One of my favourite hotels when I come to Tokyo for a short period. I always ask for that panoramic view of the tower. It’s splendid. I come for that view. The best rooms are those where you can see the tower from every room, including from the bath. The rest of hotel is a bit old and I wish it had a better gym with a lifting platform. But otherwise, I like it very much.

The lounge amenities were excellent. The food and beverage offerings were abundant and of high quality.

We were underwhelmed by our accommodations. We booked a Familia Suite B at considerable expense to discover that it was not a true suite at all; it was just one larger room with a kitchen area. It was disappointing.

The second thing we disliked was the misleading so called free drink coupons they provided for their Sky Lounge. When we went to use them it turned out there was a 1000 yen per person charge to sit up there. We felt duped.

Every time I and my husband walked into the lounge, the lady stopped us to check our room numbers. It was annoying because other guests were just walking in without being stopped. It was rude. I didn’t want to have the lounge access but there was no plan without the lounge access if we wanted to stay in higher floors. Very dissatisfied with the lady and the service.

This was such an amazing stay. The ambiance of the hotel was so warm and welcoming, as were the staff. They’d refresh our room everyday without miss. I loved the dimmable lights. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with so many options, we’d go late morning so there’d usually be a wait but it moved very quickly. It was always worth the wait. Whenever we go back to Tokyo I will look forward to staying here again!

Don’t do it, unless you reaaaally want to stay near the Tokyo tower or have a view of it. Paid for a premium corner suite that was not clean at all, stains on carpet and walls. Lounge access was not worth it either. Hotel is dated, for the 500$ plus a night 5 star cost. Really should be 1.5 stars, not dramatically speaking either.

AC is also managed/facility controlled in the wee hours, so if you can’t sleep under hot conditions, there’s that as well..

Beautiful luxury hotel. The room was spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is a very large property with a Lawsons and bowling alley inside. There is an onsen and gym but the onsen incurred a fee to use it and the gym didn’t allow anyone under 20 yrs old. Breakfast that was included consisted of 3 different restaurants to choose from. We only tried the American ones but they still included Japanese options. Be aware that the Sky Bar has gorgeous views of the Tokyo Tower but drinks are crazy expensive. We just sat at the bar which was free but they charge you a fee for seating near the window or at a sofa lounge. Location was decent and near a subway station entrance. We would stay here again.

It was our second stay here and I have nothing but praise. Hotel is very conveniently located, staff is friendly and very helpful (the've returned me my credit card before I realized that I left it in my laundry). Food options and experience are great. Views from the room are simply amazing!

Very disappointed with this hotel! We stayed here one night early in front of our Tour. Then they transferred us to a room against the expressway. Listen to sirens all night. Staying here for a total of five nights. Top deck restaurant was wide open, but we were required to wait 20 minutes for a table. Would not stay here again. No would we recommend this location to anyone.

We had club lounge access and they didn’t have Coke Zero which is the only drink I drink apart from water. At breakfast there is no bread and no toast. As it is used by a lot of international travellers it wouldn’t be hard to supply these things. As a 5* it should definitely have a smart tv in the room, we had the choice of 7 Japanese channels. Could not get our Netflix account. It advertises as having a pool but you have to pay extra for that. Room was nice, clean with a nice bathroom. Fitted bed sheets need upgrading as rough and cheap feeling.

I only had the breakfast buffet once but It was well sorted. I recommend to do reservations in advance, we did not have one and had to wait 30 minutes which was not bad since we can seat and enjoy the view of the city and the tower.
I loved that they set the room at night, place chocolates on the bed, Ice and the weather forecast for the next day. You will loved the place!

Terrible value for money. Apart from the excellent location there's no real reason to stay here. It is definitely not at 5 star standard. The rooms are dated and lacking modern amenities and the wardrobe space is tiny. Staff were inconsistent with no welcome on arrival. The breakfast booking was a complete fiasco with waits of over 30mins even when booking. Many of the vegetarian breakfast items were not as the contained fish or meat. The business lounge was closed for maintenance and there was no way to print important documents...after waiting for 30mins. The airport shuttle to Haneda has been suspended.
The VIP drinks were limited and probably cost no more than 800 yen.

