Beautiful property, very helpful staff.

Book it....this is an awesome hotel. Massive rooms, most comfortable bed, doona, pillows. Beautiful roof top pool. Nice breakfast. And location, location, location. We loved our stay here and I will go back!
karen
The location is great for restaurants and shopping, the room is a fantastic size and super clean ( and the bed was sooo comfy!) breakfast was outstanding- great variety, cooked to order - I loved the overnight oats. The pool area looks divine but it needs some serious maintenance with many loose or broken pool tiles and some sun loungers also broken

Lovely staff and great location.
Good size rooms.
Needs some maintenance on the pool and the sewerage smell in the rooms towards the back of the building can be overwhelming.
Staff resolved quickly.

Breakfast is good, AC is good

Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel in Seminyak. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pool area was also very nice and a great place to relax. The hotel does feel a bit old in some areas, but it was still well maintained and clean. Service was good overall. The breakfast was decent and convenient, but the selection was somewhat limited and the quality was not especially memorable. Still, for the space, cleanliness, and helpful staff, it was a solid stay
Martina
Wonderful staff and service. Liked the late checkout.
Clayton
Love the location of this place, the rooftop pool is stunning. The breakfast is one of the best and the staff are the highlight - very accommodating under pressure. I would recommend this hotel to singles or couples. I stay here often and not too many small children which I love! Def give it a go!
Richelle
We had the best stay at the Cross Paasha. The staff were amazing, we enjoyed the breakfast everything about our stay was amazing. Thank you and look forward to staying again soon

Rooms good, spacious, cool, always good water in room. Staff friendly, The coffee bags in the room are a disaster, get another option like instant coffee . The lunch at the pool gave me food poisoning, and the stuff just smile like its ok the food made me sick.
Nicholas
Amazing staff in a fantastic location!
Louise
Excellent location, friendly staff, pool facilities great and quite often had it to ourselves! Would absolutely stay again. So many amazing dining options literally on your doorstep. Great shopping as soon as you stepped out and several beautiful spas for those daily massages 😊
Michiah

CLEAN ROOM, LARGE ROOM SIZE, GOOD FURNITURE, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS WASHROOM. FANTASTIC LOCATION...PLEASANT CHECK IN.
Khadja Katherine
The staff at the restaurant were very friendly. The toilet and bathroom were a bit run down. The gym facility was most disappointing for me. The gym was dusty and smelled musty as well as the 3 treadmills didn’t work. Also the cable machine didn’t work. The best part of the stay was breakfast.
ashleigh
The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful if we had any problems they would help you straight away. Would definitely stay again.
Raelene
Excellent location, spacious clean rooms and the staff everywhere were so friendly all the time! The roof top pool made you feel away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below

The pool has alot of cracked tiles and the deck is tired as well ..
Marko
Clean rooms, amazing customer service, and a fantastic location right next to shops, restaurants, and pubs. You don’t need any transport to get to the beach or shops — everything is just a short walk away. Highly recommend!
Nicole
Super friendly, and helpful Staff, a great location, in walking distance to lots of Restaurants, Shops and Massage. Really spacious rooms, and we loved the Rooftop Pool area. We will be back!

Not the greatest but managable

Have stayed at this hotel for many years and will return. Excellent service and received an upgrade on this trip. Some areas of the hotel could do with a renovation as they are looking a bit outdated but it looked like this was in progress. Thanks again!

CROSS PAASHA HAS GREAT ROOMS AND IS IN A GOID LOCATION IN SEMINYAK. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS THOUGH.
THE THINGS THAT LETS THE PLACE DOWN ARE THE VERY DIRTY COVERS AND CUSHIONS ON DECK CHAIRS AND THAT BROKEN WOODWORK ON CABANAS AND SUN UMBRELLAS NEVER GETS FIXED. IF YOURE AIMING AT 5 STAR CROSS PAASHA PAY ATTENTION. CLEAN THE CUSHIONS A SUN MATTRESS REGULARLY AND FIX BROKEN THINGS IMMEDIATELY. ALL THIS LETS THE PLACE DOWN BADLY.

