I stayed in one of the out buildings and the noise kept me awake you can hear people walking up the stairs doors banging and traffic. There was a horrible stale smell in room.

My 4 night stay

Room plus hotel very clean, pool area could do with a more regular sweeping I was put out that I could not get a kettle had to go out and buy one ( I needed hot water for my medication) other than that I was very impressed staff very good and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pablo, have stayed before and will most likely stay again.
We never had trouble finding food to eat although quality is not what it used to be, it was still to a good standard though.
Hotel was overun with young spanish football teams at the weekend so the restaurant was very noisy.

Fabulous personal service

I had to add a person to our group late on and Amanda was so helpful, there was no issues at all and she personally called me to confirm the reservation.
The hotel itself and staff are great, we have stayed here several times and have always received a great service.
I don’t want to make it sound too good in case it gets booked up and I can’t get it myself next year 😉

First time in Benidorm and have heard good things about this chain of hotel. Great hotel for the price, in a fantastic location. Stayed for 3 nights on half board which was worth it. Food was lovely, not a huge choice but had everything we needed. Only 1 negative was bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and no toilet roll, but didn’t ruin the stay

This property is for if your older and want to do nothing but sit around. No activities, further from the strip or old town. No music by the pool etc. we did full board so 2 meals aday… the dinner was gross we didn’t bother again had 2 meals out of 10 we could have had there. 23$ pp if you don’t have it included before hand.
Some staff were great but we had one bar tender that was extremely rude to me… until he saw my daughter and was nice to her 🙄 our power blew a fuse in our room after moving to another room and it not working we were updated to a terrace patio room. I felt bad for the guy at the front desk he really didn’t know what to do with the issue and seemed new. The hotel was clean but it doesn’t give me a urge to go back here. Signed. Barbie from Canada

Great location - right next to Sunday Market & under 10 minutes to beach & the Square.

Breakfast - great choice, plentiful & tasty. Could do with staying open a bit later, being up for breakfast by 10am is a little early for me!

Staff - friendly, helpful & spoke good English.

Room - good size & nice balcony. Little bit of noise from surrounding apartments in the hotel but nothing too major. Decor was a little dated but the bed was comfy & the shower had great pressure.

Pool - 2 good sized pools & plenty of sunbeds. Key card access to pool so no outside guests could sneak in!

Hotel was nice around the general areas .. Rooms were very basic & no tea or coffee making facilities .. Beds were comfortable & staff friendly & helpful ..All inclusive food was beautiful and i would recommend it on this basis ..

Our view from room 1718 was excellent and much quieter than other levels. NO tea or cofee available at dinner which we like very much.

Excellent two week stay

Has an excellent two weeks stay. The room was fantastic and really enjoyed the food. Amanda and Bolonia on the front desk were very nice and helpful. Hope to go back next year.

Plublo Benidorm Hotel.

Great hotel in best location for Benidorm nightlife. the service and helpfulness of the staff is amazing. The reception was always well staffed and smartly presented. There are no tea making facility in the room and no glasses of a usable size provided. All drinks need to ordered and paided for separately, except breakfast. The public areas are well maintained, bed comfortable, room safe,Wifi and air conditioning included.

Regular at this hotel, always top quality in terms of room, staff and location. The meals are a bit bland and repetitive mind but so many cheap places for a good meal within a short walk anyway. Always recommend for anyone wanting to be in the heart of the strip but also get a quiet nights sleep

Nice hotel, comfortable and pretty good value.

Food excellent if a little cafeteria like but always very nice choices.
Rooms very clean and comfortable. The air con struggles to keep down to a reasonable temperature but just about acceptable.
Disappointed that, as usual, people put towels on sun beds then go out for the day without a thought for those remaining on the premises and the hotel appears not to do anything about it.
Garage parking secure and excellent but chargableat €10 per day.

