The suites were spacious, clean. Large balcony. Toiletries. Kettle and you can grab what you need from the bar. It was quiet, comfy beds. We went halfboard, breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice everynight. We only stayed 5 nights, i think i would of got bored of the food any longer. Coffee machine is not great but you can get a decent coffee from the bar. We didnt go to the entertainment but looked like the usual bingo, shows etc. I used the sauna which was nice. Didnt use any of the other facilites. January so pool was cold. Can walk to the beach and old town in about 10-15 mins and about 20 min walk to bus and tram station. Shout out to Molly who was lovely helpful receptionist.

The hotel is very clean, spacious and modern. The receptionist was welcoming and polite. The bar staff are friendly and very good selection of drinks. The entertainment in the evening was good, live singers, i think there could possibility be 2 acts on in the evening as a fair bit of time just sitting and waiting but i understand this could also clash with evening meals. I didn't join in with the daytime entertainment but i saw people playing darts and archery. Again maybe a quiz or something to could take place.
The restaurant is very clean and friendly staff. The food was ok, luke warm but i understand its difficult to keep things hot. The breakfast selection is good fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast,pastries and cook breakfast.
Lunch and evening meal salad, chips, potatoes, pizza, 2 pasta dishes. cheese and cold meats every day with the choice of a \"main\" dish i.e beef in peppercorn sauce, bbq ribs, Chinese chicken. Quite a lot of fish which i don't eat but fish everyday.
The rooms are very clean and smell lovely. House keeping friendly. You get complimentary toiletries including toothbrush Toothpaste soap and razor in the bathroom with shower gel/shampoo in dispenser. The room has a kettle and mugs with tea and coffee available from the bar.
Its about a 10 minute walk from the beach/strip with shops along the way.
I would return again

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and the lobby looked fantastic decked out with a Christmas theme.
The rooms are all suites with a large balcony/terrace looking towards the sea.
Very comfortable beds.
The food was great, lots of options for all tastes and the staff were actively clearing plates all the time. Plenty of help yourself drink options available with meals including alcohol.
The hotel is a little way off the main drag but everything including the beach and old town is walkable.

Swimming pool: 25m in length - therefore excellent to swim long distances for fitness. Nice gym too.

Very disappointing

Accomodation was a bit dated and outside areas need a bit of tlc, the public areas generally were clean and modern.
The restaurant felt more like a canteen and definately needs sone tlc. The quality of food was not good, we were on all inclusive but ate out every night except for two.

Excellent staff, I always stay at sandos properties around Spain and further afield. I used to stay at the adults only Monaco in Benidorm but have recently switched to the Benidorm suites. We usually visit a few times per year and are never disappointed. Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you all in September again :)

Favourite hotel in Benidorm

Love this hotel staff are so friendly & roll go the extra mile for any request. We always to upgrade SELECT room which gives you access to beautiful lounge premium drinks & outside sun terrace area. Pleased to say the Cabana beds have had mattresses replaced. Entertainment good food great selection for a buffet there’s lots of choice & outside by pool snack bar food is cooked to order

Staff lovely customer service. Hotel nice and clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Toilet in bathroom didn't seem fitted to the floor, very wobbly when sat on. Food was plentiful but quite strange nothing really went together as a mean. Our last day... Pigs trotters! Absolutely not! Hotels central, walk down a slight incline to beach. Overall a pleasant stay.

Cracking hotel, you wont be disappointed 👏

Very friendly welcome on arrival, all the staff throughout the stay where friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and clean, comfy bed and free amenities to including toothbrush, shaver and accompaniments.
The food was excellent quality, nice and hot if it was hot and nice and cold the other way .. all in all superb..

This was our first all inclusive stay. Would have given full stars if i hadnt had to sleep on the sofa on thr first night as one if the legs was broken on the bed tilring the bed considerably. How the cleaning staff had not noticed this is hard to believe but it was repaired on our sencond day . Staff were absolutely lovely all polite and all seemed very happy to be working. The dining room lacked a little ambience and it felt a little like a canteen. Entertainment was a little like butlins which is not our thing but good for anyone who cant get out and about. Would be nice if there was an area with a room a little more like a pib than a brightly lit club. The pool bar area and pool was great, plenty of sunbeds on different levels if you wanted to be in a more peaceful area.

Loved it!

We had the most wonderful time at this property.

The food was varied, hot was hot and cold was cold. This was incredibly pleasing as therebus nothing worse than food which is off temperature.

The room was well appointed and very clean.

The staff were perfectly presented and always available.

Quiet hotel at night, apart from some of the very strange very loud acts eg sax, the acts need to be vetted better, gymnastics on a frame is not the best entertainment for guests, please ask your guests at the Sandos about the entertainment to see if they liked them, more than likely they will say No, food ok but not much choice, the staff could learn to smile more, apart from the dj’s who were fab, check in and check out was very unfriendly and impersonal, no welcome drinks, hotel needs a bit TLC, doors a nightmare to open, toilet leaking, heating broke, cleaners do a good job though.

