Everything was good ~breakfast & service was perfect. Enough room for the family of 4.
My adult son’s could have their own space.

What we did not like: for what we pay/night,
they should not charge for parking. We had to find another way to park less expensive.
Secondly, the pictures of Gran Soller show the
pool, and around in a larger space.

We had a great stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The pool on the roof is small and all the us loungers were taken but we spent some time in the spa which the kids loved.
The room was lovely with comfortable beds and they made the kids bed up for us. It’s a great location near the square and is a beautiful old building. We would definitely stay again

Absolutely beautiful stay at this property! It looks like a castle! The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is delicious. Parking on property is so convenient. Just 1 block away from the center of Soller, but feels like you're in a retreat. Would absolutely recommend this place!

A beautiful, classic hotel with very kind and helpful staff. After checkout they stored our luggage while we went to a beach and we were able to freshen up at the hotel afterwards which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Excellent sandwiches and gelato around the corner, very convenient location with easy parking. Also lots of nice details, like a generous breakfast spread and the work of local artists throughout the hotel. Absolutely recommend!

This was a truly perfect stay at a hotel where the staff are warm and welcoming to all, the food is amazing and the cleanliness is outstanding. This hotel is a little dated but not in poor repair at all. It is clearly maintained to a high standard and with pride. Bedding was luxury, food was also a very very high standard in restaurant and breakfast and bar snacks. The pool is a perfect spot for cooling down after a busy day. Location could not be better-we were a group of 4 and cannot wait to return

This is a beautiful older hotel in the heart of Soller. All elements of our stay were satisfactory or beyond. The staff, amazing. Breakfast great. Restaurant nice when you want to stay in with very good food and outstanding staff. You can’t go wrong here unless you don’t like an older hotel. It’s a beautiful older building with modern conveniences.

We arrived the day of the storm - everything was just perfect! We arrived before lunch but our room was ready already - they went out of their way to make us feel welcome - nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be going back as we weren't able to get down to the Port because of the weather so I am going to go back!! Thank you!

This is one of the friendliest hotels weve ever stayed in, the staff are exceptional always smiling go above & beyond, special thanks to Barbara for being so lovely. Rooms are very nice , great hairdryer, so no need to pack your own .. beautiful bed linen , fluffy white towels & robes , small rooftop pool but gorgeous up there ! In summer i think it would be too crowded but this week was perfect . Last but nor least, the food ! Wow !! We only ate out one night as the food was too delicious at the hotel .. it was our 1st trip there but certainly wont be our last .

We had a lovely stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel itself and room was spotlessly clean and in good condition. Breakfasts were really great and had something for everyone. The spa facilities were most welcome and we made good use of. Lovely view from the rooftop pool and loungers of the mountain range!

The hotel is also nicely situated with the main square and restaurants 3 minutes walk away.

A short mountain break.

This is an excellent hotel. It’s situated just off the main square in Soller. The rooms are comfortable with super air conditioning and the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is superb with fresh fruit a continental selection and eggs etc cooked to order. This was our first visit to the hotel but it won’t be our last!

Nice pool area. Bedroom and bathroom have good facilities, lovely linen and towels. The bedroom was small.

I am sure this was once a nice hotel, but it’s incredibly old and outdated at this point. The rooms are ugly and everything inside feels old now. It’s really well-located, but the way it looked made me upset I paid so much to stay here.

Aside from the look of the hotel, food is ok (we hated the dinner but enjoyed the breakfast), and the massage I got there was very good. Overall the experience was alright, but I wouldn’t stay here again if I returned to the area.

Its in a perfect location to visit the square or the port ( tram stop is opposite the front gate).

Would love them to provide filtered water rather than people buying lots of small plastic bottles of water. We don't mind paying but want the plastic to stop.

Whilst we were there they switched from the tiny bottles of shampoo etc to big ones- fantastic!

Food in the restaurants it's great. Would just like smaller portions at lunchtime- maybe you could do 2 sizes? Breakfast is great.

Rooms are lovely. Most of the tv channels don't work unless you want Spanish or German speaking ones.

We would recommend it as the staff were fantastic and couldn't do more to help.

Hotel is shabby and run down, not 5*, the one redeeming feature is the lovely staff who are very over worked. The room we stayed in had pubic hair everywhere, the ceiling leaked and the decor was that of a premier inn, not a single touch of the luxury that you’d expect from a 5* hotel or somewhere with such a grand exterior. The rooftop pool is very small but is a lovely feature it’s just a shame you can’t get drinks past 6pm. The food was mediocre. It’s a 3* at best, we moved to L’Avenida after 5 days here, which is a 4* but was exceptional, beautiful, incredible staff, the best food and it totally puts this hotel to shame.

Sóller has my heart and this hotel is a big part of that. It is perfectly located in the center and is only a 5 minute bus ride to the port. the bus runs every hour or so on weekends and 15-30 mins on weekdays. The hotel itself is so beautiful, the staff is super nice and informative. the hotel restaurant is perfect for dining in. I would definitely revisit and stay at Gran Hotel Sóller.

We had an issue with our COVID test for getting back to the UK and once again the staff went the extra mile to help resolve the issue. We will be returning to this beautiful hotel very soon.

Hotel looked lovely, car parking limited ! Some Rooms included one we were given were in adjoining building which was slightly disappointing. The room had an enormous bed but really small wardrobe and no drawer facilities and a very tiny balcony. Make sure if you book you ask for a room in main hotel !
Also for a five star hotel only two choices if you are on a half board package.

Great staff, nice atmosphere. We were there with our two small children (8 and 6) spent most of our time in pool which was great but is quite small and we did worry about other guests not appreciating the little ones being so close. That said we had no problems and kids loved it.

The original room allocated to me was dark and pokey, in the corner of the building. I asked to change and was given a better room in the annex. The staff were very helpful, but the hotel itself feels a little tired. Breakfast used to be served on the roof, now it's served in the basement and on a terrace beside the car park. The hotel looks impressive from the outside, but it's disappointing inside.

Great hotel, albeit a few minor disappointments since our first visit in 2015. Firstly breakfast is no longer served on the front outdoor terrace which is beautiful. It's served at the back which is not quite so attractive in terms of space and greenery. Secondly the gym needs some attention in terms of equipment maintenance - I saw someone's dumb bell fall apart and my partner nearly had a nasty accident on the weights bench. Machines need servicing. Other than that is is a fantastic hotel - spacious, clean, great 4th floor terrace with pool, lovely breakfasts, nice air con throughout.
