Professional and friendly staff that were willing to assist where needed. Unit was clean although aircon unit looked like it needed a good clean. Bathroom was ok with a few little issues but nothing to worry me considerably. Overall value for money was good and i would go there again.

Great place to stay

This hotel exceeded my expectations for an ibis budget. The location is great with so many good restaurants, bars, shops, laundry on the Main Street.
It is situated in a quiet courtyard with lovely reception and nice pool.
Rooms are clean and comfy. Aircon could do with being slightly stronger but was fine.
Brekkie has cereal, an egg station and plenty of other options.
Overall I’d recommend and would stay again.

We only stayed here for a few hours to freshen up before our flight and to be honest, would not go back for even 20 mins ever again.
The room is very, very basic but I suppose that's what you can expect from the price. There are no amenities in the bathroom, no bottled water (even for purchase) available in-room, you're expected to fill a water bottle out in the hallway from a bubbler. No balcony or windows in basic room, and no space for almost anything. Definitely would not recommend for a long stay if you would like to be in comfort.

Of the 5 hotels i stayed in this trip, this was the sbsolute cleanest. It was lovely.
However, there was no toiletries. A bar of soap to wash hands would have gone a long way!
There is no kettle or fridge.
They do have one great initiative, instead of free water in room, they have a filtered water bottle stand in hall. 3 on my floor. This dispenses chilled or hot (for coffee) water. Saves on plastic bottles. Fabulous idea

Great but Chinese tourists :/

This was a great hotel, very clean and cheap with amazing location, right next to all the gay bars!!! The only thing negative to say was the fact that there were Chinese tourists being loud when they left for the day at 7am and came back at 9pm. Really there should be rules about this! Anyway sleep with ear plugs and it'll be fine.

Good value in Seminyak. Clean comfortable, can’t really complain about anything for the price I paid. Friendly helpful staff. It is near the bars so some noise at night but I would stay there again. There is also another Ibis on Legian Street if you want it a bit quieter. Perfect place for a few days.

Good budget hotel close to everything

I think you get what you pay for here. The breakfast was ok. There were little ants in the room we stayed in on the beds and in the bathroom. The staff were helpful and offered to move us to a different room so that was good. It was noisy with the live pub music close by but earplugs are handy, I didn't mind because I wanted to be close to everything

The only thing that good in this hotel is the location!!!!! Nothing else. Room was really dirty even the head board has a hand print from the previous guest. Towels really old looks like it was use to clean the floor. The only amenities was the bottled water NOTHING ElSE!!! I asked for the soap and the Staff came to my room to put all in one liquid soap in the dispenser. Electrical problem in my room lights are been on and off like 10X. Never waste your $20 here!

Hotels.com telephone service very unsatisfactory

Hotels.com terrible telephone service. I wanted to cancel one night out of a two night booking and the operator cancelled both and rebooked one day at a higher rate which meant the price for one night was almost at the same price for two nights. So I lost out twice. I am trying to speak to the hotel Ibis in Seminyak Bali to help but not very happy at all.

We got there at 6pm. We had 2 rooms booked and they intially gave us 1 rooms as the other one wasn’t ready untill 9pm. They had to change the first room again too and the washroom was broken. The hotel's location is great but cleanliness and service not so good. Breakfast buffet wasn't too good as well.

Nice low price. Great staff. Everyone is very nice. Breakfast good. If you ask for orange juice and an omelet they give it to you. Only complaint is the bed was too hard. But most beds in asia are hard compared to usa hotels. Ill say again in the future.

This place is on a great location, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, such a good price!

2 things.... I booked an airport pick from with the hotel and the driver never showed, after an hour I decided to walk to the taxi tank and book one.

Breakfast; didn’t expect much to be honest cuz the rates are very cheap but having a “buffet “ cooked chicken as the only main meal for breakfast has t be mentioned, even if they added something simple like scrambled eggs would have made a big difference. Saying this, there are many delicious breakfast options near by so this this wasn’t a big deal to me, mentioning it for the feedback.

