Amazing! 5 minute walk into the Old Town. Lovely, spacious, hotel and completely modern. Great price and the service from everybody was excellent throughout. Only booked B&B, but the breakfast selection was vast, tasty and well cooked. Would definitely recommend!

Stay before - won’t again!

We live in Spain and have family in Benidorm so visit when allowed occasionally. Stayed before but won’t again. Arrived at check in to be informed there was no parking and it couldn’t be prebooked. My wife has a disability and cannot walk far. Bathroom had a caustic type smell. Nowhere to get a coffee in the morning unless you go to restaurant for breakfast. And all for 165€ a night!!!

A fab stay....good location/excellent facilities.

Our first stay at this hotel and would definitely book again!
Impressive entrance, bar, room (beds were enormous and super comfy!). Breakfast ticked all the right boxes.
The best part though was the smiling and professional staff team....
We didn’t know how to access the underground car park and two kitchen staff helped us. Both receptionists were lovely and very professional.

a lift dedicated to floor's 10 to 19 would help.

More staff in the restaurant to clear and reset table's quicker, those who are there work hard and are cheerful but there are a lot of tables, and more tales for two people only would help

Hotel is amazing - spotlessly clean and helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. It was a special birthday and the bottle of cava left but n my room when they found out was touching. Located just a few minutes from beach and old town - just perfect. I was here with a group of 8 and each and everyone one of them intends to return.

From the moment I arrived I was extremely impressed with this hotel. The reception / bar area was very clean and smart and the staff very attentive and efficient. I had a second floor room which was very smart, modern, clean and well laid out. Water and toiletries were provided. The room had a very nice clean balcony area, a fridge which is always a bonus and the free wifi was better and more effective than most hotels. My room was cleaned and servced daily. I found my room quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was included in my price and the range on offer was huge, the restaurant was clean, bright, and spacious. I did not use the pool area but from what I could see from my balcony, it looked smart and well kept.I did not use the evening restaurant as I dined away from the hotel but the bar area was comfortable. The hotel is a 300- 400 yard easy walk, slightly downhill to the water front. I really failed to find any negatives about this hotel, it truly was first class and I would definitely use again when I go to Benidorm again....

This is the 6th time we have stayed at this hotel at different times of the year and it's always been very good
My husband loves the happy hour and the bar area. Many people return year after year so that speaks for itself. This visit we had a spacious room on the 19th floor with great views over the coast line. We will return again sometime next year.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location but within walking distance of restaurants and nightlife.
Very clean spacious room. Private balconies with fantastic view of the bay.
Only downside was a quite disappointing breakfast experience. Staff didn't greet us once during our weeks stay and started setting up for lunch and clattering crockery and cutlery about well before end of breakfast service, We felt really unwelcome. Some breakfast items disappointing .

The reception area was impressive and the reception staff were very helpful. However, the bedrooms badly need updating. Cleanliness was not great as the floor was very dusty in the corners and under the beds. I only had breakfast in the hotel and this was quite good. The swimming pool was rather small. The location is very good as it is near the old town, which is lovely.

Nice Hotel in Central Benidorm

The hotel has 19 floors and is 4 star Hotel . It is in the center of Benidorm.15 minutes walk from the sea shore and about 10 minutes to the buses to Altea etc. There is a nice pool with loungers and parasols. The buffet breakfast is very good and is available from 08.00 am to 10.30 am. They also serve lunch and dinner,if you want it. The rooms are nice and airy with individual air con. and a balcony with a table and chairs. The rooms are non smoking ,but you cam smoke on the balcony. There is a TV with English channels The hotel is in a relatively quite location, where families on holiday and the locals and Spanish families on holiday hang out. There are nice bars and cafes close by. This is our second stay and it was as brilliant as the first..

Hotel was immaculately clean, staff were all very helpful and friendly. We were half board and were very impressed with the choice and quality of the food.
Only minor gripe was the elevators. They are very slow and only hold a few people. Having said that it would never put me off staying at the RH Victoria again.

This was my first time staying here. My friends had been on prior occasions and recommended this hotel as a great place to stay. I wasn't disappointed. The staff made us feel welcomed and gave us that personal touch of great customer service. Five minutes from the beach and many bars and restaurants. Looking forward to returning here. Good location in quitter part of town set back from the beachfront and main nightlife but still some local bars and restaurants nearby. Happy hour is just before restaurant opens so a great opportunity to buy drinks - which are standard priced in any case - and take them into the restaurant if eating in. Short walk to beach and bars with entertainment.

A superb family oriented holiday near the shops and the beach. Perfect facilities though swimming pool a bit small. Best part of the hotel is the staff. So hard working all the staff. Very very good people from the waitresses to reception excellent. Wi fi is very good too.

Had a nice 5 day stay at RH Victoria during fiesta week, cant fault the hotel in any way and was a lovely guesture to provide a bottle of Cava on our special occassion , would definetly recommend and hope to return in the future .

This is a nice hotel, the twin room was large, spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly.
We had a sea view which was largely obstructed by a monstrosity of a building but you could see the sea.
Don't let that put you off.

Rooms looking a bit tired now.
Dripping toilet system / faulty flush should have been reported and fixed by previous habitants or maid.

Nice hotel close to centre but not in noisy area

Stayed two nights, got a good rate last minute via hotels.com (booked on the day of arrival). Large room on the 15th floor with a small balcony. Good flatscreen but we couldn't get any channels to work...
Mini fridge with first two very small bottles of water free - since you can't drink the tap water it seems a little mean to charge EUR 2.50 for every subsequent water, perhaps introducing two complimentary bottles per room per day would be an idea, as this hotel rates itself as 4 star. Bathroom large if a little dated. As so high up the wind 'howled' a little at night (we put a towel under the bathroom door to fix). Lobby bar which we didn't use, nice pool with loungers, in the shade some of the day. Evening entertainment if that's your thing. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety and very fresh. Hotel is located away from any craziness but only around 15 mins walk to old town. 10 mins walk to ALC airport bus stop.

We were there for 2 nights break before we flew back to uk for a week. We like to do this in the winter as normally quiet time of year. There seemed to be more British in the hotel than when we stayed last time. But the hotel is a good location for the old town which is just a few minutes walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing we said about was the the choice of evening meal was not as good as 2/3 years ago, so that if we stayed there again we would just do bed and breakfast.

Located ideally for all shops, restaurants and beach, fantastic choice of meals in restaurant. Half board allowed us to choose lunch or evening meal, room was good size being cleaned and checked each day if wanted. Honestly deserves it's 4 stars and would definitely recommend it.
