Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and enormous. The modern bathroom was incredibly wonderful. The jetted bathtub and shower water pressure very impressive. The homemade breakfast and coffee was an amazingly wonderful experience with the gorgeous pool view and picturesque mountains in the background. You will need to uber from this location however Ubers were very cheap and very safe. Very relaxing stay and very satisfied with this boutique Hotel!!!

This is a beautiful property, safe and quiet. Keep in mind that services are very limited, not even a soda machine. Room 103 is behind the pool via and uneven unlit walkway to get to the stairs, and the \"deluxe\" room could really use a workspace. I've stayed here before, things were different this time. No answer when calling the front desk, had to go find the staff more than once. Did it change hands? P.S. Go to MOOSE for breakfast, twice the meal for the same price.

For being in the city and near the airport it was in a quiet part of town. The front desk receptionist was waiting for us because of our late arrival and was so friendly and helpful even in the late hour. He had us park in the gated parking lot in front of the hotel. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. My friend said “that was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, in months!”

This place is amazing. The hosts went above and beyond. Originally we had a 5:30AM flight. The host set up an airport transfer for 2:30am. In the early morning we learned our flight had been canceled (due to the global outages). The shuttle driver was very gracious and did not get upset at all about waiting for us and not leaving. He even gave my husband his card and offered his home if we got stranded longer. We were able to book a (much) later flight. The hosts allowed us to stay on the property, swim, and kept our luggage locked up.

This boutique hotel was a perfect place to stay for our first night in Costa Rica, it is conveniently located close to the airport and down the street from many dining options and a Fresh Market grocery store. If your plans include staying in town, this place is a great little oasis. The property is very well maintained. The staff is very courteous and professional. my goodness!!!!!!!! My experience was FABULOUS. 1st off if they've received a negative review I can't imagine why it must be a total nasayer. In my experience my room was quite lovely. Everything was impeccably clean the television was amazing the sliding glass doors with the view of the golf course was amazing both of the beds were perfectly made and extremely comfortable with nice linen. The towels were presented so nicely everything was fresh and clean. The little kitchen at with the microwave and refrigerator coffee maker was awesome the water pressure was excellent and with hot water. I really like how they have the bathroom separated with the sliding glass door. They're simple little details in the room that are obviously Upgraded ifelt modern. Unfortunately I came on a rainy day but I did still use the pool even though it was cold because I was so excited for it. It's a darling pool just big enough. I left for the airport too early for breakfast but I hear good things. It was strange. A bit more like an air bnb in that the basics were not available that a good hotel would have. For instance, we had the large suite. There were minimal soaps etc, no access to buy snacks or beverages, no irons or hair dryers or anything like that. The hot tub takes a number of hours to heat up so we were unable to use because the lady who checked us in didn’t know how to work it. Pool was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff that came in later in the day was kind and personable. This was an “ok” place to sleep a night, but I think there are some pretty great other places In the area that deserve a look.

Beautiful little boutique hotel. It was like staying with family in a private exquisite home. The room was huge and lovely, complete with mini fridge and coffee maker. Beautiful furnishings and linens. The only issue was that the bed was super firm even with a topper on it. A bit uncomfortable for me but that is because I have back problems.

We started our trip for a few days here just to get acclimated to C.R. Its a nice place on a golf course but kinda of far from most amenities there is a few resturants and bars near by but with out a car (no on site parking) but it was a good value for us.

This is a very gorgeous place to stay. We stayed here after a long day of plane rides and were really happy to have such attentive staff. The breakfast is also super duper yummy. We really appreciated that the parking didn't cost too much, and it was gated so we were sure that our rental car didn't get broken into. The rooms are all unique and the villa is very charming!

The room and view was beautiful, but the highlight was Patricia. I watched her as she made the breakfast that one reviewer commented was “microwave food.” Definitely was not. For only ten bucks each, she served us a spectacular and filling breakfast. Her hospitality and warmth made it all that much more delightful. Our stay was short but all staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely would stay again.
