this property had too many mosquitos, the neighbouring villas did not have so many mosquitos, also too many ants in the open area of the villa, once the mosquitos enter the room, very difficult to keep them at bay, in the shower area the water pressure very low, the faucets also leaking and have water marks or stains, no exhaust in the water closet or the shower area, good quality of the toiletries, the kettle had many stains at the bottom, for breakfast please they only offer 1 big and 1 small plate, but they did not inform us about this, since we are vegetarians, they managed to prepare some food for us and when we asked for a repeat of some fruits they said it will be on chargeable basis, while booking and also at the time of check-in we were never informed about this, good villa to stay a very very small pool, good selection of mini bar, tea / coffee options, very serene place

Staff are very courteous and helpful and always friendly. I booked a villa with private plunge (small) pool, and it was worth every penny. Clean (although some build-up around the shower door, but not noticeable unless you looked for it), well-appointed (included: four bottles of water daily, bug repellent, shopping basket, robes, slippers). The tub in the bathroom was divine for nightly baths! There's actually also a central pool for anyone in the hotel to enjoy. Location-wise, this is in Seminyak, so yes there is a good amount of traffic, but the villa is on a side street and I felt it was super quiet for sleep each night.

The staff and service at Uma Sapna were excellent during our recent stay. Rooms (we were moved to an upgraded room during our stay, to our delight) were very well appointed, beds and linens were very comfortable, and rooms were large and clean. The private pools were cleaned often, and water temperature was perfect to cool down at the end of a hot day of touring and shopping. Staff provided an exceptional level of service, and we felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay.

Beautiful, minimalist pool villas in a fabulous central Seminyak location. The pool was great. The living/bedroom area was comfy in a modern way. The bathroom was OK, but not great with a cramp toilet space. Service from everyone we encountered was excellent, every request was completed quickly and with a smile. Would be delighted to return to this property into the future.

Everything about our stay at Uma Sapna was amazing - our Villa ( Bangka) was great and we could not want for more. We will definitely look to stay here again. The staff were wonderful, the location was great, the villas’ have a gracious atmosphere that make you feel as if you are the only residents - quite a feat for such a central location. Our stay at Uma Sapna villas was incredible. This was our first trip to Bali and we were not disappointed to say the least. Upon check-in we were greeted and offered drinks then taken to our room and giving a brief tour. We stayed in The Komodo Villa, which had a private pool and it was gorgeous. The rooms are quite open concept so more suited for a couple as opposed to a family. This was perfect for us as we visited on our honeymoon. The AC in the room was phenomenal and kept us cool on the scorching hot days. The property is close to many cafes and restaurants, and about a 20-30 minute walk to Seminyak beach. We can’t say enough about the amazing staff there. Everyone greeted us with a pleasant hello each time we passed them and they offered excellent service by calling us a cab when it was time for us to depart for our next location. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would most definitely stay here again next time we visit Seminyak!

Room is very spacious, modern, private and clean. The air conditioning is cool and quiet. Pool is mini. Staff are all very friendly, helpful and speaks good English. The terra spa is very nicely decorated and the massage therapist are good. We got 15 min complimentary massage per person and a spa coupon. Breakfast is great, just that my pancakes or toasts are never hot or even warm...

The villa overall was amazing. Spacious, VERY clean and the service was great. Located in a great area just far enough away from the Main Street where there are great restaurants and shops. Would recommend it. My only very small criticism is that you can hear some street noise, however this is not heard if you have the water fountain in the pool turned on as the water sound covers it.

The property is nice with own private pool. There is no kitchen facility even though it is advertised as a villa. Also, we found there were quite a lot of mosquitoes. The staff always lit a mosquito coil in the evening outside the vill next to the pool. However, there were mosquitoes inside the room when we checked in. The breakfast options are limited in the Kilo restaurant and is a fixed menu with choice of one in each section. I prefer an unlimited option.

Beautiful villa with clean interior design.

I was amazed with Uma Sapna. I booked it because they have a private pool. Albeit small, it felt lame to have floating breakfast in the pool but I was given option whether I wanted floating breakfast in our private pool or the pool just outside my room (my room was adjacent to the swimming pool).

I wanted to rent a bike but I wanted to contact Uma Sapna and I tried to reach out to them via Instagram but no reply. So if you wondering if you could reach them via instagram, you might have some difficulty or maybe my profile is private so they could not reply me?

