Our room smelled terrible. Like mold. Couch cushions were filthy, our pillow case had lipstick on it. In the breakfast lobby there was leftover bread from the morning in a container. There were numerous flies in there, all over the bread. I notified a staff member, and since it was around 10pm, she said “that’s morning shift’s problem”. The breakfast was very good. They offered made to order omelets, and the cook was fantastic. He was very quick and food was wonderful. They did offer complimentary alcoholic drinks from 5-7pm. We did arrive late (5min past 7), and staff still gave us a couple drinks. Overall, the cleanliness, and upkeep of the facility was terrible.

This property is not a classic Embassy Suites product. The property must’ve been purchased from Motel 6.
Embassy Suites has a stellar reputation.
I spend a lot of money to stay at this chain because I have expectations,
My experience was a complete failure.
My room, the power switches that didn't work, the television that wasn't connected to cable, and the shower curtain is literally reminiscent of a cheap hotel. The room doors are outside, and not in the usual inside corridors.
The breakfast was a disaster.
Embassy Suites is well known for a spectacular breakfast and dining areas, and this was awful.
I felt bad for the chef, he had to use one cooking range for making omelettes AND fried potatoes. The omelettes were not prepared in an individual pan as usual.
You can see right into the kitchen area.
It had all the charms of a Waffle House.
We ate off paper plates and paper bowls, and in some cases plastic silverware. There was not enough tables and chairs to seat people. They offer seating outdoors, but they did not dry off the morning dew, Tables and chairs were wet, People were forced to take plates and go back to their rooms to eat. We had to go back to our room to eat.
I took pictures.
If you are a fan of Embassy Suites, this is not your location.
ES, don’t worry about apologizing and “try to do better next time” because it’s not going to happen. it was a total disappointment.

The first impression as checking in was not good ! I asked to get my a room upstairs and away from the pool noise., I was told there was nothing available, Upon asking the cleaning staff I discovered there were plenty rooms available. Upon heading to our room, we walked on hallways were the floors are peeling its coating everywhere. Our room was dark and the smell of humidity and stagnant air was so strong that we have to keep the front door open for a long time in order to at leat get used to the air! there are no windows to open and ventilate the lower floor rooms. The chair on the dinning table was filthy, stained and did not belong to a room/hotel with the name of Hilton !! so was one of the cushions 0n the sofa, also our bed blanket had a stain that look like poop ! I called the front desk, they came to remove the chair, it was not replaced! the bedding was redone., later I was offered another room which I declined since we had already unpacked. Hotel is so dated, needs a good coat of paint with modern tones that gives customer an air of cleanliness and space. Breakfast omelets were fantastic, as well as the potatoes, coffee not good, we went to Starbucks!!

Reasonable price with several amenities included, including an expansive breakfast with an impressive omelet station. The evening happy hour was also a nice touch, although with a couple of diabetics in our party, it'd be great to have more low sugar drink options.

We stayed in the ADA room and utilized the pullout couch. A common wish for us regarding hotel/motel ADA rooms: it'd be nice to have 2 beds or at least a king sized to better accommodate parties of 3 or more with more sleeping space.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we encountered any issues. Great location close to shopping and restaurants, and a relatively short drive to Solvang and other regional attractions.

Staff was great. Rooms are ok, nothing special but not bad. The sofa bed mattress could be better, all springs no cushion, we had to ask for multiple blankets to make it better for my daughters. Size of the rooms is good but no windows, a little musty. Location is great. Breakfast bar was a money saver, made to order omelettes, pancakes, french toast and more, yum! Overall, not fancy but a decent stay for families.

Sadly I have to say this was not a good stay. I asked to stay in a room that would be quiet because we had to get up super early the following day. The evening staff gave us a room that unfortunately there were VERY LOUD frogs. When we inquired,we were told that other guess had previously complained, they emptied the fountain but when they added the water back, the frogs came back. My issue with that is that the reception knew this and should have either informed me or put us somewhere else where it was quieter being that I personally requested it in person. Other things that were not ok: the iron was literally broken, there was a whole piece missing on the side, the pull out bed was broken, the toilet was not really clean, no paper towels in the kitchenette area, the air vents were so filthy. We had to constantly contact the front desk. It was so late when we returned to the room and discovered all these things to change rooms. Upon checkout I spoke to the day reception and she apologized and gave me $10 Starbucks gift card. 😳 Nice gesture but that still did not make up for what we paid for the room and all the issues we had. But on a positive note, the chef and staff for breakfast were very nice.

Staff know this and still books guests in the room he brought me a mobile ac that I had to install in the slider door on the 2nd floor. This town isn’t the safest at night and I was up all night worrying someone could come in the door and kill me ! Called 3 times to speak to upper management about the situation the next 2 days and still have yet to receive a call back it’s been over a week. I’ll try corporate tomorrow. It’s a shame because it’s over all a good hotel in this small town but never again ! Hope and pray you don’t end up in the older unit on a hot day it was sheer misery

The hotel was nice, the staff was nice upon check-in and checking out. The breakfast was excellent with the made to order omelets, and we enjoyed the happy hour drinks and appetizers. We were near the Garden area, and it was interesting with the bullfrogs sounds coming from the pond. Only one thing happened that could of been worse, & that was housekeeping left our door ajar after cleaning the room. Anyone could of come inside our room and stolen our personal items at any time, as we were gone all day long. We are just lucky that didn't happen. I notified the front desk about it.

We were very disappointed with the condition of our room. The furniture was stained and dirty, and one of the chairs smelled strongly of urine. The sleeper sofa bedding was covered in crumbs and hair. While the chair was eventually replaced, it took far too long, and there were no available rooms to relocate us. Cleanliness should not be an issue at any hotel—especially a Hilton.

I asked for a margarita and got all syrup and ice. And in my husband’s rum and Diet Coke had no Diet Coke but water and rum. The Resturant was very dirty and disgusting. I’ve been to the Embassy suites before this surely was not. The night staff was very rude when I complained. And the walls were paper thin. I could hear the conversation the next room was having. The room smelled musty and moldy but at least it was clean . I thank God for.
