Day time staff was fantastic and so sweet. Night front desk was rude and did not address the issue of people smoking by the pool or smoking on their balconies.
Room photos showed beds by the balcony but when we got to the room the beds were by the front door.
Karaoke until 11p.m. didnt allow for a pleasant night watching the ocean from the balcony. And that wasnt described on Expedia so be aware.

When I called few days before I was told I can check in as early as 8 but wont get a room by 11 the latest. I came to hotel at 10am my room was not ready I explained that I talked to someone at front desk. Anyhow my room was not ready I left came back around 3 as soon as they saw me walk in both host walked in thr back CAMERAS CLEARLY WILL SHOW. THEY STOOD BY THE DOOR AND I CAN SEE THEM JUST STANDING DOING NOTHING. I stayed at that hotel years ago and if I only knew ill have a shifty experience id not book it at this hotel at all. The way I was treated was terrible then when I got a room I told them just give me whats clean j got lower lever room and after that I immediately started receiving txt not one but few saying my room is ready. Hosts are terrible no customer service experience what so ever. I have worked in customer facing for over 20 years and what I came across is unacceptable. Staff definitely needs more training. You can not just walk away and stand by thr door while client is waiting. When I came up to get a lower level room I was in line and other ppl who came after me stood in the corner and for whatever reason they were waited on first. Host not only need training but prescription glasses as well. Just throwing this out there. Keep an eye on ur employees and how they treat people you will be loosing clients.

The stay was good. It was fairly clean, could tell they battle with moisture but the room didn’t smell bad and it was a good stay. If we did need anything they were very quick to bring it. Customer service was pretty good! Would stay again.

The staff were amazing hands-down. The staff was just amazing. The beds were comfortable. They were clean the closet that had the refrigerator in the coffee pot smelled like something had died in there. It was horrible. You had to hold your breath to even open it to put anything in the fridge. It was horrible. Other than that everything else was OK I would not go back though.

We were on the 7th floor with a nice angled view of the ocean. Unfortunately we were over the kiddie pool and our first night kids were screaming at the top of their lungs until 11:00 at night. Also Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the balcony for the overpowering smell of weed from other balconies. The dongle on our shower was incorrectly installed and we were unable to access hot water for our showers. Two of the four elevators were down making the wait ridiculous. I would never stay here again, especially considering the high price we paid for the room.

Property fairly nice but surroundings were not. Rooms were clean, view was not. My issue is they have a rule about 3rd party bookings that was not disclosed at booking or checking in at desk. You are prohibited from using the gift shop, arcade & bowling alley & coffee shop. Why is that a rule in the first place? Also the ppl pushing the “discount packages” are just timeshare pushers. This was a scouting mission for a large family vacay later this year, glad I found out ahead, bc this is not my place.

The property was amazing. There’s so much to do. Right on the ocean with great pools for everyone.
There was only 1 thing. We couldn’t walk anywhere. It’s very far south so we had to drive/uber everywhere.
There really isn’t a reason to leave the property, they have thought of it all, including a bowling alley.

I love that the property was on the beach and that the queen suite was decent sized! The suite included a full kitchen with stove . My first experience was horrible. I checked in and was on my way up to my room when the receptionist ran me down and told me they had to change me room. I request an ocean beach front. That’s what I received by my room got changed to a pool view which wasn’t what I booked or paid for. My room also, had dirty dishes and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. The kitchen didn’t have any linen to wash dishes or the coffee supplies weren’t stocked.

The room was spacious and clean. We had a partial oceanfront view but was thrilled to have adjoining rooms with our other family members. We enjoyed the pools and bowling. The food was just so-so but was a convenient option if needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a front view room they gave us an ocean view the ocean was being worked on. They should have told us this prior I would not have went. Roaches in the bathtub hair everywhere and a dirty shower. I walk to get cleaning supplies and had gloves in my truck. They need to refund me some of my money.

Everything here was great, pool, bar food, the customer service all of it. The room was okay, during our 3 night stay the cleaners didn't come in and vacuum or clean our room they only left new towels. I would of wanted new sheets and cleaned floors during our stay but thats the only thing that we would of changed.

We liked the outdoor pool and the indoor pool. There was karaoke in the evening but we would rather have music at the outdoor pool in afternoon. We ate at the outdoor cafe burgers and fries which was good but a little pricey. U r not allowed to play catch in the pool and a security guard informed us although this was not monitored equally and other people did it without being told not to. Also people saved pool seats for hours without being there but it was not a crowded week. We had icecream on the 4th floor and it was good. We had breakfast once in dining area. We were on the 10th floor. Our room was mostly clean except the tables could have been wiped off. I only had a hot shower once, the other times were cold. Also the shower nozzle was broken and only the metal piece was left. This is a deal breaker for me as we had kids who needed to shower and it was cold. I won’t stay here again because of that. When u r in the pool and beach a lot, a shower is a must.

Staff were very friendly. The beach was having a major project underway which included bulldozers all day and all night for a couple of days . The shower did not properly drain after 2 showers .. the resort overall was very nice. I wish we had been informed about not being able to go on the beach in front of the hotel for several days .

Everyone there was very helpful and nice. This hotel was everything the listing said it would be and more. I had a great time and never had to leave the hotel if I don’t want, everything you needed was available inside. The beach was right outside.. Unfortunately for us the beach was under construction but it was still worth every penny sent to stay at this hotel.

