We arrived 1am in morning checked in went to our room got into bed there was a very loud buzzing noise coming from electrical distribution box we thought to late to do anything. We had fallen a sleep and phone rings so got out of bed and answered it. It was man from reception to say he had forgot to take payment I explained I had already paid through Hotel.com he said no I must pay in the end I put the phone down on him and got into bed, buzzing noise still going. Just about fell asleep knock on door it was the man from reception saying I must go down and pay or he would call the police. I said I had paid he was not having said I would sort with reception in the morning no said now or police would be called.

So went down this was now nearly 2am only to find I had paid very annoyed told him about the noise he said he would report it. He did offer a new room but we had been travelling all day and it’s was 2am my wife undressed and in bed I declined. Complained in the morning to reception about it all and they apologised said sorry the man was on training. Said about noise and that we had very little sleep but refused any type of compensation for the issues. I suggest anyone staying at this place NOT TO STAY

Very friendly and very helpfull staff. room was very nice. nice roof top. I found it abig advantage being able to leave our cases till we went home as we wasn't leaving till 8 in the night. Also the refreshing room were you can have ashower and get changed. Thank you

Enjoyable stay overall

Have stayed here before so we knew what to expect regarding premises
Check in could have been friendlier and more informative and we were not advised of how to operate safe and the fact that we had to pay
Female staff were friendly and helpful
But we found male staff very unfriendly and unhelpful and at times rude and dour
This won’t put us off from recommending or returning as property is in excellent position and condition and great value for money

You had to read every notice to see how everything works, wanted to check out before 10am didn't know how to read the notice to late, bathroom had a leek, keys not funting property had to change them so able to us safe had to 6€ for use.

Stayed here several times, always find the accommodation comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.
Allocated room 308 on arrival, nice room, however a continuous problem with drain smell in the bathroom which we reported everyday. The smell was vile, and although cleaning staff put bleach down the drains it did not cure the problem. Therefore my stay for this holiday was not as good as any previous stays.

I was pleased with the apartment it was in a perfect position for the shops and bars. Outside was very noisy with bars and shops underneath however once the patio door was closed I couldn’t hear anything they were obviously soundproof

A must for the Benidorm visitor!

Lovely welcoming staff. Apartments very clean, spacious and with all the amenities you would expect. Rooms are well sound insulated, and you are in a prime location.

Would i recommend?.... Yes!
Would i stay again?.... Definitely a yes, even contemplating booking now even though i left just this morning!!

Started off really badly as our flight was delayed
Arrived at about 11pm and had to use automated check in as no one in reception
Very difficult to use as did not recognise passports and touch screen poor
Finally got a key card and a receipt for our first night nights room payment
Could not get into building with this card and another guest let us in to try to get into the room which we thought we had booked
Could not get into this room so rang the sister hotel for instructions
They did not understand and gave us another key card which my wife had to walk about 200 yards while I was on the landing with two heavy cases
This key card did not work so rang sister hotel and receptionist could not understand problem so he had to ring offsite for advice
Came back with that we were in the wrong building but did not know where we should be
Rang offsite again and told the apartment we should be trying was SOMEWHERE FURTHER UP THE STREET BUT HE WASN'T SURE WHERE SO WE SHOULD WALK UP AND DOWN THE STREET WITH OUR CASES UNTIL WE FOUND IT !
We eventually found it by chance as a doorway 100 yards away
Key card worked and we got in and eventually found our room and got in ONE AND A HALF HOURS AFTER ARRIVING AT THE APARTMENTS WE THOUGHT WE HAD BOOKED TIRED AND FED UP AT 12 AM IN THE MORNING TO AN APARTMENT WITH A DIFFERENT NAME TO OUR BOOKING !!!!
A BIG TIP HERE DO NOT ARRIVE ON A LATE FLIGHT IN EARLY JUNE AS THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO HELP
Cannot fault apartments but their system needs a lot moreclarity