There are three things which I would like to highlight, I am not too sure whether I dance around in my shower (I don't), water seems to spill out of the showering area easily.

Secondly, if there's a peeping top outside my villa (which there shouldn't), one can see from outside our window, through the small space between the blinds and see the person in the bathtub. Then again, if someone were to be standing outside our window, it will really look peculiar.

Thirdly, the kettle that they provide comes with a UK plug (three pin) but their wall socket everywhere is two pin socket. So do they assume everyone who comes to Uma Sapna brings a universal travel adaptor? Nonetheless, I believe Uma Sapna will provide you with the adaptor if you want to use the kettle. Thankfully, I do have universal travel adaptor.

With all these mentioned, Uma Sapna left me in awe from the day I reached and the day I left.

Loved the Villa we stayed in, spacious, clean with a large comfortable bed with lovely fluffy pillows! Large stone freestanding bath which was pretty amazing. The pool and garden area were lovely. The staff were incredible - nothing was too much trouble - even a very late check out to save us sitting at the airport for hours on end. Breakfasts were wonderful. One of the mornings, we woke up late and was still lazing in bed at 10am, I guess the hotel noticed we had not had breakfast yet. So they called the room and asked if we wanted breakfast delivered to the villa by the 10:30am cut off time. Needless to say we said ok and enjoyed a leisurely breakfast in the villa. This property is also closely located to Jln Kayu Aya, so food and shops are just a stone's throw away. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Uma Sapna was perfect, we celebrated our honeymoon with a week stay and it was also our first time in Bali. It was beautiful, clean and everyone was so lovely. Right from the moment we got picked up from the airport we felt at home. No request was too big or too smal, every question was answered. Room was clean and services were immaculate, very close to some Beautiful places to eat and close to shops too. We stayed during Nyepi in which we didn’t know anything about at first, but the staff told us all about it, what we needed to do and why, and also provided us with cards and a flash light to use during this time which was very much appreciated too. An amazing place in which we will visit again!

I booked 3 nights stay here for my husband's birthday getaway. They promised to have a cake served but nothing was arranged. Checking in took ages. We only got to check in at 2pm exactly even though we arrived 2 hours early. We waited for an hour at the lounge and finally a staff came to offer some drinks. When we checked in, the room (morotai) was much smaller than shown on the website (i booked an executive pool villa). Swimming pool was really small and dirty. In the end, we didn't utilise the pool at all. Breakfast was the only saving grace, 1st day we had it at the restaurant and the staffs at the restaurant were really lovely. By the way, It was only during our 2nd night stay that we realised kilo provides in room dining for free for all guests. (no one told us about this and I found out through instagram.) We then arranged for breakfast to be served at 8am but it was not served as staff did not follow up with the orders as promised. We woke up early and waited for our breakfast which did not come. Luckily though, kilo cafe followed up quickly and served us within the next 30 minutes. I'll be coming back to Bali again in Sept and will not be staying here for sure. Really disappointing and not worth the money.

The property was undergoing construction during our visit, which made the place very noisy and dusty. It was not a comfortable stay. In general, I expect a property of this quality to notify guests of any planned construction, as we would have selected another hotel. For our inconvenience, we were given coupons for a free 8-hour tour around Bali. For first-time visitor to Bali, this might sound nice, but it felt a little insulting, as the last thing we want to do during the holidays is trawl along in Bali's famous traffic between overcrowded tourists trap destinations.

The reason we choose to stay in villas is to lazily enjoy the pool and lounging areas, not to be racing around in traffic.

That said, we've stayed at Uma Sapna many times before and have always previously enjoyed their villas tremendously. It is a beautiful hotel, and we'd still consider returning, as long as we're reassured that there will be no construction.

Wow. There is a reason Uma Sapnor is so highly rated by visitors. Our villa was simply outstanding. It was like having our private villa with kitchenette, water machine, fridge, private pool and air conditioned bedroom with MASSIVE bathroom. The breakfast restaurant was 5 star too....including the coffee (for fussy Australians). Last but NOT least; the staff could not do enough for us. The service was impeccable.

