Staff are wonderful. So friendly and very helpful and kind. Rooms are basic (the room i stayed in), but they are clean, comfortable and the beds were comfy. Good movie channels for hung over or rainy days. Swim up bar is great, the pool is large, and deep. The spa was wonderful and very reasonably priced. Restaurant was ok for free breakky. Location is great. Right on the beach just behind La Plancha and a 5 minutes walk from Mrs Sippy sunset bar amongst others.

I love the traditional Balinese style of this hotel. It’s right on the beach, there is a day spa on site, swim up large pool bar, 3 mini marts across the road, fabulous Warung, honest money changer and laundromat who provides same day service.

Everything is old and dated. Bed was hard and uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. Shower curtain had mould all over it shower was terrible. Don’t use the laundry services as it is 4 times what the cost should be Breakfast was sub par. No service around the pool. Food was not good at the restaurant

The location is great and the Balinese staff lovely but that’s about it. We stayed in the family villa the hot water didn’t work, toilets wouldnt flush. Gekkos and ants in the room. Sheets had stains on them bath didn’t work and I could go on. The breakfast was revolting and flies were all over it save your money and stay anywhere else.

We had an okay stay. The room itself was clean and fine and the location is good, close to the beach. The outside of the hotel and the grounds look good however the inside corridors look poor. Old mattresses were stored in the corridors and looked awful. The breakfast was not great as we are vegan and there is no choice apart from fruit. The breakfast items are not labelled for dietaries at all , so we went elsewhere for the remaining days. The staff are nice however so for the price we cant complain too much.

Great hotel in a great location! Really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. The property is old and could use a little maintenance but it was very clean and we had no issues. We stayed in a deluxe chalet and it was so spacious and comfortable. Pool was awesome, so much room for everyone and pool bar staff were great :)

The service from staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. The shared facilities such as the pool and dining areas were always clean and tidy, with enough room even on busy days. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room itself (the bathroom floor looked and felt like it had never been mopped) and the comfort of the bed, which was rock solid and felt like sleeping on the floor with a thin blanket. We stayed in a garden view room, while other friends who stayed in a poolside villa did not experience these issues.

Beautiful property with lovely pool and fantastic staff.. Loved our stay and would return but buy breakfst outside of the hotel.
Breakfast was terrible. Food poorly prepared and the selection was not good. Birds and flies eating the bacon, pancakes and waffles cooked earlier. These items are not cooked fresh and left on the counter. Bacon was left sitting in congealing fat.. just terrible.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is very dated and in need of some modern decorating. For the standard and decor of the room, it’s quite expensive. The closeness to the beach is excellent though.

I was put up on the third floor and the room was extremely dated. Some of the items need to be replaced and it could really use an upgrade in terms of quality and detail. I asked to move to a lower floor, hoping to get a better room as I was not given any upgrade. the two times that I asked to move I was told to come back later to check if there was any availability.

The nice part of the hotel was the grounds and the breakfast was OK The beach was very close, but there was no amenities when I came out. The welcome drink is canned orange juice, pineapple juice, or apple juice.

The hotel is very far from anything walkable.

We thought that the facilities were shabby around the pool area, the table by the pool was very unstable, the toilet was disgusting, unclean and no toilet paper. Our room was very tired and there was water on the floor near the toilet. We asked to be moved which was good as the room was we moved to was much nicer. The staff were wonderful , very helpful and cheerful.

This is my second time I am stayed at Puri Saron Hotel, the reason I choose this hotel,is because it's very close to the Seminyak beach, nice swimming pool and lovely garden, and the staff are so friendly. The down side is, our room was a little bit outdated, particularly in the bathroom, the mirror, the showers, they definitely need tlc. Oh yes I stayed in a room with connecting doors (Room No.2106) , I was quite shocked, when I opened the door, I could see someone next door, it was an embarrassing moment for me, can you imagine if they were doing something!!, I called the operator, and they said \"the room is absolutely fine, don't worry about it\", unbelievable. Another down side is the pillow, I know it's hotel establishment, but come on, the pillow is so smelly, when I open the pillow case it had so many stains, I asked the housekeeper to change it straight away, and show him how bad it looked, oh yes sometimes the housekeeper forget to replaced our amenities. And another thing, the hotel management didn't use the space effectively, there was large space near by the pool, that could be use as sun lounge deck or something like that, but was just left empty.

Over all we where disappointed with the property. Things like the towel rail in the bathroom was above the toilet and it was very high meaning that neither me or my husband could reach it. The mini bar fridge looked dirty on the outside and was in a cupboard that would have been better suited for putting our personal belongings in. The breakfast was average and the hot items were cold and over cooked. This is somewhere we will not be returning to stay when we next visit Bali.

I liked the location in that it was walking distance to a lot of eateries, shops & the beach.
I feel the hotel requires renovations to keep pace with other hotels nearby. The breakfast buffet is limited. Pool towels are supposed to be available from 8am but on most mornings it wasn’t manned until at least 8.30/9am.

I had some hicups with things not wrking in the room but they were promptly fixed so it was Gd. Check in was very easy and done quickly the rooms were neat and tidy than had everything u needed. I didn't like there was so much light in the room coming in from outside( no sleep ins) they need to be blackout curtains and window at the top covered in or painted. breakfast was pleasing and had enough to fill u till lunch or even dinner. Pool great and the water tempt was just right to get into and the hotel grounds weren't gardens were immaculate .. this hotel is an older hotel but is looked after and i would stay again.

The gardens were beautiful and in constant upkeep, great location step out onto the beach and Seminyak shopping areas. Staff were amazing and always ready to help you. Would have liked a set of Draws in room so I could unpack my suitcase, However aircon was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.

My teenage kids and i stayed here in september. The location is suberb with hotel backing on to sunset beach. Friendly staff and breakfasts were very satisfying. Large pool was fun for us all with pool side catering. The hotel is showing some wear but still holds good value for money. We would certainly return again :)

Great position & opposite the beach.

Amazing stay! A bit of a rocky start but after 3 room changes we settled in and we loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so friendly & helpful, somehow they found that it was my husbands birthday & brought him a lovely cake? Great choice at breakfast & tasty poolside menu. Fantastic position & opposite La Plancha on the beach to watch sunsets. A little overpriced but when on sale I would definitely stay here again! 😁👍

My stay was absolutely fine - If I could suggest one thing. I was in 6210 and there was nowhere outside the door (door handle/hook) to hang the 'do not disturb' sign. The safes are to old and not fail safe. Those minor points aside, through it was just the job - bearing these very minor issues in mind, I was just a long weekend visitor from Jakarta.

The location was amazing. The Hotel was Victorian era beautful buildings, pool side huts for relaxing by the pool very old and really in need of a renervation. The Service was average sometimes poor. The food was second grade for Breakfast, resturant empty every night for dinner. Average cleaning, we became very sick on our stay

Great Location with Great staff, who always greeted us with a warm smile. Stayed in a Junior Suite room 6204 overlooking the pool, the room is spacious and very clean, all towels appeared new and white. The pool is large with a sun lounge free at all times with shade available. Enjoyed the swim up bar. The café closest to the beach had great cocktails with buy 2 get 3 after 4pm. After reading all reviews, I was a bit sceptical, but was pleasantly surprised with all aspects. I would happily return.
