We loved this hotel! Right in the middle of everything. Beautiful rooms, good restaurant and walking distance to shopping and sight seeing. We’re already planning a trip back. Staff were very kind to us when we showed up hungry and exhausted. They booked a table at the restaurant and got us to our rooms very quickly.

Excellent location! Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms are nice and we had a double and a suite (for 3 people) and the suite was very nice and big with a lovely balcony overlooking the plaza. Would stay here again on our next stay!

We loved the central location of the hotel. There were numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance and public transportation was available close by. The bed was very comfortable and the rain shower in the bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was great with a variety of food to choose from. Huge compliments to Pedro, one of the members who went above and beyond to assist us. From the moment we got to the door of the hotel, he was there to assist us with our luggage and take them to our room. Pedro offered suggestions on places to visit and assisted us in getting transportation to tour the city. He also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a great stay at Internacional Design Hotel. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well maintained throughout our visit. The included breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options every morning. My favorite was the ham omelette.

The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It is right in the heart of Lisbon and within walking distance of many major tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and public transportation. It made exploring the city very easy.

The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions we had. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of location, cleanliness, comfort, and value. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Our room was always cleaned to a high standard. We loved having the room with the balcony overlooking the square. Staff were very helpful . Breakfast was very good especially the freshly made omelettes! We really enjoyed the meal in the fish restaurant too. I would gladly recommend this hotel to friends.

Location cannot be beat, although because it’s in such a central location, there is a lot of tourist traffic so just a heads up if you want something less busy. But for a first time to Lisbon, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. The staff were lovely and the accommodations were clean and incredibly well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location. As soon as you step outside, most of the major tourist attractions are within walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

We stayed on the lower first floor, and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside. Closing the curtains did little to reduce the disturbance.

The food at the restaurant was very good and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the service was somewhat inconsistent and could be hit or miss at times.

That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel’s location is exceptional, and we have no complaints on that front.

Amazing location, right in the centre, close to Rossio metro. We chose a courtyard “view” as we wanted a quiet room - frosted windows overlooking an internal light well but it was very quiet and the hotel overlooks a bustling street and square. Bed really comfy, staff really helpful and friendly. Frosted glass sliding door to the bathroom so couldn’t put the light on in the night without waking your companion, I’d prefer to have a solid door. Bastado restaurant below hotel was amazing - wish we hadn’t saved to the last night as I’d have eaten there several times. Better value and cheaper than tapas in a side street, Ferrary cafe further down just past the Santa Justa elevator had the best cafe com lair.

Hotel was in a very central location next to a large plaza and many restaurants. A very touristy area that was very safe. If you like funky and fun, this is the hotel for you. Also, the breakfast was absolutely incredible. Complete with an omelette station.

Fantastic location on Rossio sq. Train station, metro, easy taxi pick up set down.
Reception helpful. Rooms functional, clean, free sockets, TV, wi fi very good and strong security. Bathroom very nice. Shower lovely (rain forest and moveable modes).
Bar and restaurant very nice and with food discounts go or guests. Fish/sushi orientation. Some outside tables on pedestrianised street. Breakfast wonderful. Buffet and fresh cooked available.
Couple of points. There is no guest lounge. Also as a historical building remodel, there are additional stairs for some rooms after the lift (6 treads).
I would stay again if visiting Lisbon.

Loved this hotel! Large room with comfy beds. Centrally located to trains and buses right in the center of Rossio. Walkable to many areas of interest and tour meeting points. Only downside is can be noisy at night but we didn’t mind. It was hopping and fun! Staff surprised me on my birthday with a beautiful flower bouquet and chocolate torte in the room! They were also extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

The hotel is clean. The staff are kind and helpful. The location is only a kilometer from the train station and 100 yards from the hop-on-hop-off bus. Our room was big and we had a nice fridge.
On another note, the hotel pumps in a perfume scent that is overwhelming as soon as you come through the doors to enter the lobby. Our room was \"overscented\" as well, I could taste it. Our room had no natural light. The windows opened into a 7 x 4 courtyard type opening. I felt very claustrophobic.

This is a nice hotel with small rooms as the standard room. The location is perfect and the restaurant connected to the hotel is wonderful. What was especially nice was the man at the desk was amazing carrying all our luggage up to the second floor since the elevator was not working. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great!

This is a very delightful hotel right in the heart of the Rossio district in central Lisbon. The location is perfect for an initial exploration of the city. It’s quite modern and the room I had was excellent, especially the shower with a very good rainfall head. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had. I can strongly recommend this hotel.

First time in Lisbon. The hotel is situated in a great location, easy access to public transport, restaurants and local sites.
The hotel itself is lovely, contemporary and very clean.We booked a room with a balcony and city view which was room 407. We were very pleased with the room and the view was fantastic of Rossio square.
The breakfast was nice, fresh and enough selection but possibly could have had a bit of variety each day.

The WiFi was great and always stayed connected.

Now to the staff. The whole team are so friendly and helpful and welcoming. I found this made our stay so much more memorable as I really appreciate staff to offer good customer service. In particular we would like to mention Pedro on the reception. He goes above and beyond. He has an exceptional way about him with his excellent customer service skills, knowledge, super friendly and a great sense of humour. It really made us feel well looked after. Thank you hotel International Design.

We had a wonderful stay at Internacional Design Hotel.

The location is excellent—right in the heart of Rossio Square—making it very easy to walk to all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants. It really doesn’t get more convenient than this.

The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome. They assisted with storing our luggage and ensured it was delivered to our room, which made everything very smooth and stress-free.

We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the hotel kindly gave us access to their loft space. It was very spacious and comfortable, and this thoughtful gesture made a big difference after our journey.

The restaurant within the hotel building served an exceptional breakfast, with great quality and variety, making it a perfect start to the day.

The room size was good. Bed was comfortable and house keeping was top notch.

Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon, especially for its location, hospitality, and overall experience.

Can highly recommend this hotel. The location was excellent very central with lots of amenities on your doorstep. Noisy at times if on front.
We ate in the restaurant twice as the food was good and reasonably priced.

The location of this hotel is fantastic--on Rossio Square with plenty of nearby restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. The best part of thus hotel, however, is the staff. Everyone we came in contact with--front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping--went out if their way to help us. I cannot praise the staff sufficiently. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Genuinely don't understand why this place is rated so high. I would not have stayed here if I knew what it was like. My room smelled disgusting and had mold in the shower. I left part of a cup of tea out overnight and by morning it was literally swarming with bugs. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Gross.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating. My flight arrived at 5:00am. Understandably, they weren't able to get me checked in at that time, but there is a lounge on the 5th floor with a couple of couches. I was able to get a couple of hours of shut eye up there. After exploring the city for a few hours, they were able to get me checked in at around 11:30. Still way sooner than the 15:00 check-in time. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. It was nice surprise to find out the staff periodically comes around in the evenings to offer a little dessert.

The hotel restaurant was quite nice and the prices were great. The hotel had a promotion going on while I was staying there with a 50% discount on all breakfasts and dinners if reservations were made in advanced.

The location can't be beat when it comes to convenience. It is right in the heart of the downtown area with the 2 major metro lines just steps away from the hotel.

I would highly recomend this hotel.
