The spa was cold water , no ocean view as pictured or described on expedia a room was in a bottom corner that looked to a set of stairs the expedia description gave the impression that all rooms were raised or terraced, this was poor representation from expedia.

The room was very small and we order a studio now shear to sit on 10 days sitting on the bed terrace was good but too hot 4 air-conditioned blowing out on the balcony it's like a sauna the breakfast was terribly not good the wanted me to charges extra for a spoon of tartarsaus the supervisor was very rude and onthelpful we ordered a room downstairs and we had a room on the top floor as a men in my 60 ich the elevator broke down and jouw can go up buy feed very disappointed 😞

The room we received was absolutely not even close to what we purchased. We arrived early and knew we would likely have to wait and we did. It was actually about 45 minutes past check in that we were able to get in which wasn't any big deal. The staff was friendly and we know they do their best to accommodate guests. My Fiance' ran to the bathroom to use it and found it quite dirty. This wasnt all... upon entering the room we noticed it was NOTHING like the (Studio) rooms in the pictures when choosing this hotel. The beds were the worst beds ive slept in anywhere. We check out the next morning to avoid and more disappointment. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING FOR A CREDIT since it was booked from Hotels.com. later the Mgr. Text my WA number where he still took the stance that the pictures of the rooms were SIMILAR.... not a chance and that they were renovated andcthere is no way they were. Do yourself a favor, skip this place.

Otherwise ok, but hotel guests seem to be smoking everywhere and its really not suitable at year 2026 anymore.

There is no blackout curtain in toilet so in the morning room has too much light.

Got food poisoning from the breakfast food (didnt eat anything else), they dont have proper breakfast for a European. Even salad table is missing (cucumber/tomato slice is not a salad table).

The location and the staff were the only things that were great about this hotel. Unfortunately, it is very run down and in need of repairs. We had 2 rooms: a 1 bedroom suite for 2 nights and a studio for 2 nights. The AC leaked, the towels were a dingy grey and very worn, the safe malfunctioned and the mattress needed to be replaced. The Staff tried their best and were always smiling and attentive.

The hotel is for young families, too many screaming kids in the pool.also the rooms ( i stayed in two ) were big they were lacking power points and both the showers were terrible very slippery and water lying every were very dangerous. The food was average took forever to get too your room and was cold. Overall 2 stars for the hotel i wont be back.

Not the standard expected based on the pictures. Run down and dirty. When we arrived there was a filthy, dirty mattress in the walkway/ garden area around room. Mozzies in the room, breakfast minimal options and not good. Woken by screaming kids at 5 am every morning. When out and about, came back to room at night with blinds wide open on glass walk/door of room showing the room and everything in it including my stuff to everyone who walked past. Not much else in the area and a long way on foot so transport had to be arranged each time.

3rd time staying here & for the second year in a row we booked a 1 bedroom suite but we're taken to a studio room & had to wait till the next day to finally get the room we booked. Daughter was also staying here as well & was also taken to a studio room. Manager was not helpful. Also room towels always smelt & looked dirty, had to request clean towels regularly. Location is great

Huge 2 bedroom apartment with lots of space. Housekeeping was incredible and super fast. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. The breakfast buffet was ok we liked the drinks, food and atmosphere at Th Deck.

I had read all the other reviews and was a bit unsure about booking there. But I am glad I did as the rooms where spacious and what we needed as we got 2 rooms next to each other as there where 3 adults and 2 children travelling together. We only had one issue which was fixed straight away.

Location was perfect for what we needed and staff where lovely.

We have stayed here before and as the rooms are individually owned they vary. This time the bed was so old you could see the dips in it before you even got into bed. It was very very uncomfortable. There was only one wine glass and one drinking glass, not ideal for entertaining friends and family, it was a case of bring your own glass. We will not be coming back as it’s too much of a risk as to what room you going to get, one which is above standard or one that is on par with a 2 star rating.

We have stayed here before, in a different room. This time the room had a mattress that should have been replaced as it sank in the middle, and that was just looking at it let alone laying on it.
The room had one wine glass and one other glass, not ideal for inviting friends around to enjoy the day.
We will not be returning to this site again, as many rooms are owned privately it’s just not worth the risk of getting a terrible room.
We were very disappointed as the previous stays have been in well looked after and well equipped rooms.

FuramaXclusive was in a good location straight across from the beach, pretty quiet area compared to legian and 20 minute walk to garlic lane and bintang supermarket.
Peak hour traffic along the beach road can be hectic due to width of the road.

Hotel is safe with friendly and helpful security guards out front. The rooms were cleaned and service was good.

Money exchange in the lobby was helpful

Kids indoor playground very convenient but the kids pool needs to be monitored more by the life guards as it is not safe and many parents are not watching their own kids jumping off the wall or foot bridge into the big pool.

The 1 bedroom suite was very similar to the studio room so not worth the extra money paid as i was expecting a functioning kitchenette like the 2 bedroon suite and only got a mini bar fridge; not even a bowl, cutlery microwave etc

The property is in the heart of Semanyak and is as expected. Blends into the area very well. Beach access is as close as can be. Hotel staff and management were outstanding. Excellent value for money. Entrance needs a little face lift as first impressions count.