Great little bolt hole in Benidorm

Very happy with our choice. Great for location and was a very pleasant stay. We had a room at the rear or the building which was quiet. It has a smaller balcony with no sunbed but we had the use of the terrace if we wanted.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. This made checking in a breeze. Also were able to leave our luggage while we had the last few hours in Benidorm.
Location is spot on. Near to beach, shops and restaurants. Great area. Will definitely book again

Excellent location, all staff very helpful and friendly. SO clean everwhere. We had Deluxe Studio room 104 overlooking the street, very spacious and bed so comfortable. Grest for people watchingbit definitely need the sound proofing sadly guests in other rooms slam their doors.

Despited, checking in was a problem, however the night staff resolved the issue and we got to sleep.
The Kitchen Tap flew off when I used it spurting water everywhere, i quickly stuck the tap back in. The bathroom upstairs had a leak into our shower, they fixed it sharply. But on the whole, these apartments are great and i would for sure stay again. Great Holiday. Thank you

It was noisy during the November fiesta, which soundproof glass would have reduced, but that was the only downside and I do not drink, so others might not find that a problem, but it was great for everything else, close to just about everything in the old town, very fast Wi-Fi, great staff, plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe, reasonable sized fridge, toaster, kettle etc.

The only thing that disappointed me was that when we got back to the main front door at around midnight it was locked and it took us a while to work out that we had to use our key card to get in. The night porter / security guard just watched us rather than telling us what to do. Poor service from him.

Great Hidden Gem in the Centre of Benidorm.

We wanted a Hotel in the centre of town and close to the beach and this fitted the bill perfectly. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and right in the centre of town. The rooms were spacious and had self catering facilities. The bathroom was good and the balcony good, with town view. Have already booked for next year. Highly recommend that you visit this hotel.

Amazing apartment, great location, lovely stay!

The place was so clean and well presented. The balcony was small but absolutely fine for our needs. Shower was great! The bed wasn't the most comfortable but fine for a couple of nights stay.
Right next to a busy street which was quite nice to see during the day and relatively quiet at night. Coffee/crepe shop on the corner next to the apartments was great for our morning coffee and a Consum supermarket 2 minute walk away, shut on sundays, but has eveeything you could need including lots of gluten-free stuff which was important for us.
The location is fantastic, about a 15/20 min walk to the strip and a few minutes down to the beach. Room had a small kitchen but no oven included.
We checked in online prior to arriving late at night but a porter was there to take us straight to our room and everything was super easy.

The apartments were in a great location, however this came at a cost of high noise levels from the people in the streets below especially on Friday and Saturday night. The rooms are of a good standard,but on the small side. The dividing walls in the apartments are also very thin, we could hear both sides using water/ taking a shower, good even hear alarm clock going off in the room next to us!

I was in block 2 studios which could do with a little bit updating in certain areas, but overall it was very clean and tidy and in a perfect location for shops, bars, restaurants and beaches.
Reception staff were very nice and helpfull.

Place was spotless. Kitchen had a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and hob as well as pots dishes and cutlery. Very handy to shops and restaurants. Only thing was bed a little hard and uncomfortable. Man at desk very pleasant and helpful. Had outside door key at night to get back into building.

Cheap and Cheerful accomodation in excellent locat

The main block had renovation work going on during my stay and was closed.. My room was in block 2 a few metres down the road.
Access is by a steep stairway, might be a problem if you have mobility issues.
Check in was easy. Reception only open during daytime and the man on the desk was friendly and informative. No language problems here at all,
There is usually a deposit payable on check in but this was waived for me as I was staying alone.
My studio was well equipped. Full range of crockery, cutlery and utensils. all appeared clean.. Wifi worked fine.
The only form of heating in the studio was the airconditioner that did not work. It was January and night times were cold.
There is a safe in wardrobe that I could not access no key provided.
The room was not serviced during my 3 night stay.
However on positive side location is excellent and the price of the room was very fair for what I received.
Estudios Benidorm is cheap and cheerful. not cheap and nasty and I would stay again. For me the pros outweigh the cons but its not the venue for a romantic break.

