The check in was easy and May was very friendly. The parking lot was very dark they need to replace the lightbulbs. The bed was hard as a brick and the noise from the freeway made for nonexistent sleep. The front desk receptionist left at 10 pm and doesn't return until 10 am on Sundays, so if there's a problem there's NO one to contact. I will not stay here again.

Public access doors were not restricted to guests, keyholders, they freely opened around the clock. Room and grounds were clean. The smell of marijuana was throughout interior, hall, elevator, etc.

Ok bed and shower but very noisy, drunks lingering outside, hotel lobby and hallways very hot, key didn’t work properly even with front seat assistance, had to call phone on wall after 10pm to check in then waited in hot lobby with drunks outside. Felt very unsafe. Will never stay again. Would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.

I reserved a room online, paid, got confirmation, however night stay told me it wasn't paid. Was told no invoice, nothing showed up on Expidia showing we had a room, but it did show on my end. She refused to let me pull it up to show her. We had to pay, again, for a room.If it was not so late and my mother just getting out of ER, I would NOT have even paid for another room. Also, no breakfast for a fancy and expensive place, just snacks.

First and last time I stay here.

The room smelled terrible of body odor and or spices. The counter was dirty with stock food on top.
I filtered with 2 pets and was shocked to be hit with $25 per dog fee.

When you walking in the walkway, peoples cooking odor penetrates in your belongings and clothes. I walked out of there smelling like refried mixture. When I was trying to rest the smells of feed odors, sex, and whatever else odors where in the bed my hair and my cloth. I couldn’t catch a rest sleep. I requested a refund after being in the property for only 15 min. They refused to refund me.

Did not like the bed. It was a fold out bed look like and it was not leveled and shook with every move I made. I had snacks on the counter and woke up to nats around them in the morning. Had to throw them away. This place did not seem like the safest with one car there that had a busted out window. Overall was not pleased with the room.

It felt like a boarding house, for rehabilitation or somebody that just got out of prison halfway houses. All we needed was to have prison guards walking up and down the Hall. As soon as I checked in all I saw was people sitting in the Halls in front of the hotel room which look like a bunch of younger males that just got out of the prison.

I was told at check in a charge would be applied to change out sheets if requested, but I could get extra towels if needed. When requested I was told this was an additional charge as well. Poor communication from their staff, one for one exchange of towels was offered by houskeeping if I exchanged them at desk, that was not the case.

First off Ty the night manager was awesome! The first room we checked in smelled like cigarette smoke, so she moved us to another room, it was much better. The elevator smelled horrible too! For the price it wasnt worth it. The location was perfect for us. They also need ice machines. We probably wont stay there again.

The smell is overwhelming

Came in for my sons baseball tournament. The hotel served its purpose…somewhere to sleep. The property had an awfu smell in the halls. We held our breathe and hustled to an exit everytime we left. The room had a faint lingering smell, but nothing compared to the rest of the property. I felt safe in the area and we didn’t experience any bugs. Definitely not an ideal place, but again it was a bed to sleep in when we weren’t on the baseball fields or running around town.

Parking was probably adequate, but they only let us use the front door, so I either had to bring everything thing in st once and leave it by the desk unattended or else make multiple trips from the back of the building. There was only one luggage cart , apparently in use. And the clerk didn’t know where it was. Clerk wasn’t very congenial. Room only had soap, no shampoo.

Worst Extended stay I’ve ever stayed in.
TV didn’t work and they refused to move us to a room with a working tv. Manager wasn’t onsite and when I requested a call from her, the front desk clerk called me and said her manager refused to call me. Hotel is poorly managed and wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone.

This \"hotel\" is actually a low rent apartment type building where people actually live here. Very shady characters. There is no actual lobby only a set of doors like a sally port. And this is the only way in. I did not actually end up staying here after checking in and viewing my room and the property, I promptly asked for a refund and checked into a hotel 3 miles away. While I was checking in and out the girl that worked the counter was complaining about how she was going to quit because they had her doing everything and all she was supposed to be doing was answering the phones. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

First the room was super small. Theydo not provide any plates, cooking pans, cups, silverware. NOTHING! You can buy them from the front desk and take them home. Our bathroom had chips in the tub and side of the shower walls. The bed was not comfortable. The other guest next to us and above us were extremely loud and obnoxious.

