La suite que nous avions était très sombre, les meubles étaient vieux et abîmés. Il y avait des traces de moisissure ds la douche, le drain de l’évier était partiellement bouché et s’écoulait lentement. Le système de ventilation était bruyant et il y avait une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. Malheureusement, l’hôtel a connu de meilleurs jours et l’ensemble de la suite a besoin de rénovations majeures. Les draps et la literie par contre était immaculée mais c’est très triste de voir un hôtel emblématique de Québec si peu soigné.

The first room was gross and not maintained. There was hair in bed, mattress was stained and the shower had broken tiles and drain had black stains. The furniture was chipped and falling apart. There was splatter stains on walls and table. Second room wasn’t much better. Very gross would it stay again.

Stayed for one night but wish I could have stayed longer. I usually stay within the fortifications but I wanted to try something new. The view from my room was awesome--looking over old Quebec; the proximity to the Plains and the fortifications is great for a morning walk --and restaurants are outside the door (or in the lobby)!; the pool area is exceptional--I would like to keep it a secret. I spent the morning relaxing and swimming overlooking the park--truly slowing down my usual pace bc the facilities were so nice. AND FINALLY - a warm pool!!! The pool area is a little cold so after the swim I had to leave vs enjoying the pool chairs, etc. They have a shop on site for snacks- and other essentials--and a gift shop for last minute grabs. On site parking is great even if the garage takes some good driving skills to get into the parking spaces--and some body contorsions to get out of your car once parked.
Overall - a great experience and can't wait to stay again.

Only complaints are the AC without remote and old fashioned shower head without handheld. However, water pressure was excellent. Restaurants on site were very good, particularly \"couchon dingue\". Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. While there were plenty of upscale joints, we did have ramen and lebanese take out sandwiches. There's also a Chinese restaurant, texas bbq and Subway around the area. Short walk to museum, Parliament, historic sites and old Quecec City. The park by the hotel was top notched. All in all, hotel was very nice and they city is tranquil and charming.

Autre point détestable est le service de valet qui est toujours interminable, car trop long à attendre !!! Il faudrait demander le véhicule et partir déjeuner au Cochon dingue pour enfin recevoir le véhicule. Aussi, quand vous êtes dans un voyage il y à beaucoup de bien précieux et non on ne veut pas un étranger avec nos clés. Le stationnement devrait être disponible pour les clients de l’hôtel et non pas seulement par valet !!!

Everything is a little old and dated. Carpets in the lobby were worn and a bit dirty.
There was no mat in the tub so I ended up having to put a towel down so I wouldn’t slip. The ceiling in the bathroom had a 1 or 2 inch gap all the way around and the sink faucet leaked. The refrigerator wasn’t cold and the antiquated air conditioning was very noisy.
The bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of clothing storage. The staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful but I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

First of all, only one staff member at the front desk reception at one time, there’s a line up of guests and if you have a quick question, you have to wait in that line because there is only one staff member at the front desk.
Second, some people were not following the rules of the swimming pool, like drinking in the pool area, the staff came very late and were not strict with their rules
Third, every hotel has water bottles in the room, when we asked for water as room service the front desk staff said they don’t give water, have to buy from vending machine in the lobby

L'hôtel est au centre-ville, mais pas trop dans le bruit. La vue sur Québec était magnifique du 21e étage. Nous avons été visiter le Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, à pied, à une dizaine de minutes de l'hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le restaurant tournant Le Ciel, les plats étaient excellents, j'ai savouré un de mets mets préférs, la pieuvre. Le restaurant Le cochon dingue était super pour les petits-déjeuners, personnel attentionné. Le service de valet pour l'auto était impeccable. Bref, un excellent séjour.

Location is good and in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to the Plains of Abraham Park and many local restaurants. The restaurant franchise within the hotel was very good for breakfast. However, the hotel is a fair walk from the town but close to the Parliament buildings.
The decor needs refreshing, with electric points lose on the walls . The beds are made every day but perhaps staff levels are low as cleaning was basic. Our duvet was replaced when asked as the original was threadbare. However, the views of Quebec, the Citidel and St Lawrence River were unbeatable.

Room 2201, an upgrade that I paid for above the $295 rate I had initially was just awfully in need of complete renovations, as soon as we opened the door we were confronted with one floor board that was lifted, the desk chair fabric used and torn, the sofa table with scratches, behind the bathroom door there was missing a hook but there was obviously one there at one point, the valet service is good, but $30 and it is clear that they expect a hefty tip to store the vehicle and also upon getting it back.
We have stayed at the Le Concorde several times over the years but this is it, highly disappointed, worth no more than $149…never $300!!

I’ve stayed at this location a number of times before either with friends or my family. We always had parking in the building. It was very heavy rain and for some reason there was absolutely no parking in the building except for valet and we had to park offsite for the same fee I used to pay for onsite parking. Hotel is well located and the room had a nice view unfortunately that’s where it ended. Service was very limited and the room was only generally clean, Was “greeted” by an uninterested person at the front desk who just directed their eyes ti the self check in - message received. There were bits of garbage from guests in corners and the daily cleaning was only ever partial, with always something forgotten . And when laying on one of the beds these insect bites appeared on my legs. Switched to the other bed it stopped happening. All in all nice location , but that’s about it - and would have expected a bit more for the price.

I used to stay at the Hotel Le Concorde regularly but it's been about 10 years since my last stay. I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel and especially my room. I rented the king with an adjoining living room. The room was in need of a total restoration. Some of the furniture (side tables, dressers, TV stand) was very cheap ... I've seen better quality in a motel 6. The room was beat up, laminate was missing from the airconditioner covers, tiles missing in the bathroom which looks like it hadn't been updated since the hotlel was built, and the bathroom sink was cracked. And, we stayed two nights but the room was not cleaned during our stay. Next time we will stay at another hotel.

Hotel is 3 star so expectations were lowered. Room and all was fine except for parking- due to lack of space internally we were sent to a parking lot a couple of blocks away. The hotel charged and collected the fee so when I picked up my car 2 days later covered in filth, they did nothing to rectify the issue- no one willing to help- they out the blame on the parking lot and told us to follow up directly with them. Not sure why hotel collects the money and then refuses any responsibility. They could have done much better for a legitimate complaint from clients.
