Best place to stay in Seminyak

The room was fantastic. Couldn't ask for more. Very spacious. Alot of room to walk around and not feel so cramped up.

Bathroom, very modern and clean. Huge sink area which was really helpful so 2 or more people can place their toiletries at the same time.

Small balcony area with a clothes line so you can hang clothes out to dry. Love it.

The beds were actually so clean and comfortable as well.

The location is perfect as well. Dead centre of the main street. Walking distance to everything. Convenience store just downstairs. Restaurants literally everywhere.

You won't regret staying here. Loved it.

Location of the hotel is convenient, in the heart of seminyak. restaurants, convenience stores and clubs are within minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to the beach. there's security 24/7 so its safe. lobby staffs are very friendly. rooms are of a good size and very comfortable.

Very good experience, great location - walkable to nearby restaurants, cafes etc.
Excellent front desk and staff, very warm, welcoming and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. Room was very clean and with all required amenities. Breakfast which was included in the stay was excellent, they went out of their way to make vegan options for my wife. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Good hotel in the middle of a lot to do in Seminyak, but you could have a nice time without leaving. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable, there’s a rooftop pool, but the thing I probably enjoyed most was the attached restaurant. Good breakfast buffet, and the dinner options I tried were a significant cut above everything else I tried elsewhere at comparable prices (the grilled pork neck and ribeye were top notch).

There is quite a bit of night time road noise etc and the floor above us were a large group that partied until quite late which resulted in fighting and all could be heard in our room.. However, I would consider staying again..

I was originally meant to travel with a friend but ended up in seminyak alone. My original booking was a room with two beds, but since I was alone the hotel offered me a room with one king bed (this will be important later). My room was absolutely so dirty once I got in. There was spots all over the bathroom floors and shower walls. The counter in the room was covered in enough dust that it was clear it had not been wiped properly before I arrived. There was built up mildew around the drain and on other areas of the bathroom that made it clear this bathroom was not being properly cleaned over time. I called Expedia saying I wanted to check out early and asked them to see if I could get a refund for the remaining nights of my stay. They contacted the hotel and the hotel said it was unable to refund me because “I took a free upgrade” which was when they offered me the king room. So I then took photos of the issues in the bathroom and brought them to the front desk and asked for a refund for the remainder of my stay and said I was going to check out early. The hotel told me they could not refund me and instead they would only offer me an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. I declined as there is a zero percent chance I would ever consider soaking in a tub at this establishment given the poor hygiene in my first room. In the end I checked out early and received no refund from Expedia or the hotel. Moral of the story is don’t stay here and do not prepay accommodations.

Our 3rd time staying at Ize and won’t be our last. Lovely staff who all have a heart of gold.

The room was clean, spacious and had a very comfy bed. Great aircon and good sized fridge.

The bar and restaurant joined to the hotel are fantastic with lots of dining/drink menu options available.

The hotel is on probably the busiest road in Seminyak so do expect motorbike noise and sounds from the nightclub next door (not an issue for getting to sleep).

Overall a fantastic experience, thanks for having us Ize! See you again soon - Ryan & Jessica.

It’s a midrange hotel in a busy street. Hotel is okay but the street is constantly gridlocked making it noisy and difficult to access by any way other than foot.
In reality eat street is overpriced for the very ordinary food available.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance to Seminyak village & a lot of F&B nearby. Hotel is clean but a little rundown. The bathroom taps were hard to turn and the jacuzzi has broken parts that kept coming loose. The staff was friendly and overall value for money.

Everything about Ize is good except the 2 guest lifts... it smelled bad during our entire 5 day stay. We brought this up to the front desk n even suggested to change the cleaning chemicals. Pls look into this. Staff were great n helpful even the staff n meals at Meja were really nice.

Disappointing stay

The hotel had a serious noisiness issue. Voices of the people in the next room, the conversations in the corridor and the music broadcast from the speakers in the hotel corridors made us very uncomfortable in the room.
The main focus of the hotel is not to provide you comfort, but to take your money as soon as possible. They demand the full payment at the check-in, and they want you to pay the extras as soon as you receive them, without keeping a room bill that may be easily settled at the checkout like almost all other hotels do.

Hardly any amenities. Gym is small with few equipment. No spa at the hotel. Quite difficult to go into the swimming pool because of its design. No grab bar in the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Floor in the bathroom is slippery when wet. Suggest you treat the floor with anti slip. We almost fell twice! The floor of the bathroom is dirty. Insufficient towel hangers in the bathroom. Limited food selection at the breakfast buffet. Seems to us that only trainees are attending to guests during breakfast time. Mattresses could be firmer. One light in our room was not working. Excellent toiletries. Free mini bar is always welcomed. The generous provision of bottled water is much appreciated. Hotel is centrally located, near lots of restaurants and boutiques. For the price we pay per night, we really expected more amenities.

They didn’t clean the room for 3 days and didn’t even provided us clean towels or remove the trash. When we complained they said that we didn’t ask.
