Only two drawbacks; Hotel had switched to heating and the entire 6 nights we stayed were very warm. we slept with windows open, but got some flies in the room and it was very long to cool down the room that reached 25 degrees while we were out during the day. also, the snacking menu is very limited. We would have loved to see a club sandwich/croque monsieur/ fries...

I absolutely loved my stay at Lodges Sainte Victoire! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome — they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. The service throughout my stay was exceptional.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect blend of elegance and coziness. Every detail made me feel at home while still offering a touch of luxury.

The whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it the ideal getaway. I left feeling refreshed and already can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend Lodges Sainte Victoire to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with amazing people and top-notch service.

Wonderful & relaxing break.

The hotel is full of character with beautiful gardens, lovely views of surrounding countryside and a spectacular mountain view from certain vantage points. Reception staff were very friendly & welcoming, as were all the hotel staff, making us feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Both indoor & outdoor pools were clean and well maintained and the standard of cleanliness was very high throughout the hotel. We all really enjoyed the spa facilities, slept well in comfortable beds and would definitely recommend this hotel for a leisurely break.

Great location for country side but close to Aix

We stayed at Les Lodges for 3 nights. It was so convienent to travel into Aix to explore the town and have dinner. They supply transportation to and from. We stayed at Les Lodges because we wanted easy access into the city while still having a french country side feel. It was exactly that! We drove one hour up to the Luberon villages and we were 45 minutes from Cassis on the coast. Overall we love our stay.

Fantastic hotel with amazing views and supver staff and friendly service. Particularly Angelo, Gregory and Bianca. Highly rated hotel, amazing overall experience.

My only one recommendation is to make the spa adults only, it is not a place for young kids when you want to relax and have a treatment. But we hope to be back one day.

Lovely property and great food at the restaurant. Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Only downside is that you can hear everything in your room. Very thin walls so you can hear people walking to their room and any noise from a blow dryer to light talking. We didn’t get great sleep due to this. Also it might matter to some, but we didn’t have a shower in our bathroom. Only a tub and hand shower. No AC so depending on when you visit, keep that in mind. Overall our stay was nice and the service was wonderful.

The property is ok, the suite we stayed in was dated and the A/C didn't work for most of our stay. The shower leaked and the lighting was dim. They charge a very high rate for the mediocre quality of the room. Maybe it is worth $500/night. The breakfast was not included and was not good. The concierge gave good recommendations for day trips, but front desk staff seemed apathetic. I did enjoy spending time with the 2 cats that live at the hotel, very sweet.

Les Lodges is a beautiful spa hotel about 10-15 minutes from town. There is a shuttle to the hotel but it isn’t always available. During our 3 night stay we had to take a cab to town or back to the hotel 3 times. It cost $25 each trip. The service is average and nothing exceptional. The food onsite is a limited selection. We ate dinner the first night and choose to cancel the second night and eat in town. This hotel is a great place if want to be remote or looking for a spa getaway. We would not stay here again if our trip was to frequent the town.

The property and staff are amazing. Very friendly! Ben was great giving us amazing suggestions everyday with tons of patience.

Our only concern as we were a large family of 12 and 8 vegetarians and we stayed there 5 nights, was the lack of menu options, a la carte breakfast if you don’t eat eggs was 35 euros and we felt that we couldn’t enjoy a single meal in the hotel and had to do Uber eats for the kids… but that’s France! Hope they can increase some food options! Otherwise it was amazing

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed ever. The grounds are magnificent with an unforgettable view of the mountain that Cezzane used to paint. The swimming pool is great. I could have stay longer just to enjoy the peaceful place. The concierge services were superb. They provide shuttle services to Aix and are there for you for anything you need. Our room was nice and spacious and our little patio provided us for an extra space to relax. We wished that the the lunch and dinner schedule was more flexible and offer more menu options. Other than that our stay was perfect!!!!

This hotel property is amazing! Beautiful inside and out with 2 fantastic pools. We had dinner on site, at the 'casual restaurant' which wasn't at all casual, but not the Michelin star restaurant. Food was delicious and the wait staff impeccable. Now for the downsides.... We stayed in room 4, the Standard Double, Accessible. The room itself is much more plain than the photos (no blanket or pillows on the bed), so just white (kind of plain). The window area you see in the picture is the extent of the window (behind the large curtain is a wall). This is ok when afternoon sun is shining through, but the room is quite dark in the morning despite lighting. In addition, this room is above an entrance to the Spa below. Very loud in the morning... lots of people talking quite early (possibly a staff entrance). And finally, there is no view at all from this room. I'm sure most rooms are of higher quality, just know the Standard Double, Accessible might not be your best choice. The last thing is a phone call to confirm the booking and offer to make a dinner reservation. I was unable to take the call, hence had to make time to return the call (as requested). I reserved the 'casual' restaurant, but on arrival we were booked at the Michelin star. Then comes the feeling of shame when the reservation needs to be corrected. That of course is my interpretation but could be avoided if correspondence was done via email instead of phone and could help with language differences.

