The hotel itself was clean and well decorated! However, during the first morning at 8:45am, someone entered my room while I was still in bed, and then noticed me and quickly stepped back out. Not sure if this was a worker or not, but it really frightened me. Additionally, while conveniently located, the surrounding area of the hotel did not feel safe, as there were often groups of people gathered outside all hours of the night. They would be inappropriate comments to me. Not the hotel’s fault of course but I think it would be helpful for people to know.

I booked a Deluxe Double Room for two and overall had a really good stay.

The service was excellent, staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Lisbon, with a metro station literally steps away, which made getting around very easy. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated with a stylish boutique vibe. Breakfast had a good selection and everything felt fresh.

A few small downsides: the bathroom was on the smaller side, there was a slight amount of mold in the shower grout, and there’s no extractor fan. The rooms are also not very soundproof. I could hear outside noise and some hallway activity.

Even with those minor issues, I would definitely stay here again because of the service and location.

Excellent choice of hotel. Had a balcony view over the square and after a tiring day sightseeing, sitting watching the world go by on an evening was so relaxing.
Room was only small but adequate as just a base for sleeping and very clean and well maintained.
Breakfast was continental and excellent and the free cake and coffee in an afternoon when you needed a rest was a great addition.
Hotel very central to the sights and the nightlife.
The subway was a 5 minute walk which made airport transfers not a chore at all.
Staff were approachable always willing to help and guide.
Will definitely be booking again later in the year

The hotel was nice , the location great, the around the clock coffee and tea was a plus, and the stuff were friendly, except the one (v .Z) who checked us in in a very unwelcoming manner, and kept acting unfriendly all through our stay, with no smiles and zero respect towards the guests.
We were offended by that kind of treatment, and we noticed other guests also were not comfortable talking to him.

Would absolutely recommend! We were greeted warmly and treated to a late breakfast and storage for our luggage as it was hours before check in. After staying elsewhere in Lisbon the week previous, we found this a lovely hotel with impeccably clean and well appointed rooms. The lounge area is warm and welcoming and the food and drink supplied were tasty. Room was quiet and dark to allow for a good nights sleep.

The locatiion was great! The hotel staff was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Soraia and Tiago were so friendly and cared about their customers. The breakfast was very good, room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was built in the old church that was still next door leaving the old structure.

I stayed at Boemio FLH Hotels for 2 days and it was actually pretty nice. The location is perfect if you plan to walk alot for food, shopping, etc.
I will admit it can get a bit noisy.
The breakfast has a variety even if you a little on the picky side.
The welcoming touch is the treats left out by the staff for guest to enjoy its spot on!
When I return to Lisboa I'd stay here again

The hotel itself was wonderful — the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower + tub were a true delight. We were greeted with chocolates and a kind note from the staff upon arrival, which made us feel very welcome and at home :) Breakfast was excellent, and the lobby’s unlimited coffee, water, and savory snacks were a great touch. The only downside was the area surrounding the hotel; at night we encountered some sketchy situations and it didn’t feel very safe. Aside from the location, everything else about our stay was fantastic.

If you have stair issues this hotels elevator only goes to the 3rd floor and stair the balance to 4-5th. Staff are happy to help with luggage. Perfectly located in Rossio square area next to a beautiful cathedral. Restaurants and shopping and buses , tram and other transportation all very close. This hotel was great. Glad we stayed here our last 3 nights in Portugal.

The hotel was very cozy and right away as you walked in the temperature was a relief from the heat outside. Fresh water and snacks were offered which was amazing! The rooms were beautiful. Big beds with a large TV on the wall and on the second floor you had floor to ceiling windows in the room and bathroom that open like doors - very chique. The room and hotel was very clean, quiet and the views from the room were nice - out to see Rossio Square. We had an issue with the AC in the room and as it was not fixable we got moved to another room on 3rd floor and the room was better and still had the same comfortability. The location is very convenient and staff are friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be visiting this hotel next time i am in lisbon.

Fantastic front desk staff. Great breakfast that is available till 11am. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and lovely. Everything is walkable. I asked for an interior room so I could avoid street noise and they accommodated me. Unfortunately, there was construction happening within the hotel by my room where drilling and hammering started by 9am. But sometimes these things just happen. Wished they could have waited till a little later to start the banging, but I’d still stay here agin. I have no real complaints

There’s not a restaurant on site, but the room service delivery options they offer are really delicious. I used them twice and they delivered lunch within 30 min of my order.

There are a lot of immigrants that loaf around the front of the property that obviously are either homeless or have no place to go, but nobody bothered me.

