The staff was extremely friendly and nice however the rooms need a deep refresh. The cleanliness was a major concern, areas just didn’t feel the cleanest to us like the bathtub. Also the system to lock the rooms was a little odd. You lock your room door with a padlock then give the key to the front desk and they hold it. One night we returned back to the lobby and no one was there guarding the keys? Also having the toilet outside was not ideal. A shower sure, but the toilet outside wasn’t as pleasant. Overall it was an okay experience but don’t know if i would recommend. The breakfast was also a little bland.

Lovely villa with a great layout and pool. Staff is top notch! Gusti and Dewa were especially helpful and welcoming. The breakfast options are amazing and food is very filling. The bedroom can get very warm, even with the AC. The one in the bathroom is cooler. Would also suggest putting a fan in the toilet room as it can become uncomfortable in the heat. A bit far to walk to the main area but the option of a shuttle makes it more accessible and convenient. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Everyone was friendly and helpful at the hotel except after we checked out and left our luggage there for collection one of the staff was a bit rude and weird. He was talking to us from the spa room which was next to the reception desk when we came back to collect our luggage. I believe he was lying down so I asked him to come out.
The hotel was next to some night club so loud music every night until 2am and a bit of traffic noise at night. Other than that everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

We had an such an amazing stay for our honeymoon! Dewa (Supervisor) made us feel like home as soon as we arrived! He organized our scooter rental, transportation to Nusa Penida and gave us many restaurant/spa recommendations around the area. The customer service was beyond excellent. The staff were always smiling and ready to helps. Our room was always clean, breakfast (included with our booking) brought to our villa and afternoon tea/snack as well. We highly recommend and would definitely go back next time!

My husband and I stayed at the Nyuh for a short 2 days and it was truly fantastic. All the staff from airport pick up to check in to check out was phenomenal. They were the most friendly and professional staff we have ever encountered while traveling. We felt like they really cared about the comfort of our stay.
We chose the breakfast options which included one free floating breakfast, which was so fun!
The location of the hotel is great, its walkable to restaurants and shopping but far enough so you don't hear the crazy hustle and bustle of Seminyak.
Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

The villa itself is great, staff were lovely and the honeymoon villa was adequate. Our problem was the new club named Padifly that has opened literally next door. (Aka within 10 metres of our villa boundary wall) Open all nights with blaring music from around 9pm to 3am. Unfortunately the bass could be heard through our walls as a constant vibration.

Nyuh Bali was OK. The property itself had everything you would need except a microwave and/or small kitchenette, and we enjoyed the outdoor shower, but WHY anyone would want an outside toilet where neighbouring villas can hear you do your business at all hours is beyond me. The floors were quite slippery at times.

Laundry service was quick and professionally done. A birthday cake was delivered too our door and the staff sang her birthday to my partner - the gesture was wonderful, the cake not so much. Some members of the staff might want to consider looking up from their phone when greeting guests (or anyone for that matter) as a common courtesy.

We stayed here for 5 nights over NYE and had the most amazing time! Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They provided the best service and have adapted well to new restrictions due to covid-19.

The villas are stunning and have all of the essentials. The food was great and served in a timely manor. It’s also worth noting that the shuttle service is a great benefit as it allowed us to visit different places in Seminyak.

Having the shuttle service, villa with a pool and room service enabled us to feel safe and socially distanced during the pandemic.

We would love to come back and stay here, or even visit their other villas in Ubud. We will be recommending this accommodation to all of our friends and families who are hoping to stay in Seminyak in the future.

My partner and I stayed at the Nyuh Bali Luxury Villas for six nights in January. We were so happy with our decision to stay at Nyuh, especially because of the people who run it. We were greeted so warmly and made to feel at home, and that was the case every day. It’s quite different to staying in a large resort. The villas are located a few blocks from the Main Street, which is great. It’s a busy city and when you’re in your private villa you feel like you’re tucked away in your own oasis. The villas offer transport to and from the local area, which means it’s very easy to find your way and get home quickly when you’re ready. The villas are nicely constructed with luxurious features and very comfortable bed. It’s great to roll out of bed and get straight into the pool. I was surprised at the quality of the food at the villas. We ate breakfast every day in the villa and dinner some nights too. It was very good. I’d highly recommend the Nyuh Bali Luxury Villas if you’re thinking of staying in Seminyak. We will be back and will also stay in their Ubud property in the future.

