The room was clean but tiny and the view from the window was at small enclosed space featuring gas tanks. Some of the furniture was shabby and the towels small and thin. The breakfast was great, fresh and delicious. The stuff was super nice, I had to leave my suitcase with them for couple of hours before and after my stay, and they were very accommodating. They even have special luggage room for guests, it also has lockers. AC was fine. And location is amazing, there is a Gaudy masterpiece just around the corner, and in general, it’s close to everything. Too bad there is construction going on along all of Ramble boulevard right now, which affects the experience but this is not hotel’s fault.

Hotel it’s Right in the Heart of the Ramblas Street. Walking distance from shops, trains and restaurants. We Enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and amenities in the room. Staff were welcoming and informative at all times. Definitely check it out!!

Air did not work in our son and his family’s room. In our room it only worked by continual fan blowing, no automatic on off so you either froze or sweated.

Hotel is in an old building, but building always smelled when you entered like a fish fry.

Elevator, again an old building, extremely slow. Worse on check in and check out. Only 3 people allowed and if you had luggage one or two.

It is a convenient location to the port for a cruise but definitely not worth what we paid. Las Ramblas is completely torn up with construction work and there was no mention of that with the booking. Taxi’s had to park across the street on the curb, and the taxi drivers walked across and down the street to the hotel then back all while the meter is running.

Simply not worth nearly $800 US for two nights

The location is perfect, on the central boulevard of the city, near waterfront, and very close to the wonderful farmer’s market.

Breakfast is good and certainly worth having!

The property is old, facilities are out of date quite a bit.
Air conditioning is weak in our room. Lucky we were there end of May so not too hot to sleep.
Ensuite bathroom does not have any vent. Very humid and uncomfortable.
Shower Faucet was leaking and pools water on the floor after shower.

They were putting a subway line and there was rumbling day and night. The elevator was tiny. Barely room for 2 people. The front desk guy wouldn't check us in until we found our receipt. The bed was like a brick. Breakfast was good. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Very close to the port. We would have walked to the cruise port except the Ramblas was torn up and very uneven walking surface. Staff was excellent and courteous. If going to cruise port have taxi put meter on when you begin. He did not do this but punched a button and 47 euros was the fee. Airport to hotel was less with twice the distance grabbing a taxi outside arrival door.

Victor who checked us in was fantastic! Helpful, attentive, and mindful of our needs. He lend us an outlet adapter without any questions and helped us find restaurants and places to go.
As far as the place location, it was excellent. Walking distance to everything you wanted to see, and if you were arriving by train, the metro station was two blocks away. Walkable even with large suitcases and elevator to take you down to the platform from there you can go to the main Sant train station and bus station. If we had known, we would not have spent 30+ euros on a Uber from the station to the hotel.
A room was excellent, it had a private patio could not beat it!

This hotel is an excellent location on the main road and well situation near subway station. It was very well maintained and the room comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was great and well tended. Only wish the buffet started earlier than 8am. A packaged breakfast is available by request if you need.

Nice hotel, great location, helpful staff. Beautiful patio overlooking the roof of the Palau Guell; stunning and unique! Checking was very slow, there was a long queue, so it took about an hour. Otherwise, fantastic!

Great location! Our group of 32 had finished a cruise and walked 15 min to the hotel from the location the cruise shittle dropped us off (World Trade Center).
Clean & pleasant rooms rooms, and some with beautiful views of the city.
They need to make a copy of each person's passport who will be staying there, so allow time for that. The staff was helpful and kind.

The property is in a good location and staff are friendly but wouldn’t recommend. The room was noisy till after midnight with drums and music right next door. There was also continuous vibration from the metro below. The room was additionally dated.

As the name implies, it’s right on the famous La Rambla.
Booked 2 rooms, lady up front could have done a better job assigning the rooms. My daughter, SIL and grand baby (who needed a crib) ended up in the smaller room, while my husband and I got the bigger room. By the time we realized it, it was late into the night and have unpacked already. But, we shouldn’t have had to worry about that if the employee did her due diligence.
No instructions on how to use the AC, WiFi info in the room was outdated.
Asked for non-smoking room, but the hallways smelled like smoke.
No body lotion was provided, shampoo & body wash were so small, I couldn’t tell which one is which. It’s a good thing we brought our own. These are the things that can be easily remedied since it’s related to simple customer service.
The bed could use more pillows since the mattress was hard (no box spring), there were 2 pillows, we found a 3rd one in the closet/ dresser. They could use new warm blankets, the ones we got had seen better days, they’re mocha colored, it made them look dirty. I said “they” since our mattress were 2 twins pushed together to make a queen bed, they also made up the bed as twins, so my husband & I essentially had separate beds.
Free breakfast was okay, just like any free breakfast, the spread was the same every day. They will pack you breakfast if you have an early flight, just let them know.
Hoping this review will help someone decide or be better prepared when booking their stay.

Location is great..other than lots of construction and not convenient for when you’re traveling with luggage because you couldn’t be dropped off in front of hotel. Elevators definitely need to be updated. Most of the time only one worked and must’ve had a sensor because it will close you which can be very dangerous.

We arrived well before check-in time at same time as many other travellers. Great greeting and we were ushered into a waiting area for a few minutes. Checkin done efficiently and allowed to store luggage until check-in time.
Room was very clean with very well appointed bathroom. Friendly staff helped us with issues with the safe.
Great view of the street from our room and lots of shopping and restaurants very close by.
Only issue we had was the limited amount (1) of outlets in the room which was a challenge for our number of chargers. A small power bar would be a great add to the room.
Breakfast was an extensive Continental with good choices of meat, dairy, and fruit. All we needed to get going.
Front desk staff always ready to help with advice and tips.
Would definately come again,.

Right on La Ramblas so best area to stay in Barcelona. Always buzzing and something to do.
Great for solo/couples/friends/family.
I was happy getting patio/balcony room that I requested.
The only thing I thougt the maids were kinda loud in the morning as well as some of the guests.
