The room was clean and decent but totally needs a full upgrade. We're disappointed with the lighting fixture that theres no bright light. No AC but only a ceiling fan which is also noisy when you turn it on. Walls were not soundproofed, we can hear the noisy guests next to us at 2 oclock in the morning.We didn't really get to sleep well because of the outside noises we heard throughout the night. Free breakfast was a good point, but not much selection too. Overall, a decent place for overnight stay, but not for long term especially if travelling with family with kids.

Room is old, the balcony sliding door doesn’t locked and put me on ground floor which I do have phobia of people breaking in to the room. I ask if they can switch me and the staff I first met doesn’t know how to accommodate my needs until I spoke to the manager. The washroom is old too need upgrade , towels are old too, overused.

The outside appearance of the hotel is very nice the lobby is huge and nice so is the restaurant at the lobby. Gym is small and some equipment not working but basic threadmill dumbbells are available. Ample basement parking and security is strict as they verify your plate number before allow entry they also have open air parking nearby. Downside is the room which may need some renovations as wood panel in the CR glass and door are bit old and need painting. Room is also wit warm and ceiling fan and 1 stand fan is not enough during warm days.

Not worth it!

They put me in a room that is not originally in my booking for a reason that they are fully booked. But I made my booking a month before my trip. Also, no AC in my room just a stand fan. Food is not good either. Very disappointing. Don’t get fooled with their ads.. I will NOT recommend this to my friends, family and relatives!

This place was like a haunted house. They turn off light in major walking areas making it unsafe at night. Beds and furniture are old and room has odor. This is the first hotel that didn’t have air conditioning and they have overhead fans that didn’t work. With the price I paid I could have added a little more and stayed at the Baguio manor. The eating Expedia has on their website is false and misleading and should be corrected. I will never stay here again and will not trust Expedia for their ratings.

The hotel is very nice, beautiful sourrounding with gardens and flowers. The hotel is well kept and maintained, felt secured and pleasant atmosphere. The food for breakfast buffets is very delicious with about 7 or more variety of meat, vegetable, fish and soup in addition to salads and fruits. Yes, this is breakfast. The only thing missing is the section where you can order omelette compared to other hotel like Windhams. The staff does not bring coffee on the table. Other than that, it was a wonderful place and is more than I expected to have for breakfast. Will go there again.

Although the hotel is not new, its clean and well maintained. The hotel staff and crew always greet the guests with smile. My husband and I liked the breakfast buffet and the food selection was delicious and really satisfying. Thank you for the cake greetings for our 31st wedding anniversary during our breakfast. I thought they forgot it. Over all i can recommend the place and we'll stay there on our next visit to Baguio.

Lovely stay, Highly Recommended !

Very impressed with the view and location of this hotel. The location was far enough from the city area to avoid the smog during the day, and quiet enough at night to enjoy its serenity. Good Shepherd as well as a horse riding circuit is also nearby, both within walking distance or a short jeep ride uphill. The views were very beautiful, especially so during sunset where we took so many pictures from the penthouse corridor. Breakfast was a decent spread of filipino dishes, but the real selling point was the taste of the food. The hotel itself never feels crowded, which does wonders to the ambiance.

The only bad thing I could say about my stay was the weak wi-fi in our room, but I suspect that has more to do with the fact that it is a shared router in the hotel lobby. I cant say for the rooms on the higher floor, but mine on the 2nd floor was so.

Overall, I was glad to be given this recommendation for my stay in Baguio, and I would pass this recommendation on to the next visitor with confidence that you won't regret staying at this hotel.

The ambience is pretty good and surroundings are well kept.
Staff are all friendly and helpful.
The most that I didn’t like was when we experienced so much traffic going to and from the church. We did not have choice but to grab our lunch at your restaurant. It was past 2pm and the resto was empty except for me and my family. We wondered why the food we ordered took a long time to be served to the point that we had to follow it up... it was finally served after almost 45mins!!! Considering we were the only guests at that time, that was a longg wait. The waiter was apologetic though and we know it wasn’t his fault actually. If only your kitchen crew can whip up dishes faster, our stay could have been perfect.

The sumptious breakfast buffet is absolutely excellent, so was the service staff! On the minus side, the screen doors do not slide smoothly and there is gap in the window screen of the bathroom allowing a few insects to get in when windows are open. Also exhaust fan needs to be more efficient, that is why we needed to keep bathroom window opened slightly. Wifi inside the bedroom is spotty, so you have to be in living/dining area to have a pretty good signal. Still I would still come back here and recommend this hotel to friends.

The location is near to our conference. Staff at the front desk need more trainings on how to handle customer requests and complaints. The manager saw me but she didnt bother to say hello or hi how was your stay like that. I booked 4 rooms but we never felt we were treated priority. we ate in their restaurant for dinner almost every night my concerns were never addressed properly. Internet is very slow. But thank you though for the birthday cakes.

Nice location, walking distance from Wright Park and the Mansion, Botanical garden, Mines View Park. I love the facade it's very pretty, nestled in the midst of the pine trees. I enjoyed the view while eating breakfast at the restaurant. Fast check in and check out. Wifi is fluctuating. Friendly and courteous staff.

Bright and attractive hotel BUT the restaurant is more like a cafe. Bleak and no atmosphere. Breakfast OK but ghastly coffee. Annoying when you get up to get something from the buffet to come back and find they have cleared the table TWICE in the same meal. Noisy centre to the hotel with many function. Quite enjoyed the stay but wouldn't go back.

It was a good place and fair cleanliness as we arrive we have seen some potato chips on the floor carpet it seems the room was not being vacuum and it was very disapointing from the time of the check out since they are looking for one big towel, we are 6 on the room one child and one extra adult it seems they have not issue extra towel before, and they wanted us to pay for it, I let them search all of my baggage and the lobby it was very hummiliating and the receptionist have not say sorry and it seems that we held responsible for the towel i got very very stress becauce it took almost an hour looking for their towel which they have not seen in out baggage they keep insisting that They have issued 5 towels themy might give it on the first day but on the second one is not, the receptionist is looking us so badly no sorry or what so ever in the front desk it was a very very stressfull check out, it was not a great experience as I have before but some of the people from housekeeping are kind and the hotel experience facilities are great. but they should need to treat their customers with dignity and respect, ONE BIG TOWEL is not a must to keep, in fact we have aot of luggage they should think and make decisions and not put the blame on the customers , It was very humuliating to search the towel on out luggage on the lubby we let them do that because the recptionist kept insisting that we had to pay for it
