The club villas were amazing, firstly what a location! The Nirvana Bar just down the road is an awesome spot. Secondly, the staff were so attentive and kind. And lastly, the rooms were spacious, we had the honeymoon villa and it was awesome. Comfy beds and Netflix on the tvs. Great stay. Will be back

The location of Club Villas is excellent. In the heart of Seminyak yet off the main road so that it is peaceful. The villa itself for 5 star. A large room with well appointed bathroom and dressing room. The alfresco kitchen and dining area overlooking the pool was set amongst a well cared for dining room.
Staff saw to the room each day changing the bath and pool towels and were always friendly.
We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Club Villas for your next stay. We will stay here again when we stay in Seminyak.

Very central - which is a bonus but also a risk as random people are constantly cruising by your villa. There is a noisy sports bar around the corner and construction going around the property so if you are thinking about peacefully reading your book by the pool look elsewhere. Overall the property needs a major renovation. The towels and linen were dirty with visible stains. The outdoor bathroom stank of urine. The air conditioning was weak. The breakfast was very poor. Staff were inconsistent as some quite friendly but then others storm into your villa which was locked with a privacy sign on, and raid your fridge. Luckily I woke up from a nap and told them off…

Location excellent to Main Street with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants 3 min walk. We stayed in a honeymoon suite which are very traditional but a bit dated. Bed was very comfortable , aircon worked very well, shower pressure good ( drain smelled though) , 7 m long clean pool with sun lounges. The lounge room is outside and furniture not comfortable at all. No cushions on dining chairs on back or sides of couch. Very private villa and TV in bedroom only which was a good size. Should you wish to cook in villa very little amenities ( no microwave)
They bring breakfast to your room and was only Luke warm most days but the size of the American breakfast was large and good selection. We enjoyed our stay but would look for a more modern or newer villa next trip.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Every single person—from the friendly yard workers to the front lobby team—greeted us with a smile and were always up for a polite, genuine chat. It made the whole experience feel personal and warm.

The villas themselves were beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was spotless and in great condition. We especially loved the private pool—it was crystal clear and the perfect place to relax.

Daily breakfast was delivered right to our door, always fresh and on time. The Wi-Fi was solid too, which made it easy to stay connected when needed as Whatsapp is king in Bali.

Highly recommend The Club Villas for anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality stay with exceptional service. We'll definitely be back!

This property was so dirty that the mosquito net over our bed had Black Gold on it. The towels were dirty so much so my husband went to show the staff the towels they went to get more clean ones but couldn't find any that weren't dark grey with dirt. The cold water tap in bathroom sink was sealed shut from corrosion. The shower floor was filthy. The pool had chips of tiles missing you had to be careful not to cut your feet. The list goes on and I have many photo's of it all .The condition was no better in other Villas as we asked our neighbour he said it was the same but didn't know what to do about it. We had to stay 2 days out of the 7 we paid good money for as we couldn't get booked into another hotel for 2 days. Worst experience ever and to top it of no way could we contact Expedia tried email phone call and virtual chat all was waste of time.

Comfortable and spacious honeymoon villa. The pool was huge, clean and well maintained. Lots of room to relax in a quiet location. Air con was good as was the breakfast. Staff are all lovely! My only suggestion would be to give the bathroom a good deep scrub every now and then. Other than that no complaints!

We absolutely loved these villas. We stayed in the double story family villa with two children 7 & 5. The villa bedroom doors were lockable with a key on both sides of the door which made us feel better when the kids were briefly unattended with the pool.
Breakfast was lovely, you do have to go to the main desk every day and order breakfast, we forgot one day and didn’t get breakfast.
Location is prime, within metres from the Main Street in Seminyak with famous restaurants with in walking distance.
The villas were beautiful Balinese style and very clean.
We can not fault the stay. The staff were amazing.
Would definitely recommend :)

Location was outstanding - right in eat street and a short walk to the beach. Even though it was in the centre of Seminyak the Villas were quiet and there wasn’t any noise from the pubs and restaurants close by. Staff were very polite and helpful and the villa was lovely. En-suite was a great size however became very hot at night and the air conditioner wasn’t quite up to the challenge to cool it down.

The outdoor pool area, was adequate, but the interior needs repairing. Holes in ceilings, rotting soil in the outdoor show area, doors timber cracking, fascia of wardrobe fallen off looking very tacky.
Stains all over bath tub, linen bath towels stained. Overall the bath and toilet facilities very poor.

We had booked the honeymoon villa with private pool for 2 weeks. On arrival the hotel looked OK but was in a dark alley off the side of a busy street, not the honeymoon experience we imagined at all. We found out that there was a problem with our villa and would have to wait for it to be fixed. They offered us a 'upgrade' for one day which was a complete sham of a building. Me and my partner hardly slept that night and we were constantly harassed by bed bugs. The next day they claimed to have fixed the problem with the building, only to discover that the problem was not fixed (we had no idea what this was). We had to wait for 4 hours in the reception unable to do anything as we waited for this problem to be fixed.