Excellent rooms, very clean, quite modern. The hotel is within close proximity to shops, spa, walking distance to the beach. Amazing experience for downtown Semiyak
Olive
Beautiful hotel in centre of everything.
Hotel toom large with plenty of additional seating, very well laid out and very clean. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, when i was sick, provided the specially adapted meal i requested,. Great choices for breakfast.. The pool on the roof beautiful with comfortable sun beds. Meal prices for a hotel was very reasonable. Hotel in a good loxation easy to walk most places and a 10 mins walk to beach.
Nicole
Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!”

Really lovely spot to stay in Seminyak. Close to everything and staff are really friendly. Excellent value for money.
Lewis
We loved it here! The staff are amazing, extremely pleasant and helpful at all times.
The room was lovely - huge, with a very comfortable bed
Great facilities, the rooftop pool and sun beds are great for relaxing. The restaurant food and breakfast are high quality, with plentiful options. Gym was temporarily in the basement but was still useable. The app is also very useful!
Location is very central, on one of the main streets, yet it doesn’t feel like it in the hotel, perfect!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming which made the experience even more enjoyable. I was given a welcome drink and a towelette, the rooms were exceptionally spacious and well-maintained, offering both comfort and style.
The location is superb conveniently situated near shopping on the strip and just a short walk from Seminyak Square, making it ideal for both leisure and exploration.
Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good variety and quality of offerings.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great Service - The team couldn't of been more helpful our entire stay - We would stay here again !!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cross Paasha. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of Seminyak. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. We had the suite which was very spacious and clean. Beds were great and we were very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. My only criticism is the breakfast. I found the quality of food very average, with not many options. The eggs benny were not very nice at all. The bacon was extremely dry, bread was soggy, no spinach and my eggs were hard boiled. Aside from that I was very happy overall and would very much recommend this hotel. 😊
John

Whilst the property is in a great location and staff are very friendly and helpful the property does need upgrading- pool tiles need repairs, lounge sun beds need repairs, gym needs repairs - equipment not working during our stay.

Having the pool on top of the roof was amazing. We were on top of the world. It made the experience even more special when having breakfast or dinner at night. You can see Seminyak light up night, the sunset or sunrise up from the roof. We loved our time by the pool, the service and amazing staff is why we keep going back to Cross Paasha.
Miriam
Property not 5 star. Pool area and lounges need maintenance. Tiles are loose in the pool. Boards around pool are loose and require painting. Day beds were broken and we asked for one bed to be fixed for more than a week. Eventually fixed. WiFi doesn't always work well. Next to property that was burnt down more than a year ago. When it rains overnight there is a smokey smell.
Rooms are nice and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Shower is large with great water pressure.
Breakfast staff very helpful and love. Limited menu. Little boring by the second week.
The late checkout is fabulous. We were able to leave the room at 5pm’ish as we had an evening flight.
Location is fabulous. 5 min walk to Seminyak square and appx 15 - 20 walk to the beach.

We chose this hotel due to the facilities shown on the hotel website such as the gym and the day spa. When we arrived we found the gym was nothing like what was shown in the picture and the day spa did not exist anymore. Very disappointed.
Angela
Great location. I love that you can walk outside the hotel and you have shopping, restaurants, bars, mini mart etc at your fingertips.
Also loved that the hotel work on 24hr check out. We checked in at 7pm and were able to check out at 7pm. We didn’t need to find another day room or pay extra to stay longer which worked well for us as flight was 9.30pm.
Huge corner suit. We loved our room, it was so spacious but the only downside with the corner suite was it was situated right at the front of the hotel so the noise was pretty bad for most of the day/night.
Breakfast good, no issues and totally worth including. Staff were also great and accomodating which I’ve found is fairly standard for Bali hotels.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nice location, but not a pleasant smels in the public areas..
When we checked-in our room, we saw a couple of Geckos under the minibar fridge and water leaking from the cealing where the aircondition unit installed.
There were loud noises from the aircondition unit which were disturbed
Over night sleep.