We really enjoyed our stay! I almost gave it four because the air conditioning was horrible and when we asked them to check on it, nothing changed. This made it very uncomfortable for sleeping as we were very hot. But otherwise the room was comfortable and clean, and not big but more spacious than anticipated (especially the bathroom). Diogo was lovely, as were most of the front desk people. Breakfast was not exciting or filling for me but it was at least fresh and neatly presented.

This hotel is in a great location. It's close (can walk) to most major sites and public transportation is nearby. The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff who were very helpful throughout our stay. Some people mentioned that the square in front of the hotel had a lot of foreign people sitting there and that made them afraid. That's true but my husband and myself never felt afraid - we were never bothered/harrassed.

This is a beautifully styled boutique hotel. It’s so accessible to bars, restaurants and the tourist attractions. One of the main stops of tramline 28 is just around the corner.
The staff are super friendly and obliging. The rooms are very comfortable with large beds and luxurious bathrooms. The rooms are surprisingly quiet as outside can be quite busy. It’s great to have premium fresh coffee and tea available all day in reception and even better, when at 2 p.m., delicious cake is served too. The hot drinks can be taken back to your room but I know it’s something different to think about when your used to those facilities available in the room. Although this did not have any negative impact on our stay at all as it was nice to socialise in the comfortable reception area and speak with the staff too. This hotel also does not have a bar however there are plenty of these on the doorstep.
The continental breakfast was to an excellent standard and put many, many hotels to shame that we’ve stayed in. Also, advising which breakfast slot you’d like at check in, made breakfast a lot less chaotic.
All in all an excellent stay and we would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Lisbon.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is in the center of a very busy square& shopping area. Its the meeting point for many tour groups so very crowded outside the hotel day and night. Be mindful of pickpockets and the street vendors who are right outside the door 24/7. Overall a great stay. Walkable to everything.

Cozy decorum with a great location

Had an expellant stay at the Boemio Hotel. The location was perfect being near all the major parts of the city center and we found our room to be bigger than expected. Very friendly staff and found the decorum very charming. I highly recommend for a couples trip.

The hotel was absolutely amazing and the service exceptional. The room was a bit too small for 2 beds and the set up could have been better laid out but the service more than made up for it.

The staff is tremendously welcoming and helpful.
I love that there is coffee and (fresh) snacks all the time. The location is a central starting point for most of what we wanted to do. The property is well maintained, very much a boutique, so cosy but modern and well appointed. They are on a square so they have a little patio area with some potted trees that is the perfect perch for a little coffee or port while people watching. Booked it again for my last night after a few days in Porto. Loved it.

Genuinely wonderful hotel. The staff were beyond lovely and accommodating and the room was perfect and filled with nice touches that made us feel so welcome and at home. They let us keep our bags there all day after checkout and when we came back to collect them they offered us complimentary cake and tea/coffees and treated us like guests even after checkout. The breakfast was delicious and they stagger the timings so it was never too busy. Couldn’t fault it and was thoroughly impressed!

The hotel is very cute and close to the Rossio metro. They offer snacks in the lobby to welcome you and the staff is very friendly.
The only thing is the hotel room door is a bit thin so we could hear people in the hallway and a bit from outside even with all the windows closed. Bring ear plugs for a noiseless sleep.
Other than that, it was a good stay before heading home.

Good central location opposite the National Theatre. Great value for money with a well appointed room. The staff were all extremely friendly, really going out of their way to be helpful. Lots of little freebies like cake and biscuits in the lounge area with free nespresso and tea. Chocolates in the room too.

Smaller hotel in a PERFECT location for visiting Lisbon as a tourist. Great staff, very clean, interesting decor and a nice breakfast. The room was small - especially the bathroom. Some street noise but not a problem for us. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location for a home base! The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist or greet you with a warm smile. Breakfasts were both nutritious and delicious—a perfect start to a day of exploring Lisbon. Despite being in a bustling central area, the soundproof windows and rooms provided remarkable tranquility, though you can easily let in the lively buzz of Lisbon by opening the window. With plenty of shopping and dining options just 2 to 10 minutes away, this place truly lives up to its motto: “Feels like home.” We also got a kick out of the elevator’s weight-measuring feature—a fun way to track how much we enjoyed Portuguese food and shopping each day!

I enjoyed a wonderful stay here for a week. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the area was so easily accessible, both for walking and getting the buses and metro! The daily breakfast was delicious and the afternoon refreshments were especially welcoming after a long day of exploring the city. Yes, there are people that loiter outside, but I never encountered an issue as they never interacted with me. If I come to Lisbon again, I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway in the city

Excellent 2 nights stay at the Boemio Flh Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating with all of our requests. The hotel is very close to a popular square but rest assured, the rooms are very well sound insulated and quiet. The breakfast had alot of variety for a healthy breakfast. Coffee and tea available at the dinning café area with cookies and cake. The design of this boutique hotel is exquisite, great music. I would recommend 100%
