The villa was not super clean nor hygienic with stains on the bath towels unfortunately. There was also a case of disappearing banana and smashed banana skin left behind which became a bit creepy. Daily breakfast was generous but we got bored by our last morning. We love the free yoga and the instructor, namaste!

My review of 1/5 is due to checkout experience which was horrendous. Even after several attempts of asking for privacy to the staff member (Mr. Burata), he continued to ignore my pleas and checked to make sure all items such as towels, hair dryer, plates, utensils, etc were all inside the villa. However this experience was very traumatizing as who wants a man to go through your bed, sheets, and towels which you just used? Invasion of privacy is top of mind. There was no explanation of what this staff member was doing inside my villa until I complained to the manager (Mr. Mustika) who was waiting for us outside in the shuttle. His response was not customer centric. Again this checkout experience ruined our Bali vacation. Shame on you Impiana.

We stayed 4 nights in a 1 bedroom villa which was absolutely perfect for us. The facilities in the villa were fantastic, the bed very firm but comfortable & the pool area was wonderful. Breakfast each day was delicious with great variety on the menu. If you have mobility issues, I'd look into the bathroom setups as the shower in our villa (No 42) was over the bath and there is a very big step up to get in and out. It was ok for us, but we did comment that it wouldn't be easy if you were at all unsteady on your feet. Also be aware that the villas are not walking distance to reception, meaning you need to request pick up and drop off for breakfast, activities etc. The staff made it very easy though and could not be faulted. Thank you for a fantastic stay. Impiana truly exceeded our expectations!!!

This was our third time back here. The staff has always been so friendly. The last time we stayed here we got in too late to get a cake from the bakery for my sons birthday and they surprised us with one without even asking. This time that they put us in the sunset location. It’s walking distance to the Bintang market and the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. The private pool was fantastic to have and the unit was in great shape. Not that we needed it but if you had a bigger group there’s also the option to unlock the door to the Villa next door which a lot of other places I’ve stayed in Bali didn’t have. Loved staying here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Impiana private villas Seminyak. This stunning villa with a private pool located in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer beauty of the surroundings. The villa is nestled in a lush tropical garden, with vibrant flowers and foliage that create a sense of tranquility and calm.

The villa itself was absolutely stunning. It was equipped with all the modern amenities and had a private pool that was simply stunning. The entire villa was tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of traditional Balinese and modern style.

The bedroom was spacious and well-appointed, with large, comfortable bed that ensure a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need.

But the real highlight of this villa is the private pool. It's an absolute oasis, surrounded by swaying palm trees and comfortable sun loungers that invite you to relax and soak up the sun. Whether you're swimming laps or simply lounging in the water, you'll feel like you're in your own private paradise.

The staff at the villa are also incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to help with any request or question. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect in every way.

Overall, we can't recommend this villa highly enough.If you're looking for a tranquil getaway in the heart of Seminyak, this is the perfect place to stay

I have been to Impiana twice already before this stay. Now it change due to the low tourism from the pandemic so it isn't fair to judge from what it was before. It is still a good value, and good people working there but it has changed from what it once was like for example in food options.

We had the best time at Impiana Private Villas. This property was fantastic in every way! The pool and courtyard was brilliant, so tranquil and relaxing. Breakfast was delish, and plenty to choose from. Location was near the busy Seminyak shopping areas, pubs, restaurants etc, a comfortable walk to the beach, yet the villa was quiet and so private. All the staff were so friendly and offered excellent service, always with a smile!! Highly recommend!!

This place is extra ordinary the Staff, the location. We feel very special, we celebrated our second honeymoon here and it’s beyond our expectations the preparation is excellent. Thank you Ms. Dea and Ms. Sydney and the rest of the gang for the extra effort we really appreciate it guys. You have a choice for your breakfast whether it will be on your Villa or @ their Restaurant. It’s jus a 15mins away from the airport without traffic, near Chill and Prana, also near supermarket and groceries. It’s also few minutes walk to the biggest Starbucks in Asia. A few minutes drive to Seminyak square.

I have only good things to say. The staff, villa, pool and restaurant where fabulous, highly recommend the in villa bbq and cooking classes. Great villas to stay at in Seminyak. Staff was excellent and the private villa with the pool was exactly what we were looking for. Within walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants but still private.