This property has great amenities and great staffers for housekeeping, maintenance (thanks Danny), event space attendants (thanks Tamika), bartenders, etc. However, the front desk staff are extremely rude, completely tone deaf, not warm or welcoming at all, & not accommodating. I was given misinformation several times about the TV being a smart TV with apps access (Netflix) & berated on \"HOW\" Im not working the tv correctly, when as it turns out, our particular TV didn't permit Netflix at all. Too bad I was to feel like an idiot for 1st. This was immediately after Ashley checked us in without a smile or greeting, & what I perceived to be an attitude. She talks AT you & not to you in a very condescending tone for no apparent reason, she doesn't listen so you have to repeat answers you've already given. Just all around not attentive or interested. To make matters worse my toddler had an asthma attack on our last day which landed us seeking medical help early that morning, so on the way back to the hotel around 9:45am, I called front desk to explain my situation & request an extra 15mins of checkout time for packing, to which I was coldly denied & told \"we don't do late/extended checkouts here; you're welcome to stay on the property but u have to leave the room.\" I needed the extra time to PACK & gather my baby safely before getting on the road, not to lounge poolside. I complained to Ashley, while holding my sick baby, & she was uninterested & not compassionate at all.

Checked-in. Opened the door to our room, immediately knocked over by a foul smell, then found small cups of what looked like Coke sitting all around the suite (on tables, in the floor, in the sink, etc.). Told family not to unpack because I hoped to be moving to a new room. Guy at the desk looked confused, but said the only thing he could think of was that maybe the cups were baits for bugs. THIS did NOT make me feel ANY better! He proceeded to tell me that the room had been “blocked” and this was the first it was released. I asked why rooms get blocked, wondering if it was maybe “bugs” since there was “bait.” He shrugged. I told him I felt like I was being punked - like maybe the room was “cleaned” and then an employee used the restroom and left random cups in as many places as possible. He said the hotel had been slammed and it was probably just an “oversight” - but there is NO WAY anyone missed this. I asked if I could please switch rooms and he said there wasn’t anything but a downgrade, but he would speak with the manager in the morning. It was past midnight, we had been traveling all day with kids, and just needed to sleep. Got back to the room, opened the closet and a roach was crawling on the back of the door. Beyond gross! Never heard from the manager. The kids did enjoy the beach - and had the rancid smell, cups, and bugs NOT been there, we probably wouldn’t have complained, even though the room was much more “motel-like” than a hotel with an “excellent” rating.

Room was not cleaned properly, we had to wipe down a lot of dust, bathroom was not cleaned all the way had hairs also shower head had mold and buildup. We requested replacement and had to wait for the replacement till the next day after asking three times. Housekeeping never came to clean the room we never put up the do not disturb signs so they can clean but never came for the 5 days we stayed. We had to request towels and trash bag. The pool had a lot of dirt and bugs no one cleaned

Yo por supuesto que voy a regresar por nada me perdería ese amanecer frente al mar ,todo de ese hotel me gustó pero sobre todo la amabilidad de de todas esa personas que trabajan ahí desde el primero que te encuentras hasta el último que ves cuando ya no quieres pero te tienes que ir , excelente atención y servicios si tienes niños ahí es el lugar mucha deversion para ellos , así que te lo recomiendo!!!!

Most of the staff just seem like they were forced to be there. Which was really disappointing, staff picked and choice what rules they wanted to follow or just made up stuff as they went along.

For this to be a friendly kids resort. I’m not sure why kids weren’t allowed in lounge area. Not even a breastfeeding infant.

Don’t order food because staff will act like they didn’t see your food get delivered to the front desk.

We were really looking forward to this place to be our main vacation destination. At this moment it feels like we’re better off looking elsewhere.

Staff was rude. We didn’t know we came right before bike week so a heads up on that when we booked the hotel months in advance would’ve been nice. The staff called us mid day while we were at the beach asking us to move our car so the bikes could park there. They have 4 parking lots and I was in the first parking lot which was closer to the lobby. They wanted all the bikes to be on that floor so they weren’t setting car alarms off all night. That part I guess was understandable. What was not understandable is why they didn’t give us this notice prior to parking there and the. Calling us away from the beach soaking wet mid day to move the car when we paid good money to stay at the hotel just like the bikers. The front staff was extremely rude about it when I addressed my concerns. “ fine don’t move and have ur alarm go off” and rolled her eyes and walked away. And this was the manager named Ashley. You have to have a key card to get anywhere in the hotel which is also nice for security purposes but very inconvenient at the same time. I can’t tell you how many times we went to use the bathroom from the pool area and had to turn around to get the card just to get in. A wristband that has a key on it would’ve been way more convenient. Other then that the hotel was nice and clean. I however am big on respect and curiosity and the front staff failed miserably

Our vacation stay at the Coral Beach Resort and Suites was invigorating and just what we needed to relax and recuperate from stress.

We stayed in a king suite with a balcony and a beachfront view of the ocean. It was breathtaking. I got up early each morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean. I loved watching parasailing as we relaxed in the evening.

We also had a view of the beautiful pool area, where we could see families having so much fun.

Our suite was spacious, clean, and well-accommodating. The amenities and activities were impressive, including an on-site bowling alley! Also, noteworthy appreciation for the heightened security and care for the guest. I recommend staying at this resort.

This has always been our favorite resort. Friendly staff! Security was tentative and observing. High 5 for them! Also, maintenance guys were always doing something. High 5 for them! Lately the place is looking shady and outdated though. Carpets in room need to be replaced. Curtains need to be washed and refreshed. Lack of staff or lazy staff? There should be someone that controls the jacuzzies. Can't really relax when a couple is engaging in inappropriate behavior, indecent exposure with kids around. Come on, go to your room! I believe the hotel manager should take a good look around and ask yourself would I stay here? Overall, the place is nice and it's a shame to see this place going downhill. Would we stay again? Chances are we'll go elsewhere.
