Property is realky nice and front desk staff was very friendly.
Unfortunately the pool could not be enjoyed as on afternoons people that were not guests just jumped the fence and use the pool playing rough games and were disrepectful.
Having somene controlling could esaly fix this problem.

Simple, well-managed hotel located near the town

This is a well managed hotel located about 15 min drive from the town of Aix en Provence. There is a big free car parking lot for the guests. The design of the rooms is very effective and simple. I enjoyed the quiet location and simple setting of the hotel environment.

Modem and clean. Did not have any problems with our stay. As reported in reviews, room was comfortable although a foam mattress on the bed. Rolling bags do make noises throughout complex with decking materials yet no issue for us. Kitchen a good touch. Reasonable price point and value.

Great value for money - excellent location

Once we’ve settled in, we realised the excellent location of Adonis. Very close to Aix-en-Provence, Marseille etc. The studio is nice and having the opportunity to cook and eat on the balcony (ask for sunset/pool side view) is a big joy. Only thing Adonis could improve is their knowledge (tourism advice) and kindness at reception.

Nice hotel ruined but poor communication

This place was offered at a very good rate, however on arrival we were told that it was because the air conditioning was not working. This was the main reason for booking as we have a newborn baby, a dog a d it was 40oC. What was more disappointing was the initial reception welcoming that stated it was made clear on the booking. It wasnt. The place would be nice but unfortunately overshadowed by this. A free breakfast was offered but it didn't help our mood and disaapointment

Staff were not friendly, we do not speak French but some of them not willing to help when I ask the hotel nearby facilities.

Cost cutting loud hot hotel, think twice!

This hotel has so much potential, it just falls short. We booked knowing it was far from Aix so that wasn't an issue, the details made the stay horrible. First off, we stayed in late May, the daytime temp was about 30(90F) and it was very sunny, sounds perfect until you realize that they don't have the air con turned on. The room heats up due to the warmth and the sun and never cooled down. Horrible sleeping. Second, the flooring. Whoever decided that using decking as a good floor for a hotel should be forced to sleep there forever. Everyone's footsteps echo throughout the open air corridor, wheelie bag luggage makes a horrible clicking as people roll by at all hours of the night and early morning. If you could have your window shut maybe it would be lessened but no, your room will be way too hot then. Third, the open air atrium. As mentioned before, this just echoes loud people and children's video games. Fourth, the Internet took a while to connect, like restart your phone and try 4 times before it will work. Fifth, the bed, looked nice but was a flimsy foam pad on a piece of board, very uncomfortable. Finally, the shower. The bathroom is huge, but they opted for a tiny pre-fab shower. The cost cutting is everywhere here and it's a shame, especially if you had multiple nights booked like us, so much for a nice relaxing time in Provence.

An excellent hotel, clean, great value and a convenient location close to Aix, Eguilles and the highway to get to Marseille. If you have to be in that area the Adonis is a great find at significantly less than the cost of staying in Aix.

Large room. Kitchenette. Make sure to do your dishes or they will be left in the sink dirty. Noisy clickety clack early morning from suitcases being pulled along outdoor corridor on wooden slat floors. Get a room on the second floor with a big deck. No wifi in room though. A big disappointment!

It was a reasonably priced hotel at a good distance from the sights of provence. Great parking availability.
Breakfast was good, although 10 € per person and day quickly runs up.

My only complaint was that the wifi was not working at all in the room, although it was listed as having free wifi. Apparently it was a known issue and would be fixed in two weeks.

Hard to find

Very hard to find as it has not got a street number,and when you can't speak French it is hard to ask for directions. Breakfast room is not big enough,there was a coach load in and they ran out of lots of items and guests were spread in foyer and outside,otherwise a very good hotel.

