A really lovely place to stay. I enjoyed 3 nights in the Ethnic Suite and it was fabulous. The staff were wonderful and always offering to help, the food was great and the spa is just the 'icing on the cake!'

Wow wow and wow!!’ This was an amazing first class experience the staff April Ratti and many more Yoga that’s all the names I remember right now oh yea and our Driver Madi! I am vegan no dairy no milk no eggs never had any issues the food is first class and made fresh at every meal! We shared a 2 bdrm villa towels fresh bed comfy and mosquito nets drawn every evening the room is made up as soon as you leave they always check with you! Toiletries are provided as well as a robe and slippers..wifi was great and no converter needed Fridge/microwave our own private pool beach towels provided water fresh every day and in the bathroom so you don’t drink the water! If you want somewhere quite authentic clean with friendly caring funny staff this is the place! Great variety of food and catered to your very need we did the cooking class oh my was so much fun. So I’m vegan my sister doesn’t eat bell peppers(allergic) no meat but eats fish and we’re all lactose intolerant and they catered and made the food amazing tasty fresh just perfect! I celebrated my 60th birthday with my 2 sisters best birthday ever why because of the staff they made this vacation Seminyak beach is a 10-15min walk if you don’t get lost (we did) or a 3min shuttle ride depending on traffic! Beach is amazing lots of shops boutique’s currency exchange and very very safe! Loved it so much will be back next year oh yes we did half board! This would be a seriously romantic getaway for couples too

The welcome team led by Shoga was excellent - very courteous and welcoming and mindful of our needs. Shoga went over everything - and they even gave us a free upgrade!
The property is just beautiful and so was our villa with a private pool and what l believe to be a Balinese flair in the decor. Their spa service is excellent. Price was more than fair! Highly recommend.

Rooms look ok, but facilities were a bit dated.

The pool in the villa were not quite heated.

But the good thing about this place is the location. It's centrally located and easy to get a gojek from here.

Their breakfast options are also quite decent and tasty !

Beautiful hotel, Delightful Staff

Just a couple of nights stay, but wish we could have stayed longer. Nicely located hotel with lovely amenities and plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. The free buggy to the local beach was a nice surprise, although it's only 15 minutes walk away. The staff, particularly Indi, were very helpful and professional. The only issue we had was the absence of hot water in the shower. They tried to fix it, but not in time for our stay. We only had breakfast here (not dinner), but it was wonderful; plenty of it and very good quality.
The half hour free massage in the spa was just the ticket!! Would recommend this hotel for a serene stay.

This is my third time staying at Blue Karma. I don't love the area as the traffic and tourism has ruined any peace you could have. However this little oasis is incredible in the middle of it. There are not a lot of rooms/villas so you get the attention of the staff. The food is really great. Freshly made and tasty. I am mad about their morning smoothie bowls. The pool is gorgeous. Try to stay on the southern side of the property as the northern side gets the traffic especially during procession times. I will come back time and time again through. A lovely stay. Highly recommended.

This was the most beautiful resort with the kindest staff. We enjoyed every single part of it, the food, spa, convenient location, transportation, location, and excellent staff. Two of our kids have allergies and they made sure they always accommodated that without us even asking. I’m so impressed with all of it. This place is such a special little gem!!! The staff are absolutely wonderful! The rooms have this great boutique feel and are very clean and quiet. The little touches are everything there! Even the turn down service, which was completely unexpected but made it feel that much more special! If I ever return to Bali, this will absolutely be on my list of stays.

The spa!!! I had two nights of services and both were splendid!

The yoga studio is absolutely beautiful and had everything you could need, and kids of yoga mat options.

Can't recommend this place enough!

What an incredible experience in paradise! The hotel grounds, restaurant and spa are all beautiful enough to be from a fairy tale! Everyone was top quality, but we cannot say enough about the helpful front desk staff.
Also - if you’re going that way with your sweetheart, a couple’s spa treatment with a flower bath is a must do! Surreal moment in true paradise.

Oasis in Seminyak

We stayed here for 8 nights and loved every minute. A very peaceful and relaxing hotel. We generally had the pool to ourselves which so lovely and warm. Very good choice of breakfast and you get plenty of it. All the staff here are super friendly and attentive. The Balinese dinner and dance night on a Thursday was really nice too. The room we had (Jojoba) was really large and spacious and had a small balcony and also a large front patio are with two lounging chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. We both used the spa here which again I would recommend. We will definitely come back here when we return to Bali.

