Nice looking pool. Have not used it as i dont like pools. Nicest staff. They provided a hot pot for use in my room. Room had a fridge, huge shower. Room rather small with big bed. No room to live out of your suitcase. But there is plenty of storage and hanging space to unpack your suitcase.

Staff were very welcoming and great throughout the stay, helped book a few tours. The rooms and pool were good and the hotel located in the quieter part of Seminyak between the nightlife strips meaning a decent night sleep. Aircon was good as was the shower. Would recommend.

Way beyond our expectations once again

We have stayed at this hotel every visit to Bali, i dont think we would every change.
Might not be the most luxurious, but its the people (Staff) who make it such a wonderful place to stay, from arrival right to departure. They are always smiling and keen to make sure your stay is uppermost. May it be from a cup of coffee etc. The Manager himself is also eager to make sure your stay is everything it could be,this reflects through his staff saying he is a great boss to work for and it truly shows on the smiles on their faces. Staying at this hotel seems that you are stay with friends.
So to Agus the manager and all your wonderful staff. Many thanks on our behalf.

You got what you paid for

You got what you paid for. It's close to the beach and 2 small restaurants. Internet was okay. It's a humble hotel, don't expect luxury or a lot of service. Only 3 staffs here but they're all very nice and helpful.

Probably Seminyak's best kept secret. Awesome value for money. Its not the Marriot, but it also doesnt have the Marriot $$ tag. Has the basics, Cleaned daily, bathroom hygienic, good breakfasts, beautiful friendly staff all tucked away in a quiet alley with 3 local Warungs within 20 meters. Go for Pool Access room if they are available, or the Villas

Great hotel and excellent service .

Everything would be a perfect holiday stay, had it not too near the road where sound of motorbikes and cars can be heard and can by annoying esp early in the morning where it may disrupt your sleep.
I like the hotel environment esp the inviting pool and the smiling staffs who never failed to acknowledge you with a big Balinese smile . Breakfast is simple and good.
As the weather is warm , the air condition was ON to cool the room for your comfort when back to the hotel in the evening .
I love the hotel and will definitely stay again but will request a room away from the busy and noisy road .

The location is great, however thats about it. Beds so uncomfortable my boyfriend woke up with terrible neck pain (and we only stayed one night!). No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor so carrying the luggage up and down is pretty hard.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lotus Tirta hotel. The staff were always so friendly and service-minded. They were especially nice towards our baby son of 7 months. Whenever we needed something they were there to help. My birthday was during our stay, and the staff came to sing the birthday song together with a cake. We had wonderful days relaxing by the pool, and enjoyed breakfast at the hotel.
We also enjoyed that the hotel was so close to everything in Seminyak.
We recommend this hotel to anyone - families, couples and independent travellers.

Great location in older part of Seminyak

We (family of four) stayed in a three bedroom villa with our own pool. The kids loved having their own rooms with ensuite - it is effectively three separate hotel rooms adjoining a pool and living space.
Staff were excellent and the location was great for us. It is in a quiet crossroad that is walking distance to the beach, Bintang supermarket and has plenty of taxis nearby to get you everywhere else. It is some distance from the trendier part of Seminyak, but that suited us fine. We were very happy with the nearby shops and Warungs (especially the Cabin and Warung Kecil) which were right on the doorstep.

Nice but small room

Pool access room very small. Next to reception so could hear people talking all the time. Also ducks behind room started quacking at 6am. Luck I'm early riser. Overall hotel ok would go back. Location 5 mins to beach. Breakfast not good.

i arrived i was shown my room it was horrible its more suited to back packers , the pool is the size of our long spa pool this photo is promoting a nice motel well its old and needs an update .
i went to the girl advised i will not be staying as it wasnt suitable i hated it so i went to another motel in the area.
You guys were meant to be notifyed by the manager that i cancelled to false advertising and displaying its a nice place .

Family villa in Seminyak hotel

The villa is tucked away off the street behind its own doorway, and has three spacious rooms, a kitchen and dining room, and its own little pool. It would suit families or three couples who want their own space as it's cut off from the rest of the hotel. It doesn't get much sun. Location is good, about a 10 mins walk to the beach, and a nice quiet neighbourhood with warung, bars, shops etc all in easy reach. Note that traffic in Seminyak is pretty awful these days, so it takes time to get anywhere by car.

Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful at all times. A great location. Central but off the main road so quieter. Breakfasts were tasty and hot and regardless of requested timing always on time. Rooms are small - that would be my only criticism of this place. Otherwise a great stay and I would recommend this gem - I would also come again .

Nice small hotel tucked at the corner of seminyak

Staff are excellent and warmth. Close enough to conveniences around yet quietly tucked away to get a good rest. Quite a walk to the beach, 10-15 mins walk. Room is in decently good condition. No blackout curtains to sleep-in during the day.

Great location for shopping food and beach. The hotel is on a gang off the main road thats a little noisey but you don’t notice once in the room. Staff are friendly and very helpful great breakfast included. The hotel has its own generator which is essential when Seminyak loses power. Great for couples and older families.

Great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance to the beach, yet without the noise of the nearby areas. Plenty of food and drink options nearby and the hotel itself was very clean. Comfy bed and the rooms have amenities such as a fridge and plenty of storage space. Staff were excellent throughout my 4 nights there. Recommended!