Dissapointing to say the least.

I NEVER leave reviews but just felt I had to this time. This place is currently rated 9.6 but should in my opinion not be more than a 5 or 6 tops. Simply a huge dissapointment.

The neighbourhood: extremely noisy from the neighboring bar/hotel/restaurant with high music and really loud voices until really late (I finally fell asleep at around 1am but still noisy at that time). The area in general is mixed residential (ranging from outright slum to decent properties) and a few restaurants/cafes/hotels. Minimarket within 40 steps from the hotel.

The hotel: service was ok but the villas felt very outdated and the cleaning was questionable with light stains on the pillows and a lot of parts in and around of the pool in need of a fix.

I honestly dont understand the 9.6 rating and it makes me wonder if some hotels (this one!) buy reviews just like you can buy likes on social media.

The best stay we had for our first trip of 2020. No regret! Their services was great without fail during our stay with friendly workers like Oka, Ogi and special thanks to Dewa for the very warm welcome check in and check out. Totally love the villa. Very clean, so convenient with K-Mart and the main road. Their breakfast choices was limited but it was fine. It is a beautiful property and we were given a nice introduction to our villa with welcome drinks. The staff were very friendly and their breakfasts were filling. The staff always made sure we were comfortable. The area is not entirely quiet as you can hear cars drive past but that didnt bother me.

However I wish i could rate my overall experience as excellent because the customer service by staff is exceptional - but there were a couple of down sides which i was not happy about. Firstly, the decking broke as i stepped on it and my feet went through - so the property could definitely do with a bit of a revamp. I did not feel comfortable stepping on the decking as i felt like they were very weak. Second, the villa has low lighting. I understand it is to create a romantic atmosphere but there should be an option for proper bright lighting in the room as i was walking around almost blind, and hit my toes on the furniture several times. Lastly, i would recommend that there is a wall put in in the toilet so it is not exposed to the outside as i found it very uncomfortable to go to the toilet especially at night when theres a lot of mosquitos.

Wow. Perfect in every way!

Stayed at Nyu Bali Villas at the Seminyak location and all I can say is how amazing our experience was. My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 nights and every day was like simply like living in paradise.

We have stayed in numerous cities around the world, but no service comes close to what we received here. From the moment we checked in until we left, we were treated very warmly and friendly by all Staff members.

The room was perfect. The pool was exactly what we imagined. The shower, oh man I miss that shower already!

Olgi was amazing and assisted us with any requests or questions we had. The service that the hotel runs to drop you off/pick up in the Seminyak area is so helpful and greatly appreciated. Olgi consistently went above and beyond with his duties. Thank you!

But a very special mention needs to be made for Janji. We booked many tours through the hotel (a great deal by the way!) and we had Janji as our tour guide. His knowledge of the area was very impressive and was able to help us with any request we had while on the tour. Janji was the best guide we could ever ask for, his kindness and gratitude will always be remembered. He helped make our tours as memorable as possible!

The rest of the staff we met along our trip were all amazing as well!

We are already planning our trip back and can’t wait to return!

From the moment we were picked up by the driver Oka we knew it was going to be a great experience staying here. We were given refreshments and cold towels to make our journey to the villa calm and soothing.
The staff at the reception were very welcoming and caring. The amenities provided was great and the breakfast menu was vast in choice. We had house keepers that will maintain the place when you leave. 24/7 on call reception for anything you need. The villa was lovely and we were given a personalised message for our honeymoon.
Free shuttle service throughout the Seminyak area was great too.
I have never had such a good experience like this when it comes to friendliness and great hospitality, we felt right at home throughout the stay.

Oka was a great driver and we requested him to take us on the 4 tours we booked through the villa, tours are all private so you can enjoy your time with your partner in the company of a great driver and guide. Also I would recommend the Spa for people to book as their staff were very good and professional throughout the treatment.

Oka was a standout favourite member of staff for us and he became a friend and made the experience very fun for us.

Me and my partner cannot thank the staff at Nyuh Bali Villas enough. Such gratitude, warmth and kindness from all of them. This has been our best holiday ever and a reason for that was because of people like Oka and the team at the villa.

