We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in August. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were spacious. Air conditioning in the room was perfect and. Dry much needed as we were there during a heatwave. Fabulous views over the bay from our room and at breakfast. Food was plentiful for breakfast and all tastes accommodated. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Easy to access the beach and good restaurants, breakfast nice, lovely sea view from our room and dining area. The staff were all really friendly and attentive. Noon checkout is great.

Would’ve been good to have fresh drinking water in the room each day rather than just the first night.

No salty taste left in our mouths, great hotel!

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located. Spotlessly clean and aircon worked a treat. Shower was brilliant and lots of storage space. The views over the port were 10/10. Bed was comfy but not as luxurious as hotel beds normally are, and needed more pillows. Pool area was lovely, though get there early for beds! Food was great though we chose to eat out most evenings. Would definitely come back! Loved it.

Arrived early + decided to have lunch on terrace. Extremely strange woman with short black hair, likely in 60s, may be Mallorquin, but who often burst into French and displayed very strange + eccentric behaviours including inappropriate mannerisms was serving me. When I asked for ketchup for my pork + mashed potatoes, she made strange, disapproving facial expressions for about one minute, before finally going to get some ketchup. Also when I asked for salt and pepper, she made annoyed facial expression and then when she brought them to my table, she did not put them on the table, + instead handed them to me! In fact, when she first came to take my order, she kept saying,Ókay! okay! okay! okay! many times in a whispering voice! It was very strange. Later, I asked her if she could put some fresh pasta I had (unopened pack into a refrigerator as I woudl not get my room for 1-2 hours. She immediately said no because it´s not from the hotel. As her English is not good, she thought I was asking her to heat it up (in microwave) so that I could eat it! Then woman from reception joined + told me, ´No, it´s not possible´. I said, ´why not? It is unopened´, so then she said to other lady, ´keep it in fridge til 3pm´.Male waiter at breakfast cleared my table despite little black block left on table. Day before, same man loudly banged on my room door despite do not disturb sign clearly displayed.Man at reception was very rude and passive aggressive towards me regarding calling a taxi!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Having visited this resort many times, this was the first opportunity we had to stay at this hotel.
It’s located at the quieter end of the bay and it’s generally really peaceful. It has a beautiful Veranda overlooking the bay, which is where breakfast is served.
Staff are lovely and welcoming.
Pool area is on the small side and overlooked by rocks, which means that some beds are often in the shade. On the plus side, the beds are extremely comfortable and each one comes with a pillow! On check in you are given a card to exchange for beach towels.
Our room was at the back of the hotel and definitely one of the smallest we’ve stayed in. The shower and bathroom were extremely small, but the beds were very comfortable and the pillow menu catered for everyone.
We had a really lovely stay and would highly recommend 😀

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent - easy access to beach, shops and cafes. We booked a mountain view room on the second floor which had a pleasant outlook and a large terrace. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Fabulous power showers, robes and slippers made the stay feel very luxurious. We booked the half board option - excellent ! Fantastic breakfast buffet with dishes cooked to order. Evening menu was sophisticated and had lots of choice. The pool area was stunning and was a wonderfully tranquil space to relax and enjoy the incredible views. All the staff , without exception , were wonderfully welcoming, friendly and thoroughly professional, - superb, consistent service for the whole week. We will definitely return ! Thank you for an extremely enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Lovely view, pool and staff, shame about the room.

Really nice stay. Reception and staff were really helpful friendly people that could speak multiple languages. We stayed on level 3 in the outdoor house section, we didn’t have a good view out of the window as we were near where the walkway to the stairs to the pool were which was behind the hotel really and payed for the standard room, but we still had a private balcony area with two chairs and a table. Our room was nice, had everything we needed, however the air conditioning didn’t work which wasn’t that much of a problem as wasn’t too hot in April time in the evening but would’ve been an issue during the summer. Shower was way too small though, I am only small but could barely lift my arms up to wash my hair which was a bit annoying! Toilet seat kept falling down too which was also a bit annoying. Fridge didn’t work, however we weren’t that fussed as it wasn’t prime summer heat. Me and my boyfriend weren’t that bothered but I can imagine an old couple complaining about the amount of things that didn’t work in the room we had stayed in. However, the pool was absolutely stunning, comfy loungers to lay on too. Breakfast was really nice lots of healthy options and additional cooked omelettes or eggs benedict if wanted which was nice! Overall really nice stay for 2 nights. I had a look at the menu prices for dinner and drinks and was quite expensive, but is as expected for such a nice hotel and area to stay in! The view is incredible.

Parts of this property were great, others were just average. We came here for our honeymoon, and asked for a double bed in our room. We were given 2 twins with no option to change. Additionally, the hotel turns off the AC from midnight to 7am - not sure if that is normal in this area, but each night we woke up in the middle of the night overheating with no option to cool off (not cold enough outside). We also needed to do some laundry as we were on our 2nd week of traveling, and our laundry was a full 24 hours later than originally promised and they still charged us the full amount.