Nice but not worth the price tag

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and nice pool and gardens. Breakfast was expensive and not very good. No availability at the spa. Reception nearly double charged me for my room

This is a real winner

This was truly an outstanding property in every way imaginable: the facility, the staff, the service, and the location. Our room was spacious, immaculate and quiet. The spa and all the pools were superb. The staff was some of the best I have experience-I have been a partner in hotels and casinos and I would aspire to have my staff perform this well.

Lovely property, but the service and amenities are not what I'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

Pros:
Our room was excellent - spacious, well-appointed and comfortable.

The spa was great - we got wonderful massages while we were there and it was easy to book.

They offered personalized shuttle services to Aix (a 10-minute drive) which was lovely.

Cons:

Dining options are limited to a short bistro menu and then a Michelin-starred restaurant, both with limited hours - not a lot of options.

The location and setting of this property is stunning. Located in the hills, slightly above the city center, it is well worth the drive into town to do and see all the touristy things of Aix-en-Provence. They have a fabulous restaurant on site, and great spa facility. Their staff went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We had requested cancelling the room booking 3 days ahead of our planned stay, and the hotel categorically refused to work with us. Expedia was equally unhelpful. Be aware that when the pricing page says “free cancellation,” both this hotel and Expedia are not being honest.

Beautiful place but disappointed with rooms

Initially they gave us a classic room (without a shower, only bath) and then after complaining they upgraded us to a deluxe room with shower. The place is beautiful but i don’t think the rooms at the hotel, especially “classic” deserve 5 stars

Romantic Vacation Nearby Aix

We wanted to have a luxurious vacation in the surrounding of Aix, but not within the city. Les lodges Sainte-Victoire is located 10-15 minutes’ drive from the center of Aix in a pastoral location which assures a quiet and romantic vacation.
The hotel itself is amazing, clean, quiet and very well preserved. The staff was so friendly and helpfully in all times. The room was spacious, well designed with a great scenery, comfortable bad and great bathtub and shower.
We had two dinners in the hotel's bistro, and it was great! Welcoming staff, terrific food and affordable prices.
We can't wait for our next vacation in Les lodges Sainte-Victoire.

Beautiful hotel with superior staff and facilities

I researched nearly every hotel in the area of Aix-en-Provence for our grand tour of Provence, spending 25 nights. Les Lodges Sainte Victoire will remain in our hearts for the rest of our lives. After delays and lost luggage, the staff allowed us to have a lovely and very late dinner and offered museum tickets to comfort us. Benoit, a concierge, was our hero many times, helping us plan day trips, restaurant suggestions, and much more—even putting water bottles in our car! The hotel is 10 minutes outside Aix, but the exquisite setting and easy access to both city and countryside balanced any inconvenience. By packaging hotel, flights and car with Expedia we were able to afford this luxury, 4-star boutique hotel. We hope to return with family and friends!

Perfect short stay to refill your bucket!

Amazing stay, staff was so accommodating and the spa was small but perfect. Would have loved more in-room food options for kiddos - snacks, etc - but otherwise a restful stay! Will definitely come here again.

Great Hotel just minutes from Aix-En-Provence

What a lucky find.! We arrived in December the lights of the gate were festive and every wait person had a smile and made us feel wonderful. They were very forgiving of our bad French and made every effort to be accommodating. We found out that right next door is a michelin star restaurant, it was fabulous! Don't spend time in Marseille, go straight to Aix.

It's a beautiful hotel. Grounds are well kept. The pool was heated and we had a great view of the country side. The staff was helpful. Room was small , but adequate. We had a real queen size bed which was comfortable. wi if signal was strong. There was a little terris which was nice. Only real negative was that the Bathroom lacked a real shower (hand shower ), that however would not stop me from going back as the place is beautiful. Breakfast buffet was nice but price was high. We ate at their gormet restaurant and had an extraordinary meal for dinner. Service was exceptional as was the food.
