10/10 hotel. We checked in around 7:30 pm, walked over to a charming outdoor restaurant, enjoyed the very large room, had a lovely buffet breakfast under the shade of mulberry trees, and were able to relax by the pool well after we checked out. Great amenities, staff, and overall set up.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! The rooms were large and beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast way behind, everything you could think of available to eat in the buffet, fresh orange juice as well. The backyard was gorgeous and the pool area sublime. Highly recommend to those travelling in the area.

Great swimming pool, garden and lunge area. Plenty of parking (free). room was large enough to accommodate our 4 luggages. Breakfast was nice. Peaceful neighborhood.

Our room was huge by European standards. Needs new carpet but rest of accommodation was clean and comfortable. We were only there for the night and did not eat their breakfast. The buffet looked good. Grounds were nice to sit out and have coffee.

Well placed for Luberon visit

Our experience of Best Western hotels led us to expect something rather better. The first room allocated to us had a blind which did not function, the second had air conditioning which did not work, and the third, a deluxe room had air conditioning which could only be operated from the hotel office - which some of the staff did not know about, so we had to explain the situation each time. I our room, only one of the bedside lamps worked and the dressing table light switch was hidden and not easily available behind the dressing table. In the bathroom the bath plug fitted so poorly that the taps had to be left running to keep the water depth reasonable, and when the plug was released the water emptied so slowly that I dared not investigate for fear of what might be the blockage. The bedroom carpet was both dirty and worn out. Altogether we felt that the management could well be given a good shake-up to raise the standard of the Seven Parc Hotel to standards more normal to Best Western.

Budget, very good location, nice hotel

I am from India and I had to visit St Maarteen for a conference. It was really nice experiance. It is a very good budget hotel in philipsburg. 2$ taxis are available just next to hotel to go anywhere in the Island. Hotel is just on beach and in the middle of town. None can beat this hotel in budget and location!

Location, location, location

This hotel is in a great location, literally on the beach and nice part of Philipsburg. But when you enter, you wonder if you made a terrible mistake -- it looks a bit run down. And the room could have used a nice airing out. Having said that, though, we were very comfortable there, the price was right, and the location was unbeatable. On top of that, the staff were wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. They'll also tell you how and where to catch the minibus taxi's that will take you all around the island for $2 per ride, as opposed to $30+ for a \"regular\" taxi. Two bucks to the airport -- can't beat it!

Seaview,clean, in shopping areas, comfortable, hos

I do wonder if the Seaview in St. Maarten provide meals for their guests, I saw a tiny room with tables and table settings and chairs around the tables. But did not notice anyone sitting or eating there. For my future stays, if I would be in need of breakfast or dinner, would that be provided for me? If not , then I would recommend to add this accommodation to their hotel listing. I will recommend Seaview to others when I am asked about my stay.

Seaview, definitely a 'Seaview'

Overall nice hotel. Stairs from front street lead directly to lobby of the hotel. Lobby is minimal includes internet computer, snack machine and soda machine. Breakfast is available each morning from 7:30 to 10:30, for about $5. Room was definitely a 'Seaview' room...with 4 windows facing the beach. Views include port and cruise ship docks. This hotel is definitely in the middle of all the action on front street.

Sea View Hotel, Philipsburg, St Maarten

Older hotel with older accomodations. If you are looking for a resort this isn't your destination. This is however a very friendly place. The manager could not have been more helpful and we were stranded there during a category three hurricane. The manager did everything in his power to take care of the guests. I don't know when I have been around such a caring manager. He looked after everyone, thanks Conroy. A very diverse crowd and well known destination for visitors from other caribbean islands. Not too many people from the USA, I prefer it that way. Dead center on Front Street near everything. If you rent a car, parking can be problematic

Le seul bémol, après c’est peut être de ma faute et j’ai mal lu, mais quand on note dans les filtres « spa », on s’attend à trouver un spa dans l’hôtel..
C’était ma surprise en demandant où étais le spa et qu’on m’a répondu qu’il n’y avait qu’un sauna sous réservation. Le « spa » étant une piscine et un bain à remous à l’extérieur, évidemment pour un jour de février nous n’y sommes pas allé..

The hotel is quite old, but I have to say that I spent my time there during the winter. Spending vacations in this hotel during the summer should be much better, since the external spaces, which unfortunately were not enjoyable when I was there, are very nice.

Älteres Hotel mit wunderschönem Garten/Pool

Ein schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Parkgarten und Swimmingpool.
Leider wurden wir im Restaurant abends über 20 min nicht bedient, weswegen wir schliesslich auswärts essen gingen. Ausserdem hat eine Party auf dem Gelände stattgefunden, deren sehr laute Musik uns bis halb eins nicht hatte schlafen lassen.

Toujours formidable.

Une étape annuelle incontournable sur notre trajet pour nous rendre sur notre lieu de vacance. Tout n’est que douceur et gentillesse . Nous apprécions beaucoup la soirée tapas dans le parc magnifique près de la piscine. Classe et festif avec une musique acceptable par tous . Que du bonheur. Le petit déjeuner sous les arbres de la grande terrasse est généreux et gourmand. Dans le grand et très peau parc, il fait bon juste s’assoir ou s’allonger, dans un des nombreux canapés d’extérieurs garnis de coussins propres et confortables.

Impossible de dormir, DJ jusqu’à pas d’heure.

J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour être au calme et dormir tôt car examen à passer tôt le lendemain matin. Sauf qu’ils ne m’ont pas prévenu qu’ils avaient organisé une soirée au bord de la piscine, DJ et musique à fond jusqu’à 1h du matin. J’ai dormi 5h...arrivé complètement cuit pour mon examen. J’ai eu la réception plusieurs fois dans la soirée mais ils n’ont absolument rien fait. Compliqué d’être dans un hôtel 4 étoiles pour ne pas pouvoir dormir car il s’est transformé en boîte de nuit. Ils m’ont offert le petit dej le lendemain matin, mais le mal était fait. Incroyable de ne pas prévenir leurs clients que chaque vendredi c’est fête jusqu’à pas d’heure. Dégoûté.

Peu mieux faire pour une 4*

Bel hôtel, propre avec une belle piscine. Cependant j'ai tres mal dormi suite a du bruit durant la nuit (mauvaise insonorisation) et le camion de livraison arrivé tres tôt dans la matinée. Pour le petit-déjeuner peu mieux faire pour le prix (manque de variété, pas de jus de fruits frais...). Bref pour mon prochain séjour d' affaires j'irai dans un autre hôtel plus calme.

Very nice!

Had a very good stay at Sevan Parc. Big, comfortable rooms. Quiet area. Good breakfast. Very big, nice garden area where you can relax quietly, if you don't prefer the pool area. Rooms with good size balcony facing the beautiful garden. Good restaurant. Centre of Pertuis is in a walkable distance (about 2 km), but maybe not for everyone in the hotter part of the summer.

L'hotel è dotato di ampio parcheggio, di ampia piscina e di un parco molto curato e ideale per un relax all'aria aperta.
Le camere sono spaziose e silenziose, arredate con letti confortevoli.
La prima colazione (a pagamento) è ben assortita. Il ristorante all'aperto offre un menu con scelte interessanti (unica pecca la mancanza di una zona riservata ai non fumator,i anche all'aperto).

Rien à redire hôtel avec un petit déjeuner très honnête par rapport au prix. Parc et piscine très bien pour farniente. Personnel très sympathique et qui sait ce qu'est le service au client.
Sur proposition ma chambre a été changé pour une plus petite mais avec balcon donnant sur le parc.
Si vous voulez de l'espace resté sur votre choix l'autre est plus intime mais plus petite.