Gave a cockroach a size 11.

Exactly what I expected of a 2 star paying £14pp per night. Comfortable beds but moved when turning over in bed as they’re on wheels. Had to kill a cockroach. Dated inside and the walls are literally paper thin. Heard above, next door and below us! But for the price I have no real complaints. Next time I’ll splash out a bit more I think!

We have stayed at these studios before but it was the first time we had booked a superior room. Room was lovely but no sun on the balcony and room faced the busy main street. We stayed in that room for two nights after requesting to be transfered to a normal studio in the other block as we new those rooms had bigger balconies and got the winter sun for most of the day. The staff were very accommodating with our request and let us choose a suitable room. These rooms have not been refurbished and are old and dated but we knew this anyway. Just depends what is important to your holiday and we were pleased and had a very enjoyable two week stay.

We had a fab time, right in the old town and only 20/25 minutes to new town. Fab location. Taxi to new town is €6.
Rooms were pretty basic but for what we got for the price it was totally fine. Service at reception was brilliant. Cannot fault it and would definitely stay again.

Hotel it self no problem, but the noise from the shop opposite, deep base bump bump music on till 12 o'clock at night to attract the customers, and we were on the second floor, they just need to turn that base and music down. we stayed here two years ago on the top floor and had no worries at all. I think that shop as only been open a short time.

Great location for old town

The location is perfect if you want to stay around the old town. The hotel is actually in two separate buildings, a few doors down from each other. I was placed in the less attractive looking one which made me think the worst, but once inside it was actually very nice, with a modest size balcony overlooking the busy street below - great for sitting out with a beer and people watching. The apartment was dated, but clean - they are slowly renovating, but these rooms cost more. The TV was ancient. The English channels were Euro News and Sky News, handy for backround noise when getting ready though. The kitchen facilities were ok, no electric kettle though, one you need to place on the hob is included. The shower pressure was dismal, but usable for a short stay. The room is air-conditioned, again an ancient but worked fine. Vending machines are provided that sell Amstel for less than Coke! All in all, it was basic but good value, and I'd consider it again,

great location

If you dont mind basic and like to be right in the heart of the old town this a great location.....apartment was very clean and staff really nice...we didnt mind the sounds of the constant crowds of people going by but there was a shop facing our apartment played loud banging music all day and into the early hours which was torture... id definitely go back but i would make sure i was not facing that shop again....

Central part of old town great location

Good experience in this hotel .
Location good.can be a bit of a noise fromm main walking Street below.suggest a high floor.
Overall I enjoyed my stay basic comfortable accommodation. Staff very polite and helpful

A couple of days relaxing on the beach...made a great break from touring all the historical cities of Spain.

Recommended no-frills basic accommodation

Very well located at the edge of the Old Town on an intersection of two roads, hence easy for taxi drop-offs. Relatively quiet at night. A host of eating and drinking places on the doorstep, with either the Levante or Poniente beaches just a couple of minutes' walk away. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent wifi reception even on the fifth floor where I was. Not chic, very down-to-earth and basic but an excellent good-value, well-run and clean choice.

We were not impressed with the Studio which was on the sixth floor and had a boxed in support pole outside the bathroom which we had to squeeze past. The Hotel location was central which was a bonus and the staff were very helpful..We will not book to go there again if we had to stay in a similar studio.

Plugs were hanging off, door wouldn't close in the bathroom because it was so small, air con was all mucky and didn't work, tv was about 50 years old and no English channels, remote didn't work, toilet was broken and wouldn't stop running. I don't normally complain about anything especially when it's pretty cheap but you get what you pay for. Reception staff are great though, very friendly and polite.
