This hotel is a short walk to virtually anywhere you want to be. Bars are not too close which is great for a good night's sleep. Plenty of options for bars nearby. And the old town is approximately a 20 minute none strenuous walk away.

Perfect couple of days getaway!
Breakfast was ok what you expect at a buffet breakfast! Pool was beautiful and no rush for sunbeds which I loved! Staff were all lovely and helpful! Perfect location for the beach, shops and the strip! However far enough away where no noise disturbs you! We will be back next year!

Classed as a four star but did not have coffee making facilities, no iron and no bottled water. The breakfast and dinner was as good but it felt like you were in a canteen and not a hotel diner.

Good points was location, Hotel was clean, no charge for room safe.bad points were €7 charge for sauna, freezing cold pool that nobody went into,and at weekend noisy stag party in my level making a lot of noise at 4 am, otherwise a quiet hotel, staff were friendly.

This was our second holiday at the Hotel Castilla and we enjoyed it even more than the first time earlier this year. The Castilla is a splendid hotel offering really good value for money. So much so that we've already booked to return for four weeks in October/November.

Great hotel & location, 10 min walk to main entertainment on the Benidorm strip. Hotel was quiet which is just want we wanted, plenty of R & R and away from the noise of the usual Benidorm. Hotel more for the middle aged/mature people.The hotel staff were really helpful, maids kept our room spotless. Definitely will return.

A very relaxing week was spent at the Castilla in Benidorm visiting my father. The hotel is in an ideal position and has a great pool area. My room was a good size and was very clean with a good sized balcony. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional from maintenance to dining room, cleaning to reception. Guest services are very visible and nothing is too much trouble. Food is excellent and offers a wide variety of choice. The gym is well equipped and under used which was ideal. Only minor issues is no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. My second stay at Castilla and one I thoroughly enjoyed

Aimed at the slightly older crowd and has a very laid back quiet pool and sun terrace area. Sun bed use never really went over 50% full and there is plenty of space so your not squashed in. If you after a party hotel this is not the hotel for you and loud drunken behaviuor is not welcomed. I seen this first hand with a load of drunken but well behaved lads asked to keep the noise down. Staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything, a nice change from hotels I've stayed in.

Had a good four night stay at this hotel. Reception and arrival was very organised, Jackie in particular was very helpful and knowledgeable to the local area and hotel. The rooms are of a good standard, all with Balcony and are clean and well presented.
WIFI is free and available throughout the hotel.
The pool area has a lot of space and you can access the bar from the terrace.
The bar inside the hotel is ok, serves snacks, drinks and ice creams and is not too over-priced.
The restaurant is on the lower ground floor, and served a very good selection of food three times a day, covering cold salads and meats, hot food, show-cooking and a range of fruit and desserts.
Service throughout the hotel was excellent.

My Best Spanish Hotel Stay
Just back from a really enjoyable stay at the Castilla. The hotel in General was very clean and well maintained, the rooms equally so but what makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. They were a cheery bunch, always smiling and ever helpful. No problem was left unattended; a true measure of a good hotel is how and when guests complaints or problems are dealt with. I travelled as a group of six girls. This is our second visit to the castilla and we love it . The hotel is kept spotless . The check in was easy. The reception staff are very helpful. The restaurant staff work really hard keeping the plates cleared and serving drinks. We all love the food there was always something nice to choose from. Very welcoming reception staff, helpful with local knowledge and providing maps etc. food was very good every day, and our room was spotlessly cleaned quickly. The bar staff were always friendly and would make every effort to give you what you wanted. The hotel is in an excellent spot for the beach and old town, good walks along the prom.

This hotel is in an excellent location only ten mins from the center of the resort, the only negitive is the incomplete building works opposite the hotel. The hotel is spotless and staff very friendly, it is a quiet hotel .The food was excellent every night was different, all food was freshly cooked and so much to choose from , always piping hot.I would return to this hotel again and reccomend it to anyone.