Great location and OK for the price. Hotel is a bit tired looking now. 1st opened about 6 yrs ago under FAVE management and was brilliant. Then went to Primera and was step down. Now Ibis Budget few steps down. A bit noisy both from street and hall noise. Breakfast just adequate. But once again, can't expect 4 Star for a 1 star price

Hotel staff are nice, hotel is nice, clean. Aircon is good. In a heaps good spot close to shops and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. Good scooter shop nearby called Wendy’s, cheap and not dodgy. For what you pay this place gets 5/5 from me.

Literally a budget hotel.

Hotel location is within Seminyak and lots of restaurants around. However, do not expect much of anything if you stay here. Room was just okay but breakfast was way too disappointing. Breakfast starts at 6:30am but hot food came in at past 7am one at a time and staffs were not even in a hurry to prepare even if there's lots of guests waiting. Limited items are understandable for a budget hotel but opening breakfast operations without any food on the chaffing dishes is unacceptable.

I hope this will improve.

Great location for an affordable price

Location is excellent! Less than 10mins to the beaches and lots of shops and places to eat. The price is so worth it and affordable for this reason. Has the basics: Bed was comfy, good AC and hot shower. Good budget hotel if you're not too fussy and just need a place to stay after exploring at the end of the day. Staff were friendly. Would stay again :)

My 1st experience was good but my 2nd is horrible services and room are not cleaned. 5 day's check in only once they clean up and make-up room. Toilet door can't closed and lock. Already complain but room are not available at that time. Buffet breakfast is so-so. Pillows so thin. Dirty floor and sticky. Low quality shampoo. Room not soundproof. So noisy. Can hear when another room talking. The advantage about this hotel only because convenience nearby club n shops. That all. But still have a lots of choice hotels around this areas. I'm think this is my last and will not repeat for 3rd !

The hotel is ok. Was very cheap and the room was clean enough. It’s centrally located and 15 minute walk to the are where la Favela is. Only issue with the hotel was the pool was very dirty. There were no towels. Just pool didn’t look inviting at all. Room need to have at least shampoo and the soap dispenser was broken. Same with the aircon was very low so it was hot all the time. I asked for an extra pillow I was suprised to fin out you had to pay for it.

There were posters about the pizza night on Monday Wednesday and fridays everywhere. When we went to the restaurant we were told they don’t serve pizza lol
If you are running out of budget and just need a place to sleep this hotel is ok. Maybe if you have friends in a better hotel and you can join them use their pool then is ok. But if you want to relax by the pool etc I would suggest to stay somewhere else

Rooms with no ventilation. Glass windows but selaed. Had to change room the next morning as a nearby disc was so loud that it left me sleepless till 4:30 am
The very hotel design is such that all rooms are very noisy. You keep hearing noise from the corridors and the busy street at the front which is very disturbing.

Pool is for namesake. Too small.

Good things - Amazing staff - friendly Balinese people. Location - Too good. Right in middle of Seminyak with plenty of good shops, restaurants around and beach is very near.

The TV in rooms run a video on sustainability measures by Accor but you'll see taps running at full speed and wasting lot of water even at the slightest turn. They need to fix it.

Overall, not a very good experience.

In the Heart of Seminyak

The hotel it's self is a little dated, it could do with a fresh coat of paint and the linen replaced as it was stained and discoloured with age.
I stayed for 8 night and in a non smoking room on the 3rd floor. The front of the hotel is were most of the noise could be heard from the main road and loud music from Santa Fe Bar & Grill (Good food - average service - live bands).
I would love to have had a fridge in my room and a stand to keep my suitcase on or some draws to unpack my clothes into. (I literally lived out of my bags).
All the staff were extremely young, very friendly, they all welcomed me every day with their huge smiles and friendly personalities.
The buffet breakfast was only something to kick start our day with, it lacked in a decent selection, it was usually cold or never enough to eat, the plates were always smeary as if they hadn't been cleaned in hot water and dried properly so I was having to wipe them over with paper towel before I could use them. The juice was always far to sweet and required water to be added to dilute the mixture.
This hotel has the makings of being the best place to stay in Seminyak in it's price market, it's in the heart of it all. A 10 min walk to the beaches and is surrounded by fantastic bars (Bali Joe and Mixwell are a must visit - great shows and very attentive personalised service), restaurants (Gosha & Mozzarella became regular stops) and shopping galore.

