Location is great but hotel needs some renovations. First room we got was 910 on the 9th floor. It was so bad that we requested another one (1610). I guess the full 9th floor probably needs renovations. So if your expectations are not too high and mainly looking for a great location at a lower price, this is for you.

The room was very nice and clean with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in close walking distance to good restaurants. The pool area was beautiful, though the chlorine was burning my eyes just being in the room, and my kids both got a rash. There was heavy dust buildup on the right side of the room on the ductwork and fake palm trees, and the ring around the water line of the pool was questionable - I assumed it would be cleaned every night as the pool area was closed between 10pm and 6am. *Parking costs $25 a day and the elevator from the underground parking garage is older.

Yes, the place can be a bit dated. But if you want immaculate and up to date, then the $300 a night hotels would be more up your alley.
Employees are great. Everyone has been bilingual. Pool and hot tub area better than most hotel I stay at. Main floor restaurant is classy without being pretentious and unaffordable.
Housekeeping has impressed me. Was greeted anytime I passed in the hallway and daily checked if I needed anything else.

Clean room, friendly staff, on-site breakfast restaurant and of course the top floor, rotating restaurant. Very easy parking, wonderful location with access to many city things as well as the green space of The Plains of Abraham. Amazing views!

Chambre spacieuse avec lit king par contre Il y avait de la moisissure du côté de la fenêtre. Les spas sont agréables mais les jets sont faibles. La piscine est chauffée, je suis rentrée rapidement. Hötel très bien situé en plein centre ville, très pratique.

The whole hotel is dated and could use some upgrades. Front desk was slow but mainly because hotel was busy. Rooms were clean but hotel itself wasn’t well kept. The lobby was super noisy, crowded and not very clean.

The location was excellent! Great proximity to old Quebec and winter carnival. Very busy hotel for carnival weekend, sometimes had to wait a few minutes for elevators. Nice amenities with indoor pool/hot tubs and work out room. Room was basic but a comfortable bed. Staff was very nice. Would stay again for location!

There were cracks on the walls, bathroom sink and floor. There was what looked like water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door and the ceiling near the window. The lighting in the room was also very poor where we had to turn off the main lamp by unplugging it from the extension cord on the floor. And the safe in the room was locked and unusable - we were told that they will be replacing them so no safe was available for our use. All in all, we are sad and disappointed that our go to place to stay when visiting Quebec City is no longer a pleasant experience.

Check in and valet people were great! Elevators were SUPER slow on a very busy weekend. I’m not sure they all were working. Taking the stairs was a strange experience you wind through work areas for staff.

Reception staff were not happy, not a smile on their faces meanwhile it is the City’s great yearly event. Room is outdated, there was a broken lock on the cabinet door. No working lights when we entered. As for the bathroom the grout was dark, not cleaned or very old. Too bad, it used to be a great place, well situated and great views but won’t be going back.

The hotel has 4 elevators and the wait time every time we needed it was far too long. There was so much dust and grime on the hallway carpet and for 2days someone’s leftover food takeout was in the hallway.

We had an enjoyable stay just after Christmas. The hotel was a very busy spot at that time. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The view from our room was incredible. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We read lots of negative comments prior to our trip and we were pleasantly surprised.

Wonderful hotel, located next to the historic Plains of Abraham. Just a short walk to old town Quebec City. Two excellent restaurants on site (their own revolving, fine dining on the top floor, which is great for the view and the food, and the ever pleasing Couchon Dingue on the main lobby floor). The hotel is very well located for all tourist attractions, and easy access to major roads if venturing further out. Try to ensure you get a room on the north side, facing old town, for amazing views.

For the one night that we stayed, it really fulfilled our expectations to the point that I would reconsider this option another time again, the views from it's 26 story building towers over almost every other option around, it had clean facilities, with slightly outdated bits, but they've been working on modernising the interior and it shows. But for the gym, pool and jacuzzi and the interior restos andgift shop, it's really a great bang for the buck especially if you. Plan to go see old Quebec