This hotel is in a good location for many restaurants and the beach. The room size is generous with excellent air-conditioning. Unfortunately the pool area is quite tired with lots of sharp tiles causing minor cuts to all three children. The linen and towels were old, discoloured and did not smell fresh.

I was originally on the fence when booking this place due to mixed reviews but absolutely loved it, we stayed 4 nights and were happy customers. The location is perfect & close to absolutely everything. The adjoining restaurants make it so easy, reasonably priced and yummy. The pool was fine, I seen some reviews mentioning it was poor quality but we were happy and the kids play park was awesome. We had a king studio and it was super spacious and great quality- no leakage or anything & comfortable bed. Staff were great and very accommodating. Overall very happy with our experience. ONLY negative comment was the wifi. Worked great at the lobby and front area but our room was towards the back and it didn’t work. Definitely would book again though :)

The property looks very run down. You can sleep in, in the morning as there is a rooster singing from about 5am to 7 am and in the evening you can get any rest cause of all the noisy fireworks on the beach
One morning there was a mouldy bread on the tray in the breakfast area, and breakfast was same every day. We paid breakfast for 10 days but only ended up eating for 2 days in the restaurant.
The bed linen was old and the bathrooms had dirt build up. I personally would never stay in this hotel again

The rooms were good and the aircon was cool. Great security out the front of the property. Breakfast had a variety of food which overlooked the beach.
We had to wait an extra 2.5 hours after check in time because our room wasn't ready which was annoying. Our 2 rooms didn't get cleaned until late afternoons. The pool was missing tiles and I actually slipped on the stairs coming from the above splash pool with my toddler in my arms. The water was hot and not refreshing. I was really disappointed in the way the photos portrayed this property as I thought it would be good for a toddler. The indoor play centre actually has a cost on top and the splash park was rusty and dangerous.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The restaurant was great with one of the best breakfast available anywhere, breakfast included is a must.
The staff were great, with nothing too hard. We ordered room service one night because it was bucketing down. Dinner was served in 20 mins.
Great value in Seminyak, on the beach and close to many great bars and restaurants.

The bed was comfy and the shower was very nice. Also, great air-con.
There does seem to be a lack of maintenance around the property, with many aspects of it looking quite aged. There was work being done on the stairway for the duration of our visit, so the lift was the only way to move between floors, which was inconvenient.

Lack of staff at swimming pool and would wait around 45 mins for food at the pool. Tables beside the deck chairs rarely cleaned. The room was very old and we had one bowl for a room that sleeps 4. Need to update your crockery to have 4 of everything. Hated that we didn’t have an actual balcony and we had to sit outside the front door like many other rooms. Not very private. Very loud as well as kids all play outside and it travels into the rooms.

The property was good. The pool and kids pool area was average. Wakka Wakka was great value. Food was tasty. However, there were fireworks every single night from about 7:30pm to about 10pm. The bedsheets and towels were also not changed regularly.

We really wanted to love FuRama - but upon reflection once home we are still feeling disappointed.

1. Our cards were stolen from our room (resulting in a loss of $3000 AUD and 3 cancelled cards on day 2 of our 10 day holiday!!!!). Be careful with your belongings - the waiver at check in is sadly there for a reason :-(

2. Service at reception and the pool was painfully slow and underwhelming.

3. Worst thing we did was eat at the restaurant - always extremely slow - one night we were there at 5, ordered early (and were the only ones there) as we still aaited 2 hours for the kids meals.

It's an excellent location and the rooms are large and have everything a family will need (but they are tired). Won't rush back sadly. Disappointing

This hotel is big and we found it a bit noisy. The bridges across the swimming pool where very hard to get your suitcases across. You have to walk across them from reception to get a lift up to the rooms. Not very well designed. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff are very nice.

We love this hotel. We feel safe and well accommodated in this hotel. We love that it is beachfront and a lot of activities to do around the area. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the balcony of our unit. This is a great choice for families that want to be in one unit but have separate rooms and beds. The staff are superb and kind. Very hospitable staff and accommodating.

I love staying here and have for many years. Twice so far this year. I am however very disappointed. I paid for 2 extra nights so I can arrive early and my room be ready. This didn't happen. Also I requested on a few occasions 2 king bed. Didnt happen. The pool area has a loose tile, which I slipped and tripped over resulting in a broken toe, my nail being ripped off and losing a huge chunk of skin.
Very disappointing trip this time.
Apart from thay, its a great place to stay at. Hopefully when Im back in November its a better experience.

Great kids play centre up near the restaurant, costs aprox $10 a day per kid. I did request a nanny for a few hours during my stay when booking and we discussed it via messages but when we arrived they said no nanny’s were available (would have been good to know this before arriving so I could find a private one rather then the hotel one), kids pool area was great although the tiles were very slippery. Breaky was fantastic, great location to beach/cafes

We booked a two bedroom suite for four people, however the bedrooms have glass doors / one full glass wall which means you do not have any privacy. This was disappointing as the photos on the website show the glass as frosted. The hotel is tired and requires a lot of maintenance.
The location is great though. Close to nice restaurants and many beach bars.
