This hotel was PERFECT! Had a very large, clean room. The staff was extremely helpful, the pool was lovely and never too crowded. It was in a perfect spot just off the Main Street with a great restaurant attached and next door. It’s right by all the action but still very quiet, it also had incredible views. Couldn’t have asked for better, truly got my money’s worth here.

I had a truly relaxing stay at Hotel Aimia. It’s a quiet, boutique-style property, no large crowds, just a calm and peaceful atmosphere. During my visit, most guests were adults, which added to the tranquil vibe.

The pool area was a highlight: plenty of loungers (no early morning towel races!), a comfortable water temperature, and a serene setting perfect for unwinding. The weekday lifeguard deserves a special mention, they were friendly, attentive, and even took time to help young children gain confidence in the water. It was heartwarming to see.

My room had a stunning view that started each day on a peaceful note. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful escape with all the comforts and none of the chaos, Hotel Aimia is a wonderful choice.

First time to the hotel and to Mallorca. We were very impressed with the facilities and the service at the hotel. Dina , the Front Office Manager was very friendly and professional and nothing felt any trouble.
The other staff were all lovely too. Special shout out to Ines the Life Guard! She is amazing with the smaller guests using the swimming pools.

The spa facilities were a nice bonus. My only slight fault was the bed would shift as it wasnt fixed to the ground, however i am confident that had i mentioned this to the lovely staff they would have sorted this for us. A great place to stay, just back from the beach

Wonderful staff, all very helpful and engaging. The hotel is location near the centre of the town, back from the beach. It's very easy to walk to restaurants and cafes and bars. If you drive, the free parking available close to the hotel is a blessing. However, we would take public transportation if we returned. The gym and spa are enough, the pool area is tidy and welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent.
All in all, a great place to stay!

A fantastic and affordable hotel in Port de Soller

This hotel was infinitely better than I expected from the photos. It is simple in design but very comfortable and well equipped. The staff are excellent, cheery and helpful. The parking was super convenient, just stopped outside the hotel to pick up the key and the parking is around the corner. The location is pretty well on the sea front, just near is a small supermarket which was handy. We had one of the cheaper rooms, with only a small, side balcony. Though our view was obstructed a little by the building in front, it was still very pleasant. Try to get a higher floor for this reason. The pool and restaurant area is lovely and extremely clean. Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine. We would definitely stay again. Special shout out to Dina who gave us a super friendly welcome!

Wonderful stay in beautiful Port Soller

The friendly greeting at reception made a great first impression. We had a very spacious room on the 3rd floor with amazing views of the sea and mountains. There was plenty of room for 3 of us with good wardrobe space and a good sized balcony. The bathroom was modern with separate walk-in shower and bath and lovely toiletries.
The pool area was peaceful and relaxing with plenty of beds.
We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked nice and had a good menu.
Breakfast, sat outside near the pool was a wonderful way to start the day! We'd happily go back.

The best place to stay

It was the best hotel we stayed in on island, and we stayed in 5 4* hotels in different places during 2 weeks. It is small, but very good hotel, we felt so relaxed, so pampered. Everything was of very good quality - the hotel, the superior room, very comfortable bed, quiet street, very friendly and super-attentive personnel, breakfast, the overall vibe, the views, free parking, location just next to the promenade and the beach has really great views, and we liked the little town and laguna a lot! Unfortunately we stayed just 2 nights and had to move to the next city, if we knew this will be so good, we would take more nights there. We hope to return some day! If you want to really relax in perfect comfort, this is a place for you. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is well situated just a short walk from the seafront. It’s clean & well maintained. Staff are very friendly. We had a superior room which is fairly spacious & comes with a balcony. A good pool area & we could always get a sun lounger. Breakfast was great and we would recommend an evening meal in the restaurant as the food is superb. A lovely hotel and a very nice resort with plenty of restaurants & cafes in close proximity.

Great 4 star hotel. Close to the seafront and all amenities. You have trams to Soller and train to Palma.The staff are outstanding. It rained one day and they provided a number. I forgot my iPhone recharger and they provided one. They were great in booking restaurants for us . You need to book in advance here.
The pool area is superb. No fighting for sunbeds. The breakfast was a great range of fresh fruit, cereals , cooked breakfast and breads.
The only gripe I have is I stayed in room 109 . The standard rooms are very dark and very overlooked, with no balcony. But I would highly recommend this hotel for those on their own as the staff were so helpful and caring. I would return.

Excellent 6 night stay in Port de Soller B&B basis

Excellent hotel all round - small enough to provide excellent personal service but big enough to have great and varied facilities. Couldn’t fault the staff or service for our whole stay - 6 nights B&B. The mattress was on the ‘hard’ side but a topper gave us a great nights sleep from the 2nd night for the rest of our stay. Large bedroom with great bathroom and storage facilities - all kept very clean. All in all a thoroughly recommended 4 star hotel.😊

We had our daughter’s birthday party at the Amia Hotel & I think it’s probably the best Hotel experience I’ve ever had, the staff could not do enough for us, thank you all. The hotel itself was top notch & slightly boutique, from super clean outdoor pool, which we used a few times, to the Spa on the lower ground floor, including Steam room, Sauna & various temp showers. The restaurant experience was lovely, we had the taster menu, which was excellent.