We stayed in Peoria overnight for a baseball tournament, but from the moment we walked in, the hotel was disappointing. There was a strong odor, and the walls, floors, and doors were dirty and grimy. Our room had bugs, and we noticed fur at the bottom of the door jambs. The hotel felt extremely run-down and unclean. Additionally, people were coming and going, many smelling of smoke which made us uncomfortable especially with our children. Ultimately, we didn’t feel safe staying there and decided to check out, driving nearly two hours back home instead.

A/c was broken. Had to listen to the highway all night (load as hell) for cool air. Tv, only the volume worked. Couldnt change channel or anythiny.Then got a late checkout and the black girl in the front starts sayimg she told me it would be a 10 dollar fee. Which is a 100 percent lie because i would have known cause i didnt have money left on my card amd would have declined. Liara are annoying. Wont be back..

The room smelled like guests put their cigarettes out in the HVAC unit. So bad all our clothes and belongings reeked of it the next day. The place all in all is just run down and poorly kept. Dead bugs painted over the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Dirt and mold on the upper edge of the shower ledge.

The condition of this property was deplorable, wreaking of the smell of smoking fentanyl pills, paired with soiled sour cat litter and cheap air freshener. It was absolutely the worst place i've ever stayed at in my life. The only thing worse was the total disregard i was shown by the corporate office, and also by the customer relations manager, as well as the property manager. When i complained to the property manager, i was treated very rudely, continuously interrupted, repeatedly and loudly spoken over, laughed at and eventually hung up on. The customer relations manager repeatedly told me i'd hear back within 48 hours with an update/response from upper management which never actually happened. And ultimately I was informed that the district office had no concern or interest in addressing any of it.
It's such a far cry from what i know the hospitality industry to be. It's very disturbing to realize just how far the standard has fallen in just the last 10 years. At least at the Extended Stay on Sweetwater in Peoria AZ. And combined with the blatant negligence shown by upper management, this property won't be doing business for very much longer. Guaranteed.

My room was clean but I was not impressed. I was just glad that I did not have to be grossed out by roaches. I still clean before my family enters the room. So it’s not that big of a deal.
The pet rent is a bit extreme. I paid daily between $45-$50 for each pet. I should be walking into a room that is immaculate.
I was pretty disappointed with how they treated us at check out. We communicated that we were going to check out late and agreed to paying any extra fees. Long story short they did not let my husband back up to the room to help me take the last load to the car. I wanted to have the funds available so we could pay on our way out. We had some great teamwork going and all of a sudden my husband never showed up for the last load. I have all our pets and more than a few bags I could carry on my own. They threatened to blacklist us from all locations because they felt we were trying to dip without paying. Conveniently, he had to wait for me to come down from the 3rd floor to tell me what was going on because I didn’t have my phone with me at that moment. They must have had moments with other guests that snuck out the back door to avoid paying any extra fees. However, the way she judged us and the attitude we had to deal with was uncalled for. Communication would have been nice. I could have paid the fee at any moment, it was just convenient for me to take care of it as we were leaving.

We originally booked to stay a whole week. After the first night we could not stay. We did not feel safe, no one at front desk, strange cries and moans from next room, bugs and hair in bathroom. I got out of there as soon as I could with my 3 kids. Expedia worked well with me to try to recoup some of the money I spent but to no avail. We were much happier somewhere else.

The stay wasn’t all the way bad had a chance to relax for couple of days. But the elavator was slow only could use the front entrance to get in, plus hard to get into the room. No assistance during after hour had to fix the tv myself. Pretty quiet most of the time besides the freeway. No pots and pans for the kitchenette but there was near by food places.

I would not recommend this hotel...was dirty very noisy lots of tweekers transients room dirty tub has a hole in it...i asked the housekeepers if they could mop and sanitize and deoderize the room and she said sorry no..room smelled like wet dog inside..very noisy till 3am 4am kids and adults yelling and screaming..parking lot not safe i had to be armed all night with people just sitting in random cars watching all who parked..staff not friendly or helpfull window always closed..just a very bad experience here...if i could i would just get my money back..horrible place to stay...and on top all that nooooo towels soap of any kind in room and no TP we used our own....so if management reads this ...yes money back would be good...