Very good 3 star hotel

Very good 3 star hotel close to the centre but far enough away to have a good nights sleep. We stayed in the main building which has 3 lifts capable of holding max of 5 persons and one panoramic lift which holds max of 10 persons.
Rooms were adequate although a little smaller than we are use to with a small balcony.
We stayed on the top floor {16th) facing the road which got the sun of a morning.
We did not stay in hotel of an evening so cannot comment on the entertainment.
There are plenty of sunbeds and the pool is a nice size with a children's pool and play area.
The food was excellent with a good choice that matched most 4 star hotels i have stayed in.
The breakfast (full english) was particularly good with english and spanish bacon, alongside fried, poached, scrambled and boiled eggs, tomato's, beans sausages and black pudding.
It is the first time i can remember getting up for breakfast every morning, mmmmmm
The restaurant is on the ground floor and is very large never had a problem finding a table
I will return to this hotel at some point as i had a really enjoyable holiday.

Worst place Iv stayed in Benidorm.

Iv stayed in two servigroup hotels in the past and very pleased with them both,however this place is nothing like, everything was awrfull it made up of a main tower block and four small blocks I was alicated in block two witch at face value seemed ok that night went to bed and put the a,c on, well not only did it make a racket it dident do a dam thing.next day I asked to be moved and another day later was moved it main block witch wasent much better. I was f,b if you want to be there at opening time your in a que that rapidly builds as its allways a good five minuts late opening, one time the que was that long it ended up outside. Id had enough and asked to be moved to another hotel,they were very unhelpful told me bacause I hadent booked direct with the hotel Id have to go through the agent.I did eventuly get changed to the Castilla. What a world apart,servigroup hotels are usuly very good just avoid this one like the plauge.

Excellant location for walking to shops and nightlife. Staff very friendly and helpfull.
Food was pretty good but predictable over a fortnights stay. The security was flawed because you can walk from the street across the streetside terrace into the bar and then out to the pool area. But if you walked from the lobby to the pool area you needed a room key to open the door.Entertainment was just ok. Lifts to higher floors very good. Housekeeping was very good. The indoor pool wasnt very warm at all in September. Outdoor pool was pretty chilly. Sunbeds were always available.

Balcony very small with a large tree in the way of any view, Staff were no very pleasant and served without any enthusiasm or customer service.

The hotel was in great shape, Air conditioning in the room, free television and wifi, the buffet food had plenty of choice with different themed nights for dinner. Good location for bars, football, night clubs and food.

Much better than expected

The price was budget, but the hotel definately was not..
Room was clean, and adequately furnished. Large shower area with powerful shower.
The meals were excellent, catering for both British and Spanish tastes.
Evening entertainment also good.

Bad sleep experience

The hotel was lovely. I think the area that lets the hotel down were the beds. The mattress was so hard you may as well be laid on the floor. And the pillows were just flat things with no comfort at all. I don't think a bad sleep experience helps your holiday that's the whole idea is to relax and recharge your batteries. Seriously think this needs reviewing and soon. Would return to the hotel because I found everything else was good but not unless this was changed as never slept without pain

Short Break in the sun

Met up with friends for a short break in Benidorm this hotel is well situated if you want to be close to bars but not in the midst of the nightlife. Hotel was great with good selection of food and bar snacks . Pool area although busy was a great place to relax and take in the sun. Overall a great stay

Pools excellent and clean,with good entertainment all day from staff, huge screen with music on, poolside could do with jetwash on floor around pools.
Dinner and breakfast very noisy and a bit of a free for all at times, food good though.
Rooms nice and clean in annex blocks, bring your travel kettle.

February at the Pueblo.

Great hotel. Only complaint would be that the kitchen staff were very slow sometimes re-stocking the buffet. Single rooms are a really decent size and the hotel is probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Hope to stay there again and would highly recommend it to friends.

Mini-break.

It was a short break to meet up with family and friends. The hotel was ideally placed, being a comfortable distance and stroll from the seafront. The Wednesday market was within 5 minutes from the hotel and in February was very tranquil. We would stay there again.

Very friendly staff

Myself and my daughter stayed for a 5 day break and could not fault the hotel. Food was good, staff very pleasant and a great location . We requested a room in the main hotel and got we got it. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. The only disappointment was the weather. Not great for September .