We have just returned from a week at the beautiful Blue Karma in Seminyak, and couldn’t have been happier with the amazing staff and luxurious facilities and spa! Seminyak is busy and noisy, however once inside the Blue Karma courtyard you feel miles away just from it all - lush, beautifully manicured and maintained gardens and pool, and kind, helpful staff who all go above and beyond. We arrived late at night to find the villa we had booked didn’t quite meet our needs travelling with two small children - our mistake in booking a villa with two linked but separate apartments rather than a larger two bedroom villa - and we were so impressed with how helpful the staff were in finding us a wonderful alternative at no extra charge for the remainder of our stay. Rooms and pools kept beautifully clean, breakfasts fresh and delicious - we had the best time and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Seminyak. Terimah Kasih!

This place is truly a little oasis in the middle of a busy town. I can’t fault a single thing. All the staff are lovely, friendly and seem genuinely interested in you.
If you want a treat and to have an oasis of calm close to the beach and more livelier stuff (if you want it) then don’t hesitate.

One of my favorite hotels worldwide. Not the biggest fan of Seminyak but this hotel is an oasis in the middle of the tourism madness. Only a few rooms and villas. I had a huge villa with its own wraparound pool. I decided to extend my stay and only room left was the 1 bedroom. No pool but just as comfortable, really gorgeous. turn down bug repellent service in the evening is helpful. The breakfasts by the pool are truly incredible with a lovely tranquil feel to it. The pool is perfection. the only thing missing and it should be added somewhere is a small fitness facility as it is impossible to run outside in the area because of the traffic. otherwise i would give it A+ Bravo everybody.

They warn you the bathroom floor gets slippery when will, it really does, they should put some non slip material down as I slipped almost immediately and had to use towels to make a path to use when showering.

The only downside was the unreliable internet, sometimes not working at all, at other times slow. But for our short stay that didn't matter and it might have been a problem outside the hotel's control.

World Class service, amazing boutique hotel.n

We booked a two bedroom villa which came with a private pool. We stayed in the Coconut villa. The service here is truly fabulous. The hotel staff always had a friendly smile on their faces and they couldn't do enough for you. We felt ever so humble and deeply grateful to them all at the end of our ten day stay. We ate the breakfast most mornings which is spectacular. The main pool is a real feature and you will quickly see that there is lots of really chic architecture about the place. Go for a massage in the hotels spa and you were feel incredibly relaxed here. This is quite easily the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in.

Outstanding

Blue Karma is a paradise in Seminyak. The staff are outstandingly polite, courteous, and helpful. The room we stayed in was amazing in decor, layout and comfort. The breakfast was delightful and delicious. The pool and the souuounding is well kept and extremely enjoyable. It is a very quiet hotel with privacy and hence very enjoyable. I would come back here again and again and would highly recommend it.

Nice clean hotel quiet location

The hotel is in a quiet area not far from bars and restaurants.
The staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was good but the poolside menu needs to be more varied; a few more basic meals would be good.

Pretty hotel with great staff

Great central location. The hotel has lovely decor, big clean room and bathroom with a very comfy bed. Turn down service. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Plenty of choice on the breakfast. Laundry service was very quick and smelt lovely.

Just finished our stay at Blue Karma Resort (Seminyak). It was wonderful. By the second day, all the staff knew our name and addressed us by name all the time. Hotel is located on a very narrow lane, off the main street in Seminyak (easy/short stroll to many shops, restaurants, markets, etc.). It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach (depending on how much shopping you do on the way). The hotel also runs a shuttle to take you to the beach, anytime you ask, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (you make your own way back). Once you pass the reception area, the hotel opens onto a lovely garden area with pool, deck chairs, seating areas and the small restaurant. We had a one room villa with private pool (plunge pool, about 3m by 3m by 1.5m). Our pool was a little cooler than the main pool, but great for those late/private dips after a HOT day out exploring. Buffet breakfast included with the room (menu is small and the same every day - but quite filling, well prepared and good tasting). Restaurant also has a small dinner menu, we used on several days when we were just too tired to go out to a restaurant. Definitely recommend and would gladly stay here again.

Oasis in the middle of Seminyak

Beautiful quiet hotel walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, and spas. the staff is overly friendly, and addressed everyone by name. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Their complimentary Breakfast in the A.m and tea time in the P.m are both delicious. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I would definitely return to blue karma.

Lovely hotel hidden away

Quiet, relaxing and very comfortable villas in Seminyak close to everything. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, nice food and very relaxing. Only cons taxi drivers find it very hard to locate as it’s down a small lane way and the outdoor showers in some villas aren’t as pleasant when it’s raining as you get slightly rained on so maybe look into covering the shower area like you have the toilet and sinks. But overall great hotel that I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic!

