I’ve traveled the world and I always stay in great hotels, his lever of hospitality and attention to details is immaculate. The breakfast experience was even better because he was there to welcome us every morning! Give that man whatever he asks for, he deserves it!

Hotel was lovely, really good location slightly out of the hustle of Patong but easily reached by walking about 10 mins to get to the busy area.
The staff were all lovely and couldn’t have done more for us. The breakfast is great and plenty of choice.
The rooms are slightly dated or less luxurious than you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
There is also an activity desk in the hotel which we used for one booking and again was great.
The outside pool area is lovely with a great bar and lots of food on offer.
I would say the gym is quite lacking, very small for the size of the hotel that we didn’t use it in the end, it could use an upgrade.

Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. The views from the room was so calming, the staff are always ready to help and the food was excellent! The only recommendation is to make the place adults only since it gets loud especially in the morning with kids screaming. Highly recommend and I would stay there again.

OMG please book this resort if you can. This was the most beautiful place I have stayed in my life. Every penny spent here was worth it. Breakfast for halal food eaters is HEAVEN!!!! So much halal food options an variety in food. Don’t think twice before booking this place. I can guarantee you will have a great time in the resort itself. The location is perfect with so many restaurants around and Bangla road is walkable too!!

I think the hotel misses the marks on a lot of elements
Check in felt like going through the motions and no one really cared.
Zero flexibility on an early check in, we arrived at 2.15pm and it knew at that moment there was zero chance they would accommodate a 45 minute early arrival. Finally we were escorted to our room, after 3pm, by someone that was more interested in sitting in the back office playing on their mobile phone than engaging with us about the facilities of the hotel.
The building itself looks tired and worn for something that’s just over two years old and didn’t have the wow factor I was honestly expecting.
The external lift connecting the Carpark with level three, the facade is rusted in many spots which makes you wonder how safe the two level ride is.
Housekeeping were haphazard, one day our room wasn’t cleaned so we called requesting even though we had been out all day.
Turndown service, only happened three of the six nights we stayed
The TV service drops in and out and there is no ability to use a streaming service.
The highlight was their food and beverage service. The buffet breakfast was excellent, though don’t expect it to be ready for 6am. But the amount of wastage by over zealous guests piling their plates with too much food was hard to watch. We dined at their restaurant and their Indian food was outstanding, as was the cocktails and the staff.
Everything else left a lot to be desired & I would avoid staying in Patong at all costs. It’s seedy.

Waited twenty minutes for the elevator. Hotel was not clean, and people were not nice. I waited so long for the elevator because the staff was using it. Also, the hotel was under construction, and did not let us know in advance. I woke up to banging every morning. I called multiple times for the same request and waited yet again. Hotel was also overpriced for the experienced. Overall, had a bad time and would not go back

We absolutely loved the property—it's stunning, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we checked in, everyone was incredibly warm and friendly. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks and instantly made to feel at home.

One of the highlights was the thoughtful tour of the resort grounds and amenities we received upon arrival. It was such a great way to get familiar with everything the property had to offer, and it really set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every meal felt like a treat. A special mention goes to Hansahl, whose service truly stood out. He was attentive, professional, and made every interaction feel personal and memorable. His hospitality made a big impression on us.

Throughout our stay, we felt completely safe and well cared for. The entire atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and peaceful—everything we could have hoped for.

Stay here!! It’s UNBELIEVABLE in every single way. Staff, food, drinks, cleanliness - we loved every minute of our stay.
My daughter had a tiny bout of sickness and the manager came to our room to check on her - we had beautiful fresh ginger sent up.
The kids room is lovely and activities and such an amazing vibe for parents too.

This property is still new and shiny! The rooms are stunning as is its jungle location that is walkable to lots of dining and shopping. Even the beach is only a 20 min walk.
It is heavily visited by \"influencers\" - so fair warning if you find that obnoxious.
A good mix of families and couples.
Service can be a bit slow but staff are lovely and eager to help. The buffet breakfast is top notch!!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful hotel which is a calm oasis despite being close to the hustle and bustle of Patong. In particular the restaurant was superb at both breakfast and other meal times and amazing customer service from the restaurant staff. Although the prices are more than what you would pay elsewhere in Patong it was excellent food quality and a wide array of choices so you could easily go half board. There was also happy hour three times a day and drinks were reasonable prices and good sizes. You can also have room service to your villa.
We had a pool villa which was really special with a large private pool including a section of jets. Upstairs was also lovely with loungers, outdoor bath/shower and Bali bed with inbuilt fan.
We also had a massage in the spa which was a wonderful experience.
We didn’t spend too much time by the pool but although there didn’t look many loungers there was always a space when we wanted one and nice chilled vibe.
There is some construction ongoing next door but we didn’t hear any disturbance
Overall a wonderful start to a special holiday.

The food is amazing and the room service is 24 seven. The funicular required to go from pool level to the pool villas upstairs is quite slow but is unique and enjoyable.
The greenery in the resort is a welcome change to looking at concrete roofs all the time. The staff is extremely accommodating and happy to go above and beyond to make your trip comfortable.