The staff was so sweet and hospitable and property was bang in middle of the market

Great hotel. Good location. The rooms were large and clean, plenty of amenities. Breakfast was the best choice ive had included in my stay ever.
Pool area was alway clean, never had a problem with getting a bed but it could fill up at times.
Staff was all very good, nothing too much trouble to help.
Would definitely use this hotel again

Fantastic location
Fantastic location with shopping and restaurants right outside. This was our third stay and the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear. Lovely large rooms and comfy beds. We checked in very late and our air conditioner was making a terrible noise and we couldn’t sleep. We let them know and they said they had looked at it but nothing had changed. I mentioned it again and we managed to change rooms which was great. The breakfast is on the rooftop which was a lovely setting but the menu was limited. We checked in very late and the 24 hour check out system is a great option as we had a late flight out and we were able to stay in our room until the same time that we had checked in. This made a huge difference to our last day. We would definitely stay here again!
Laurie
It has gone down hill since new ownership. The breakfast used to be wonderful and it was very disappointing this time.
Riya
It was amazing and the food was good as well as the people
Theo
Magnificent ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Melanie
Loved this property. It’s very much in central Semiyak in a busy walkable area. The rooftop is nice, rooms spacious and a lovely staff.
Stephen
Whilst the Cross Passha may not be the flashiest hotel it is wonderful in service and location. The rooms are large and spacious and the staff are welcoming and helpful. We loved our 8 nights there.
Stefanie
Great location, staff were friendly and helpful, room was huge and air con was fantastic. TV channel choices were great for a solo traveller at night. Pool was great and breakfast was done well too!

Beautiful people , nice food, safe stay☺️

Loved the rooms, they were so big and the beds were the comfiest I've ever slept in.
The pool staff are so friendly, it's such a vibe up there, we loved spending most of our time at the hotel on the rooftop.

Our stay at Cross Paasha was amazing, for our first time in Bali it was such a wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly and attentive, especially Bayu and Sumari, they went out of their way to make our stay so relaxing. Spending most of our time poolside the staff were on hand to take our food and drink orders which meant there was nothing else to do but relax. Both the food and drink menu had plenty of options and the prices were reasonable too. The rooms were very comfortable, well set out and lovely and cool. There is shopping within a short walk from the property with a lot of options, also a bakery with great coffee in Seminyak Village. We just loved our stay at Cross Paasha.
Georgia Marie
Excellent location, only 2m walk to seminyak square.

We loved the staff, the breakfast options and the pool the best.

Rooftop pool and breakfast were amazing. All the staffa here are very professional and friendly from parking person to lobby and restaurant person. A bit distant from lgbt area but still only $2 bike taxi away. Other than that everything is quite close. Highly recommend

This hotel was in a really good spot for shopping, spa treatment's etc. The staff were really great & the rooms spacious & clean. The rooftop pool was great but it would be good if it had a hot pool also. I would recommend to my friends.
Diana
The pictures are highly photoshopped and even that from the property's hay-day. Rather disappointing in reality. The hotel room (and other communal spaces) was dirty, walls and ceiling mouldy and water damaged from condensation. Bathroom area looks like a poor diy job, that's falling apart and dirty. Large glass door in toilet was unhinged. Floors dusty, hairs on it and residue coming out of floor overnight from aircon.
The building itself dark corridors with musty smell.
Staff were lovely when asked to move or deep clean room, but alternative room was not much different.
Breakfast staff were the best, they were very friendly and attentive.

Great location
Great location, great staff but the rooms had a terrible sewage smell. Nomore buffet breakfast, only order off the menu but still ok
Laurie
I have stayed at the hotel almost 15 times. Having the room for 24 hours is one reason I keep coming back.
Stephanie
Very good, close to local restaurants and shopping
CHRISTOPHER
Fair price for the stay
Really good 4 star hotel very centrally located. Had a ground floor room that was a good size with a comfortable bed. Had a small ‘balcony’ but unusable especially as a smoker. Smokers have to go out the front or onto the rooftop terrace which was not the most convenient.
Staff were great and very attentive to any requests. Breakfast was tasty, a bit limited but fine for a few days. The bubbles was a nice touch. Great views from up top too

Matthew
Room was nice clean and fresh, close to great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast on the rooftop is very nice, pool is great but needs 2 giant ice cubes by the afternoon. Overall very relaxing stay
RICHARD
The staff absolutely delightful and the central location and convenience to restaurants etc.
Although the hotel is very run down with no apparent ongoing maintenance it now needs major renovations to bring back it’s overrated status.

The breakfast, the pool and the staff were excellent in every way. The only problem I had was that my room was right next to a compressor and it was noisy. Even though I asked them to change it, they didn't pay attention.

Great stay as always. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Love the room size which is very generous. Would love to see the breakfast menu get mixed up a bit more as it has been the same for as long as I can remember. Overall get location and stay.
