RC Villas is well located and has everything you need. If you are looking for the newest property then this won't be for you, however the property is clean, and the bed comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The staff onsite are helpful and pleasant. Included in your stay is a breakfast cooked in your villa each morning, we only took advantage of this once because we liked to get out and about and have breakfast with a view in different spots each day, however the breakfast itself is great if that is how you want to start your day.
At 6pm every day someone comes in to light mosquito coils in your lounge area and bathroom and spray the bedroom and arrange the mosquito net around your bed which is a nice touch. Another great bonus is there is a filtered water fountain which provides you with endless hot/cold and room temperature water and a small fridge freezer to keep your own drink/snack supplies.
Next door is a day spa and an authorized money exchange and your steps from a convenience store and the flea market for shopping and some good reasonably priced local restaurants. Definitely try \"casa Blanca\" a few doors down for some authentic tasting Italian food if you want a change from local cuisine.
We would definitely return and recommend RC Villas as it was safe, quiet, clean and the staff really friendly.