Everything at the hotel was exactly as advertised. The breakfast options were huge and very tasty. The staff was always helpful and friendly. It wasn’t over crowded. It was a beautiful stay. Location was pretty good, walking distances to most things you’d want to see.

Wonderful And Enjoyable Stay

We stayed in a two bedroom villa (Lotus)which was a perfect choice. The villa is very unique, spacious and quite funky with outdoor bathroom and owns the private pool. Please note that the two bedroom villa isn’t a traditional one-storey villa, but rather two separate apartments with a joint staircase. No problem for us, but it could be an issue if staying with younger children.

Rooms had everything you need. A mains adapter was supplied which is such a good idea especially if you forget one! Toiletries were supplied and rooms were sprayed around 6 pm every evening for mosquitos and nets were drawn around beds.

Lovely Seminyak resort - couldn’t fault

Great location in downtown Seminyak. Very spacious room, lovely decor and was surprisingly quiet. Pool area was restful and spa ladies fantastic - great massage. The staff where incredibly helpful and polite - customer service at its best. Would come back again.

Fantastic breakfast..fresh food..drinks..salads...great hospitable staff. Pool villa amazing as was outdoor shower...loved it loved it loved it. The balinese touches were exquisite..staff couldnt do enough for you either.

Little Oasis

This was a great hotel. It's just off the main street of the town - so easy for shopping or eating. Yet, you feel like you're in the middle of a paradise. The walk to the beach is probably 15 minutes.

Nice and Relaxing

We stayed at this Hotel for 12 days. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is located just off a busy road with shops , bars , clubs and lots of traffic. The noises can,t be heard within the Hotel and the location is handy for all of the above and beach.
This is busy area and traffic is annoying as it's constant and almost impossible to crosss the road. There is no consideration for the pedestrians and you have to have your wits about you.
The food within the hotel is not good so you have to eat out or get a take away from the many restaurant. We did this on a few nights and it was nice just to relax within the Oasis of the hotel. Each bungalow is surrounded by plants which to me were overgrown. The plants filled our pool everyday and made it unusable and had to get the staff to cut the bushes back. The room was dark and once this was done it made the bungalow a more pleasant place.
I would recommend it but the owners need to keep on top of the decor,food and plants to keep it at a high standard

Simply amazing!

Hotel is great! Looks exactly like on the pictures. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Great banch of people. Rooms are very big,shower/toilet massive! Very clean! 10 minutes walk from the beach,lovely walk, but if you not up for walking hotel offers buggy bus that drops you off at Seminyak beach! If I ever be back in Bali will definitely stay there again!

Relaxing, beautifully decorated hotel

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Our room was huge with a private pool which got the sun in the morning. In the afternoons we walked to the beach (less than 10 minute walk) or to Seminyak square (around 25 mins) so the location was perfect. Breakfast was included and there were a few different choices with us favouring the Blue Karma Breakfast (scrambled egg, homemade yoghurt and jams, granola, fruit) and Australian (egg, bacon, toast, cheese and tomato). The restaurant overlooks the garden and pool so there is a lovely view in the mornings.

Amazing hidden oasis!

Went there in early April for our honeymoon. From the time we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Amazing food, beautiful decor and room, & outstanding service. The BK is off a busy main street through a side alley so it the perfect location, but still quiet when your at the resort. I would recommend this to anyone and we will definitely be visiting Blue Karma again!

Good Location, Great Service

This was our second stay at Blue Karma. It is located close to the shopping strip and Restaurants etc but once you enter the resort you could be in another private and peaceful world.
I left my glasses in a Taxi when I returned one day. I thought I would never get them back. It turns out the Security guy out the front records all vehicle movements and rego numbers etc. The staff at the desk made numerous phone calls chasing up the taxi driver who returned my expensive spectacles the next morning. I was very grateful and impressed with their efforts and commitment.
When we got tired of eating out every night and roaming among the crowds, we stayed in and had drinks and dinner at the resort a couple of times. The food and service was terrific and the cost was much less than we expected as Hotel food is normally very expensive.
The breakfasts were excellent as well with a good range of choices available. If anyone complains in any reviews about the breakfasts, perhaps they can never be pleased ....
Both times we have stayed there we have had a villa with a plunge pool. This is highly recommended as there is nothing nicer than to be able to hop straight into a private pool to cool down when you return from being out and about and it is lovely to just soak and drink Bintang's in the pool on a balmy evening