My villa didn't look anything like the picture that was advertised, there are quite a few trip hazards around the pool area. But the worst thing was when we saw a large rat crawling along the wall next to our Pool. My wife is terrified of rats and so it made our holiday somewhat less enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was adequate, cleanliness in the kitchen area wasn't of a good standard, there was an open wheelie rubbish kept there, which I thought was not good.

WOW! My husband and I booked this trip for our honeymoon in November 2018 and we were not disappointed. At first glance we were a bit skeptical because of the location of the Villas, they seemed to be hidden away on a residential street and away from the tourist area but BOY were we wrong!

The Villas provide a complimentary airport pick up and due to flight delays we were an hour late getting into Bali. Our drive, Chita, checked flight times in advance of our arrival and was there waiting for us even though we were late. We were traveling from California and needed to change into cooler clothes when we got there - Chita said nothing as we took an extra 30 minutes to change. He was willing to wait until we made ourselves comfortable. When we got into the transport car he had ice cold towels waiting for us and water. I can't tell you how amazing that was, because Bali is HOT and we were already frustrated due to our flight delays.

When we arrived at the Villa we didn't have to worry about taking our luggage, staff came out and helped unload the vehicle. We didn't have to do anything but walk into the Villa lobby. When we arrived, Chita went behind the counter and checked us in, while we waited we were given a cool cinnamon and lime water - it was delicious!

I can't even find words to explain the Villa itself, gorgeous doesn't seem to do it justice, you'll have to look at the pictures. The staff, Chita, Daiwa, Ayu, Adits & Jenji were absolutely AMAZING!!

Everything about our stay at Nyuh Luxury Villas was outstanding. We had the honeymoon villa and it was perfect for our stay. The staff went above and beyond. Wonderful food, and we tried the floating breakfast which was fun. There is a free shuffle around Seminyak which was very convenient! Highly recommend anyone staying in Seminyak to stay here. The villas were absolutely amazing and the service was even better, nothing you asked for was too hard for them. Room was cleaned everyday with sheets changed and private pool cleaned and ph levels checked. Airport transfer was excellent with the driver helping with bags to the car, a bottle of water and cold towel waiting for us as we hopped in the car. Free shuttle was always waiting for us and had great info. The local area was beautiful and quiet with some excellent restaurants just a walk up the road. 10/10 and would recommend to all my family and friends.

Amazing hosts. Our check-in, stay, and check-out were made great by the friendly staff. This villa isn't in the best location walk-wise, but they provide a free shuttle throughout your stay. We did have a roach problem, but this was due to a 5.3 earthquake which coincided with a tropical thunderstorm...they took care of the problem for us while on a tour.

From the second we got there till the second we left this property and it’s staff were amazing!
Greeted on arrival & our villa was ready early so we got to go straight in. Plenty of information provided and a complimentary coconut drink and fruit platter.
The room was beautiful, the bathroom was huge with an outdoor shower and toilet on each side. A huge bath and 3x air conditioners!!! Large bed, tv, a couch, fridge, eating area under cover outside and our own private pool!
Our Villa was cleaned every day and even turned down every night with 4x free water bottles every day and fresh towels. Cooked breakfast brought to us every morning, with a special floating breakfast one morning and a free afternoon snack each day, which was delicious.
This place was relaxing and perfect for our stay.
The only downside was our Villa (8) was located just off the street. So we could hear cars/scooters/people passing by. It is off the Main Street so not very busy and you get used to it and not notice it as much.
Otherwise our stay was perfect.
Close to the shops & not a bad walk to the beach. This property also provides a free shuttle service to anywhere in Seminyak. We usually got a lift to the beach or shops then strolled back once we were done, only a 20-30 minute walk but we would stop to shop or eat. Every single staff member was friendly & helpful & always had a smile & asking if they could help us in any way!
We will definitely be staying again. Thanks Nyuh luxury Villas😊

If you’re considering booking Nyuh villas in Seminyak- please do so. This has been hands-down the best place I have ever stayed on vacation and I have been to quite a few countries. Our villa was extremely clean, private and intimate . It looks just as it is pictured online. It is so cozy, the private pool is huge and the outdoor shower is awesome. The food was great, we enjoyed the spa two times, which is just a few steps from your villa. Besides the villa being amazing what makes Nyuh in a league of its own is the impeccable professionalism, kindness and humbleness from their staff. By the first day they knew our names and we left knowing all of theirs. There was nothing the staff wouldn’t do, from taking pictures of us in our villa to continuing to check up on us even after we checked out and visited another part of Bali! They also provide tours so you can schedule all of that through the villa. While on the tours they too special care of us and treated us like family. It gave us an authentic experience especially at the temples, we did not feel like the rest of the tourist. Thank you Dewa, Adi, Chita and everyone else who made our stay in Bali unforgettable. We will be back

