Nous avons été changé d’établissement sans avis .lorsque nous nous sommes présentés à la réception de l’hôtel on nous a avisé que nous avions été relocalisé dans un autre hôtel de la chaîne qui elle était en réparation ,nous avons été réveillé par des outils pneumatiques le lendemain

We travelled with dogs and had booked breakfast. We did not expect to take the dogs into the dining room but could not take them into the patio/terrace area. Had to juggle very small tray only big enough for one persons food back to the apartment with no assistance. Would have gone into Aix for breakfast if we ha known this in advance.

Not worth three stars

The rooms were beyond Spartan, not a picture anywhere to be found. The baseboards were filthy and in poor repair. There were stains on the walls and the doors and peeling paint on the terrace. There was not even the attempt providing a pleasing decor.

A budget-friendly option

Price was good for 6 nights. Accommodation was ok, no room cleaning if you opt for one of the studios. Steep charge if you require late check-out, which we did due to flight cancellation. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location 30 minutes walk to town centre or buses nearby.

Great place to stay on a budget

Location was good, about 25 mins (mainly uninspiring) walk from the historic centre. Car parking was free outside, or €5 inside. Bed comfortable, good shower. Kitchenette area was perfect if you're looking to have your own food, as we were. Staff friendly.

Disappointed! The property is run down and dirty. A/C didn’t work. Shower curtain moldy and the soaps and supplies given were almost empty. Only one small roll of toilet paper was provided. No hair dryer or face cloths. Would not stay again. I’m hoping for a partial refund!

Second time

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, because last year I really liked it. But now... wow, the quality has gone done. bad pillows, bad mattresses, slow to non-existent internet, noisy neighbors. 3rd time ain;t gonna be the charm for me. I'll stay somewhere else.

The place is 30 min walk away from city center. When you get there however, you really get what you pay for. Nice straff and clean big rooms. A good nights sleep and the opportunity to clean my laundry made me enjoy this place.

Will be great, currently not

The facility is lovely - not quite what the photos would have you believe, but good. The problems were that (1) the internet did not work on 1/2 of the hotel (the half we were in) and there was little apology for it - this is a huge deal for travelers today who intend (as we did) to do most of our planning via internet and (2) no air conditioning. The AC was fixed after 1.5 days, but still. Anyway, we'd go back if in the area, but they do need to get up to speed quickly.

I would give it a miss

I have never known a hotel where the hallways are always dark, they do not have sensor lighting in them, you need to feel around for the light switch and hope you don't accidentally ring the room door bells. Would be funny if it wasn't actually scary and unsafe. Hallways also smell of smoke combined with some kind of cleaning product. It's a bit of a hike into town which is ok for stretching the legs. The garden is really a non event and has
4 story office block next to it that you view from the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful but will not stay again.

Lousy experience

The hotel is soulless and the corridors are dark and the outside resembles a prison or similar institution.The towels are threadbare and for what they charged it was terrible value for money.

We really enjoyed our super spacious room with kitchen. Friendly staff welcoming us, even late at night, and always helpful. Probably could have walked to the city center but since we checked out in the morning anyway we decided to drive closer to town.

The hotel is out of town. You need to take a bus to the town center and to see anything. However the bus is easy and convenient. There are no nearby stores but walking to the neighborhood supermarket was fun and the residential neighborhood was neat to see. It was about a mile walk. If you need a hair dryer, don't stay there. They say they have me on request, but did not have any.

Not bad for the proce

A budget hotel. More of an apartment which can be nice. Stayed with a baby and they provided a cot bed for free. That was good. Room was big but a bit cold feeling. Also the walls are thin and you can hear noise from the hallway which made me nervous with a sleeping baby.

Location is good with access to bisque and city center. Convenient if you have your own transportation which we did.

This hotel was okay. It doesn't have a lot of charm, but the rooms are fairly spacious and having a kitchenette is nice. It is on the outskirts of town and not in the best neighborhood. Nevertheless, I didn't feel unsafe walking around. Plus, there is a bus that goes directly into town (line 6) and runs fairly frequently. If you want to walk it, it will take about 20-30 minutes to get to the touristy area. One useful thing to know is that you can't check into the hotel until after 4 PM. Another useful thing to know is that the name that is displayed prominently on the building is \"Odalys\" as opposed to Le Clos de la Chartreuse. For that reason I was initially unsure whether or not I was in the right place.

The room was very very dirty, they entered in it without my authorisation, messed up my things and the sofa bed and the heating, first night no hot water. It is not safe, they go inside of many rooms and despite the cameras, the manager refused to give the images prooving they entered inside. Obviously I will relate it to the authorities.

Le personnel très accueillant, à l'écoute, quant à la chambre celle-ci était propre, la literie confortable, tout le nécessaire dans la kitchenette sauf pas de cafetière.
Le petit déjeuner sucré/salé copieux et bon, mais je trouve trop cher pour des enfants qui ne prennent qu'une tartine et du lait.
Parking extérieur gratuit vraiment pratique, au top!
Je reviendrai avec plaisir très prochainement.

C’est un appart hôtel .. vieillissant dont le changement de meuble « à la mode » n’y change rien.
Si vous avez vu sur la cour, vous avez un spot qui l’illumine! Bref, vous avez le soleil en pleine nuit.
Le personnel est jeune et gentil.. mais ne semble pas motivé par ce type de métier.

Good Price Good Performance

I stay here 4 nights it was a part of my business trip. I spend my weekend here. Hotel has Laundry washing machine and dry it was a plus for me. After I asked for Iron and Iron table Staff was helpful. Good breakfast. The room was big. Not far away from city center.

Parfait !

Tout était parfait, l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, l’appartement, les services, la propreté..
si je n’avais qu’un petit point à dire, mettre un peu plus de couverts, car seulement 2 fourchettes et 2 couteaux.

Estúdio novo, porém afastado do centro

O apartamento em que ficamos é novo, recém reformado com móveis novos, inclusive o banheiro.
Conta com cozinha americana bem equipada, no entanto a cama era desconfortável (parecia acanoada, afundada no centro).
A recepção contava com equipe muito prestativa.
O hotel fica longe do centro da cidade (uma caminhada em torno de 25 min), no entanto como estávamos de carro não fez muita diferença, mas é um ponto a ser considerado caso esteja a pé.
O quarto em que ficamos possuía varanda, apesar se ser no térreo.
Enfim, é uma boa acomodação considerando custo benefício e caso você não se importe com a distância.

Tout le personnel sans exception fut à l'écoute de nos demandes et a fait tout pour nous satisfaire.
Agréable séjour; les chambres sont spacieuses et claires.parking couvert et fermé au tarif satisfaisant.
Arrêt de bus pour le centre ville à proximité. Attention ville d'Aix en Provence travaille le défi 0 voiture au centre-ville , donc pas de parking dans les rues mais plusieurs parkings couverts payants.
Le musée ( Hotel de Caumont) est à visiter.