Great budget friendly hostel in Seminyak

Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Room was clean and had everything we needed (air con, a safe, tv, good pressure in shower). It was small but expected and since we we're our most of the time this didn't matter.

The room has sliding doors, which do let some light in from the halllway at night & you have to really lock them well.

The staff were great & the pool was nice for a dip. The breakfast presentation was great but the food was average, however, was really nice to have breakfast ready at a specific time or brought up to the room.

The location is also good. Tucked away from the busy streets, yet close enough to walk to the main tourist areas no problem.

We would definitely stay again!

One of the best places in Seminyak at a reasonable price. Villa was very comfortable in every way. Quiet location. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was close to many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Fast wifi connection. Cozy bed and pillows. I would definitely book this place again!

Really enjoyed my syay ay Lotus Tirta. Very friendly happy staff with the most beautiful smiles. Situated only a stone's throw from shope, restaurants and bars. The beach is not too far away also and can be reached by foot. Definitely great value for those seeking a clean, hospitable and well located hotel.

We booked the pool access room for 3 nights and the standard room for one night(due to availability). On arrival, we were greeted with cold clothes, juices and informed that they were able to get us the pool access room for all four nights. Room and bathroom nice and clean. They may not be huge rooms but a closet/drawer set is provided which fit all of our things(suitcases included) in it. Great pool. Quiet area. Great location. Plenty of great restaurants,yoga studio, bike rental and laundry all within walking distance. We will be back.

Good location, friendly staff. The doors are sliding glass doors and not very secure. Staff cleaned the room and when we returned, found they had not closed/locked our doors properly and we just had to pull on the door lightly and it opened. Also, we would firmly close the doors each time we left and came back a few times to see that our room was obviously entered while we were gone(besides the daily cleaning visit). These are the pool access rooms, so maybe the other rooms are different? First place we have stayed that they advertise free bottled water and only give it to you the first night(they tell you this at check in). Not a huge thing but thought it odd. If looking for quiet, do not book pool access rooms as people stay up late and will keep you up.

The hot water takes a very long time to arrive if at all. The TV was not watchable on any channel, I was told on the 2 days I was there that the \"problem was with central\" and no idea when or if it would be fixed.

Relaxing atmosphere and great way to meet a lot of new interesting people. Laundry just across the street which is handy. Walking distance to Frankenstein's laboratory. The Koop roaster cafe short walk away nice place to breakfast (breakfast nothing to write about at hotel but plenty of places to go for nice breakfast) enjoyed our stay. Doors are a problem and take a bit of getting used to and easier to let mozzies in also have to keep bathroom door shut to try to keep cool in as has vents you can't close. Housekeeping didn't clear some cups and glasses etc for a few days not sure if they thought we still wanted them. My only real complaint would be hard to keep doors shut tight to keep mozzies out and air con did not cool room to the extent I would like but I did hear others say there air con was cold so could just be the room. Really liked the location nice quiet and more local feel and because it is a small property everyone chatted with each other so met so many nice people so would recommend for a solo traveller to easily make friends. If you looking for privacy not so much. Would definately stay again if the rates stay the same reasonable price.

Our stay was in the 2br Villa which was beautifully tucked away down a lovely little path next the hotel. A little difficult to find but once there, walking distance to shopping, beach,and restaurants. Nice small hotel close to the action

My sister an I stayed here for two weeks. The rooms are small, but we had one each next to each other so was great. Air con nice and cold and rooms clean. Staff were all lovely and made sure our rooms were cleaned daily. Hotel is a little street away from great shops and restaurants, so is quiet at night to sleep. Only negative, which has nothing to do with hotel, but next door there is another hotel being built and the jack hammering and work could be heard from about 8-5pm most days. We were out exploring most days and got our breakfast brought to our rooms, so didn't cause too much hassle, but if you want to hang out at the pool all day is a bit noisy. We enjoyed our stay here.

Had a great stay! The staff are awesome.

We just stayed at litus turta for 12 days over Xmas and New Years and had a great time. The rooms are immaculately clean and are cleaned every day.
It's in a good central location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and in a quite area of seminyak.
The reception has 24 hr reception and security during the night. It is very safe here.
The staff here are so happy and friendly and really make you feel welcome.
It's a small home style guest house. If that's what you are looking for I cannot recommend litus turta enough. It's great value for money.
I would definately go back if I return to Bali in the future.

Pros .....
A newish building and therefore quit clean
Fast wi fi ( faster than any of the expensive resorts we stayed in )
Centrally located in Seminyak - Hint - walk through the laneways at the end of the road and you come out on Jl. Champ lung Tenduk , from there you can catch a cab (ALWAYS go for a metered Blue Bird taxi or you will be ripped off ! ) to any where in Seminyak for a couple thousand rupiah
A short stroll along Jl Drupadi will get you to some of the highest rated eating establishments on Trip Advisor ( you can't go wrong with Kendi Kuning ! )

Cons ....
We stayed on the 4 the floor and the rooms were very small . In saying that for Aud 35/ night at the time of writing it wasn't a big deal as we spent all day exploring Bali and only went to the room to sleep at the end of the day.

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the budget conscious traveller . Enjoy.