The villa was spacious, very clean and pool delightful. Pretty gardens added to the overall look. The staff were very friendly, always helpful and prepared to have a joke with you. We ordered in a few times and the food options were fine. The spa treatments were very good too. We used the site to walk to restaurants and to the beach, although taxis were not expensive and the villa shuttle was handy to drop you off nearby. We booked a day trip with the staff and enjoyed the day very much. The only suggestion is that searing was a bit uncomfortable, so a bit of cushioning would solve that problem. All in all a good break at a reasonably priced location.

We loved it here and would definitely be back. It was a gorgeous private villa, spacious and not too far from town but far out enough to not be on a busy street. The breakfast options were amazing and I miss the banana oatmeal already! We had a great tour with Gusti On the scenic tour.

An almost perfect stay at Nyuh Bali Luxury Villas

Had an almost perfect experience staying at Nyuh Bali Luxury Villas. My wife, my son and myself were all very impressed with the accomodation and services provided by Nyuh Bali Luxury Villas. From the airport transfer to the villa and the period we stayed there, it was really wonderful. Special thanks to Gusti, our driver and personal guide for the tours for his kindness and help. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable during our stay there. The food service could be faster though as breakfast were usually a little late but once the staff speak apologetically and sincerely, you'll no longer feel impatient or angry. Thumbs up for this place and for making our stay so wonderful ...

5/5, Great Private Villa in Seminyak!

My girlfriend and I booked this villa on a last minute decision due to missing our flight to Lombok. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and allowed us to early check-in. The villa has a free car ride service to and from anywhere in Seminyak. Full spa service although we didn’t use it. Free breakfast that was really delicious. Spacious room and a nice private pool. We might try the location in Ubud next time, but will definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in Seminyak.

Villa space is comfortable for a couple with high ceiling and well air conditioned. Bed and pillow is comfortable. Villa staff communication and service is excellent! The convenience of free shuttle service around the area is great as well!
Thumbs up for the service as it’s always courtesy with a smile!
The shower and wc area is close to nature (open concept; non air-con). The pool is acceptably clean and cold but do becareful of the pool walls as it’s very rough which abrased my knee immediately. The only setback for the stay is, there are still many mosquitoes and bites regardless many mosq. coils in place which makes it undesirable to slack and relax at the outdoor pavilion or poolside for long.

Absolutely amazing! 5* experience. Free floating breakfast in the middle of the pool, free shuttle taxi service. Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful spacious villa, excellent location! Would stay here again and again. Dewa was so amazing he made our stay their soo perfect. Book you won’t be disappointed.

Nyuh villa is located in a great place, easy access to the Seminyak Square. The size of the room is very decent, the room is very clean. Staff is all very friendly, they try to accommodate all the quests. The food selection and portion are a bit limited, Otherwise, it is a great choice for couple's honeymoon. Also, great picture and frame were provided!

Relaxing Break

We recently had a 4 day holiday at Nyuh Bali Villas and it was fantastic. The staff are great, and it really feels like they will accommodate any request you may have. Our plan was to spend 4 days relaxing by the pool and it was easy to do. This was our first 'Villa' stay, and having a private pool really can't be beaten as you can always get a seat.

Nyuh Bali Villas are ideally located close to all amenities. There are bars, restaurants, convenience stores and money changers close by, and their shuttle bus will run you around Seminyak if required.

The Villa's are large enough to be conformable; 3 air-conditioners keep the room cool; the housekeeping is great; the pool and garden are perfectly maintained; and you have total privacy. Villa security also is not a concern as the entrance to the villa area is lockable from the inside. Furthermore, even if the entrance/doors are open the staff won't enter without asking permission first.

All-in-all a Nyuh Villas is an excellent place to visit for a relaxing stay.

Amazing, will be back!!

We stayed for a week and had a fantastic stay. The villa was beautiful and immaculate with a great layout and private pool. The staff were so friendly, caring, welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay as great as possible - nothing was ever to big of an ask. The breakfast and food was also great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Wondeful Villa and exceptional customer service

The Villa is located at a very nice location in Semiyak. There are many restaurants near, and the beach is only a 20 minute walk away. The hotel offers many touring packages, make sure tou ask for Yudha as your driver and guide! He is incredibly informative and friendly to talk to.

