Tigmiza is a truly special property and not only because of its beauty and amenities but for the incredible staff that make it a haven! We wish we could name EVERYONE who made this stay exceptional. However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!! We look forward to seeing and reconnecting with you ALL again sooner than later :)

Amazing property, with stunning gardens and pool areas. Our room was very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were excellent; very friendly, helpful and professional. A courtesy shuttle bus is available to the souk a few times a day plus the concierge can organize private tours if desired. They also have very good restaurants, with a mix of Moroccan and international dishes available. Overall, we had a memorable and pleasant stay.

We had a really fantastic stay - a much needed 4 day couple's break from family and work life.
We would have been happy with our villa, but we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool which was a lovely surprise.

My new husband and I chose Tigmiza Boutique hotel for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed at all!!
It was the absolute perfect destination for us, the staff in the hotel were all so friendly and welcoming, the hotel itself is truly beautiful with it's many areas to relax and enjoy and the villa we had was amazing!
There are three insta worthy communal swimming pools and two restaurants.
We chose to stay in a 1 bed villa with a pool, it was incredibly spacious and the Moroccan style decor was beautiful.
The hotel puts on a free shuttle service to and from the city centre twice a day which was a bonus!
It was the absolute perfect destination for us, the staff in the hotel were all so friendly and welcoming, the hotel itself is truly beautiful with it's many areas to relax and enjoy and the villa we had was amazing!

The property is beautiful. Lots of room and it’s very clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We had a little situation with transportation, and the staff went above and beyond to make it right and accommodate us. The Chalet suite was gorgeous and spacious. Food was delicious. They have an authentic and international cuisines. They have a free shuttle that will take you to and from the city on set times. All together we were super happy and would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a very warm and friendly team of staff. The pool was excellent, the suite is very nice and well appointed - the mattress is very good. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus which is useful as it is 20 minutes from the centre however this is a good thing as staying in a Riad is nice for a few days but if you are wanting proper relaxation away from the busy medina, then staying at this resort is perfect.

Everything is 1st class. It is an oasis not a resort. Wonderful hospitality and very friendly, attentive staff. Mimi the cat lept us company with her young kitten.. beautiful pools, tranquil gardens and so much birdsong we felt as if we were in a nature reserve. Stayed in a villa with its own pool which was very special. What could be improved? The toiletries are not great and decaf seems to be hard to get. Thats it though. Treat yourselves, this place is a hidden gem.

The staff at tigmiza were amazing and the service was really fabulous. Great food and a relaxed friendly atmosphere. They also made an extra effort to make my husband’s birthday really special. The pools are great but the gym really isn’t a gym it’s a room with just a few pieces of equipment so don’t have any expectations around that. Otherwise fabulous and would whole heartedly recommend.

Even with few guests, the service is often very slow. The heated swimming pool is not so warm. Le Zen suite is smelling bad and I found a big spider inside. Fitness center includes just 3 machines. I appreciated the Cinema service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tigmiza suites. The suites are themed and the decoration is very well thought out. Our room was upgraded on arrival which set the tone for the holiday. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our week holiday. The location is only 15/20 minutes to the Medina by Taxi or the complimentary shuttle. So you can enjoy the tranquillity of the hotel then discover the city. I would recommend this hotel and will be looking to return in the near future.

Cats, cats & more cats! They tried to get into our room, were by our pool, on the restaurant terrace & the tables, inside the restaurant, jumping up at you for food and even coming out of the door where the waiters come from the kitchen (although we were told the kitchen itself is downstairs),. They know there is a problem but do not seem to know what to do about it. It is thoroughly unhygienic. We were told by a receptionists that many people had complained but that nothing was being done. My partner has recently had surgery on her leg and was very worried about being scratched and getting an infection, so we asked to be moved to another hotel. To be fair, this was accomplished within a couple of hours.
To review our short stay, the hotel is supposed to be 5* and initial impressions were good. We had booked a pavillon but were given a 2 storey villa with pool. Lots of room, 2 bathrooms, big lounge/dining room, own pool & small (totally unkempt) garden. Bedroom had lots of storage, comfy bed and balcony. Me and my partner stayed at Tigmiza for 4 nights. We were upgraded to a villa which was amazing, we loved the pool especially. Staff were very helpful. Not close to town but the location was great, not to far about 150dh to town. Only downfall was breakfast, not much of an option. Either way we loved the Tigmiza and would recommend it!!!!

The thing that let it down was the area by the pool where the bar and eating area was, it was in a horrible railway green with 70's plastic chairs and tables and different coloured parasols. They need to redo this area. Also the dining area had no atmosphere, bright lights in the evening and badly designed. However, the villas were amazing and if the pool and dining areas were decorated like the villas, it would be perfect.

Pound for pound possibly the best hotel I have stayed at. Stunning hotel and grounds. Plenty of swimming pools, great facilities with wonderful staff. Great for couples and families. There seem to be a lot of bars / restaurants which were out of use (maybe simply there weren't the staff or guest numbers to justify having them staffed) and sometimes you'd have to track down a member of staff to order a drink or food from the pool bar for example. Rooms were very comfortable and looked great.

Lovely welcome when we arrived shown to a gorgeous room and given orange juice. Our room was perfect, we couldn't ask for anything more. With three choices of pool you are spoilt for choice and each one is beautiful. The food was excellent. Would go back again any day.

A lovely hotel. It is a way out of the centre of Marrakech so it is better suited for a restful break rather than full on sight seeing. However the hotel does provide a shuttle bus into the the town and taxis are readily available. However as space it not an issue there are some good sized pools and loads of space to sit and have meals and drinks. A really beautiful hotel.

This was my first visit to Marrakech and it was fantastic, I couldn't have wished for a better trip. Everything was looked after by the hotel including shuttle to the Souk and dinner reservations at local restaurants. I will be coming back.
