Booked for 6 people. 5 adults stayed, was told to remove French toast from breakfast order or we'd be charged extra, even though we had 1 less person.
Requested no cleaning, towel change only. Room was cleaned without permission then towel count was out.
Accused of towel theft when checked out.

While the property is a little older it was a great size and still well maintained/ clean. We had a villa with enclosed lounge/ living area but don’t believe all villas have this so it was great to be able to also utilize AC in the living space.
Location is slightly hidden from Main Street which is a bonus as it was very quiet across our whole stay.
Breakfast options were not too bad (lots of options but lots of other delicious places to go out for breakfast).
Staff were lovely and accommodating when requesting changes to room cleaning times or turn down service.
Pool is surrounded by lush plants so perfect for a relaxing swim. If you are seeking a space to lounge in the sun however the pool deck received minimal sun at all. Perfect for us wanting the shade.

Staff fabulous they could not do enough for you !!
Location great, walking distance to beach, Seminyak eat street and square
Mosquito coils and spray each evening was great to enjoy outdoor spaces

The property could do with some refreshing of fittings and linen as they were discolored making it feel like they weren’t clean (they were as they smelled good)
General maintenance too as lights falling off walls and kitchen cupboard doors not closing
This property is very roomy unlike new villas

Loved this property- location was great , 4min walk to beach. Villa slightly dated, alot of maintenance required in some and not all standardised with appliances . Ie. some had microwaves some not . breakfast was mediocre, Orange juice was the best . Staff were friendly. Great for families or groups as villas are all close to each other each with their own pool.
Air cond was bit noisy in room . Shops and restaurants close by.

Leaking water in the rooms on arrival but fixed after complaining. No wifi in the unit until complaint made and installed repeater in the unit after complaint.
It was extremely humid in 3rd room in seperate building despite of aircon. Bedding is like slightly soaked with moist all the time.

big enough fridge for 7 ppl. All rooms and living area are spacious. More than enough space to place all the luggages for 7ppl.
Well maintained private pool.

Pricey airport pickup. 350000rupiah (Grab taxi cost 150000rupiah when I picked up my partner same time next day)

Exceptional stay in all of Bali!

We had the most amazing stay here. Not only was the villa we stayed at was beautiful, but very private. The staff at this place was what made the stay even more exceptional. Not only were they extremely friendly and hospitable, but went out of their way to help. They also helped in booking tours at the last minute. Huge thanks to Eka for that! And their spa was just as amazing too, Elie was excellent in that and all the other masseuses for their Bali massages. Location was ideal too, only around the corner from the beach and downtown Seminyak. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. And yet, it was so secluded and quiet within our area, made it seem like we were far away from all that noise. Overall, we had an excellent stay and will definitely come back again here!

Great space and individual villas. We did experience a lot of bugs in the lower level because of open air bathroom. The villa seemed dated and could use a bit of upgrade in terms of paint and finishes but mostly cosmetic. Some of the linens need to be replaced as well. The pool is amazing and the villas was clean aside of the flies and towels. Recommend for larger groups and families. Location is very convenient to Seminyak Beach and lots of shopping and restuarants.

We were in Bali for almost a month and stayed at 5 different villas/hotels This was definitely made top 2. They have made major improvements since Covid and are steadily creeping back up to a 5-star accommodation. We have nothing but positive things to say.

The water supply blocked all 3 nights and not fixed till 10 am. Roof leaked in three areas. Water supply when worked was salty! Tv service was poor
Keys to front doors did not work. Relied on entrance gate to Villa ground for security.

It was a good villa resort, however the bathroom is fully outdoors which is a bit odd. I understand if there was an outdoor shower but the toilet was also outdoors (which isn’t particularly fun when you can see lizards crawling around). The resort villa do provide a free shuttle around the main area of Seminyak which is great as this saved us a lot on taxis etc. Overall room and resort was nice. Location was a bit further away from the main road then we expected but the free shuttle saved that.

A little worn around the edges

Positives are that most staff (particular those servicing the rooms) are very friendly and courteous. Though one guy at reception (the manager perhaps?) provided quite a chilly check-in.

The largely open plan living (incl. open air bathroom) provides more ambience, but mosquitoes are a big problem.