My partner and I recently stayed here for a week and we had everything we needed and more!

We loved the privacy of having our own pool and just being able to relax. Staff were all so lovely (special mention to Mika and Dewa - thank you for making our stay so memorable!)) all were very friendly, they happily took us into Seminyak Square multiple times a day or made dinner reservations/phoned taxis etc.

Will definitely return again one day soon.

Ok i would like to be honest as i m always in bali for business every 3month,so i had a lot of stay around bali from ubud to uluwatu. the rooms could do with bit of updating, floor is always greasy, first day i checked in there was a lump of fecies over on wall top of my shower,and smell pretty awfull.i told dewa next day and he sorted it out.biggest issue for me was room setting is,dark with very little lighting.which makes it dimp and hard to get a fresh bright look.Dewa is awesome,he is very comforting and nice guy to deal with. If i was to come back i would be for having Dewa around.BUT here comes where upgrade need to be done..KITCHEN!!I had breakfast first day and eggs wasnt fresh , i got a tummy bug so for the rest of my stay i did not take breakfast in the hotel at all for the rest of my stay.just not risking it.kitchen staff needs an upgrade .everytime i pass kitchen i hear someone coughing very deep bassy cough and thats not on at all.Chef!!!u cant have pork chop special on menu for 4 days:)everyone in there should learnt from Dewa in sense of customer service as hes hit the spot but obviously not his hotel to change major issues.lighting around showers is also an issue .to dark everwhere with dark oak brown wall and ceiling ,you can imagine:)but hey beside this points of upgrade i had a good stay for the value.i hope this matters are address and hopefully il be there again in 3 month:)thanks to the crew at Nyuh Villas

Quiet, Seccluded, Excellent Service, Private Pool!

Cannot rate this hotel highly enough, immpecacle service, beautiful room and a private pool!
Breakfast being delivered to your villa in the morning was a big surprise!
The villas are slightly out the way, on a nice quite street, the offer a free on demand shuttle to Seminyak square which was amazing lots of beautiful restaurants in Seminyak and it was only a $5 Uber to Kuta.

Will definitely be back!!

The best part of staying at Nyuh was the staff. Very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Bali. The tours they offer are incredible, this is a perfect hub to stay if you want to tour around Bali. Love the staff!

We truly enjoyed our stay with Nyuh Bali Luxury Villas. Although the room condition needed some improvement, we were really happy with the staff at Nyuh Bali. Not only were they super friendly, they were also very professional and courteous. All the staff there really made us feel at home. We didn't know about this before we arrived, but the hotel provided free transportation to anywhere within the Seminyak vincinity, which was a plus. When we didn't feel like traveling anywhere for a restaurant, there were lots of resturant choices (and shops) within walking distance. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, friendly and convenient place to stay in Seminyak.

Superb Villa Experience

The Deluxe Villa was fantastic. We were in Villa 08 which fronts the road, and despite this it stills feels very secluded and private. The service was impeccable and the free shuttle service within Seminyak was also welcome. The property took care of booking restaurants and would bend over backwards to help with any request. Whenever we left the property we would always return to the room being serviced or the bed turned down for the evening. This is a great touch. The Villa itself was great with the outside gazebo dining area, private pool, large bedroom and large bathroom. The outside shower and toilet may put some off but rest assured these areas are screened. The shower can be directly accessed from the pool which is great for rinsing off after a swim.

This hotel is absolutely amazing!!!! They made everything about our honeymoom truly special. The service was top notch and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The villa was absolutely amazing. Its not located near many things but the hotel staff is more than happy to take you wherever you would like to go in Seminyak. They wil take you further for an additional charge, which we were happy to pay. We also went on a day tour to Ubud provided by the hotel and it was amazing. Our guide was knowledgeable and did everything imaginable to make sure we had a great time. I miss being there already! The poolside dinner was amazing and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Nyuh Bali Villas!

Perfect for relaxing. Massage fantastic. Staff couldn't do enough for you. I came with my daughter for a relaxing few days and by the first day we were chilled out. Hotel itself very quiet as only 8 rooms but such a lovely, quaint place.