Only thing I would recommend is to change the cushions on the lounge chairs and the bathroom towels.

Fabulous & highly recommended. We stayed in a one bedroom villa- very private and romantic but with all the facilities & services of a hotel/Resort. Good location- quiet and peaceful but within easy walking distance to main drag. Also an easy walk to the beach for sunset drinks. Love Bali & will definitely stay here again when we next visit.

A tale of two villas

We originally were put into the “new villas” that were built 2 years after the original ones. This villa was awful. It was smaller than what we saw advertised, there was a significant problem with mosquitos, taxis found it hard to find us as it’s about a 5 min drive from the rest of the complex and it was very dirty and run down.

We complained and were originally told that we were in the new villas and that they are all the same. We requested to see the other one bed villas to find the other complex may have been older, but has recently been renovated.

These villas are exactly as the photos suggest. Clean, tidy and made to fit. We really enjoyed our stay once we had relocated. It was close to restaurants, easy to find for taxis and the staff were close by. Would get 5 stars if we had not lost a night of our stay in the terrible dungeon to begin with.

A good villa stay but not quite perfect

Overall our stay at the Villas was good. Our villa (number 2) was pretty much as expected and had the wow factor when we first saw it in person, however there were a few things that could be improved.

On the positives, the staff were great and the restaurant was very good. We chose to eat lunch and dinner at the restaurant on a number of occasions despite the numerous options locally and were surprised how few other guests did the same. The Villa was also spacious, comfortable and the grounds were well presented and maintained. The kids really enjoyed the pool and my eldest loved having a separate hut to himself.

On the negative, the overall condition of our villa was not great. The roof clearly requires replacing and there were a number of tarps secured over the top which didn't look great and rustled in the wind. They also did not keep out the rain and we had a number of leaks where water dripped into the living areas. There was also evidence of water damage in at least one of the bathrooms with a lot of peeling paint. Being an open living space, we also had a lot of mosquitos despite the regular fogging and the use of plug in repellants. This became a real pain especially at night and we were all bitten a number of times, including in the bedrooms and bathrooms. There were also other wild visitors, including resident geckos (which we enjoyed watching) and 2 stray cats that used the fridge in the kitchen as a way to get up into the space above one of the bedrooms.

Nice pool, great breakfast, beautiful villa, yet very affordable. I had the single bedroom villa, which is the smallest, I think the 3 bedrooms is a must try for my next trip!
For those who complain about mosquitoes, yes indeed there are everywhere, (except the bedroom) but ALL villas in Bali have the same issue, from the most expensive to the cheapest ones. Just don't forget your spay! ;)

Beautiful and relaxing villa

The Villas are located in a quiet side street of Seminyak, one of the busier resorts on the south coast of the island. Shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes walk away and the beach about 15 minutes walk. We stayed in the Sunset part of the resort, which is a short drive away from the spa and restaurant that are attached to the villas. A shuttle service operates between the two sites and it usually arrived within 5 minutes of calling for it. There is a choice of one, two and three-bedroom villas, all in their own enclosed garden and with their own private pool. Room service is very good and does not cost more than most of the restaurants in the resort. The Spa is beautiful and treatments can also be booked in your own villa, but there are much cheaper treatments to be had in the neighborhood if you do not mind less glamorous surroundings. Breakfast was included in the price and could be booked the night before in your own villa or be had in the main restaurant.

Amazing villa very clean and private needs some maintenance with some wood around the pool rotting and coming apart but otherwise incredible.
Make sure you use your do not disturb sign if you don't want to be woken up at 9 for house keeping they do a great job and are lovely.
Short drive to eat Street where the are many bars and restaurants. Be aware of men on scooters as they did a drive by and snatched friends bag from her body. Lost all bank cards and phone. Which was difficult to pay hotel at end of stay. They expected us to use another card which we had none all got stolen. Lady in reception at the time did not appear empathetic or understanding I asked to see management but they didn't come to speak to us either. All other staff were lovely.
Besides that small incident I would definitely come back to the villas it's beautiful.