I would never stay at this hotel again. Staff was very rude and very unaccommodating, it is not a very good friendly hotel. Also the amenities you have to pay extra for them like the pool and the gym which was ridiculous and it was such a far walk from the rooms. The property main area was over crowded at most times and not tidy. Also food options are limited. Upstairs restaurant is very busy without a reservation at all times. The lobby restaurant is only open for certain hours. The room was basic not sure how this is a 5 star property

Our stay at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo started off on the wrong foot and unfortunately never improved. Upon arrival, my husband approached the concierge with a simple question. The woman working there abruptly dismissed him, telling him he needed to wait in a very rude and condescending tone, as if she were speaking to a five-year-old. It was a disappointing and unpleasant way to begin what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.

Later that evening we went to the rooftop bar for drinks. When we received the bill, I questioned an ¥8000 charge that appeared on it. We were then told it was a seating fee. Had this been explained to us beforehand, we would have had no problem with it, but it was never mentioned. The waitress went to speak with the manager, and instead of the manager coming to address the situation personally, the waitress returned and told us that the manager said we had been informed and that we were essentially lying. It was incredibly unprofessional and upsetting.

The situation became even more uncomfortable when my husband stood up briefly to take a picture of the Tokyo Tower from the rooftop. We actually have a view of it from our room, but he simply wanted a photo from the rooftop vantage point. He was immediately reprimanded and told to sit down and stop taking pictures, which felt completely unnecessary and embarrassing. Disappointed in my stay. For the price I payed me and my husband felt discriminated from the start because of our tattoos. To begin I payed a decent price for a view of the tower room . We did have a view but in the third floor we were in the sight of the park so the entire park could see into our room.Upon arriving the never offered to take our bags even though they had offered to the guest around. Every night there was young girls waiting in the elevator area and then men from the 33 and up floors would badge them in . It seemed like they are okay with prostitution at hotel . The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a great view. The room was also larger than we expected, a big plus. Breakfast annd shower were awesome. The staff were helpful. We enjoyed the location, near several subway stops and inside a park area. They let us check out late which was super helpful.

Small points to consider:
1. Our taxi, hailed by the staff who explained our destination to the driver, took us to the wrong museum. Recommend only using uber.
2. The toilet room light was bright and came on during nighttime visits, waking everyone up. Recommend smaller night light.

Had to wait beyond 3pm for room to be available, courtesy drink should be offered when guests have to wait for their room to be made ready post 3pm. The room itself was clean and spacious. The shower pressure was great. Various power adapters provided were useful additions. TV should allow connection to guests streaming channels in 2026. Handy Lawson convenience store in the basement. Tried the Sky bar, had to queue, didn’t pay extra for the tower view and could see it from the bar counter anyway. Vehicle noise from the street on the 26th floor to me seemed to be louder than one should expect, the Fast and Furious seemed to be driving by each night.
Good hotel in general just a few minor irritations, back there for a few more days at the end of vacation.

We stayed in a renovated room with lounge access, which was spacious and well-designed, and had a great view of the Tower. Check-in was a complicated two-step process of having to go to two separate desks, then sit at a table in the lounge—it was nice to have the food and drinks, but there should be an option to go straight to your room first. Location is calm and peaceful by Tokyo standards—not where I’d stay for a first trip or a short trip, but it’s nice that there’s a convenience store directly in the hotel since there’s not much in the surrounding blocks.

The hotel was excellent with stunning views of Tokyo tower and Shiba park. The location was great with fantastic connections for transport and local restaurants and amenities.

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help.

I would recommend anyone to stay here, even if it is for a night to enjoy the view from the roof bar.
