The hotel is under construction so it's totally empty so not a nice arrival area. The villa is tired but very clean and the staff are exceptional. The access to Miss Sippy is a bonus and being so close to the beach is great. We had a lovely time regardless of the hotel building behind us. It was reasonably quiet.

I was concerned regarding security as people from the adjoining beach club were allowed in to use pool and facilities. We experienced people entering the grounds of our villa and then some kids throwing large rocks over the fence. If a rock had hit a young child it would have been carastrophic. There was no security in the grounds to prevent this behaviour. For that reason I would not recommend staying here.

The staff are fantastic, they can’t do enough for you. The resort has a traditional Bali feel. Unfortunately at this point in time the resort only has the Villas available for accommodations, which makes the resort feel empty, at times we felt like we were the only guests. The resort needs quite a lot of maintenance as they are still recovering from Covid which is a real pity as it should be the most spectacular resort on the beach in Seminyak. When I enquired with staff they said there was no current plans for any major renovations. If we were to go back to Bali tomorrow would I stay here again, absolutely.

Great location! Right on the beach and only a close walk to shops. Property is undergoing some renovations so was quiet, with not many guests, which we liked. We had a private pool with our villa that we used a bit, the main shared pool was huge with nice little areas for kids to play who cannot yet swim.
The resort’s restaurant only catered for breakfast and lunch. The staff were lovely and food was reasonable but they were never busy due to minimal guests, so not a huge variety on the menu.

The villa was absolutely fantastic, pool clean and in a great area. Restaurants all along the beach, close to shopping precinct, what is there not to like about this villa.

This property was barely functioning, we saw one other guest. There were no staff and no facilities - restaurant not open, one person on reception and there appeared to be men living under the main reception building - it was like a ghetto and felt very unsafe. This used to be a beautiful hotel - would now not recommend.

The villas w private pools are the only accommodation available abd they are huge and great vakue for money. They are set right on Seminyak Beach. The hotel rooms are closed. Lots of bars and restaurants closeby along Seminyak Beach. Top value for money. Villa rate is very affordable for what you get, and the location is amazing. Great find. Friendly staff.

The hotel was under renovation, so only the villas were open. The main pool was open but the restaurant was closed. However, there were so many good food options nearby it did not affect us. Loved the privateness of the villas and they were in good shape. Not a ton of staff but they were very responsive to our needs. And loved being right next to the beach.

Excellent location, A villa where you can relax. There are many restaurants near the beach and there are many dining options. Unfortunately, many of the facilities were closed due to renovations, but it was rather special because we were able to create our own environment on a large site.

Sadly we didn't get to attend our booking due to Covid-19 but their customer service has been appalling since and I would recommend not booking this hotel while the pandemic continues as they don't reply to emails or give any guidance. On the basis of how badly they have treated us I would never book with this hotel group again, truly shocking in a time where people need to be compassionate and understanding.

But.... it was pretty gutting that we didn’t end up with a garden view but a bamboo shielded wall of the next hotel. I have stayed here a few times in the past. I always get a good rest here. The property is large in that spreads out along the beach. You can go to the end of the property where it's very quiet. Also, there is a lovely Garden Pool, which is only for adults, where you can do some reading.
The breakfast is very nice, with a big variety of options including some healthy options. My complaint about the breakfast area is that if you sit close to the outside birds sometimes land on your table when you're away. Isn't there some way to prevent that from happening?
The lunch spot is very nice with very soft music and the service is excellent there.
The gym has everything you might need and they also play soft Balinese music in there, which I like.

The service from all staff was excellent over our stay. There are plenty of restaurants all along the beach & in Seminyak all within walking distance which is where we ate most of the time, however we ate in the tepenyaki within the hotel which was just amazing(just a shame it was so quiet).
The beach goes on for miles but is a bit darker sand,(didn’t spoil holiday), great surfing waves & loads of water sports...surfing/body board hire.
Airport transfers are very reasonable which you can email hotel to arrange. Would definitely go back & thoroughly recommend

We loved that the garden area and pool was so beautiful! The beautiful gardens went off onto the beach and a big drawcard for us was that this hotel was right on the beach so we went for morning walks. It was a 5 min walk along the beach to all the umbrella beach bars/cafes such as La Plancha and a 5-10 min taxi to eat street. The daily buffet breakfast was incredible! My husband and I looked forward to it everyday. Everything dish you can think of for breakfast they had it including an Indonesian corner, Indian corner, roast chicken and vegetables, egg station etc sautéed vegetables! I was in heaven and it was the best way to start the day we really looked forward to it

We liked pretty much everything about it and will stay there again, the only thing that frustrated me is that we had to put a security on the room, no problem there but they said it would not be processed however when we checked out and paid what was owing with a different credit card they had processed the deposit and now we have to wait 2 weeks to get the security deposit of AUD$400 back. We should have been advised of this and the AUD$400 deducted from what we owed.

Beautiful grounds and garden pool. Bedrooms are large but in serious need of renovation. The rooms are old, not enough plugs or international plugs and the bathroom does not have a shaver point. Bathroom is tired and the toilet/shower using smells horrible. Time to spend some money to upgrade Accor.