Staff who go above & beyond

It was our first family holiday since my 2.5 yr old son was diagnosed as autistic. we were all made feel very welcome. I felt the staff went above and beyond for us. We had a nice sea view room. The hotel was clean & the breakfast buffet was tasty & had something for everyone. spoke to a number of other guests who were repeat guests which speaks volumes for the hotel & staff. We look forward to returning another time.

Well equipped modern hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Nice quiet pool area and an excellent breakfast, including cereal, fruit, cheeses and meats, hot bacon, sausages, eggs (cooked at least 2 ways and the option of a freshly cooked omelette), pastries, pancakes and muffins and oranges you can squeeze yourself. What more could you ask for? Quite centrally located in Port De Soller, but set back from the front and therefore a quiet location.

What really stood out was the attitude of the staff. They were superb. My only complaint was the quality of the bar food. It could have been better.

The restaurant was very quiet in the evenings, which was a shame for the great saxophone player who was entertaining one evening. Perfect hotel for a few days away in Port de Sóller. Suitable for couples and families. Lots of little ones when we were there and the staff were great especially Jenny who was very helpful and friendly. We have teenagers who were happy to lay by the pool (plenty of sun beds) or have a wander around the town. The room we had was a good size and had a view over the harbour. Also had a good selection of food for breakfast.

Few minutes walk to beach! Lovely pool area! Plenty of sun beds! Room was enormous with plenty of storage! Only downside breakfast wasn’t great! They seem to put it out early and the same stays out so by the time you arrive to eat it’s looks abit worse for wear and cold! Though you can order an omelette which we were never told about!!!!! All in all I did enjoy my stay at this hotel and would recommend it!

The staff were so friendly! The buffet breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and a wide selection of fresh fruit. We stayed in a standard room which was good but there was no balcony. If having a balcony is important to you I would suggest going for a superior room. We will definitely be returning. Loved the hotel. Loved port do Sóller.

Fantastic stay!

We had a brilliant time, the hotel is very clean and well equipped, and in an excellent location close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel offers a great breakfast too. Pool facilities are also great and the staff friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Lovely hotel

Very quiet, good position. Staff extremely friendly on reception. Breakfast a little disappointing, could be chaotic with replenishment of food and drink very slow. Room cleanliness was excellent, we witnessed the maids clean underneath the chairs etc, very thorough.

Perfect hotel - modern, clean, friendly.

We would not hesitate to recommend the Aimia Hotel to anyone wanting a smaller, boutique type hotel with a pool, restaurant, cafe/bar, spa, well situated within Port de Soller, one building back from the seafront. All the staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The public areas are modern and kept to a high standard of cleanliness as are the rooms. We were there in August 2018 during a particularly hot spell & the airconditioning was a godsend! We were able to park our car for free all week a minute's walk away in an open air gravelled area which had a locked barrier. Residents are given a key to use for the week which means you can come and go as you please. One of our teenage daughters is a coeliac and the hotel was very accomodating both in providing breakfast items (a huge plate full to choose from) and in adapting the evening meal menu to suit her on the one occasion we ate there. Their attitude is \"if we know about it we can do something about it\" and I really got the feeling that would apply to any aspect of the holiday, not just someone eating gluten free. One of the other things we REALLY liked about this hotel was that there was no race to reserve sunloungers every morning. I counted about 60 around the pool which covers perhaps two-thirds of residents if the hotel is full? We ate breakfast outside every day - there is a huge choice - & lunch by the pool if we weren't out. Both great.

Don’t stay here if your life depended on it

The room didn’t have air conditioning working. We checked in a 1pm and by 6pm it still wasn’t fixed. This occurred during the heat wave. The manager lied to me and said that Mallorca has a law that doesn’t allow them to lower the temperature below 24 Celsius (75 degrees). I had a pregnancy wide and 1 year old in the room so the manager (Flavio - I believe) asked if my wife wanted a complimentary bottle of wine so she could sleep. The manager should be fired. He didn’t care about us. Other than that the hotel is nice but things happen when you vacation and they didn’t care since the hotel was full.
I wouldn’t stay here if they gave me a week for free. Monica was amazing and should be the manager but she had no authority.
No comps - no good treatment.
I will would stay if they demoted this manager.

The main things that sell this hotel are how good the staff are, and the position of it. Drinks from the hotel bar are not unreasonable either so we very much enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Intimate Hotel

Quiet but only a minute from the beach and main beachfront promenade. Stayed for only 6 days but wished it was longer. Breakfasts lovely and meals at lunchtime good value and very good quantity. We ate out in the evenings so did not experience the evening meal. Our room was small but we new this having only booked a standard room and it was perfectlecy adequate for our needs.

Really loved this hotel. Exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and professional. Always smiling. It's very laid back at this hotel. Quiet around the pool during the day and never a fight for space. Food was really good with 3 courses for €26. Loved the breakfast. So much choice. Beds were good for me as they were on the hard side with no lumps or bumps. Shower was excellent with good pressure and hair dryer good too. Overall a lovely few days with nothing negative to say
