Petit bémol, le chauffage bloqué ! On ne peut pas augmenter la température donc un peu frisquet dans la chambre.

Bonjour,
J’ai dormi chez vous hier.
En fait je n’ai pas dormi.
Quand les clients font des déplacements pro, il attendent un élément substantiel un sommeil réparateur.
Coté lumière rien a dire les rideaux étant occultant.
Coté bruit ce fut terrir. J’ai fait une nuit courte ou plus je n’ai pas fait de nuit car le bruit de la route était pregnant.
Ce n’est pas correcte !

Não ligaram o ar condicionado!! Terrivel calor a noite nos obrigou a dormir de janela aberta. As 6h da manhã um caminhão fazendo entregas acordou a todos pelo barulho. Ao questionarmos porque o ar não funcionava nos disseram que só a partir do mes que vem eles ligariam...Um absurdo, principalmente pelo preço.

Chambre trop petite pour 4 personne (un lit double et deux lit simple), le 3 lit pas confortable du tout, très peu d espace pour circuler dans la chambre et le pire c'est la moquette, très sale , plein de tâches on a pas osé marcher pied nu dessus.
Le point positif c'est le personnel souriant et serviable.

This was a great stopover on our way South, conveniently located for getting off the autoroute and parking, then getting a bus into Aix to enjoy what this wonderful city has to offer. The pool in the hotel was an added bonus, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Just a regular business hotel... desk help was friendly, restaurant staff was rushed and not friendly. we asked to have a light in our room fixed, it never happened. Lobby is nice, rooms are dark and drab.

The staffs at the front desk were very warm and nice! As I rented a car, the outside parking was convenient. The only thing was that riding the old elevator was a little bit scary, but that was acceptable because of great staffs. Thank you again.

Great buffet breakfast. Thank you for gluten free bread. Rooms a good size with lovely big desk space to put thigs down. Even with 2 extra beds for our kids we could still move around. Pool area lovely though we didnt use it and gate seemed locked. Good parking area. Coffee at buffet not great from machines this could be better. Reception staff very friendly.

The Novotel is very well equipped. Nice room with comfortable bed, fridge, quite a lot of space ...and a nice outdoor pool area. It's well situated, close to the A8 and about a 30 minute walk from the town centre (or a short bus trip - the bus stop is very nearby).

Convenient for some business we had in Provence

Very good food in the restaurant and all staff at the hotel were charming and helpful. Nice outdoor area and very clean pool. Close to Aix and reasonable room rate.

BUT the rooms and corridors let this hotel down as the carpets are dirty, smelly and stained. We even had an allergic reaction to the woolly sofa in our room - probably due to dust mites etc. Staff need to vacuum carpets more thoroughly and some refurbishment needed. 10 months ago we stayed in this hotel and had a very uncomfortable bed and pillows, but liked it otherwise, so decided to give it another try in August.

Satisfactory stay in Aix-en-Provence

The hotel was very accesible from the high way which made it convenient for day trips outside of Aix; it is not walking distance from the center of town. Located in a very residential neighborhood that seemed safe. Though there were no restaurants within walking distance, the hotel's restaurant was very good. The rooms were clean but a/c doesn't work well. Overall our stay was satisfactory and pleasant.

Good hotel within easy access of city

This was our second stay at Novotel Beaumanoir. We like it - close to good road network, within reach of the lavender fields, but also a short hop on a regular bus service into the town. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the place is busy, but kept clean. The pool is a joy at the end of the afternoon.

Pleasant hotel on outskirts of Aix

Hotel is a little jaded, requiring a makeover. It is also on the outskirts of Aix with about 3 km walk, taxi or bus to city centre. However, it is situated in a leafy part of suburbia which is restful. There are some convenience stores and supermarkets located nearby. We ate at the hotel restaurant and food standard was good although a little dear (the norm for France). Staff were heldful and could communicate well in English.

Everything was great. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of hot & cold food and beverage. Although the hotel is located near a freeway and our room was overlooking the pool, it was extremely quiet. The service was friendly and effective. You can walk to the city center in 25-30 min.

Attempted Fraud?

When we checked in, I confirmed with the woman at the front desk that I had pre-paid. However, when I checked out the next morning, I dropped off the key and noted to the man at the front desk that the room was pre-paid. He checked the same database as the woman but said that the room was not pre-paid. I showed the man the Hotels.com invoice and my credit card receipt. The man wasn't finished. He then said that what I paid to Hotels.com did not include taxes and fees. When I showed him that the receipt included taxes and fees he finally gave up. I don't know whether this was the action of a rouge employee, Novotel policy or something in between, but this is unacceptable .

Nice Hotel to stay

Like all the other Novotel, this one is very clean, comfortable space. Location is not too bed, we can walk to downtown Aix-en-Provence about 20 minutes good walk, or by bus #6 is also very convenient. They have a swimming pool, we like it, although the water is a little bit chill. All the staffs are very nice, house keeping are very efficient and they do a very good job.
We like it and recommend it.

Un accueil, un service, de la bienveillance et des sourires comme on a rarement eu l'occasion d'avoir même dans du 5 etoiles! Un des meilleur hôtel que j'ai fait en terme de bien être et de gentillesse du personnel vraiment merci et bravo à toute l'équipe, accueil restaurant service ménage ! Très déçue

Déco de la chambre inexistante, complètement impersonnel, pas de couleur, moquette triste et en plus tachée de partout. Cela n incite pas à enlever ses chaussures !! Bref chambre insipide et pas accueillante du tout !! Bref très déçue pour un Novotel!! En plus on nous promets des petits articles de douche offert dans la sdb mais non.

Novotel de 1ère génération, donc effectivement il a besoin d’une rénovation mais l’essentiel est là : Parking, personnel professionnel et disponible, qualité des aliments et accessoires dans la chambre plus chaînes TV. Room service très bien organisé en cette période de couvre-feu. Le seul point négatif : trop chaud dans la chambre !

LE COVID A BON DOS

L’hotel ne prevoit pas de faire le nettoyage des chambres, ni faire les lits pour des raisons de Covid. Le probleme est que nous le decouvrons a notre arrivée et que le prix demandée ne tient pas compte de cela. Il s’agit d’un hotel 4 etoiles sans aucun service adapté. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et donc pendant tout ce temps aucun menage n’a été fait, les lits non plus, ni la salle de bains, ni les wc. Ce n’est pas acceptable et le Covid a bon dos.

Très joliment décoré (Période de Noel) Personnel très agréable, accueillant, sympathique. Chambre propre pour 4 confortable (C est un Novotel, moi, j aime). Parking aisé, proche du centre et de l autoroute, nous reviendrons. Excellent rapport Qualité/Prix.
