The kitchen and living room is awesome. Washer and dryer is a great plus. Love the ref and washer/dryer.
The gym is nice and well equipped. We actually booked this hotel for the amenities like basketball and boxing area. Be aware, there is extra charge for using the basketball area, the pool table, the movie room, and the boxing area is always not open. But having the other things available is great like swimming pool, having grocery store (Marketplace at the basement of the building) and restaurants close by. There is also a 7-11 store just outside the bldg.
Breakfast, they try to change the menu everyday. It was great, taste is always on the sweeter side but overall, great choices. The attendants are always respectful and accomodating in all areas of the hotel. They pull up the scores in this review.

The place is getting dated. If the floorings are changed, would make a whole lot of difference.
Rm 32C had some mold in the sink, washer leaked. Rm 38C had a couple of roaches. They offered to spray the room but then the aircon dripped and soaked the carpet in 1 bedroom. Rm 31C 2nd bathroom door should open outwards and not in. No one can enter or go out of that shower. I challenge management to try.

The staff were very good. The room we had was an apartment with 2 bedrooms. Toilet didn't flush properly then leaked. Not enough bath towels and no hand towels. Had to request the extra towels. Had to hair dryer which was supplied.
Lights in living room would not turn off. The remote light switch batteries were probably flat.
General maintenance of the room was low and the room was a little tired. Floor carpets were not clean as our bare feet got dirty while inside.
Insufficient cups and terrible mixed coffee. The coffee is a bit of a standard Philippines coffee cream sugar mixture but this is not suitable for all guests. There was free water which was good. No tea option.

A lady named Jun I think made me coffee the way I like it in the morning without me asking her. + Looks deserted at street level, but a very nice mall 150 yds West. I was there for a month. Whatever wasn't working was fixed very quickly. Loved the international market in the basement floor. My gripes are minor. The pool was large and very clean, but no jacuzzi. $10 to use the fitness room didn't sit well, its hard enough to get motivated, lol. No bowls in the kitchen? It was a very comfortable and relaxing place.

Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

Really helped my wife and baby feel at home. I have to give Maria a special mention. Each morning she made my wife and child feel most happy and enjoyed breakfast each morning with her. To help and always check on them very kindly during our family breakfast. We look very forward to staying there again next time when in Manila.

Pros: you can invite friends and family in your room until 10pm. I had a great time with family. There’s gym, pool, restaurants, grocery, parking, mall, spa, etc. in the same building. Lots of resto outside by walking distance. Staff are so nice. Hotel lobby is beautiful and calming. The breakfast buffet is quality and delicious. The hotel and suites are luxurious. Way better in person compare to in person. My family were amazed and I was surprised cos it was beyond what I expected with the pictures. There washing machine and dryer for clothes in the unit which sets it apart from other hotels. That’s why I chose theirs.

I had always wanted to try Alpha Suites, as the spacious rooms looked appealing. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The place felt more like a worn-out modern apartment than a welcoming hotel. The bed was uncomfortably hard, the pillows were stiff, and the water never got truly hot just lukewarm. There was also an unpleasant odor in the corridor. It lacked the warmth and comfort expected from a high-end stay. Sadly, I won’t be returning

Overall the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very large. However a few things that we noticed was the cleaning of the rooms was very surface level. They never mopped or vacuumed. It was a quick clean. For pest control this needs to be done more frequently. The food in the breakfast for long term guests feels repetitive and recycled. The same food was showing up every day. Last issue was we needed to exchange 1000 pesos into smaller bills and they weren’t very helpful until we asked another staff member who did it. Overall the staff is very nice, the apartments are big.

We stayed at this property twice over our 17 day trip. At the time of booking I didn’t realise I had booked different room types. The 2 bedroom deluxe room we booked with Expedia was a much more luxurious feel than the standard 2 bedroom room that we booked directly through the hotel. So I’d recommend and stay in the 2 bedroom deluxe again. The overall $200 price difference is definitely worth it.

Wow! Because I’m an Expedia Gold Member, we got upgraded to a deluxe suite, and it was fabulous! Our bedroom had floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides and the view was amazing. We had a circular shower, and we slept with the blinds open. The city lights at night made us feel so peaceful. This 2 bedroom suite was the best accommodation we’ve ever had in Manila, and the breakfast every morning was extensive and yummy.

Had a good experience. It was our first time in Alpha suites and will definitely stay again probably on a less busy time. We love the view and the Aircon was really cold which we like. Amenities was superb. Only thing we didn’t like was the beds it was hard not what we expect from a suite. We all had back aches the morning after. But over all we are satisfied.

Like: Top of the line amenities…Full size oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, AND Washer & Dryer. Large shower and lots of storage for clothing including walk-in closet. Also, liked the pool/pool-side dining AND the fact that you have multiple restaurants INSIDE the hotel. Don’t feel like going outside? Simply walk down to either Asian, Mexican, Italian, or American style dining inside!

Our one bedroom suite at the Alpha Suites was perfect. The views were amazing, the kitchen was fully equipped (although we didn’t do any cooking), and it was so helpful to have in-room laundry. Dining choices were extensive and the food was excellent - our dinner was one of the best meals we’ve had in the Philippines. Excellent service as well. Breakfast included lots of food choices to suit every taste. I would absolutely stay here again, especially if I was planning a longer stay.

I accidentally left our room open, the housekeeper called security to check our room to make sure nothing is missing and they lock the door and notified us.