The pool area was fantastic and the food is decent as well. Patricia at the restaurant was delightful. The property is truly gorgeous and it’s in an amazing location.

Overall, this hotel appears and markets itself as luxury, but it seems they are still trying to figure it out. For the price point we paid I really expected more compared to the other hotels we booked during our trip.

Unfortunately - the hotel had just gone thru a big flood event and the ground floor and first floor of the hotels were completely destroyed. Causing the hotel staff to try their best in accommodating the guests slated for those rooms.

Because of this, it was incredibly difficult for the staff to properly accommodate everyone as they were supposed to. We had to take a room that was not as “premium” as the room we paid for.

I’ve just come home from at 3 night stay at the Pure Salt hotel and overall it was great. Unfortunately the day before we arrived there was a heavy downpour of rain and the hotel had flooded but the team had worked quickly to sort things out and it was lovely. The hotel is modern and fairly recently fitted out and the pool area is lovely. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating, breakfast was delicious with Cava included. Pool towels were available, bathrobes and slippers were complementary and the location of the hotel was at the end of the bay so it was lovely and quiet.

The only areas of feedback are: The lift wasn’t working while we were there and there are 3 flights of stairs to the reception with an additional 8 up to the pool area so. Whilst you can get the lift up to the 3rd floor access to the pool I didn’t see a route other than the stairs to get up to the pool so not great if you have accessibility issues.

In the rooms, the door to the bathroom is next to the bed and is a sliding door, this meant you could hear everything, which isn’t ideal. There was also only one mirror in the room which was in the bathroom.

Terrible experience with smallest room ever and NO air conditioning all night. We were up all night sweating and no one to call at front desk. Was so disappointed because we love the town of Soller and hotel is in a good location. When I shared this at check out I was not even offered an apology and was actually charged 10 euro for a cava from check in that was supposed to be a free welcome drink. Never again. Next time will stay at Hotel Miramar or Esplendido.

We had such a great stay here. We got engaged here. They made us feel so special. Lots of nice little touches. The property is in impeccable shape. I love that. It's on the end of town so it wasn't quite as loud as if you were right in the middle of everything, but you are still just right there. We loved our aesthetician who did facials and a massage for us. Her name was Estefania. She was super sweet and very good at what she does. I would highly recommend getting a session with her. The people at the front desk were very informative and very kind. We are from Seattle, Washington, USA and are really hoping to make it back.

Great location, lady in charge of breakfast from Saturday to Wednesday was fantastic, service standard definitely dipped when she was off on Thursday and Friday. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Please put decaffeinated coffee beans in one of the machines at breakfast. Not enough parasols at pool and generally not enough space in pool area for everyone who wanted to use it.

We were originally given a very small room but were moved on request. Breakfast was tasty but could do with more veggie options. Rooms could do with more storage space. Great location to wander to restaurants and bars etc.

My husband and I loved our stay but wish the fridge would have been a bit bigger and have ice available. No ice machine so we’d have to go buy ice and by the time we would get back to our room it would be half melted and then no place to keep the ice frozen.
Also, our package included breakfast and dinner. The first night into our stay we had our included dinner and the waiter was abrupt and not friendly. We chose to not eat dinner there again.

The people who take care of you here are absolutely wonderful! We were made welcome from the first moment we arrived - the reception team are all excellent! The restaurant was also great and we had several celebrations while we were there! The breakfast team also made sure that you had a great start to your day.

Great location and lovely terrace and bar area. Good breakfast. Our experience was spoiled by the fact that the hotel management decided to turn the aircon off centrally at night and the room temperature was 25 degrees. It was impossible to open the window without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. The hotel let itself down by not addressing its clients’ concerns

Lovely hotel in a good location on the port. Views from the terrace are really beautiful and the pool area is very relaxed and pretty. Staff were all very helpful and polite.
Our room was fairly small but the bed was comfortable. There was a strange green light in the room at night (think it was part of the fire alarm) and it was very annoying. Despite blackout curtains it meant the room was very bright, they need to fix this as very annoying to sleep with.

Staff was so warm, welcoming, friendly, and kind. We had very positive experiences with Geoffrey in reception; Natalia, Patricia, Javier, Julio, and Marcelo in dining/bar; and Lesley the lifeguard. They all went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room, balcony, and view were exceptional! Room was very clean, decor was tasteful, shower was nice, temperature was comfortable, and towels and robes were soft. Breakfast and drinks were excellent. Can’t wait to return!

Fresh delicious food and made-to-order options with plenty of seating areas and a beautiful view. Really loved the mojitos at the bar as well. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful, relaxed and quiet place to stay.