Lovely villa but unfortunately parts of the complex were under rennovation which we were made aware of a few weeks prior. Although the hotel provided us a few things to compensate it was not great to be walking through a building site on entering and exiting the premises. Pricey, but we had an amazing time. The food is excellent but priced like a typically meal in America. The staff was extremely friendly. We had some time before our flight so they let us use the pool and shower after we checked out. The rooms were very clean and it is conveniently located close to the action without hearing all of the noise. We had a great honeymoon here.

Disappointing honeymoon villa

Uma Sapna was ok. We had higher expectations of it after all the high reviews. With the exception of Kilo restaurant such was stunning and served a great breakfast, everything else was average. We were checking in for our honeymoon and other than flower petals on the bed, there was no special treatment made and we were disappointed they put us in a villa right next to the busy road, even though we made the booking months ago. We were so disappointed with the experience we checked into a different villa on the last night. The garden was lovely but the pool was very small. Room not big or functional either. I've never left a bad review before but this place was a big disappointment. Would've stay there again or recommend.

Hotel placed in a reasonably quiet part of the town which is a bonus in Seminyak. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The villas are comfortable spacious and peaceful and the private pool is a definite bonus. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Kilo, served lovely breakfasts but was also very good for evening meals. As pensioners we found Seminyak a “bit lively” but really got into it by the end of our holiday.
If we return to Bali we would use this hotel again.

Uma Sapna is loveky

Uma Sapna has exceed all my expectations :) the villa are clean and beautifully decorated. The villa are well maintained too. All the staff are lovely and friendly. They went up and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Also, the daily breakfast by kilo are super instagramable and yummy too. Lastly, we also did a couple spa at their in-house spa, it was professional and relaxing. We will definitely be back to stay :)

Seminyak Star

The location was great as it was close to the shops, walking distance to the beach, and all the restaurants and spas.
The staff were always on hand, and were especially helpful if anything was needed. The spa treatment was good and my wife enjoyed it thoroughly.
The villa was wonderful, and the spa pool allowed us to enjoy relaxing in the sunshine surrounded by beautiful plants.
Breakfast at the Kilo restaurant is included, and we tried different options each morning. The menu as a whole was very good and included many delicious ingredients, although some simple dishes would really be welcome for a snack.
The location of the hotel allowed us to explore Seminyak on foot and it was ideal for those who love to walk and explore new places.

We really enjoyed our stay and would like to say a big thank you to all the staff who looked after us so well.

Nice Hotel

We stayed at uma sapna for the first part of our honeymoon. We absolutely loved our stay here, the villa is absolutely beautiful ensuring complete privacy making you feel as though you are the only ones staying at the hotel. The customer service was amazing, unfortunately our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived so were given complimentary massages which were lovely. Staff were happy to help at all times, giving us recommendations on things to do in the area. We also went on a tour through the hotel which we really enjoyed and was reasonably priced. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bali, especially for a honeymoon.

Attentive and good service from all staff in Uma Sapna. Staff Ani need to be commented for her dedication and swift responsive to my 'displeasure' of my Villa Gii. She attend to it and make me a happy customer. Kilo restaurant is just in the same vicinity. Great restaurant that serve food that look great and good to eat. Nice location for Shop, Dine, Drinks. Overall, I'm pleased and happy with my stay. Cos' I'm a fan of tattoo and I manage to get a 'art piece' done at one of the tattoo shop called ' No Limit Ink' which is just a stone away from Villa. Artist did a great job and design. Cost is much lower compare in Sg or BKK. Service and hygiene of shop and equipment used is not a issue.

Gorgeous quiet private villas

We stayed in one of the 1 bedroom private pool villas and it was amazing. Clean, relaxing, peaceful and the staff were amazing! The on site restaurant ‘kilo kitchen’ has delicious food for breakfast/lunch/dinner and the location from the villas to the Main Street of Seminyak is only a short walk which is great if you want to venture out to the shops/restaurants/bars/clubs. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

We chose uma sapna for our honeymoon and it was the best choice. Very beautiful with clean, cosy and romantic rooms and lovely private pools. The staff was friendly and polite. I would suggest it.

Well 10th time to Bali and most relaxing yet....different eatery each day for lunch and dinner. Prices way above the early trips but don't eat a lot now so that's OK...our villa perfect with our own plunge pool/spa so don't have to show off our magnificent bodies to all the beautiful people lying around a huge resort pool......staff have been brilliant...room made up every morning while were at breakfast not waiting all day like most big resorts ...nothing too much trouble...... ice bucket delivered pronto and fridge is actually COLD