Another fantastic stay at this hotel but this time with my son daughter-in-law & grandchildren 10 & 6 they loved it! Kids club activities & the kids club rooms behind the stage were great they were able to be given a little freedom about the hotel & made friends. The entertainers work hard for everyone. Great to see so many of the staff back working who always remember you & give service with a smile. Hotel was full! back to pre covid times & it was just just delightful to see so many people enjoying themselves. Dennis runs a tight ship in the restaurant food always warm with lots of choices. We upgraded to Select lounge access & it was well worth it. Help yourself to Premium branded drinks in comfy lounge.

All good but walls a bit thin.....

Clean and comfy hotel and great breakfast. Taxi to the centre cost about 5-7 euros. The walls are a bit on the thin side and you can hear the neighbours easily and I can imagine this could be a problem if your neighbors have different sleeping hours.

This is my fourth stay at Sandos Benidorm suites .all have been excellent area of hotel great ,staff great ,food great ,pool area not crowded with plenty of sun beds .this visit I stayed on 23rd floor and was worried about the lifts but they worked well and had a great view

Lovely hotel with great choice of food. Rooms are biggest we have stayed in with fantastic south facing balcony. If you want the best views you need to go high. My wife doesnt like high so we were on 12th floor. This was fine as hotel is not overlooked like some. 10 minute walk takes you to almost the middle of the fantastic Benidorm prom. Only 1 complàint and that was the drink. Beer is Cruzcampo which we just can't stomach and the lack of Smirnoff vodka (which you can have if you want to pay extra or are a premier guest). For goodness sake, you can buy a litre for about €10 in the shops. First AI hotel we have stayed in that hasn't served Smirnoff. Just had to drink the 103 brandy instead :-)

The weather was great the hotel was very nice But when it came to the food i my come across snobby but used to long hull luxury all inclusive this was vile
The food was like scholl dinners sloppy and definitely re heated breakfast was a stright off no no we went to the titanic pub around the corner for ours an also meant after very late nights out we we not restricted on the ridiculous meal times
We found the staff to be rude an full of attitude not what im used to at all
If your from the north you would love the food as it would be luxury for you guys
The drinks were vile too made me lauth the amount of northerners drinking the so called pina calsrders which was coloured water
I asked for a cappuccino and it was iced chocolate water
Seriously do not put yourself through it

We got a noise complaint at 1am as but we had no music on at all it was the loud drunken northerners 70years of age banging on about tuna sandwiches on there balcony

You ask the staff for something and everything was an effort for them

Im.not gonna even speak about the poolbar that serves snacks
You get what you pay for if your from.the north
This is luxury for you guys
Me an my mate came for a few days but definitely going self catering next year

The whole hotel was always clean and tidy.
My only negative was that the hot food in the Buffett was often not hot
.The staff always friendly and helpful.
The location, 10 mins walk from the Center with all the entertainment, was good and quiet without being to far away.

Great Hotel!

Hotel is spotless and has all the facilities you could need. Maid visited room daily to clean, make beds, bring clean towels and bottles of water. Bar staff were great and reception staff couldn’t do enough for you. Only let down at all was the Indian restaurant in the hotel, whilst the waiters again were very attentive the food just wasn’t good. The regular dinner service is good and there is a good varied selection however could be mixed up a bit more each day.

We asked for a view and from our apartment we could see the sea & Benidorm 'Peacock' Island.
The food in the restaurant was very good. Sadly couldn't say for the same for the snack bar which was limited to burgers or kebabs every day & biscuits inside.The staff were always friendly & helpful.
Location wise about 10 - 15 minute bar & shop lined walk to the seafront which was full of life with plenty of bars to visit

Overall I would recommend this hotel, areas it could be improved, but generally pretty good.
Especially for rhe price paid, its good value.

The entertainment team were good. I liked how they got people interacting with games etc, served as a bit of an 'icebreaker', got chatting to some nice people.

Many of the staff stood out, but what can I say??Regina!! Absolute diamond, so good with people especially children. Very genuine & hardworking. We know her from previous holidays we have been on elsewhere, by far the best member of entertainment staff I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Including 5 * resorts.
Without doubt the nicest person we have encountered in any resort. People make a place happy 😊
The bar staff were good, go see Oscar if you want a pint of Guiness pooring properly 😊. Resteraunt staff hardworking. Maids did rooms quite late, but is large hotel, and they did a good job. Clair was nice on reception.

Food was acceptable, but not really to my liking at lunch and in the evenings, breakfast was best of the 3, I liked that they had english sausages & mushrooms. Dont get this alot of places. Worth the AI just for drinks though, their not stingy! I have been fortunate enough to have stayed in various hotels all over the world, ranging from 3 * to 5 *. I'd rate this hotel a very good 3 * overall. Wouldn't take much to get it to a 4 *. The freindly staff are definitly one of its biggest assets.
