The outside of the hotel (from the street view) looks quite dated ans there is not good signage to easily identify the hotel. However, the interior is nicer than expected! The lobby area, bar, dining space, and guest rooms are very clean, bright, and updated. The superior room is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed for a really good price.

Lovely decor & staff but traffic noisy

Reception & bar staff were very friendly & helpful and hotel decor was modern and welcoming. Unfortunately we hadn't time to make use of the restaurant or outside pool. Bedroom was very clean, comfortable & spacious but traffic noise was still audible despite the soundproofing and it took time to get accustomed to it. A more central location would have been preferable although Uber rides were easily accessible, but that was our mistake, not the hotel's. Overall, a good hotel.

There was no food options, even though there was a restaurant on the premises. We arrived after driving all day 15 hours from England we chose this hotel as they had a restaurant but we were told they were full. The restaurant had half the tables empty but they would not offer us any food, and it was only 20:30, the couple who checked in before was given a table but we were turned away. They obviously didn’t like the English. We had to order a takeaway as there was no restaurant nearby, the hotel was on the outskirts. We then had to eat our pizza in front of the hotel as they do not allow food brought into the premises. Will not be staying there again or any other in the chain.

The lighting of the room was poor. Could do with more ceiling lights rather than a single lamp.
Called room service for a comb. The receptionist came inro our room without even knocking whixh was highly inappropriate. This was charged to the room without being told in advance that it was a chargable item.
On Friday morning, there was significant construction work going on which woke us from our sleep and ot went on for a while.
The hotel was under typical Radission hotel standards which we were taken aback by.

Hotel is a bit far from the city center. Driving is about 15-30 min pending on traffic and hours of the day. Not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants or shoppings.
Staff in the hotel is very friendly and professional. Check-in was easy. We had one day housecleaning forgot to clean our room 😞 but the night manager Yohann came quickly and provide some services to tidying up the room.

This hotel is not close to many attractions. It was a 15 min + deive to get to shopping area. Restaurant was just ok..something to keep you from being hungry.

Everyone at the hotel were a delight and ready to help with whatever was needed. I stayed here for a long business trip and will most likely do so again. Quiet, comfortable, and within easy access to the center of town. Don't overlook the hotel's restaurant and bar either.

Un peu d’effort pour mériter les 4*

4 étoile en devenir . Staff serviable et professionnel. Par contre pas mal de petites choses à arranger, tel que la climatisation qui n’a pas fonctionné dans notre 1er chambre, on nous a donné une autre chambre suite à une annulation (on a eu de la chance). Petite moisissures dans le plafond de la douche .
Donc belle hôtels, équipe serviable mais qui doit encore faire des arrangement pour mériter cette 4ème étoile.

La chambre était très salle, la baignoire n’était pas lavée, de la crasse persistait. Certain luminaires était cassés.
Le restaurant était par contre très bon et la salle de sport appréciable, dommage que le sauna ne soit pas mis en route pour l’utilisation, il faut penser à le lancer avant utilisation.

**Séjour moyen au Golden Tulip Aix-en-Provence**

J’ai séjourné trois nuits dans cet hôtel et mon expérience a été mitigée. Le principal problème concernait la télévision, qui s’allumait toute seule la nuit en mode Chromecast et basculait en Chromecast pendant que je regardais des programmes. Bien que j’aie signalé ce souci, il n’a pas été résolu durant mon séjour. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était décevant, sans réelle variété ou qualité.

Cependant, le personnel était poli et accueillant, et l’emplacement est pratique, proche de la sortie d’autoroute. Cela peut être un bon choix pour un court séjour si ces points ne sont pas rédhibitoires pour vous.

We did book a superior room, but we got an accessible room on the ground floor. It was fine just no bed lighting, and a nasty view of the bins. The staff though were excellent and just 25 min walk into old AIX, I would stay again but would prefer a room with a view on a higher floor.

The pool was a welcome respite from the incredibly hot temperatures. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve seen over the past 3 weeks in France. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was everything I wanted it to be. Comfy bed and pillows and spacious beyond belief. Was facing highway but never heard a sound.

Ok, but not great (breakfast was nice though)

I'm a bit a bit more demanding compared to the average person when it comes to cleanliness in hotels. Usually I get rooms without carpet... I don't like old carpets and the way they smell or make the room smell. In this case, the carpet had some stains. The cover, although apparently clean, it had another persons sweaty smell. There is nothing special around the hotel locationwise. I arrived late in town and it was not so easy to get a taxy. Breakfast is very nice. Customer service, was ok, but could be better. Rooms are spacious. I found this hotel to be overpriced, but maybe it's due to high living costs. Breakfast there was 19 euros. Hotel was ok, but next time, I would choose something different. Right by the hotels' reception, you can freely choose the kind of lotion/shampoo/showel gel, etc you want, which was also nice.

Well equipped modern business hotel

The hotel room was generous and well equipped.

The public rooms are open plan and very well arranged. A pleasant place to chill out.

The pool is rather small. A very nice area to relax, albeit busy in the summer.

A small but pleasant terrace with umbrellas to relax.

We did not have breakfast at €19 per person which is very expensive.

The food we had in the evening was exceptionally good. Highly recommended.

Used the gym, small but with decent machines. Running, cross fit and cycling.

At first location was a bit of a concern being close to the motorway junction, but a gentle flat 20 minute walk to town or 5 minute bus ride. We travelled extensively in the area, so actually the proximity to major roads was handy.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Suggestions: time slots for the pool to prevent overcrowding.

Highly recommended. Decent well equipped modern hotel, more geared for business people or couples than a family.

Ibis. O que falar? Hotels deveria retirar essa bandeira de opções. Já tinha passado algo assim ano passado. Mas achei que poderia ser diferente em optar pela bandeira já que era somente uma noite com voo as 5AM. Sujeira, moro, papel higiênico péssimo, chuveiro quebrado, vira uma mangueira. Por R$ 300,00 a mais vce fica num hotel MIL x melhor.

Pour avoir plus de confort j avais réservé une chambre avec un canapé en plus. En revanche ce type de chambre donne sur la route et non sur la terrasse. Le bruit nous a empeché de dormir. J avais choisi cet hotel pour sa piscine. Il s agit juste d un petit bassin. Dernier point accueil un peu juste (surtout au bar).Sinon hotel correct avec des salons bien décorés. Le centre d aix est a moins de 10 mn en voiture. Pour resumer cet hotel n est pas a la hauteur du golden tulip de Marseille où j ai recemment séjourné.
