Check-in process was quick. We were upgraded to a family suite and our second room was a suite. The family suite was an older model, and the regular suite was recently updated.
Bell man was quick and attentive and brought our luggage quickly to our rooms.
Locating the hotel can be a challenge, especially in the evening and during rush-hour

Selected and paid for a twin premium room via Expedia. On arrival at hotel was given a room with 1 double bed only. When this issue was raised with the hotel staff, they said any twin rooms were unavailable. After pushing for this to be resolved, the outcome was a single mattress set up on the floor in a double room.

Clean & Efficient but Lacking in Warth

Room was neat & well sized for my needs & hotel was close to many eating establishments. Front desk staff were efficient but their reception did not appear warm. When I arrived they were keen to promote an upgrade & after I'd accepted the upgrade, I did not experience a sense of hospitality. They appeared to reserve that for regular or special guests. CleaThe same could be said of staff at the restaurant. However, the doormen at the ground level were very polite, warm, welcoming. They offered very good & useful advice to keep me safe from touts.

Location is the most unique thing about this property. This is located in CP, very close to Rajiv Chowk metro station as well as Shivaji Nagar Stadium Metro Station. Both are within walking distance.
Overall, the property is very clean. The staff is super attentive and very courteous. The cleanliness is superb. The morning breakfast also has multiple options.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Marina Hotel in Connaught Place. While the room was clean and comfortable, I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the areas outside the room. The corridors and common spaces felt poorly maintained, which detracted from the overall experience.

Chose a standard room which got upgraded upon check-in for an extra cost. Even with an upgrade, the price didn't justify the room size. The two nights was the maximum we had and could do. This location since being very central is handy thus explaining the price. For us everything felt very cramped up. The hotel had a funny smell to it which didn't help. The whole ambience was quiet average. This hotel was just not for us.

Very well located, in heart of CP . NDTsilway stn is at stone throwing fistance and so are the other conveniences , market, cafe, cinema, metro , cabs and a bustling city life. Rooms are well maintained .
However staff is very slow and not professional / less proficient especially on reception/front desk .

Booked a premium room but was given what seemed like a standard room right opposite a storage unit. Constant noise because of activity from the storage room and paper thin walls. Housekeeping had to be reminded to clean the room. Rug inside the room has not been vacuumed in ages. Unpleasant odor in the hallway. Terrible lagging TV reception. Breakfast was tasteless. The only saving grace are the security people downstairs who are always smiling and helpful. Not recommended.

Horrible stay. Staff at the front desk are trained to scam people. We requested for an early check out and check in staff said no problem. While checking out they Sadi they will charge for the full length of stay and will not facilitate the early checkout. They asked us to reach out to Expedia and the agent from Expedia even called them and sent an email. Inspite of this they charged us !!! Scam… scam… scam do of stay there !!!!

Enjoyed the Stay

Enjoyed the stay, rooms were comfortable and well appointed, staff were gracious and attentive. The rooms seem to be paper thin as any noise from the hallways or adjoining rooms travels well. Apart from that, everything was to our liking. The hotel is situated close to the metro, rickshaws, atms. There is an onsite travel agency that organized a driver to Agra for us. The onsite restaurants are good but expensive.

We stayed at this hotel when we first arrived in Delhi. We liked our rooms and they were clean. Since we liked our rooms, we decided to book them again for the last few days of our trip. This time we were disappointed. Our rooms were not as nice and they seemed older somehow. The breakfast was fine. Something for everyone. The two restaurants are not that great. One dinner place is a buffet and the other is actually a buffet too. They do not have a la cart menus. We only ate dinner there once and that was enough. There are plenty of restaurants around.
The staff were great, especially the security people at the front door. They always went out of their way to greet us. The porters are also great and very helpful. I’m not sure I would stay there again.

The staff were a highlight, especially Sanjay who sorted an inexpensive taxi to the airport. Also after 2 weeks in India and many hotel breakfasts I had THE best cheese omelette here ! We appreciated the apples and other treats. Would recommend this hotel :)

Rooms are not sound proof main gate side

Rooms main doors are not sound proof. I could hear all the noise of outside in my room such as continues closing of other nearby rooms specially in the night . Also noise of cleaning at 3 am in the morning as well as ringing bells of near by rooms. Thats why i woke up multiple times and compliant to the staff. After that i could sleep finally.

I stayed for 4 days and found that each day I had something or the other problem. First 2 days water logging in bath area that drain away after 30 mins. I felt like taking bath in pool. for two days my room intercom was not working. Housekeeping will either forget keeping soap or shampoo or towel mat. Food is very very average.!

It was worst checkin and hospitality experience. The receptionist was not prepared and unable to help with ease. He kept on asking unrelated questions related to stay and other unrelevent information. The rooms are not equipped with microwave, and no common microwave available.

The property was in poor condition- there was a water leakage right outside the room, floor was covered by towels and plastic, right outside the door. This was a huge hazard for walking around for my older parents. The second room provided had no cool water, only extremely hot water, and the drain was clogged. This made the travel plans for the day much delayed.

The hotel has the best location in CP. Overall service was good. But a few things need improvement. The general staff are very young and raw. The hotel is working with inexperienced interns from college. The electrician did not fix the small fridge in the room as a result my food was wasted. The blankets on bed are not Star Quality. Felt cold at night. Bathroom did not have box of issues and Face Towels.

Research well before booking!

Booked a deluxe room but was checked in to a normal room. Had to reconfirm and get the room exchanged. Service was poor too. Had a bad headache, the front desk was supposed to send meds but they were never sent. The room had a balcony which was easily accessible to other people. The hotel cleaning room would randomly come n clean, was in my towel when the guy was cleaning up the space. Except for the location most other experiences were negative.

Positives; some staff was helpful .. but unfortunately the negatives tend to outweigh the positives.

Hotel is in good location, check in was at 2, we t there 2:30 still being asked to wait for 15/20 minutes. Other than that my stay with them was good. Some staff are real good, some have mixed attitude. Room was clean, bath robe wasnot there. Location is good, I mostly enjoy the night walk at the CP blocks. Brekfast was awesome