We stayed here in 2009 and enjoyed our stay so we booked 5 days here again on this trip. We had originally booked the 2 bedroom villa but when we arrived we were upgraded to the 3 bedroom which has the bigger pool. We really enjoyed having the extra room. The staff were very helpful throughout the entire stay. The villa definitely needs a refresh as there seemed to be some water damage as well as some other minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. I asked whether there were any plans for renovations in the future. She said that there were but she was unsure of when they would happen. I thought the location was convenient as there is a grocery store right across the street and it's only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Overall I really enjoyed staying at The Villas Bali and would recommend it to others.

This is my third time at The Villas; I love staying there. Great location; the breakfast is amazing, the staff come in and cook it for you in the villa. The pool is great, clean and refreshing. It's a nice private escape. The aircon works a treat. The beds are very comfy too. The location is great; about 1km walk to the beach; it's close to shops and Restraunts and bars.

We had a great stay at The Villas, everything was clean, there is lots if space and a fabulous garden and swimming pool. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable, the children shared a king size bed and loved it.
The food also was lovely, great breakfast all fresh and the poolside snacks and dinners were delicious also.

Upgraded to 3 bedrooms villa. Rooms are very spacious, (esp two of them). We love the pool very much, swam very morning and night. Really relaxing. Breakfast at the villa (chef came to our villa to cook for us on every morning) is great. BBQ at the villa - though the grilled foods are so so, love the atmosphere and the soup and desserts very much. Tried Chill for massage, wonderful services with reasonable price.

Only one point is not so good during staying at the villa i.e. many mosquito, even with many coils, spray etc. But appreciated, the hotel has tried very best to prevent it.

Have stayed at The Villas many times as it is my favourite place to stay in Bali. I love the privacy and the large garden and pool.

Fantastic very private and relaxing place to stay

We had an incredible 7 nights stay and everything was as close to perfect as we could have hoped for. The only area I have to mark down is that during our stay in Bali it was incredibly hot and whilst the air-conditioning did work very well, we would have loved to have a fan in the bedroom to circulate the air.
Apart from that minor point we could not fault anything about this location.
We took advantage of the Prana Spa (incredible service and experience) and received a in-house guest discount because we were staying at the Villas, which was great.
Meals cooked at your villa on request was a very nice touch and great quality and service and only a room service call away. We may have caught them at a quiet time and it might be advisable to book ahead so you aren't disappointed.

We will be back and we will recommend The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa to others wanting the perfect getaway - Hideaway location.

Yummy breakfast cooked in our room; close to shops and Restraunts
About a 1km walk to the beach
Staff are lovely; warm and welcoming and can't do enough for you

Spacious villa. We stayed in the sunset wing which was very new. Note though that the private pool is up to 2m deep. Breakfast cooked fresh n hot in our villa was a novelty and interesting change from the usual hotel buffet spread. Highly recommended.

3 bedroom villa family stay

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for four nights. Positives：breakfast was really good, good range of options not to get bored for 4 days and they cook it in villa for you. Location is great, near good restaurants and cheap massage places. Their in house massage with 50%discount for guests was really good! Negatives: a lot of mosquitoes so bring repellent, aircon only in the rooms, so living room and toilets are not air conditioned. The pool has a lots of steps taking up half of a small pool, so it can get painful kicking into the steps all the time.

Love The Villas

I have stayed at The Villas 4 times now. Love the staff, the location and the feel of the place. Could do with a little bit of a tidy up with paint here and there, but other than that, you can guarantee the same great service every time. This is my regular and I will be staying at The Villas on my next trip to Bali.

Beautiful relaxing retreat - amazing

Wonderful staff beautiful villas with private pool perfect place to relax & unwind our 4 year loved it too. Definitely recommend the private bbq in your villa breskfast made fresh every day by the staff who are extremely friendly & helpful nothing too much trouble. My only criticism is you do get bitten lots by mossies & the only rooms indoors with air con are the bedrooms...a separate chill out area enclosed overlooking pool would of been great...other than that it was perfection..spa great too

Beautifully presented Villas.

An oasis of peace in the middle of a very vibrant and chaotic city. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with pool. The staff was excellent and very friendly along with punctual and immediate service when required.
