We were greeted by smiley, kind and courteous staff who offered us a seat and a glass of Prosecco as we checked in. The room was perfect: clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Everything was just perfect - the staff; room; food - breakfast was amazing; pool; the view from the rooftop bar and the the restaurant; the free shuttle to and from Sorrento each half hour throughout the day. Top notch hotel. Service was excellent. Concierge was excellent. Pool was great. Elevator access to beach club. I have no complaints. Would return. They have a shuttle to town center which is nice. Taxis are quite costly 20-30 Euros for 1 mile trip to the Marina. 350 Euro for round trip for dinner in Positano. 180 euro transfer to Naples. You can easily take ferries all day to Capri and Positano. Sorrento is flat and easy to walk. If you choose to stay in Positano over Sorrento good luck with the endless stairs and crowds of people.

One of the best service experiences I’ve had, definitely five star service. Having paid 100+ euros for beach clubs in the region prior to staying here, the included lounge chair and umbrella in a nice area at the beach club accessed via elevator from the lobby was great! Yoga class was lovely and so was the spa experience. Would definitely return next time I’m in the region and highly recommend.

Enjoyed every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and had a fabulous view. The room wasn’t large but had everything we needed including a good amount of space to store our luggage. The toiletry products at the hotel are lovely. Great amenities, spa, pool and beach club were great, breakfast was a highlight, we had a brilliant evening watching the sunset from the rooftop bar. Staying here absolutely made our honeymoon, would definitely go back if able to get the opportunity again.

From the moment we arrived, wow! Hotel Mediterraneo was a highlight of our 11 days in Italy. Every single staff member was welcoming and so hospitable. The location is great, they have a shuttle to Sorrento every hour. The food was fantastic. We went to the restaurant for dinner, without any research into the restaurant. It was one of the most incredible meals I have had in my whole life. The rooftop bar is lovely and has a great view.
Every single room, hallway, etc is beautifully decorated. Aniello, Salvatore and Giada and all the staff, were incredible, I can't say that enough. We will be back for a longer stay during warmer weather :)

Hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing and help at any request. We had a room with a sea view and the sunsets views are amazing. Has a car that takes you into town regularly so its location is no issue at all. Breakfast was perfect with large selection. Rooms are not large but believe standard for Italy. Only issue was the rooftop bar which is its highlight was closed twice for weddings - so if you have a short stay - be prepared to not have its amazing rooftop open. Otherwise an amazing hotel with no issues and beautiful views.

My stay in the hotel is fabulous! It is a hidden gem in Sorrento. We love everything in the hotel! The staffs are very welcoming and attentive. They recognise all their guest and greet them with smiles. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a seaview room. The room is very modern and stylish. The breakfast is a highlight, it has a great variety of cold and hot food, a very good start of our trip in Amalfi Coast ! It doesn’t not locate in Sorrento Center so it is very quiet and relaxing in that area (no worries, there is a shuttle to Sorrento center) ! Highly recommend to all :)

Fantastic stay. Hotel is a top notch property. Staff literally go above and beyond and treat guests like royalty. Amenities and facilities including pool, rooftop bar, and beach access make it worth every penny. Yes it is pricey but if you fan afford it you will but regret the stay. Highly recommend staying here. As an Expedia VIP member, they did offer me a room upgrade but only late on the last night of my stay, because they were fully booked, but I declined because even the room they had given me was fantastic with a large balcony and beautiful view of the pool and the nature around the hotel.