After finally getting into the room we requested things were OK but not brilliant, we had rude hotel staff barging into our villa without ringing or knocking. One evening we were in bed and they had come into the villa and started opening doors after I had locked them the previously, we no longer felt safe so we made sure all our belongings were locked in our case.
The breakfast offered is a set menu and you can pick a small range of options. After a few days of this breakfast we started to feel ill and sick so we decided to get our own. The villa also does not provide any proper cooking utensils we had one pot to boil things with, no pans, etc.
We asked for 1 nights stay worth to be refunded, we are still waiting for this to happen.

Never going back here again

Although the villas are in a great spot close to restaurants and shops I wouldn’t stay here again as I found them overpriced for what you get. The rooms were spacious and ok but the kitchen area was very dated. The oven didn’t work, the only power point near microwave didn’t work. The tap at the sink was ready to fall off this was disappointing.

The Club Villas Seminyak is a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The private pool and Balinese landscaping is just terrific however the villas do need a overhaul as there are obvious signs of major wear and tear. We booked the villas for a great price however I wouldn’t be impressed if I had paid full price.
Staff and service are excellent and the location is quiet off main streets but close to good sports bars, restaurants and entertainment. They don’t have a buffet breakfast but the Indonesian room service breakfast was delicious.
Overall, I was very happy with this accommodation.

My boyfriend and I are very pleased overall. We loved that there are plenty of eateries like pubs/bar, bistros, restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Ku De Ta was also about 10-15 minutes walk away from the villa. Although we did not expect to get a different/older looking villa as compared to the ones I saw online... we were happy with the excellent service provided.

We spent 9 nights at The Club Villas and could not be happier with our stay. The Villas were in the perfect location, close to all the restaurants and and easy walk to the beach and the Seminyak shops and markets. The room and pool was cleaned everyday by staff and they even came around each evening to provide mosquito coils and spray for insects. We ordered room service once and the food was great and well priced. Would definitely recommend The Club Villas for those looking for an awesome location in Seminyak.

We had difficulties with overbooked Villa's at the start of our stay. With perseverance and very helpful staff we were able to sort things out but it was very annoying as we had to move villas two days after arriving. Very inconvenient. Some dodgy plumbing and a central pool with minimal seating but otherwise staff very helpful and villas very clean. The layout of the two bedroom family villas worked very well (once we got there) and they were very centrally located and quiet at night. However our two teenage children had to share a large king sized bed! Apparently \"family\" doesn't include the idea of single beds! There was not a lot of information available at the Villas themselves on what to do and how to get around. Very central to restaurants/shops and just a short walk to the beach.
The Villas are across two locations, so if booking as a group can be tricky. Our initial Villa ( that we were put into due to the overbooking ) was awful and quite run down. We moved from that into two separate one bedroom villas (lovely but only possible as we had older children) before finally moving to the lovely family villa. Staff always helpful and polite, but we were disappointed at the messy start to our stay.
The Villas had lovely outdoor living spaces with aircon in the bedrooms.

Great location, but the rooms are looking a bit tired and need an update. The towels need replacing as they are looking grey. The room was very 'beige' needs a make over. The bathroom sink didn't drain very well and the tap was too close to the wall so it was difficult to turn on. Not great value for money.

Don't listen to the whingers

Please don't listen to the whingers and wowsers THIS PLACE IS AWSOME. We stayed in villa 31 (family pool villa)and OMG from the front gate I was number 1 with the family because the Villa was sooo awesome. The private pool was massive each of the 2 villas were excellent and the bathrooms are massive(shower, separate bath, cold shower after pool) as my daughter said the bathroom was bigger than her bedroom at home. The staff are all very friendly all the staff that you deal with directly speak good English it's just the behind the scenes staff ie pool man, gardener, maintenance don't speak a lot of English but who cares. They have security at the driveway entrance. You order the breakfast the day before and it gets delivered and set up at your villa, so breakfast by the pool every day!!!
I can't recommend this place enough if you can you definitely should book it, IT IS SOOO AWSOME

We had a lovely time except for a few things.

Overall we had a lovely time at Club Villas. The location was good, the staff were helpful and nice. The villa was clean, the breakfast served in the villa was yummy but the coffee was not hot on the first morning but this was quickly taken care of for the rest of our stay when we brought it up to the staff.:)
We did not appreciate a few things though. While the villa was clean, some of the fittings were coming apart like the doors to the kitchenette cabinet, the wooden doors at the entrance to the villa couldn't close properly. The towels we were given were old, fraying and dirty looking. The sink at the kitchenette had a trap that was so old and dirty, I couldn't quite bring myself to look at it. It would be good if these things can be changed.
Other than these my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind going back to club villas.

