Stunning beach front hotel. This is our second time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come back again. Staff are friendly and the property well maintained. All the amenities are very close by. Highly recommended.

Great location on the sea front. It’s a shame no one from the hotel contacted me to say that the pool was out of use. Having work done. Also the noise from the next door renovations wasn’t great during the duration on my stay.

overcharged for car parking

Very good location and breakfast, thus 4 stars rates. The rest, unfortunately, is very mediocre. The rooms are really small and dated. The toilet flush was leaking, creating some noise, which was very disturbing at night. And why there is a glass door leading to the bathroom, which is not close properly?
Also, we got overcharged for car parking. The information provided on hotels.com and actual is not in sync and therefore NOT trustworthy.

Only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is the evening meal wasn’t great. Breakfast was, but evening meal was the same every night and not a lot of choice, Especially if don’t like fish. If I came here again I would do bed and breakfast.

I stayed here on my 1st solo trip. The beach is on your doorstep, the hotel is spotless and all staff are friendly. I dint think i would stay anywhere else in Benidorm. Blown away bt the whole experience

Comfortable and gorgeous sea front stay

Beautiful beach front hotel, amazing views from sea front rooms!
Great for walking distance of beach front bars and 5 mins in taxi or 15 mins walk to central Benidorm strip.

Staff were a little slow and unhelpful at reception which was a shame, but it didn’t wreck our visit. We asked 3 times in one day for them to send a cleaner to our room.

Beautiful clean restaurant to have breakfast which was included in our stay.
Small pool area at the front of hotel, which gets busy very quickly as not lots of sun beds.

Rooms slightly overpriced for March but overall a comfortable and gorgeous stay!

Lovely hotel right on the beach front and 5/10 min walk to the main strip.

Check in was fast and rooms of a good standard. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of options.

Would stay here again if coming back to Benidorm.

Great hotel, but avoid half board!

The hotel is modern and comfortable. The rooms are of a good size and with good amenities.

The room services are great and regularly cleaned with fresh linen being left on request.

The location is perfect for the entire access to Benidorm, both the new town and the old.

The pool is not the biggest and I could potentially see it being a fight for sun beds in the summer. However, with 10 steps you are on the beach so it really is not a massive deal breaker.

The food however is very very poor, there is no change in the menu throughout the stay of 10 nights. It is simply not worth the money for half board.

Throughout the stay I was considering my review, and taking into account how much a part of the stay is around dining, I was prepared to leave a constructive but poor review.

However I could not possibly leave a negative review taking into account the staff at this hotel. They are excellent in so many ways. They are friendly, polite and warming for the entire stay.

I have to call out one member of the team in particular, the lady with blond curly hair in the restaurant (who had Monday off and the fireworks were annoyingly loud) you made dinning an absolute pleasure, even though the food was the opposite. Every evening you made a great effort to converse with me in my very poor Spanish and we really did enjoy coming to dinner simply because of you.

The summarise, we would absolutely return to this property, however we would definitely not pay for half board.

Hotel brillaint ,staff at reception very good frindly and very helpfull always greated with a smile.dinning room well what can you say.very nasty ,unless your spanish forget it very insulting are last nite we were more or less thrown out they tried to take are food away and shouting at us hour hour, they close at 9.30 pm this started around 9 pm and there was 2 tables with spanish tourists on them but nothing was said to them the staff were talking in spanish to these custmers clearly calling us.made to feel very uncomfortable. Reported incident to reception but was told to complain by email to olga Rodiriguez.the food is inadequate for a 4 star hotel morr like a 2 to 3 star hotel quality over cooked and left to dry out rock hard.

A Disgrace of an Hotel

One of our friends is disabled walks with a stick the hotel would not let him hire a mobility scooter because he is under 55 so he hired one elsewhere to find the hotel wouldn’t let him park there and had to park it over 1 kilometre away,an absolute disgrace.

Nicd hotel but shame about noise

The hotel itself was clean ,food mediocre, staff just ok ,its in a good location but next to an extremly noisy bar with drunken stag do's ,shame these types of bars are opening at this end of levantè beach and is now turning into the strip.no curtesy room if you have a late flight only the cold pool dhower and toilets to change in .

Love Melia hotel group and this was our first time staying in an “INNside” Gorgeous boutique hotel. Perfect location on the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. B&B was best option for us as there’s plenty of places to eat out. Breakfast was lovely, lots if choice in the lovely “Kitchen” restaurant onsite. Each morning there was a singer or dj, lovely touch. Pool area is small which we knew, but the beach is on your doorstep so we went in there every day. Highly recommend this hotel if you want something chic, adult only and quiet, in a great location,

Fantastic Hotel, Staff, Food & Amenities. 11/10

The check in process was very, very efficient. Quick, easy and hassle free. Reception staff were very professional and easy to talk to. We were a party of 18. I stayed in room 128 which was a studio with a sea view. I would highly recommend these suites, although the higher floors may be better to cut out some of the late night esplanade noise. The restaurant was fantastic. We stayed on a B & B basis, and the choice of food on offer was enough to satisfy all palates and food types/preferences. Although we didn't have any lunchtime of evening meals there, they too looked amazing value for money, with a wide and diverse range of food types on offer. The seafood options looked amazing. The bar staff were exceptional. Very polite, very helpful, very friendly and made us feel very welcome. All in all, if anyone reading this is looking for a classy place to stay in Benidorm, with a cosy, private pool area, right on the beach and close to many, many, fantastic bars and restaurants, then this hotel is just the ticket. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Did a full board, the food was good, a lot of variety and changed from day to day, perfect location although getting a bed by the pool is impossible. The location is great, backs right onto the beach, near the shops etc. parking is a bit difficult to find and communicate with reception to open the gates and costs an additional 20 euros per day. The lifts are a nightmare, you can sometimes wait 5 minutes plus only to find the lift full. I possibly return if the price was better, but overall I had a good stay.

Topp strand hotell for voksne

Flott kun for voksen hotell rett på stranden. Veldig bra frokostbuffé og godt med plass. Litt for lite med strand Hånkle så etter lunsj då er det tomt. € 24 for parkering pr døgn, pluss for at en kan få låne fjernkontroll for innkjøring porten.
