Our stay at Kamil Villas was absolutely amazing! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable.

We loved every aspect of our stay — from the cozy villas to the relaxing atmosphere and attentive staff. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We highly recommend Kamil Villas to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and relaxing stay in Bali.

Staff were very friendly. The villa was such an enjoyable stay with tranquil surroundings of the pool and spa. Very comfortable couch and bed with plenty of pillows and cushions. Toiletries and robes with slip ons to comfort your feet. Two large screen tvs. All kitchen amenities available including water dispenser. We loved Kamil villas.

Ask to clean the jacuzzi a few days in advance

I communicate with them at 9am to make sure we have the jacuzzi and we arrived at 3:30pm and it wasn’t clean.

When we started the jets it was full of dirt.
They came at 11 am but by the time they clean it and we fill up the water we could used it…

The property itself is very boujie and luxurious with a swimming pool and hot tub, great aesthetic and international amenities. The property advertises laundry, however, this is not the case. We were advised that there is a laundry service next door that we'd have to pay for. There was a few wear and tear around the proeprty. To get to the place was confusing and the Senja unit is opposite a proeprty that kept pigeions caged, due to this the path was very smelly and dirty. The staff are really lovely and friendly, and provided great service. The gym was pretty decent.

Kamil Villa never disappoints!

At the beginning there was an error with our reservation (don’t know what happened, system error?) but the people at Kamil Villa contacted me immediately and compensated our stay. The studio apartment was very nice, but if you don’t do stairs, it not the place for you.

We had our Villa the next day and every was wonderful as always. Wetee and Mega were super and always made us feel like family. We love Bali because we love Kamil Villas. See you next real soon.

Spacious villa that had great tvs for streaming my Netflix. The wifi at times was a little unstable but staff were always quick to fix. The villa offers a great kitchen along with the pool was amazing. The only area they can improve is the towels are old and stained but overall was ok to use. I’ll be staying here again.

Wow, What a Stay! The staff, room and location was spectacular and left us not wanting to leave. The privacy villa was the best and everyone knew about Kamil Villa. Note: the bathroom is outdoors and there is a gap open in the shower area. Nothing that a few bath towels couldn’t take care of (smile). Definitely will be back.

First impression is that the photos do not do this property justice, it was AMAZING!!! The Villa had everything we needed, it was spacious and very clean. The air conditioning in the Villa was fantastic, the swimming pool was fabulous and private, but just like anything in Bali, the staff is what makes the experience and all staff were friendly and very helpful. We will go back and can confidently recommend it to others.

The locationn is perfect in that it is a 5 minute walk to eat street but far enough away to feel peaceful.

Thank you for a fabulous stay at Kamil Villas. We loved the privacy of our villa and the amenities within it. Our private pool was perfect and it had everything we could ask for. Our villa was serviced daily and staff were very helpful. We were a 5 minute walk to Eat Street and found it so convenient to great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Wow wow wow. This place was just perfect. Amazing location which was so close to the main Seminyak street. Circle K, laundromat and massage parlour across the road. Service was impeccable. They were so lovely and helpful.
The Villa was absolutely stunning. Could not fault anything. The private pool had a little ledge inside it where you can lay. The private jacuzzi was a lot larger than expected.
We will definitely be staying there again!

Excellent villa in easy distance of eat street and the beach. There's a mini mart, massage and laundry directly over the road. Very clean, private and quiet. Pool was a bit cool in July (shade) but refreshing in the heat. Great service and communication, would definitely stay again.

A modern and clean villa in a great location. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. Everything was new and worked perfectly, from the electrical appliances down to the kitchen sink. The pool is beautiful especially with the French doors opening out from the lounge area. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Five stars all round.

Beautiful Villa but housekeeping needs improvement

The villa is new, nice, modern and spacious. Close to restaurants and nightlife but located in a small side street so most taxis cannot reach. Upon arrival we found very stained bed sheets, towels and pillows. Those were replaced upon request, however, poor housekeeping persisted. I.e. cleaning cloth were left on the floor in the villa, small toiletries not refilled, dirty cleaning rug on top of fresh towels, we found our door was left open by cleaners when we returned without anyone there and we waited quite a while until they showed back up. Overall we recommend the villa because of the modern design and privacy. We would come back.

Fabulous stay at these gorgeous roomy villas in a fantastic location walking distance to everything.

Couldn’t find better & the price was great for how new they are. The safe are so good always there to help out no matter what.

Couldn’t recommend Kamil Villas high enough. We are fussy and couldn’t fault it. You’ll love them. Don’t hesitate as they are always booked.

Loved every part of the Villa and even though the middle doors took a lot of effort to open we went fussed because of how amazing the rest of the villa was. Absolutely stunning villa for the price and I’d definitely book in advance. Communication was great also with jenny in particular.

I had a great stay. It's a clean, modern villa with really responsive staff. It's a quick walk to all the major locations in Seminyak, including the beach and some nice restaurants. The wifi is sometimes questionable, but overall I was very impressed.

This property was amazing. It was away from the busy Main Street of Seminyak and quiet at night. It was very safe and secure and Jenny at check in was great. She explained how everything worked in the Villa and was only a phone call away if something went wrong. Would definitely stay here again.

The area was too spacious for 2 persons with kitchen, dinning area, living room, bedroom, walk in wardrobe, jacuzzi, outdoor pool. if you enjoy spacious area and like to make food use of the facilities, it will be a good choice. Do note that bathing area is open area and has no door with a small wall blocking partial of it. The area is walking distance to Jalan Kayu Aya which is a long street for food and shopping.