The facilities and the standard of the rooms was excellent. The majority of the staff was great however, I did find some of the staff to lack basic courtesy and not all residence was treated the same. Two examples, 1. Check in was delayed and I had to wait, no apology or complimentary drink offered although other residents was offered but not to me. This happened straight in front of me and I had to remind the receptionist and only then did I receive a apology and offered a drink. 2. Breakfast, waiting to be served my cooked egg, only to be ignored by the shelf who rather serve the white customer first. I brought this up with management, they apologised and sorted my breakfast. All staff should be trained better and for them to learn to treat all customers the same regardless of their skin colour. Other than that all good.

Antisemitic incident

We encountered an antisemitic issue with another group at the hotel. They cursed us and started to argue with us about our country. I complained to the security guard and to the manager, but no one helped us or updated us about their actions. We stayed locked in our rooms until today when our vacation ended.

The staff here are phenomenal, they wait on you hand and foot like Royal, this hotel has its own unique experience and look To it , they have so many amenities ! A lot of free activities like yoga and boxing ! The property itself is breathtaking but I must shout out BEE At the front desk, she is the definition of going beyond , Toto Rosie and George ! Super beautiful place with amazing breakfast buffet. Dinner/lunch menu not as impressive—better off getting tastier and cheaper street food! Had an amazing Thai massage in the spa, Very comfy and luxe room. Beautiful grounds. All staff were very kind and attentive; the only thing is it seemed they (especially front desk and housekeeping) were understaffed and stressed. Many of the other guests were impatient and demanding, and they were overbooked. Took us 1.5 hours to get checked into our room, and we arrived a couple hrs past checkin time. They offered us free massage or lunch, which was the right thing, but we really just wanted to get to our room after a long day of travel. We felt badly for the staff. All in all, though, great place for a splurge and luxury accommodations!

Amazing Jungle Stay with a little setbacks

Had an amazing stay in Dinso to celebrate my birthday! the rooms were well cleaned everyday and the housekeeping team did a good job. The environment feels like staying in a jungle right smack in the middle of patong and easily access to Jungceylon mall, free shuttle at certain time. Breakfast was good except they should change it up a little bit as we stayed for 4 nights and all breakfast spread were the same. They definitely need more staff as the hotel were bombarded with tourists during check in and check out time and the staff were downright short handed. We stayed in the deluxe room and gosh we had to walk a lot just to get to our rooms(Take 3 lifts). After checking out, I left my jacket in the room and told the staffs to call housekeeping but the staff simply gave me my already checked out room card, to go up and take it myself. It was also the wrong season as it was rainy everyday, so check on that as this jungle needs to be visited only on a good sunny day! Overall, a pleasant stay and beautiful ambience too. Please take care of it as I can foresee if not maintained well, the wood furnitures in the rooms would be spoilt. One of the rainy nights, there were a liquid leakage from the ceiling as we stayed at the 7th floor. And boy! I thought someone had came in the room and left a mark😅

Such a horrible experience. Went to the hotel early, room wasn’t ready, fair enough left for a few hours. Called a head to confirm it was ready to be told yes and when I got back to the hotel I was told to sit and wait, and was then forgotten for 30 minutes while they checked other guests into our room because they forgot us. Went back to the front desk to be told they’d given the room away and need another 30 minutes before something would be ready. Finally get the room key and checked in around 4pm when we’d arrived at 11am. The food was disgusting. Room service was in not edible. Breakfast in the morning offered no options as items for the extra cost buffet wasn’t stocked so my friends got eggs from the order counter and I opted not to eat. They then brought us a ketchup bottle covered in Bug that had been on the counter with the food. The girls who did eat the breakfast all have food poisoning and have had to have an emergency doctor come in and give them fluids this morning. Bad service and cleanly. Would not recommend.

I loved my stay at the hotel, people were nice and friendly overall. I got sometimes ignored when ordering foods at the restaurant while it was almost empty but worst part was the taxi service ordered by the hotel to go the airport. After 10min on our 1h10min ride I noticed that I left personal items in the room and the driver wanted to charge me full price to go back to the hotel. He even stopped and wanted to argue about it. At the hotel, I noticed that the lady that went to the room with me was messaging him while he was trying to still make us pay for the full ride. We end up paying 2/3 of it which is shocking.

I did a lot of research on many properties before choosing this one, stayed here on our honeymoon for 3 nights and in the villas with the private pool. The room was unbelievable, they had decorated the room with honeymoon petals for us & the views were unreal. Our room was below a large tree so quite a few leaves fell in our private pool which made it look abit dirty but was cleaned and netted daily so I can’t complain, the staff were amazing I have never met such lovely staff and the food UNREAL! Good prices too, lots of places to walk and eat outside hotel also. The cute lift to the villas and rooms was stunning, you had to wait a couple of minutes as was only 1 lift, however worth the wait - stunning. Very quiet hotel, wouldn’t stay here for more than 3/4 days though, and remember it is in the forest/mountains so likely to see some bugs :)

Great pool side villa. The pool did need cleaning a lot but you expect that being high up. Breakfast was beautiful! Staff were very friendly. I do wish the room had more options e.g the spa and restaurant there were no brochures or anything. Would recommend and would stay again