The room was basic but clean and sufficient. We were travelling with two small kids and they gave us adjoining rooms which was great. The kids could watch TV in their room and we weren't bothered by it. We didn't find it noisy at all and while the breakfast wasn't great, it was fine for both the adults and the kids. Good value for money.

This place is cheap alternative to the large Resort style accommodation if you are not having that style of holiday.Appeared to have locals staying as well. Seminyak is a busy area . Can walk to the beach from here but it is not located along beach strip.There are plenty of taxies around.We wern't there for Resort style holiday so suited us well And was a lot cheaper.

We checked in around 10:30pm and they only have one double bed room on ground floor available, and it has nothing to see from the window but only a wall, while their description mentions that a standard room has CITY & GARDEN view, so we are asked to change to a second floor twin bed room and we still don't get a city view which is quite disappointing. It looks like a love hotel more than a proper one. Hotel staff are helpful in general but some of them speak terrible English (front desk and restaurant). Location is great, in the hub of Seminyak, many bars, spas around and 15 minutes walk to Legian beach. Breakfast has little to choose from, eggs are not good, my boyfriend didn't eat the egg while I did and I am still suffering from diarrhoea from yesterday until now. Their cut fruit doesn't have a cover while there were flies flying around. Definitely need improvement on food hygiene. Overall, the stay was not very pleasant, with lots of noise come from the street and drunk hotel customers. If you want somewhere more quiet, this will not be your ideal choice.

If its about location and budget, go for it.

Room was only booked as a 'crash' hotel near to the nightlife on weekend nights. Had a much nicer villa a few klms away. Although this met the purpose of party/drink/crash and about $25 a night, I would not choose the lowest class room again because they do not have a refrigerator. Call me fussy, everything else was acceptable, airco, strong hot water, no bugs, quiet room,even the free breakfast I had one morning. The front desk staff are to be commended for their prompt service and customer skills.
Other note: Hotel appears to be \"guest friendly\".

Hotel management was the best I've seen in Indonesia. General manager came to meet and greet at breakfast time. And the rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming at all times!
While our stay we experienced major issues with electricity - well the lack of it to be more precise- and problems with staff not fixing it as promised . We got compensated but only after taking the matter to the general manager. Staff does not communicate with each other unfortunately.

We liked our stay here mainly for the convenient location. The hotel seemed a bit dated but was clean enough with decent facilities. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked fine. The noise from the bars did go on past 1am, that was the only issue but that's what we expected given the short walking distance to bars!

The price is great, the hotel staff and rooms are terrible. The wifi is bad. The staff are so rude, one staff member (fazul) slick black hair to the side, threw our bags at us and didn't say a word when asked for the bags. Really bad, the women on the room service phone didn't have the time for us. It's cheap it's a good location, just expected to be treated cheap. There are plenty of other hotels for the same price but better NEO Hotel is great.

Noisy and busy but great customer service

Overall, our stay here was okay. The hotel has incredible customer service. We were originally in the far end of the hotel which is situated near a club and you can clearly hear the loud bass when you're trying to sleep. That being said, we called down to reception and they relocated us the next morning. In addition, this appears the be a stopping point for large tour groups from other parts of Asia. Also, the pool is very sub-par and it doesn't receive much sunlight since it's in between to tall buildings and right next to the dining area. I believe you can find a better option that has less rooms and is less noisy. Once again, the staff were all great and very accommodating.

Best Location

The Hotel was perfect. Even the staff was also good. But one staff named as- DARSANA, whose duty was at breakfast hall during breakfast hours was very rude. I request hotel management , to kindly teach him how to talk to the Guests.

Decent hotel

The hotel was located right in the middle of everything. Many local bars and clubs within a minute walking distance. The beach was within 5 minutes. My only complaint with the hotel room was that the aircon didn't work very well...ran it all night only to be slightly comforted by it in the morning.