Excellent hotel, wonderful location and very friendly staff. Pool area was gorgeous. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice and lots of homemade goodies. Only slight negative was when I asked for a takeaway breakfast / picnic at 7.30am as I was leaving early for a tour, it obviously got lost in translation between the front desk and kitchen and breakfast was not ready or packed up to go. Given soller is popular with cyclists and hikers, it would be great if the breakfast could start a little earlier, or be a little more prepared to organise picnic / breakfast to go bags. This is just a small recommendation for how the hotel could improve, everything else was perfection ! I would definitely like to return

I loved the modernness of this hotel and lovely fresh smell!
It was very bright and spacious in the reception area and terrace with wonderful views across the bay and to the mountains.
The pool at the back of the hotel was very peaceful and In an elevated position. The honesty bar was a nice touch with ice lollies too!
We had a superior sea view room which I would recommend. It was a really good size, fantastic views and sparse furnishings which I liked. Some of the rooms in the hotel didn't seem to have the best of views and also looked quite small. The shower cubicle was separate to the toilet with a small sink unit in between. The soundproofing was not so good in the toilet area so if you are a bit reserved or easily embarrassed then this may be an issue for you.
The reception staff were extremely helpful and booked us restaurants and taxis as required. The check in is from 1pm onwards, but we didn't get into our room till nerarer 3.30pm. I would suggest that the hotel changes this time to later to avoid raising expectations of guests and then having to dissapoint them with later check ins.
The breakfast was self service although you could ask for eggs cooked in various ways. There was a small selection of hot food and traditional Spanish fare. We ate in the hotel for dinner only once, but sadly the service was very slow and seemed a bit disorganised.
I would definitely stay here again and give this 4 star hotel 5 stars.

Great location, nice breakfast options, room standards are inconsistent and the room cleaning wasn't very good. Too many people at breakfast and not enough tables or coffee machines. Didn't even attempt to use the pool as there are never enough beds in the sun and it's half in shade all day.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the calmness of this hotel and its vicinity. The beach is just in front and restaurants and shops line the bay. The pool area is quite small but has comfortable sunbeds, plenty of parasols and amazing views.

A beautiful hotel with staff who were incredibly helpful. Fabulous location overlooking Soller bay.
Restaurant menu looks lovely, but could do with a little work. I chose 'papilotte of vegetables' but sadly it had little or no seasoning, so was just baked veg! Equally, the cod salad which looked great on paper, had no dressing. Vegetable risotto was delicious though.
The bathrooms need soap dishes!

Very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome. It’s in a perfect location with beautiful views from the hotel terrace. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Breakfast every morning was delicious and great coffee.
The only annoying things was the lift is very slow and sometimes stopped working. One of our rooms didn’t have a shower door and the other room didn’t have a large bedroom mirror. Apart from that it was an amazing holiday and we would stay there again.

Lovely hotel which is extremely good value, particularly given the location.

Pros:

Brand new hotel
Nice, modern decor
Very comfortable mattresses
Quiet at night
Nice balcony
Interesting breakfast options
Fantastic location, right on the beach, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, but close to hiking trails too
Very friendly and attentive staff
Free gym, sauna and steam room

Cons (if I'm being VERY picky):

Pillows are too big and hard
Staff seemed under pressure to sell events
No coffee making facilities in the room
More coffee machines are needed at breakfast (but the coffee its self is very good)
There's no bar by the pool. They did have a small honesty bar on one day, but it ran out quickly and wasn't replenished
A bit of nice chill out music by the pool would create a better atmosphere

the rooms were very small with no drawers to put clothes in, also the wardrobe doors would not close when hanging clothes up, they were not deep enough. the shower door hit the shower head and when you showered the water would leak all over the floor because the door had a gap at the bottom where you could put your hand through, we reported this to the hotel management but nothing was done throughout our 10 day stay there, how you rate this as a 4star hotel is unbelievable and lastly we were given two bottles of water on arrival and that had to last us ten days (no water daily). On a good point the staff were very nice.
We also booked a limousine with you from palma to port soller, great going out but the return was in a bus which i did not pay £126.00 for.

The drinks In the bar are too expensive. Woukd like to be served tea or coffee for breakfast as the vending machine took too long and didn’t like queuing up for long time.
Not enough clothes storage in terrace rooms for two people. No where to hang clothes in gym or spa. Everything else excellent and staff very helpful.

Excellent hotel recently refurbished. Fantastic breakfast buffet beautifully presented and constantly replenished by efficient staff. Choice of hot and cold food. Staff are helpful and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Nice location and lovely pool. Thoroughly recommend

Newly refurbished, breakfast excellent. it is not possible to adjust the air conditioning in the room- the control panel on the wall does not function- the temperature is set by the hotel management
