Average hotel, bad food. Overall, better than I expected for the price.

My room was compact, but with a good bed, excellent TV, and fridge. The bathroom was stylish.
My economy room view was of the internal building - fine for a short stay.

As I’d booked half-board, breakfast and dinner was included. It was cheap so I didn’t expect much and it really wasn’t great. Options from the buffet were limited, poor quality and bland.

For a short stay it’s fine, but for your holiday, you really deserve better food than what’s provided here.

Reception staff great and helpful. Dining staff unfriendly and asked for Room ID 3 times when dining. Limited choice of foods. Bedroom window would not lock and was accessible by other rooms and from the hallway window. Was given a disabled room when not disabled. Music on until 11pm which echoed all through the 1st floor above making sleep impossible.
Hotel itself was clean and well presented and located well.

We stayed for 7 nights and we have a standard double bedroom with window. Good size room for a couple and enough for what we need. Room has a wardrobe, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, luggage space, safe box, fridge and air-condition. Lovely modern bathroom with big walk in shower.
We had a good sleep (having earplugs helps). You can hear poeple talking next room, but it's not a problem for us. Breakfast is great. Dinner is ok. Hotel mainly catered for Spanish people but it's great to learn culture.
The location is fantastic.

Good if a little noisy

Stayed in a single occupancy room it was very small. But all i needed for 5 nights. However there was some noise from neighbouring rooms seems sound proofing is an issue. Also my room was close to an amenities store and there was a lot of banging early in the morning from people starting work and possible deliveries.
Not ideal, but very cheap and had my own controllable air con and the shower was excellent.

All staff very friendly nothing was a problem to them .Room cleaned daily then hotel a 5 minute walk from centre of old town I will be staying again on next trip to Benidorm

One night in November

Good location for Old Town and had a great deal for B and B. Room comfortable and enjoyed English channels on TV. No Hairdryer - room quite noisey. Breakfast OK coffee nice typical of a buffet breakfast. Definitely would stay again if her a good deal.

A very good surprise

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I went for a long weekend and paid very little. I wasn't expecting the best due to the very good price I got and it turned out to be really good. Staff was super friendly, hotel really clean and well located. I had an issue with the aircon which was then fixed within minutes. I highly recommend.

A true gem hidden away.

A true hidden gem in the old Town, a great addition to the hotel.com portfolio. Friendly welcoming staff happy to see you and everything done to make your stay great. Every room was spotlessly clean, kitted out fully with able bodied and less able facilities that would put many UK hotels in the shade. Mix of people from many nations, Dutch, German,French and British mixing in well. Good entertainment aimed at the older end (i.e me lol) and just a terrific atmosphere. Biggest plus was the relief from kids tearing around shattering the peace and all respectful of others. Great, indeed fantastic value for money and I heartily recommend it.The choice for me next year without doubt. Now if only we could get the mayor to sort out the main avenue which is more akin to a Beirut war zone than a top holiday destination.Thank you to all the amazing staff who seem to love their job.

The breakfast was very poor
Cooked breakfast was cold as air con unit was right above serving units so cold air blows down constantly.
staff in restaurant were non verbal , but not to Spanish guests of which there were many.
Reception staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for us, booking outings and trips etc.
No swimming pool
No comfortable lounge for evenings in.
Bedroom was extremely small and no drawers for small items of clothing
Beds were very comfortable
Bathroom was excellent.

At first we was given a tiny double room after requesting a twin room (for 2 women) it was literally just big enough to fit the double bed in which had only one long pillow to share. It only had a window, no balcony. The window could not open and was only looking out onto 3 brick walls it was like a prison. We asked to change rooms the following day which they were happy to do if we paid an extra 32 euros I was told to come back at 2pm and it will be ready (we had to go back at 2pm) it was not ready when we got in the room it was so much better, bigger with a balcony and the shower was really good and powerful to.

We stayed for 3 nights in September. Very pleasant stay close to tapas alley. Beds were quite hard however the power shower made up for this. Walls were paper thin though and when the person in the next room coughed it felt like they were in the same bed

Hotel relación calidad-precio aceptable tirando a bajo. El buffet muy poca variedad, solo un tipo de arroz, uno de pasta, algo de embutido y poco para ensaladas, si no espabilabas los postres que eran pocos se terminaban.... La habitación minúscula y la cama y almohada super incómodas.....

The hotel is pleasant and clean …nice on first impressions….staff not so nice!
On book in the man was not very pleasant …he said children were upto 14 years but the room was for 4 adults as per hotels.com minors are upto 17…his colleague confirmed ok…he wanted a copy of voucher which I have never been asked for before but the said it didn’t matter! Still not sure why or what it was needed for ….unfortunately the Spanish lady in front of us had similar problems with him not being too friendly either….not best for front of house first impressions….breakfast staff also miserable if you could find either of them as they were busy chatting in the kitchen…neither very approachable….luckily it was a one night stay but a real shame
