado para el pésimo hotel que es. No recomendaría este hotel y no volvería la verdad.

Bom dia. Houve um engano, com a nossa reserva, deram-nos um quarto para as traseiras do hotel, só viamos parede, fui reclamar, que tinha feito quase 1000Km, e meteram-nos a ver paredes , no 3o piso, o sr da recepção disse que tinha qe pagar mais para ter vista piscina, um pouco melhor, paguei 60€ pelos 2quartos, mas no outro dia fui ver a reserva, e eu tinha pago ,com vista piscina. Devolveram o dinheiro . Mas podia ter evitado tudo isto. Mas o hotel é muito barulhento, deixam os ingleses fazer tudo, barulho à noite, batem nas portas perdidos de bebados, vomitam os carredores, etc. O pessoal, é super simpático, com excessao duma senhora da recepção, que de simpatia nao tem nada. Os senhores sao simpatiquissimos. De resto foi bom

Buen sitio para empezar el año

Al llegar la habitación estaba montada para dos y éramos tres pero enseguida me lo solucionaron, lo que no me gustó nada es que sean las puertas de los baños transparentes con lo cual no hay intimidad y tampoco había escobilla en el váter lo cual me parece un poco guarrería.