One night at Adonis

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting aix en provence. Fantastic value, modern motel style studios in the middle of a building site in the beautiful countryside. Hard to find in spite of the A4 sign that had been thoughtfully positioned at the end of the long drive. reception very friendly and looked after our bags until it was time to check in.
Rooms large and modern and very clean with kitchenette and bathroom, but not quite finished i feel as no picures on walls and only bare bulbs, no light fittings. Bear in mind though, we only paid 43 euros, so this must be taken into consideration. Not a great nights sleep unfortunately as the bed was uncomfortable and we were also woken by neighbouring guests running up and down the decked walkways in the early hours. Also woken by a neighbours car stereo booming at about 5am as they returned home. Not the hotels fault of course. Turn right out of the hotel drive and there is boulangerie on the corner where we got breakfast fayre and coffee to take back to the hotel.
Would i stay again?
For 43 euros almost certainly.....

The new hotel still has no license to put on the name and the sign on the road! Spent 1 hour to find the place, even GPS does not recognize it! The person on the reception did not speak English. The hotel itself is not bad, very modern and clean.

Very disappointing

We stayed here in late June for one night. The rest of our vacation was booked at Airbnb properties, and this hotel was the only disappointing night of the entire trip. Some of the reasons:
- There was no clearly visible sign or street number. We relied on the kindness of an employee at a nearby pharmacy to help us with directions. The hotel staff's literal directions were to look for the red crane -- and the driveway would be nearby;
- We were asked to pay an additional \"hospitality\" charge on top of the amount already paid through our online booking;
- The hotel was still under construction. It was disruptively noisy, beginning at 8am on a Saturday and lasting beyond 6 p.m.
- Wifi was not available in the rooms, as advertised -- and in fact was only available (at a very slow speed) in a small area in the front lobby
- Many aspects of the building seemed to be still unfinished: e.g. the bottom edge of a door in the lobby lacerated my friend's foot
- My friends had to ask twice for towels for their room (none were provided when we checked in)
- Despite all of this, no effort was made to extend even a token gesture to compensate for the above

En novembre presque en décembre ne pas mettre de chauffage dans la chambre, c'est inacceptable. Ah si pardon un chauffage d'appoint pour avoir une chambre tempéré en milieu de nuit. Un dernier point, je l'avais signalé à mon arrivée mais bref c'était pas possible de trouver une solution.

Bon séjour mais sous le lit beaucoup de poussières et surtout 2 pieds qui devaient soutenir le lit par le centre était penché donc ne faisais pas leur rôle de tenir, puis la climatisation etait disjoncté et si j´avais le malheur de la reenclencher car il faisait tres chaud ...bah impossible de la régler et de l´étreindre.... pas tres propre et materiel pas trop fonctionel...
Petit déjeuner bien sauf les oeufs brouillés sans goût et pas très cuit et manque de variétés dans les produits proposés.

J'ai réservé avec le site web hotels.com (Expedia) ils se sont trompés du montant du taxe de séjour - 1.50 EUR, ce qui n'était pas le cas. Lors de mon enregistrement chez Adonis Aix, j'ai été obligé de payer 2.16 EUR de taxe de séjour ! Expedia, pourquoi m'avoir menti ?! Je n'étais pas du tout content `a ce sujet. Assez de mensonges ! Que cela ne se reproduise jamais. Plus JAMAIS !

Un accueil d'une rare incorrection

Un accueil téléphonique d'une rare incorrection. L’hôtelier de garde inquiet de notre arrivée tardive ( donc après 21h00 !) semble dénué de toute forme de courtoisie ( Bonsoir?), ne donne les codes d'accès à l'hôtel qu'à contre cœur, et oralement en plus, incapable, semble t'il, d'envoyer un simple sms ou un mail, et se permet en plus de manifester son agacement. Tout ça pour un hôtel très défraîchi, à l'hygiène douteuse et un petit déjeuner à peine moyen. Le lendemain, un appel téléphonique nous rappelle de quitter les lieux. Nous ne comptions pas rester de toutes façons...