The rooms are also worn and need a refurb. Bedrooms need deskside lamps and more power sockets. Power adapters in the bedrooms would also be useful.

The location is a little inconvenient, with taxies needed to most local places.

A hidden jewel in the heart of Seminyak

Le Jardin is tucked away from the hectic vibe of Seminyak yet is only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful stretch of the beach and 3 mins from shops and restaurants. The gardens of all the villas are incredibly lush and tropical with frangipani trees everywhere. Our 2 bedroom villa was perfect... modern and stylish in a Balinese style. The staff and reception team were lovely and so helpful, they responded very quickly to any requests. We also loved the spa and had a great massage there. A little fresh varnish on some areas of the wooden floor are probably due, but I’m really only adding that because my review sounds too positive. After many trips to this area, Le Jardin is definitely my favourite place to stay.

Second home... brilliant staff!

Feels like my second home, as I always stay at Le Jardin when I visit Bali. Great location between Legion and Seminyak...The staff and servicee are first class. Just starting to show a bit of wear and tear in the bathrooms, other than that, good value for money!

Disappointing stay

The room was pleasant enough, but the lighting throughout the whole complex was very subdued. Also little things like having power points at the bedside, and having mosquito nets over the bed, made it feel very much like it was from a bygone era. The staff however were very pleasant and accomodating. I must confess that this is the first time that I have ever had a bathroom without an outside all, and open to all the elements.

Tired and no longer 5 star

I wanted to like this place more than I did. The villa is quite dated now and has not been maintained well over the years. It could really do with a small Renovation to keep its 5 star rating.

Overall the villa is large with a good sized pool and main room. However the doors were warped and didn't close easily or in one case at all. The lounge furniture was not comfortable and made lazing around difficult.

Our villa was close to the road, reception and a work space. At times there was very loud works (electric saw etc) happening in the day time which really spoils the atmosphere.

Staff were nice. However, we won't stay again as the price didn't meet our expectations from the photos and description.

Le Jardin Boutique Villas is a phenomenal place to stay while in Bali. It's secluded in the heart of Seminyak and is close to pretty much everything.

The villa is spacious and clean, and provides you with an authentic Balinese experience.

The staff are incredible with no request too difficult! They regularly provided guidance and tips to get around Bali with ease. The best part is that they drove us to local restaurants, clubs and spas for free in Seminyak! A truly unique and lovely experience.

From the time that we arrived we were taken care of, the staff couldn't do more for us. Any request was met with enthusiasm and a friendly smile.
The accommodation was fabulous, very well maintained and excellent facilities. It was great to have our own swimming pool. Going to the toilet outdoors was unusual and took a little to get used to but still very private so felt safe.
Excellent place to stay, would definitely stay again.

We arrived in the afternoon,the staff are so good fresh fruit in fridge for you.they come in at night &
Spray for bugs.such a variety for breakfast also for tea.Bottled water in fridge, lots of places to see. I will be going back, nothing is a problem for them. So if you are going to Bali stay here well worth it.

Awesome villa design, layout, and location

Le Jardin hotel and staff were amazing and made our family's dream vacation a reality. To start with, Bali residents are some of the friendliest people I've ever met and the Le Jardin staff go even further. The room: Thank God, Allah, and Brahma for air conditioning. Our room had the option to open wide all the doors for a completely outdoor living feel or close them and turn on air conditioning. Our beds were the most comfortable clean beds I've ever experienced from a hotel. The best part of the room is the actual layout and earthy design. The bathrooms are made to feel like you are outdoors but yet still able to stay private. Although we loved the room, it wouldn't be fair to write a review that wasn't somewhat critical, so here are the negatives. Because it was an outdoor feel there were some ants (not many, but be aware so you don't drop a crumb anywhere, and never eat in a bedroom). I'd also note that there was some wear and tear such as the flooring, doors, blinds, electrical outlets and most of all the lighting. Back to the staff, from the masseuse, to the room service, to the front desk, grounds keepers and drivers, they were so pleasant, worked really well together and made us feel like family. While we absolutely loved the hotel, the best part of this villa is the location to the beach, restaurants, and markets. (5-7 min walk). For those families who like to spend a little extra for service, atmosphere, and luxury I would recommend the Le Jardin.