Very good location , close to restaurants and shopping. The resort itself was a little dated. Breakfast was always only warm due to delivery from a kitchen some distance away. As stated there was supposed to be a microwave but it did not have one. It would have been good to heat up breakfast to a suitable temp. Kitchenette very limited.

We had a lovely stay, and enjoyed our beautiful villa and pool. Staff were wonderful, helpful and very attentive! Breakfast was great and served beautifully each morning. We stayed on Silent Day and although we weren't able to leave the villa we felt well looked after with food/drink, and were kept informed well in advance. A lovely stay and would recommend for couples, families, friends and groups who want some privacy, a little luxury, and a memorable time!

Enjoyed the stay with children and my family. Quiet big place and very convenient with shops, Malls, spas etc right at the doorstep of the villas entrance.
Villa needs refurbishment though. Quite old furnitures with very squeaky beds. But would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay in our villa But it could really do with a major maintenance cleanup as lots of mould in bathroom & smelly very musty in lots of rooms
We stayed in 3 bedroom villa 36 & other 3 bedroom next door was lots nicer with a nicer kitchen as our kitchen really needs fixing up as doors falling off & under sink full of mould. But overall had a great stay

the location is perfect the staff lovely and helpful however ran out of water every day for a week and usually twice a day. Drove me mental. Villa was okay but certainly not as flash as the photos. The food was good but always cold and prepared of site.

Quiet yet central location in Seminyak

The Club Villas Seminyak is a quiet piece of paradise set amongst the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Centrally located, it is an easy walk to the boutique shops and the many cafes and restaurants nearby. From the moment we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the size of our 2 bedroom family villa. We literally had two separate villas - one for the teenagers and one for me - as well as an outdoor, undercover kitchen and private pool. The pool and beautifully maintained gardens within our walled villa were a welcome retreat after a busy day of sight-seeing with our driver. It is hard to believe that a place within such close proximity to the main shopping precinct can be so quiet, and yet it is!
If you really must stay at a beach club then this place isn't for you. Personally I prefer my own space and privacy to a crowded bar and communal swimming pool - that's why we chose The Club Villas. Don't get me wrong, we still visited a couple of the beach clubs an ocean front bars at sunset (who doesn't). What worked for us was being within walking distance to everything and choosing different venues for dining. Another plus is that the room was serviced daily with clean sheets and towels, and the gardener even dropped by on at least one occasion. There is a security officer in the laneway who greeted us with a huge smile whenever we arrived or departed. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.

Amazing place

Amazing place!! Absolutely loved every minute. The villas each with their own pool are so beautiful and I'll be honest we barely left ours! The staff are wonderful, cannot do enough for you. The in-villa dining option is great and incredibly cheap too. Definitely stay here if you are visiting Bali!! :)

First timer staying in Seminyak and the club villas is in an Amazing location right on eat street. Private pool is an awesome extra. Staff are brilliant. Always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

If considering staying in Seminyak I would highly recommend this establishment.

Great Seminyak holiday

Our 2 bedroom family pool villa exceeded expectations with its layout of 2 individual one bedroom villas contained within their own lush gardens and with a beautiful footprint pool(villa 37 A & B).

While Villa A needed a little attention here and there ( a small patch of peeling paint, an inefficient air conditioning unit and non functioning outdoor shower head- which was replaced immediately upon reporting to reception) The Villas are very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Great four poster King size beds with mosquito nets and 3 showers to choose from in the large and partly open air bathroom all with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. (shower cubicle, hand held in the bath tub and the out door shower) Our specific requests for breakfast (vegetarian, no soggy bread under the eggs and extra Soy milk)were always met and I felt that being very specific on the breakfast request form went a long way to help the kitchen provide us with an enjoyable breakfast every day.
Housekeeping, gardeners and butlers did a great job delivering and clearing breakfast, cleaning the villas and providing a lovely evening turn down service. The addition of a filtered water dispenser in the kitchen area (situated between the 2 villas) was a bonus providing instant hot and cold water as needed.
Wifi was easily accessed and consistent.
Airport transfer is available at a cost of 420,000 rupiah.

Great Villas right in the heart of Seminyak

As a family we had an exceptionally relaxing time. Even tough in the middle of Seminyak you could not hear the noise from the bars etc along the main road.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. On our way back to the airport, we were given a complimentary ridesign back to the airport. This wasn't part of the package we packed. Probably, a privilege for repeated guests.

was excellent except the room need renovation. Doors are hard to open. Children has no strength to open the doors.

Perfect location awesome villa

Our stay was very memorable. The villa and private pool were perfect for us and our 16mnth old. She loved the pool and the friendly staff were so good with her. Purnama and the other staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping, especially good in the heat because we never needed to walk too far. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