Bonjour, le lit est inconfortable car il est cassé au niveau du pied. Fais du bruit. Dès que vous bougez un tout petit peu. La lumière d’entrée ne fonctionne pas. Il y a de la poussière araignée, dégradation au niveau des portes et du Placot qui rejoint la salle de bain Il y a du visuel au niveau du Placot de joint sur une surface qui était mal faite par le plaqués refusent de l’époque. Je demande donc un remboursement Cela ne représente pas un trois-étoiles. Cordialement.

Lits un peu vétuste mais ca allait. Le bâtiment très bien au calme avec un grand parking. Réception très sympathique et compétent mais parfois il semble pouvoir y avoir un peu de monde lorsqu'un bus arrive ou repart.
Il faut en revanche une voiture car c'est un peu excentré.

Bonjour, je suis arrivé à l’hôtel après le travail à minuit. Tout était fermé.
Résultats : voyage marseille puis Aix puis nice…
On va me reprocher de ne pas avoir lu les dernières lignes du contrat de vente… en effet je ne l’ai pas fait. D’autres hôtels ne voyant pas le client arrivé téléphone au client pour s’assurer qu’il viendra et lui propose un moyen d’accéder aux chambres après la fermeture de la réception…

Séjour plus que correcte si ce n est quelque petite correction sinon j aurais mis 5 PB de TV dommage un weekend de pluie terra pas assez couverte pour se poser quand il pleut pire coter entre des chambres pas de toi on se prenais le déluge a chaque sortie en revanche propre et très calme tarif plus que bien pour le secteur un bémol pas de kit vaisselle pour le lavage pas d eponge ou de produit et un kit lavage pour 1 au lieu de 2 un tapis de sol une grande serviette

La chambre est meublée très succintement. La cuisine est très peu équipée. Pas de cafetière, très peu de vaisselle. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la salle de bains. Pas de couverture supplémentaire dans le placard en hiver (couette très fine). Et les serviettes de toilette ainsi que la salle de bains sentaient très fort le tabac. Je n'ai pas trouvé l'explication à cela mais ça m'a beaucoup dérangée. Bref, le minimum. Pas top.

Aucun point négatif pour notre part: chambre propre, spacieuse, calme, bien équipée, piscine propre, bien exposée, petit déjeuner bien garni et personnel à l’écoute. Si vraiment il fallait faire une remarque ça serait le drap plat qui sert de drap housse qui donc ne tenait pas et pas d’alèse sur le matelas, qui niveau hygiène est un peu bof. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Hotel qui se modernise avec une piscine extérieure soignée.
Concernant les chambres nous étions au 2 ème étage un studio terrasse, plusieurs points négatifs, climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, appel auprès de l'accueil.. ( nous informons qu'aucune climatisation était en fonctionnement.) A disposition un ventilateur sur pied dans la chambre.
Literie désastreuse, matelas arraché sur les côtés et pas confortable.. contour de lit en très mauvaise état, sol parquet mauvais état.. salle de bain correct à été refaite je suppose.
Rapport qualité prix correct dans l'ensemble.
Frigidaire qui n'était pas propre à notre arrivée.
Endroit calme malgré la forte fréquentation

Seul bémol sur cet hôtel Mobilier des chambres un peu vieillissant, tour de lit en mauvais état, sinon l’hôte est dans un cadre agréable et le personnel est à l’écoute et disponible.

La struttura è grande e situata in zona periferica, per niente rumorosa, ma distante dal centro di Aix en Provence.
Il personale alla reception poco gentile ed essenziale.
Caparra di 100€ per la chiave mi sembra esagerata.
Per il resto il soggiorno è stato confortevole.

Aucun réseau et pas de wifi. Sommier du lit à changer car il part en lambeaux.
Apart sympathiques malgré tout mais des qu’on met un pied dans la chambre le réseau disparaît totalement

Horaire d’arrivée imposé. Carrelage sol salle de bains cassé. Cheveux dans la douche.

Bien mais attention à l entretien

Bel hôtel qui a tout pour bien marcher.
Petit souci d entretien.
Bureau branlant ,parquet flottant en mauvais état. Carreau au sol de la salle de bain qui se décolle etc.
Taille de chambre correct et terrasse en plus fort appréciable.
